I have gas connection with Ashirwad Gas Agency, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Whenever I tried to call for gas booking. Always their Tell.no.is getting busy or ringing.The no.is[protected] and[protected].I get fed up for their service and behaviour.It is not first time happening with us, but maximum time. I hope that you will do the proper action regarding this matter. Thanks .

I have applied for a new LPG connection with Ashirwad Gas Agency, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 7th April 2009. I was told I would receive a registered letter from the Indane Gas in 15 days. Till date, I have not received any letter. When contacting the Ashirwad Gas Agency, I was told I might take 3-5 months (earlier it used to take even years). I am informed and the Oil companies claim that there in no shortage of any LPG cyclinders. Then why are consumers not given connections?

Indian Oil / Indane LPG Gas — Non-Issuance of New LPG Connection

    Sir,

    I Raj kumar resident of mahavir encalve, part 2 nd , New Delhi - 59, is a consumer of M/s. Indane Gas Agency (naires GAS/Trimurti Gas Agency). My consumer no. is 3845. I have booked my cylinder on 09.11.2011 against booking no. 7993795 and the IVR told cylneder is booked but when i persionaly visted thy confirm not booked and not behaved good . Nevaer evaer we got the cylender on time . After 4 day I made called to the agency but again no response. I have made called three- four times every day and every time they said that the cylinder will be delivered today, but till date I have not received the same.

    I must complaint against M/s. Trumurti Gas Agency.Naires gas, Vikas Puri, New Delhi. I am also request to you please take this matter into your consideration and order them to work properly.

    I hope you will take action and solve my problem.

    VERY WORST SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked my new indane gas connection on 02/08/2011 at Baranagar Indane Gas service, near Sinthi More - Dumdum. I have got my acknowledgement letter on 17/08/2011. I have visited thrice at the service centre, but they are not providing me my gas connection. Daily they are only giving excuses.

    Please help me for the same asap.

    Indane Gas Service — Worst Service

    This is 3rd time i am giving the complaint against indane gas service at baranagar, dumdum, north 24 parganas. But nothing has happened till now.

    I have booked my gas before 2 months, till now i didn't get the connection.

    We have booked the Gas cylinder on 19-th October. Even after 21 days Gas cylinder not yet supplied to us. Too much delay in supplying gas cylinder. Moreover Next cylinder will be booked only after supply of this cylinder. Kindly take neccesary action against ADYAR GAS AGENCY to supply Gas cylinder in time. please
    Dear Sir,
    I am R.Sivakumar residing at No.3, West Anna Nagar, Narayanapuram, Pallikarani. My Consumer Number is 34646. I am customer of SRI REVATHY GAS AGENCY, Medavakkam, Chennai for last 2 years. I never see this kind of worst service at gas agencies. They are not delivering my booked cylinders on time. Sometimes, they won't give receipts to us properly. They are not picking up the call to register my complaints. Each and every time, I am going to the gas agency in-person and register my complaints. And also, I would like to inform you that they are charging Rs.465 for us but my neighbors (others) are paying only Rs.420. I don’t know why they are charging this much amount for us.
    The following are the process which they are following each and every time cylinder booking:
    I booked my cylinder on[protected] and IVR told that I will receive my cylinder very shortly and also shared the cash memo on[protected]. But I have not received my cylinder shortly. I went to the gas agency in-person and register my compliant on 28-Oct-2011. They told that within 2 days I will receive my cylinder. After that also, they have not delivered my cylinder till 11-Nov-2011 and finally they delivered my cylinder on 11-Nov-2011, after I request the cylinder supplier for lot of times. Now the next problem is, still I have not received the delivered IVR SMS since the cylinder supplier is not yet submit the delivered receipt to agency. So, I am not able to do my next cylinder booking thru IVR.
    Kindly request you to please take this matter into your consideration and order them to deliver my cylinder properly. Hope you will take action and solve my query as soon.
    Note: I came to know that cylinder supplier is selling cylinders illegally for Rs.800 at our location (Narayanapuram, Sunnambu Kolathur Road). I told this to distributor also, but they have not taken any actions against this.

    My Indian oil consumer no 40146 ( adyar gas agency) in name of v.k ratnabai.i booked gas on 14/11/11 booking no 293264 still now they are not sending me the gas.so please take note of it and send me gas soon.

      I would like to inform you that i have lost my indane gas connection documents and lost my consumer number and past one year we have not refilled the gas because, the gas agent asks me to bring the consumer number even though we have given all the other connection details he is not ready to tel the number and not allowing to continue the transaction. but we have confirmed from his subordinate that our connection has been missused til now by that agent. The register tells us that regular transaction has been done through our connection by some body else through the agent. All other customers are suffering from the same agent in not doing the proper service in time he just pull on and make the transaction late. So, I kindly request you to help me to come out of this problem and to know my cunsumer number which i have lost.

        Our booking area comes under JAI JAWAN JAI KISHAN GAS AGENCY,Plalam Extension,Sec-7, Dwarka New Delhi-75. We booke our gas on telephone [protected] time 5.14pm,They dint' deliver our gas to us.We face this type of problem every time.

            The concern authority have not yet taken any step to issue a gas cylinder.
            dont buy cylinder from Muzaffarnagar gas agency, they are providing worst and horrible service in Muzffarnagar. very non professional attitude. they provides cylinder delivery after a month.

              My LPG cylinder is leaking its pin is loose and has got displaced. First day i told the problem to the person who delivers cylinder at home but he refused to repair. The next day i took the cylinder to Joti gas agency, one of the employee tried to repair it but he failed and then he ask me to come the next day for replacement. The next day your employee refused to replace it and by adjusting the pin temporarily by his pen he said that it has been repaired.

              When i came home and opened the cap of cylinder , the gas started leaking with great pressure. Some how i able to put the cap back on the cylinder. For now i have kept the cylinder outside my room. It was a narrow escape , the cylinder might could have burst or anything worst could have happen. So you are requested to look the problem i am having with my cylinder .

                The dealer we have ordered is Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency. We have been complaining to him about gas leakage for past 5 days. There is no proper response from the agency. Since this is an emergency we expect some immediate response from the concerned agency. Please look in to this problem of ours and we are hoping to have a quick response.

                  I was forced to take the following which I objected. ...... The answer was " It is from the company " ..... You have to take it.
                  The items were

                  #Flame Lighter Rs 160/-
                  The items belong to a company called " Seeralesh"

                  Smelling something wrong...... Under MRTP any company cannot dictate terms for purchase.

                  I WANT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND REQUEST FOR A REFUND

                    You are requested to lodge my complain against Chokhani Gas Service, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. When we go get refill we have to face lot of problems some of these are mentioned below--

                    1. They don't book cylinders on phone from rural areas.

                    2. And when we go personally we have to face long queues even after that so many times we don't get in a single day.A farmer after spoiling whole day goes back home vacant hands it hurts.

                    3. The behaviour of the owner is so rude and ill-mannered.

                    4.They sell gas in black. If somebody goes to get a cylinder in black giving him extra money, he is given cylinder on priority basis.
                    And so on...

                    You are requested to forward my complain and to take action against him.

                      I am Nadeem Akhtar from Delhi. I have taken a domestic gas connection from AVERY GAS SERVICE (Indane). He was not given to us SYLINDER delivery on time even Delivery Boy Mr. Bhola Booked Cylinder on time by self ( I am aware from SMS received by service agency )but not providing cylinder delivery to us. We are call to this person many times after that he is provide cylinder & way of talking is very bad. Mr. Bhola book cylinder every 21 days period but providing to us once in 2 month without Customer copy.

                        There is high misuse of Domestic LPG gas cylinders at kamla nagar market. Problem is - When these restaurants will take the domestic LPG cylinders for their commercial usage, then domestic consumer has to face the scacity of cylinders resulting in black marketing for LPG gas. Example there is new restaurant open at kamla nagar market. Its CHENNAI HOT CAFE, E-166 KAMLA NAGAR. This cafe has very good response from consumer but even though he not ready to pay for commercial cylinder. There is daily refill of 1 cylinder at this cafe. Therefore loss of 30 cylinders for 30 families per month. If one cafe gave this figure , what will we expect from big restaurants?

                        the S.N.MALU STEEL PVT LTD , SELU ,BHANDARA ROAD ,TH-KAMPTEE,NAGPUR WERE USING HOUSE HOLD LPG IN THE SPONGE IRON PLANT ,WHICH IS THE MISUSE OF THE RED CYCLINDER
                        There is high misuse of Domestic LPG gas cylinders at Afsar Restuarant and New Saeed Restuarant near state bank of India gaddha colony road Gali No. 14 in front of Zakir Nagar Park Zakir Nagar New Delhi 110025. Problem is - When these restaurants will take the domestic LPG cylinders for their commercial usage, then domestic consumer has to face the scacity of cylinders resulting in black marketing for LPG gas. These restuarant have very good response from consumer but even though he not ready to pay for commercial cylinder. There is daily refill of 1-2 cylinder. Therefore loss of 30 -40 cylinders for 30-40 families per month. If one restuarant gave this figure, what will we expect from big restaurants?

                          I have noticed a number of times and extra charge being added to my Credit Card when I have tanked up my car from this petrol station. While the credit card charges for filling fuel get reversed as per my credit card scheme (across all petrol pumps), its this one in particular where the charges continue to be there. When I verified with my credit card company I was told that these were additional service charges charged by the company!

                          Another thing i noticed that while fuel pumps are calibrated to fill the exact amount requested, these guys stop the pump at .98 or similar figure. When confronted they say that this is how it is. it is never exact. Am I a first time car user? its not a matter of the small figure for me, but the amount the company is saving tax free by cheating all its consumers! by the way, i get billed for the exact amount and not for .98

                            Sir,
                            its regarding non supply of LPG cylinder at rural area.
                            Sir i want to state that myself ravinder kumar residing at vill akera, near - dharuhera, distt- rewari. There is Lpg delivery stn is avialable at dharuhera, which is 10 km away frm my vill. The agency is not ready to give home delivery to my vill stating that there is problem to finding addresses in the village. But now in villages also house no. Allotted to each house, but then also they are not ready to provide home delivery. Kindly clerify...
                            I am customer of indane gas at Dharuhera from last 1.5 Year, Every time we are doing booking by phone, now that no is not in working, we have tried so many times, the distribution man asked that you will go to indane office booking, it is very difficlt for us working person in PVT. job. So how we can do our cylinder booking. Why customer is suffering by mismanagement of distributors. Is they are diverting more share to the black market, so making the process of delay so that they can get the more benifit of black market.

                              LPG of Indane — non receiving of gas cylinder

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have booked for a cylinder on 3.11.2009 at M/S JYOTI JWALA,Indane distributor,Annex Jharia club,
                              P.O. Bhaga,Jharia, Dhanbad.but till date Ihave not received any cylinder from them.I have floowed up this thing with them and each time they replied me that within one day or two they will send it.
                              Sir, this is a recurring problem for us and each and every time they used to harass us.
                              My humble request to you that please arrange to send a cylinder at the earliest and to look after the matter so that harrasment will not take place in future.

                                Subject: Gas Leakage Complaint

                                I am an Indane gas customer at Dwarka, Delhi.I had lodged a complaint regarding gas leakage so many times but still no action have been taken for it. I have been trying to call up my supply agency (Jai Jawan Gas Service, Dwarka, New Delhi) but phones are continuously busy. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered.
                                On my last complaint, a technician visited my house but still the problem persists.After that day, I have complained many a times but no response is received till yet.
                                Please take the necessary action.

                                It has been complained many times that their is leakage in our gas cylinder. We had complained many times but they are not giving any response.
                                sir,
                                the day before yesterday i received the cylinder from the dealer NOBLE INDANE,797,Janpath,Sahid Nagar,BBSR,ORISSA.It was checked and found to be alright then.Today when i used it there was leakage.Immediately i informed the dealer about this.After much argument he assured me to send the mechanic immediately,but till 6pm no one has come & their emergency cell is found to be busy.What can i do?
                                My consumer no : 50155 Gas agency : A.P.State civil supplies corp.ltd of Baghligampally(Nallakunta). Iam not able to reach the emergency no's : 27801123 and 24576261 from past 3 days as there is no response on those no's as those no's are for Gas leakage compalints. My problem still persisits. They should give the cell No's for the emergency calls with response. What more can we expect from them when there is no response for Emergency itself.

                                In my neighbour regulator connection traced gas leakage smell and couldnot use gas for cooking purpose. several times made phone to the customer service not responded kindly attend the fault at the earliest .                                 I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My distributor's name is Chirantani Gas Agency, 3, Bangur Avenue, Block-C, Kolkata-55. My consumer No. is BA/24059. My connection is more than 15 years old. Since 2.9.08 cylinder is not being used because of leakage. My districutor is informed on 3.9.08 personally. Till now, neither they replaced the leaked cylinder nor they took any positive steps. As a result I am suffering badly for non-supply of gas. MY second cylinder is empty. Please take immediate steps.

                                Due to faulty regulator there is gas leakage in my home. I have registered a verbal complaint regarding this at the nearest Indane gas office(present at malakpet, hyderabad) on january 5th. I have been visiting the office every weekend till now and they have been saying that there is a shortage of regulators and hence cannot provide us with one. This has been going on for the past 14 days and today when i talked to the officer over there he was very rude and was saying to go and register a complaint at the head office and not waste his time. When asked what action they can take regarding the gas leakage at our home he acts as if it is not his headache. Please take some action since gas leakage is a life threatening situation.

                                Called at 6:30PM 8.02.09, about gas leakage (in new cyllinder i.e seal just unwarp), person came around 8:00Pm, told that the cyillinder has to be replaced, shall be replaced in the morning, so far 2:00PM (9.02.09) no has come neither picking up phone

                                How can IOC be so irresponsible if they cant attend to such emergency? Tel Numbers printed on the Gas Reciept given by distributors are not working.. This is the worst customer experience I ever had.

                                IOC should wake up and do something constructive to ensure safetly of all consumers in not compromised.

                                We are the consumers of Indane gas for the last 5 plus years. The problem is that for two times the cylenders were supplied without rubber voucher, which can connect the regulator and cylendr, that is why gas was leaking. They gave mobile number on the receit for emergency, it was not working when the gas was leaking in our house. That is why two issues. (1) Supplying of the leaking cylendres and (2) Mobile is not working for the emergence calls.
                                I am holding amn INDAN gas connection and there has been a leakage of gas from our system. Our supplying agency is GOLDEN GAS, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017, Haryana. My gas connection is 4917. My address is A328 Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Inspite of my repeated request to GOLDEN GAS they have not cared to send anybody for checkup and repairs. I am living in an endangered situation and unable to cook satisfactorily. It is, therefore, requested that somone is sent immediately for rectification.

We have orally told several times to the concerned agencies to take care every time. They are repeatedly doing the same mistake. Because of this, we are forced to get under weight cylinder GAS.

                                I have taken one commercial LPG connection No. 7994 from M/s. Rohini Enterprises, 55, Durga Market, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Category No. 26864) vide Receipt No. 2418 dated 10/11/2012. There is leakage in the cylinder supplied against this connection on 12/11/2012 and my attempts to reach out to the dealer as well as the leakage company through the numbers furnished on the receipt have not borne any result for the simple reason that the telephone calls are not picked up by the dealer and the mobile is switched off. I wonder whom to/where to complaint to avoid any untoward happening in my house on account of the leakage of gas? Who will be responsible for the loss/damages, if any?

                                My Indance Gas Consumer ID is 78520 (D.Karunakar), I have received a new refill cylinder on 19/11/2013 which is sealed but the gas is getting leaked from the cylinder continuosly, and i gave the complaint to my gas agency where they are telling that complaint person will come and change the watcher, But as the cylinder is sealed(New) since from two days it is getting leaked, who will bear the loss of gas.Make sure to replace the cylinder but not the watcher.

                                  We had a gas connection transferred from Vishwanath gas agency: banashankhari, Bangalore, (Customer number : 64383) to seetha rama indane gas service, anekal, Bangalore (customer number : 3449).

                                  We had this connection in Vishwanath agency for more than 3 years, but when we transferred to Seetha rama gas agency, we got one delivery and after that we were told that the connection got suspended.
                                  When we contacted them, they said that all he documents were not submitted and we were told to submit the documents in the Anekal taluk office and get attestation on the gas passbook. Meanwhile we were told that we'll get 1 gas delivery till theses things are sorted out.

                                  So i went to Anekal taluk office on 29th October and got the attestation from the taluk office. After that i went to Seetha rama gas agency for getting the gas delivery. We were told that we will not be given AANNYYY gas until the taluk people submit the go-ahead from them, not even 1 that we were promised.

                                  This is soooooo frustrating. We had originally submitted the documents to Seetha rama people and they did not submit all the docs and our gas was suspended. Despite of that we did not complaint and went ahead and submitted the docs. Now we are told that we will not get anny connection with arrogance.

                                  Is this the way you people mistreat your customers?

                                  I also get my connection transferred to Seetarama Agency. All i submitted was a Cancelled Gas document from the prior distributor, Gas Card and showed the Gas - regulator. After verifying the regulator another lady (who looks like in charge) there entered the things in the computer and new consumer number was generated. At the end she said give Rs.50/- I thought I'm about to get a bill for that when I handed over the money. Then she looked at the face and said "Ashte" ..Then i realized that it was the fees paid by me for her work. Though i was not happy I did not make any fuzz as few more people was waiting there for their turn
                                  But then they have given the slip right.. for me also they did the same thing... but i was not aware of 'asthe..' thing.. i thought this was for their paper work.. this is soooo shameful on the part of Indian oil.. they do not have annny customer feedback kind of thing... i do not know the email address of Indian oil customer care.. if anybody has, please give so that we can get a better response from them...

                                    I have already submitted the documents 3 times but till the date I have not received any response from the Rajnandgaon Dieler and regarding the matter.

                                      sir, i am a consumer of indance gas for domestice purpose and have consumer No.3514. i have this connection in the name of my father Mr. Chiranji Lal. My copy of LPG has been filled up compelety and i contact several time in the gas agency to open a new gas copy for the same consumer No. but they told that the stock of new copies has been finished and you may come on next day. as i am a Governenmt employee and couldn't have extra time for these type of work, anyhow i met them after a few days but they repeated the same words. Now on 29.10.2011 i also meet to one of the staff member of this agency. he agreed to open a new gas copy but forced to purchase accessories from this agency. i just want to confirm whether it is necessary to purchase accessories every time whenever we have any queries. and also they don't pick up the phone when i call them for gas booking. thier phone has always been switched off.

                                        I am an user of Indane Gas. I had done my gas booking on August 29, 2011. But I have not received the same yet. Whenever I try to contact my gas agency, the phone will be either busy or remain unattended most of the time. Finally when we contacted the agency , they told they will be distributing it yesterday (October 28, 2011). But again they did not do the same. We are suffering a lot without gas even after booking it in proper time.
