Sir, I booked refill thr web on TOMOGAS site on 21 Oct, 2011 and got booking no. 76. I contacted dealer Bikaner Sahkari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar, Bikaner twice on phone and got the reply that supply has been made on 4 Nov, When I said that I haven't got the refill, the staff said that the house was closed and it will be delivered tomorrow. The fact is that none came for delivery and my house was not close.
I lodged complaint thr consumer feedback on 10.11.11 and 17.11.11 and complained on SUGAM with registration no. 2011SPDS190. TOMOGAS site shows two previous consecutive refill status "delivery pending" and this one "D2B restriction". Earler too I got no refill between 18.03.11 and 15.07.11
Please help me get the refill soon and look into the matter.

I have connections of Indane Gas and my agency is Jagan Enterprises at Madangir with consumer no.s 2763 and 2794 . I had booked the refill through the computerised booking service with booking no.s 4 and 3 respectively . Its almost 15 days now but i haven't received either of the refills. Kindly look into the matter and respond quickly as i am facing a lot of problem even when i have taken two connections.
I have connections of Indane Gas and my agency is satya Enterprises at Patna (Bihar) with consumer no.GT 3928 I had booked the refill through the telephone service with booking no.s 363 dt 16.01.2008 . Its almost 09 days now but i haven't received either of the refills. Kindly look into the matter and respond quickly as i am facing a lot of problem .

IT IS REALLY TROUBLESOME TO BOOK A GAS REFILL WITH THE DEALER. BOOKING BY TELEPHONE NEVER MATURES . I AM EXPERIENCING GREAT DIFFICULTY IN BOOKING THE GAS. THE PHONES ARE BUSY EVERYTIME,IF BY MISTAKE CONNECTION IS ESTABLISHED THE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BOOK THE REFILL BUT IT SHALL NEVER BE MATERIALISED. I HAD TO MAKE NUMEROUS CALLS/REMINDER STATING THAT I BOOKED THE REFILL ON THAT DAY. THE REPLY WILL BE SIMPLE THAT NO BOOKING MADE ON THAT DAY IN YOUR NAME. THIS REPLY IS GIVEN AFTER EVERY BOOKING. I AM FED UP WITH ALL THESE NUISANCE REPLY.

PRESENTLY I BOOKED A REFILL 15 DAYS BEFORE,THE SAME REPLY WAS GIVEN TO ME OF MY THAT BOOKING .NOW HE SAYS THAT YOU SHOULD GET THE BOOKING NUMBER.

AGAIN I GOT THE BOOKING NUMBER RR 3525 DATED 05.02.2008 AND I WAS ASSURED THAT REFILL SHALL COME WITHIN THREE DAYS. I TELEPHONED ON 09.02.2008 WHEN MY SECOND CYLINDER GOT EMPTIED TO KNOW THE FATE OF MY BOOKING I WAS TOLD THAT WITH IN 2 HOURS REFILL SHALL REACH. NOW AFTER A GAP OF 20 HOURS I DIDNOT GOT MY REFILL AND THERE IS NO REPONSE ON THE PHONE. NOW WE ARE COOKING OUR FOOD ON HEATER AS THERE IS NO REFILL IN THE HOUSE IN THIS CHILLY WEATHER OF DELHI. MAY I REQUEST YOU THROUGH THIS EMAIL TO IMPRESS UPON THE DEALER TO MEND HIS WAY OF NON-COPERATING WITH CUSTOMERS AND DELIVER THE REFILL IN TIME TO CONSUMER.

Dear Sir,

The aforesaid connection stands in the name of my father Dr. G. M. Gopal and is registered with the aforesaid gas agency. I had been regularly receiving gas cylinders on booking by telephone at my house under the “Home Delivery” system. Since the last two months the agency is behaving in a very unfriendly manner and is not cooperating at all for home delivery. Earlier on 12/02/2008 a cylinder was booked vide Cash Memo No. 7515 but the refill was delivered only on 20/02/2008 after three to four telephone calls daily.
Again a cylinder has been booked on 15/03/2008 vide Cash Memo No. 3186 but after not getting the cylinder for two days the agency was contacted on phone and they insisted to go to a place near Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Naini with the empty cylinder to get a refill. On coming to know of it, I rang up the agency and was assured that the refill will reach me the same day i.e. 19/03/2008.
Till date I have not received the refill. If only the customers have to go to Naini, then you are requested to look into the matter for appointing some more agencies, so that they can cater within the city.
I would also like to know the rules regarding the “Home Delivery” and also whether the amount of Rs. 296.40 routinely being charged from the customers, irrespective of home delivery, is correct or not.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter personally and take remedial steps for the same at the earliest as inspite of repeated requests to the staff no action has been taken by them.

Indane Gas — Non- Delivery of refill

My Consumer Number is AG-5528. THe Gas Suppier is Arwind Gas, Poojappura(Post), Trivandrum. The supplier is very irregular in supplying gas cylinders. Many a time the receipt given at the time of delivery is dated 5-6 days back. The reason they tell for not supplying cylindres on time is that 21 days are not over after last delivery. The delivery boy never fills in the details in the customer card.Such incidents have become a common feature with this agency.

Recently I booked are fill cylinder on 16/09/2008 and the booking Number is 3830. Till date I have not received the cylinder and now I am forced to shift cooking to my parents house.

I request you to kindly take up the matter with IOC.
We have book the GAS with Bhagya Nagar Gas, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad vide Booking No. 92671 Dt 18.9.2008. So far the gas is not being delivered. We strongly feel that the gas is not delivered properly and selling to the customers esp. hotels etc. Kindly investigate and do the needful and get it to the notice of the concerned

Sir, in this regard this is my second complaint on same facts .For your kind information I book my refill on 06.12.2008 as I am the consumer of Raj flames indane gas service New Delhi with consumer no.11539 but till now on 22.12.2008, I not received my refill on my repeated requests, they tolerate my request by one or another pretexts. It is my humble submission please takes reasonable steps in this regard. I am highly thankful to such support from board.

They are not responding to the information on double gas cylinder as we have been Using One Cylinder for the past 3 years . And our family consists of 8 members .How do we accomadate with one cylinder

I booked for a refill on 16/Jan/2009 and till this date it has not been delivered !!! It is a regular practice that, this VIMAL GAS takes a minimum of 45 days to deliver a refill and everybody is facing the same problem. They never response to phone calls.

Kindly look into the matter very seriously and sort out the issue as quickly as possible.

I had booked for refilling my gas cylinder on 27th May with Commander Gas Service, Rajaji Puram, Lucknow (Connection No. 7710-R) and after everyday pursuing I could not get the same. the delivery was to be made at my address M-379, Ashiana, Near Chiranjeev Bharti School, Lucknow. Last month also no supply was given to me despite my repeated requests but only false promises
Last month, I have to borrow the gas cylinder from my neighbour which aught to be very awful and shameful. Although there was no direct loss but my reputation is at dent. I request to award a token compensation of Rs. 100/- only for let them feel the fault on their part

sir we have booked almost 15 days back from my gas agency Mahabir gas agency, Saraidhella, Dhanbad, Jharkhand on enquiry they are making excuses everyday by telling must be delivered by tommorrow repeatedly this is not the first time it happens with us time & again. Sometime we becomes short of gas making us difficult to cook even meal for the family.we poor fellow run to the door of agency and their godown with empty cylinder. I am pretty sure that they diverts our delivery for some vested purposes it is not matter of shortage. On the other hand they even say that the next no will be booked after 21 day from delivery of first cylinder you can think pl add 21+15 days(avg delivery period) i.e. 36 days then certainly we will face shortage. Do they expect that we should live on eating meal only once in a day. We are such an aggrieved that we are seriously thinking to complain in consumer forum if not redressed permanently.

Sir I am the consumer of ASSOCIATE INDANE GAS AGENCY, OT ROAD, BALASORE, ORISSA.Now a days no one is attending the phone in above gas agency, so after 2, 3 days of trying I booked my refill on 6th Aug 2009 in the morning and asked why u r not attending the phone, they replied our timing is nt yet started for booking but it was 9.30AM, so I reminded them already 30minutes passed still you are telling me about timing.Now already 30days passed of earlier delivery and 14days of booking stilling waiting for delivery.our cylinder may be empty any time but for enquirying about gas no one is attending the the telephone, which is most strange for a gas agency.Now i am unable to know when it will supply due to non attending the phone and i am unable to visit the agency also as i am going to my office in early morning and returns in eveving.So kindly lookinto the matter for early delivery of gas and take hard step for not attending the telephone, opening a public service agency.

Indane Gas — non supply of refilled gas

Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Madhu Gas agency, Shanthinagar, Bangalore and my consumer number is 22855. I have booked for a refill on 15th January 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But since they did not supply after one week, I approached the agency on 23/01/2010 and they took the no. and said it will be supplied the same day which they didn't.
Again I approached them on 30/01/2010 and the rude staff there told me that it has been cancelled as the suppliers went twice to my place and didn't find anyone home. I was shocked as there are always somebody home. I try to explain them but the staff consisting of two girls who have been appointed recently was so rude and so bad mouthed that I returned back. I am facing problems as both the gas cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay. I have heard from other customers too about the girl staff working in the agency behaving rudely and bad mouthed. The Manager is also not available most of the time in office to talk.
Before sometimes in case of such problems I pick up the cylinder from the godown on my own but now they have refused to give the delivery slip saying that it is against the policy. The said staff makes rules on their own. It is also heard that the staff divert the cylinders to other people paying extra money without booking and the office staff is hand in glove with them. I request you to take stern necessary action and help the aggrieved customers.
we have got our refill booked on 23 jan but have not recieved it till date.
I am a consumer of Indane Gas. I have my connection with Chinthamani Co-op Super market, Coimbatore. I have booked gas on 27.1.2010 and the bill was issued by Chinthamani on 10 th February. But the delivery is not recieved even after 15th of February. The Oil company i e Indian Oil corporation has to take care of the interest of its customer and do the needful. My phone call to the local customer care unit has evoked no response from the dealer.My consumer number is P4275. Please do the needful. Thanks

Indane Gas — Non Delivery of refills

I am fed up of my area Gas Service Provider . He never deliver the refills on time and say they can't book before 21 days and the delivery will take almost 10-12 days every time they say this again and again . This is not all their service become so poor that they take almost a month in winters and they say that the gas is not coming from the plant . we can't do anything. Please help .

I am a coinsumer of Indane Gas and booked for refill on 02.072010 through IVRS facility and the booking no. 16.
Though it is common feature with the agency 'Rainbow Gas' to delay in booking, it is repeated wityhout any reasons. My consumer no. is R13369.

Last time I complained to IOCL and got the problem settled, but again the same problem is repeating.
Kindly suggest some way for to overcome this problem.

Indane Gas — Non delivery of refile

My Indane gas connection no CR 4149 &I have booked on phone for refill of gas cylinder from Capt.Rakesh Gas agency. Mathura on 3.7.10 but not supply upto 24.7.10. This is the regular practice of the agency that either supply after several reminder by 1 or 1 1/2 month or omit the booking & than accept the fresh booking so many time I loose the priority. I have lodge complaint 2-3 times on net but all in vogue. How my problem solved & I got delivery with in time at home.

My sister Mrs Saraswathi sreenivasan ,senior citizen and widow aged 81 years residing at Dharmadam,Thalassery for more than twenty five years had registered with Gemini Gas disributor of Indane Gas,Railway station road,Thalassery Consumer No.1003 and has been using gas very sparingly all these years.When she asked for a Indane Gas refill last month she was told that since more than six months had passed after she had got the last Indane Gas refill she would have to fill a new form with a copy of ration card and a copy of .the original gas allotment form to apply for the allotment of a Gas refill and only after these formalities werre completed would she be eligible to get a gas refill.

My consumer No. is 18822 with Rajendra Gas Service, Ambabari, Jaipur. I have booked for refill in person about 15 days ago. Though I have visited three times after booking and every time the executive told me that the refill will be delivered today or day after. Even I made a visit to the dealer on 30th inst. and the executive told me that "THE DELIVERYMAN WAS ON HOLIDAY AND HAS CAME NOW AND THE REFILL WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY ITSELF." To my surprise I have not received the cylinder as yet. I can't find any reason for non-delivery except the marriage season where the deliverymen are diverted to some extra income.

Devaganga Associates — Selling gas in black, no service after booking

The distributors are selling gas in black. they are not providing the service. its been 3 weeks after booking the gas , we are of no food and we cannot buy the gas in black cos it is against the law and we do not have the money either. the managers talk so rudely and even gets back woth verbal abuse. this is been a frequent concern even after multiple requests, Please take necessary actions. there are days with out food for us.

    Regulator — leakage in regulator

      I had lodged a complaint (dtd.29/9/08; time:5pm)with the above distributor that my unused gas cylinder(received on 5/9/08) is leaking. Inspite it being an emergency I have received no response from the dealer as yet. If an accident occurs who is to take the responsibility.

When we asked the local supplier , he told that 25 rs is rural servies charges . Can you explain me About rural serives charges? my receipt slip is attached.If this charge is legal please make sure that in future this extra charge should be mentioned in receipt slip.

          I have booked for refill of cylinder on 1st Nov 2011. As per the Gas agency, it should be delivered within 15 days, but its been 23 days still they are saying there is no load. We came to know that they are selling the cylinders in black market.

          I dont bother they sell it to others, but need the cylinder on urgent basis as I am facing problem in boiling the milk for my 18 months child in midnight. This is not for the first time, every time when we book the cylinders they are doing so and sometimes the seal will be in broken state when the cylinder is delivered.

          Even my mother-in-law booked the cylinder on the same day and they are also facing the same issue.

          I tried escalating this issue with all the available no's, but no one is picking the call. Even tried the Area Manager (Lakshmi Narayan), Chennai from 11.55am till now on this number[protected], but no response.

          Please treat this issue as urgent and do the needful. Thanks in advance.

          The cylinder was delivered on 26/07/2008, as per agency (SLV INDANE GAS AGENCY RAICHUR-584101, KARNATAKA) we have booked after 20 days i.e., on 14/08/2008. They told we will deliver it only after 15 days. Till now they have not done their job. Yesterday (01/09/2008) after contacting them over phone they told that it will take another week to deliver saying that dont you have any work at home, why are you simply enquiring us, unnecessary disturbing our work. Ladies cannot go to them and quarrel. Since 2 days they are having hotel food, despite of having two cylinders, both are finished.
          Me being 100 KM away from my native. For last four months I have been contacting Mr. Satish Kumar, Area Manager, Gulbarga, he used to help us in this matter for delay in delivery. For how long I should contact Mr. Satish Kumar for delivery?
          The employees in agencies and delivery boys are just harrasing to the customers.
          Is there is any remedy for this?

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am a customer of Indian gas from 2004. I got connection from Ernakulam. We are satisfied with the distributor in Ernakulam district. but now transfered to Trivandrum 2 years before. My consumer number is 7507 under Sastri Gas Agency, Kudappanakunnu, Peroorkada.P.O and Phone number is[protected]/2733057.

          They are not giving proper delivery. I have complaint the same issue in previous month. I have 2 cylinder they told that according to act they can supply the cylinder only after one month from the booking. I have booked the cylinder on 5th of March 2009 but didn't the cylinder yet. So please help us. We called them several times. They told they will sent it on Monday/tomorrow etc. but they didn't delivered yet.
          please take action against it.

          I am consumer of Indane gas (consumer no. 307012) booked one cylinder on 10 Jan 2010, and till now didn't received new cylinder. yesterday when I asked agrawal gas agency (dealer of indane cylinder in kadma jamshedpur region) they told me I will received the same today (01 Feb 2010) positively and when I informed that today is monday then he told me that delivery will be made on monday also, but till now I haven't received and when I contacted distributors they told me today that they do not distribute cylinders on monday.

          Now suggest me what I have to do now, should I agree with agrawal agency or distributors. Most of the times he used to deliver the filled cylinders in 18-20 days of duration, please do something for me as well other consumer.

              This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated at Indian Oil Petrol Pump near hinjawadi flyover,pune. I told the attendant to fill up the tank but the attendent filled up for only Rs. 200. Then she said sorry for not filling it up full. This happened with me 15 days back. So I end up paying Rs 1600 for Tank full and Rs. 200. I thought it is fine she must not have heard when I said to fill the tank full. But again when I went to that Petrol Pump on 23/11/11, the same thing was repeated. This time I noticed that only Rs 200 is showing up and the litres have not moved from 0. I started shouting at that lady and told to call up the owner immediately. She said sorry for the incidence and told that she will pay up for Rs 200. Then I was sure that she has cheated me, I called the owner of the Petrol Pump and told him about this. But I very embarrassed with this whole episode. I would like you to take some strict action against them and I would for sure will never visit any Indian Oil Petrol Pump anymore.
              EVEN I SUGGEST ALL MY FRIENDS TO FILL FUEL ON SHELL PETROL PUMP ONLY. ITS VERY DISGUSTING

                URGENT REQUEST
                After a family visit to USA during May - Nov 2011, I returned to Chennai on 4/11/2011. When I tried to book for an LPG refill cylinder with my Indane Gas Distributor, M/S. Prathana Gas Agency, No.37. Rajiv Gandhi Street, Moovarasampet, Madipakkam Chennai- 600091, I was told that due to non- booking of any cylinder during the past six months when my family was abroad, my account ( Consumer No. JE 10519) with them lapsed and it had to be revived by submitting address proof. I complied with this demand by furnishing all the required documents and booked for refill cylinder on 09/11/2011 when I was told that the supply would be made within 10 days. Till date, they have not supplied the refill cylinder.From 19/11/2011, every day when I telephone them they keep telling that it would take another wek or 10 days to deliver the cylinder at my residence.The persons who attend my calls do not even divulge their names and by rotation they give conflicting and contradictory excuses for the delay. They also insist that I should come to their godown and take delivery of the cylinder, if it is so urgent. I am a senior citizen having undergone bypass surgery and under regular medical supervision and medication.So, I am not in a position to physically exert myself . My repeated attempts to reach Indian Oil Corporation over phone to resolve the matter have also proved futile. The staff at the distributors were discourteous, indifferent and giving different reasons for the delay at different times. On 22/11/2011, they told they would raise an invoice and effect delivery today. Today they say that it will take another 10 days or I should go over and take delivery of the cylinder. This is baffling. I look forward to your kind help in putting an end to this harassment at the earliest.

                Indane Gas — booked refilled cylinder not supplied

                Consumer number 08179 booked for refill one gas cylinder on 09/07/08 vide booking no. 72 on that day. The company refused the consumer to deliver the gas cylinder at his home saying they are short of delivery boys for the kundan nagar area.

The delivery man Mr. Kailash who collected Rs.350/- from me did not provide any bill but has taken one old bill no. 3863 dated 22/04/08 saying that he is required to get new bill prepared on the basis of my old bill.
                I want to know if this Gas Cylinder gets burst or any mishappening takes place who shall be held responsible? A fresh bill on today's date is required by me.

                Refill cylinder — Supply of cylinder

                A bharat Gas agency M/s Sachin Gas Service situated at Gupta Market Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi
                never pick up the phone. Seccondly they never deliver the refilled cylinder. It is learnt that the owner of the agency is politically having good influence. He knows that nothing is going to happen to him. All the people who are depending on his mercy always falling to their feet for a cylinder. Just I want to ask Bharat Gas Services, is it your services?
                By now I have send number of complaints against their behaviour. But nothing is happened. It is apparently clear that you are also scare him becouse of his influence.

                    I am Sonu Raj from New Delhi. My Indane consumer number is 18012 in Maheshwari Gas service (9/209, DDA Flat, New Delhi – 62). I have booked a LPG Cylinder with Indane Oil v/s Maheshwari Gas service (9/209, DDA Flat, New Delhi – 62) via booking number [protected] on 16th October 2011 but after 35 days and 7 to 8 visit at Maheshwari’s agency I still didn’t get my LPG Cylinder. Even they are not picking the phone up of their customers. The numbers they have provided is[protected],[protected] &[protected]. This is not the first chance that I suffered from this kind of problem but I often have to face the atrocity just due to the bad service of the Maheshwari gas service.

                    Hence I am requesting you to please get this settle and provide me my LPG Cylinder so that I will not be facing the same problem and For the convenience of customers please don’t let them do the same thing again.

                      The Ammal Agency Kattakkada is not doing proper home delivery service in my place. When the vehicle comes they just unload the filled cylinders(BULK) in some hotels and shops. The home delivery is not done here. Eventhough the Delivery van was going through the front of my home, they are not doing delivery at there. We have to move to the place where they are illegally supplying the cylinder to the Shops and Hotels. They are giving around...

                      My Gas Distributor name is SUPER GAS AGENCIES- Vadamadurai- Coimbatore.

                      My cylinder is not able to control through Regulator. i.e Stove can be torched while in off position the same was informed to our distributor by person and ask them to replace the regulator on 17.11.2011. Service personnel in their office not all hearing our request and refused to receive the written request and told service engineer will come to certify the regulator .Till date no body to come.

                      My wife met fire accident , but escape with very minimum injuries.

                      We request concern authorities ,please look in to seriously and advise the distributor suitably and replace the regulator.

                        sir, my name is sivakumar and consumer number is 1920. i booked gas on 30/9/2011at Aparna Gas Agency, Puduppariyaram, Palakkad dist.,Kerala and I have not received supply till date(18/11/2011) It is very clear that they are not supplying it as per the order of booking. When I contacted them they replied over phone that they are not in position to supply gas to my house and I can collect it from their office. Please do the needful.
                        We had booked for a refill on 29th August 2008 and waited for the supply till we were completely out of gas on 7th October tired of repeated calls to the agency I went to their office after checking the position in their system the person told me that the gas has already been supplied on 5th October. We denied since that was not true. We waited till 13th October and when I was at their office again I saw many angry men and woman shouting at the employees after explaining my pleas the lady called the supply man he said by mistake he had supplied my cylinder to some other home. By this time every thing was clear to me but to be more sure I saw my neighbor who was also in the similar situation I insisted that he asked for the bill date which was 30th September. That afternoon i got the cylinder but there was no bill we said no payment if there is no bill desperately he called many numbers and left without collecting the money. Till this time he has not come back for the money. Friends can you guess whats wrong??? Always ask for the bill and also check the date of the bill and also the name of the consumer somebody else might take your place in the bill. The complaint nos. for the gas supply (a mobile no. and a land line) was continuously ringing but no body picked up.. by seeing the peoples reaction at the office I believe the officers were quite busy.
                        it is every where the sanganer gas agency is always supply below weight gas and the office staff and delivery man are not polite and are rude to the consumer Rajesh narayan SGA 2123

                          COMPLAINT AGAINST IOC: MAMUN CANTT KSP

                          The overall aesthetics of the civil petrol pump established by IOC in Mamun Cantt(Pathankot) is atrocious. It does not befit the standards of a top class army cantonment and is becoming an eyesore. Inspite of repeated letters, nothing has been done by IOC. It has broken boards, broken lights, tiles, logo board, unpainted shed and living and absolutely no standard for a well reputed organisation like IOC.

                          On persistent requests and calls, Mr Vishal Gupta (Dr. Mgr Amritsar region IOC) finally came to the cantt and did nothing but just installed another petrol dispenser(old analog type) whereas a digital one was preferred since its more convenient to operate. He also promised to carry out balance work with immediate effect. Since then, a lot of time has swept by; no repair work whatsoever has been undertaken till date and only unkept promises and assurances on the part of the IOC official remain. A few photos are being attached for your consumption.

                          This mail is a final effort to wake up the IOC fraternity as numerous mails, calls, letters and correspondence for the past 6 months have been turned a deaf ear to.

                          Hoping that some action will be initiated asap failing which it will become necessary to end the contract with IOC and services of a more suitable and befitting company will have to be sought.

                            My initial booking no.257850 booked on 19/09/2011 was not processed. After following up several times a month when i
                            called back they said to log a new booking request.
                            I booked a fresh request and they delivered but was a faulty one. I complained about the gas leakage of cylinder 2 weeks back, the technician came and told it got fixed, but it again started leaking on putting the regulator. I complained back and North Howrah Gas dist said to send it again next day.
                            I followed up on the complaint but its been 20 days(since he first came) and 60 days(since the first complaint) but still no technicaian has come to address the issue.

                            The normal telephone numbers 26558187/8102 and emergency numbers 23972226/7 are not working. nobody is picking
                            up the phone.

                            my home kitchen is closed due to this and i have to order food from outside since everyone is having same problem and nobody from my neighbour is willing to lend me
                            Please consider this as a humble request.and please take action. Please include me in the loop

                              My consumer no for 56916 for LPG from Indian Oil Corporation. Chennai.
                              My gas agency is Maruthi Gas in Annanagar.The agency refused take my booking for refill stating that I have not purchased a cylinder in the last 6 months hence my account has been deactivated.
                              Was asked to pay Rs 70 for inspection charges.
                              We are just two senior citizens in the home our consumption is just one cylinder in 5to 6 months,the gas agency tells me that I have to buy every three months otherwise this deactivation will happen every time.

                                I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas by consumer no.3564 of M/s Pradeep Indane Gas Agency,Vadayar,Thalayolaparampu.It takes an average of 45 days for getting my refill.My wife & me are Govt.servants and solely depend on LPG for cooking.the long wait for the refill is often an ordeal for us.The last booking was on 8/10/11.I myself go to their office everyday of this week and return with their assurance.But the empty cylinder welcomes us in the evening.Please look into.

                                  I, m a customer of indane gas agency from CUTTACK ROAD BHUBANESWAR district KHORDHA. there's a big chaos here for the cooking gas. it takes around 50 days to get a cooking gas. we are the family of six just do something regarding the mess over here. here the gas is sold in black too. all of the customers r getting the cylinder filled for 500 rs in black. we the JHARAPADA people will be greatful for u r kind consideration sir.
                                  I have booked gas from Indian gas agc in October on[protected] this no. but still same problem gas is not suppled by indian gas agc from laxmisagar BHUBANESAWR, We are calling indian gas agc again and again but they are not bother, he is dealing with us like a hettlar, my coustmer no. 7287 and booking no. 400, please co-oprate with us.

                                    JAYSHREE GAS AGENCY<SHEKHPURA MODE<BELDARI TOLA>PATNA_23 I was trying to book my gas on 15 .11.2011 wth my gas agency .my gas agency is jaishree gas agency ,shekhpura ,beldaari tola ,patna -13..and when after lot of messages i was unable to book my gas .so i called my agency and to my serprise i came to know that my gas has been booked by some one on 12.11.2011 without my knowledge .i asked the person who refused to giv his name tht who has booked the gas then he was trying to avoide the question and said that i will get my gas .i asked him that i want to know the phone number which the gas has been booked .then he answered that there is no number and no need to book the complain bcause i will get the gas.i was put of toen fr a month so last gas i took on september 2011.
                                    i want to complain that who has booked my gas without my knowledge and the agency should give me the phone number or they should be punished duly fr their collaboration with the delivery man

                                      I am a consumer of LPG of M/S Shubhchandani Agencies in Patna. My consumer no is 10153/SKT. I was supplied a leaking cylinder on 19th Oct, 2011 and despite repeated reminders, the cylinder was not replaced. The agency wants me to bear the cost of the entire 'leaked' cylinder and has refused to provide another cylinder. I have already 'complained' to Indane consumer feedback and my 'complaint registration no' is 216883. Please help me get the cylinder replace asap.

                                      indane-LPG cylinder — supply of leaked cylinder

                                      M/S ANUJ GAS SERVICE at AGRA is indulged in taking out gas from the cylinders and at number of times leaked cylinders are supplied by the company without caring for human life. Even local officers do not take any action for the reason best known to them.A stern action is required to be taken on priority
                                      I am a consumer of LPG of Global Indane, H-7/1, Panchasakha Nagar, Dumuduma, BBSR-19 vide Consumer No 38141, Ex-Hav Basudeb Mallik of L-16, HB Colony, Baramunda, BBSR 03, Mob No [protected]. The said agency was supplied a leaking cylinder on 28 Nov 2011 and despite repeated reminders on 29 & 30th Nov 2011, the cylinder was not replaced. Presently the leakage cylinder laying at open space and continuing leaking. Request instruct the agency to replace the same and provide another filling cylinder asap.
