sir,
i got my gas connection transferred from Assam to rohtak on 29Aug11. the transfer voucher alongwith documents and fees(approx.2750/-) was submitted at rohtak gas agency during 2nd week of september. The dealer gave me no receipt for payment and also no delivery book was given as he promised delivery within two days. However, till date no Regulator or cylinder has been given to me. the dealer always states that there is no supply from company itself. Now it has been one month of being deprived of any gas connection.

Pls expedite the process. Waiting for an urgent action.

    My Consumer No. BLG 6609 & My Name is Sheetal Kumar Pachauri. How I am Booking the gas then my gas Receptionist saying Your gas bacame Booking and We are delivered after 5-7 days. How My gas is not reached to my home after 7 days then I call the Balaji Gas Service then Receptionist say Your Gas are not booking and again Booking. This Problem comes after every booking time in front me. I Want Know that which days after Booking became OR What is Booking Period time in days.

        theft of gas in cylinder

        I had purchases a gas cylinder by Rohit gas agency shahjahanur which is the franchises of Indian gas agency trough home delivery.
        Gas connection no. is 19435 that is regestered to the name of Pawan Kumar Gupta Shahjahanpur.
        in that cylinder there is no quantity of LPG gas. The gas cylinder was filled with water or any other liquid substance.

        please sugess me what shoud i do.

          the local indane gas agency at raikot dist ludhiana (pb) is booking gas cylinder after 21 days and gives delivery after another 15 days even on dbc.to the best of my information the 21 days booking period should be counted alternatively on both the cylinders. eg i[censored] took dely of one cyl on 1/10 and that of other cyl on 15/10, then u can book one cyl on 21/10 and another on 4/11(21 days booking period counted on both the cyl dely date on dbc) but here as per them there is no distinction between a single cyl connection and a double cyl connection. then why should the consumer deposit extra security for two cylinders.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            1. I have a domestic LPG gas connection from S K Gas agency, Bariatu road, ranchi.

            2. I booked my number for a cylinder on 25 09 2011.

            3. a cylinder was delivered to me on 01 10 2011.

            4. a non computerized trivial slip was given by the deliivering person on payment.

            5. half an hour later, the computerized slip was being given to me, but without any counterfoil on which the consumer signs after receiving with the date.

            6. the cylinder, on 05 11 2011 is found to leak while fixing the regulator.

            I feel some sort of deliberation on the part of gas agency in delivering me the defective cylinder and the late delivery of it.

              This complain is in regards to bring in your notice about thecommon man and its troubles gas fuel everything is on high prices nd even though we somehow mange fulfilling our basic needs we get things not worthy the price. like indane gas cylinder i bought last was close to empty the guy weighed it but it only lasted 15-20 days while the usage is only for 1 person. this is higly unbearable. please to smething abt it.

Kuthera kherla Tehsil Amb District Una (H.P.) presently i am living at nangal jarialan tehsil Amb District Una (H.P.) but this time Sunil Gas Service Gagret did not fill our cylinder and they told to us to take new connection of gas but why i have to purchase a new connection of gas? when i ask from the contact person then she told me their is no connection on your name.                   I am K K Mohanan, resident of Shastalyam, holding Gas connection no.27551 as M/s Kamala Gas Agency from last 10 years.
                  Since Gas connection issued to me, I am facing problem o[censored]ntimely delivery of Gas cyclinder. If we wish visit the agency to chek the status of our Gas booking, as per their records gas cylinder was issued to us next day of gas booking which shows that they are selling cylinder to someone else in black. As it was not a one time story this problem we are facing since beginning.
                  Kindly take appropriate action towards M/s Kamala Gas agency,as we re facing lot of troble due to untimely delivery of gas cylinder.

                  iocl cooking gas — non delivery of domestic cooking gas

                  i am a consumer of IOC cocking gas. my consumer number is 661. Agent name is Verma Gas Agency, Mandawali, Delhi - 92. There is always a delay in delivery of cooking gas. I have registered through 1260 at 7.15 AM on 12-1-10. Booking number is 1.
                  So far I did not get the gas. The telephone number 22473808 of Verma Gas Agency is always put off as a result I am not able to enquire about my gas supply.

                      I have made so many phone but not yet been received by the Agency look like a powerful god of consumers.,All
                      phone nos are working but no response from them. The supply of cylinder is very poor and not satisy their
                      custmers at any cost. so do the needful.

                        with the second gas connection taken from Indane gas (IOC),the staff charged total of Rs1715. The amount to be charged is Rs1665(Rs1250 for new cylinder and 415 for filling up the cylinder).They charged Rs50 for a gas lighter which i dont require.I refused to take but the staff working there told me that if i require the gas then i have to buy this lighter., its compulsory to take. I asked the bill if its compulsory from the company,but they refuse to give the bill for that lighter.The staff was very rude and used very bad language.I request you to see in the matter.

                          I, Mrs. Amsavalli is one of the Indane Gas Consumer and my consumer Number is 347. I had made a call on 19.9.11 regarding supply of refill gas cylinder and my booking reference No is 225806.On 27.9.11, i have received a message to my cell No [protected] that the cash memo 6069 generated against refill booking and cylinder will be supplied shortly. Till date i.e upto 1.10.11 my gas agency " Sri Selvi Gas Indane Agency at Porur" has not supplied the refill cylinder and when i have to contact over telephone No[protected] &[protected], a recorded message appears that the subsriber is busy and try after some time. The firm " Sri Selvi Indane Gas Agency" is often supplied belatedly after the cash memo generated by booking a consumer complaint and this is my second Complaint. Please direct them to supply refill cylinder immediately.

                            After the IVR system booking, we never get the cylinders on the committed time, We get the cylinders after 15-20 days of the booking date but in the receipt given by the service provider is mentioned as delivered on the next day of the booking date. And it is very disgusting to say that pathetic customer support, Some of the employee's working over there (Reception) never give a relevant answer to the issues faced by the customer's and they are manner-less. Being one of the largest packed-LPG brands its a very big achievements, but this type of service providers brings you a negative points. Request you to take a initiative steps on the above mentioned issue.

Shrimal Indane Distributer Code is 87411337, Raghogarh, Guna to Till date, the same is not delivered to me. I have booked a cyllinder on 30.07.2011 and the delivery date of cyllinder is 17.08.2011 and second booking date is 05.09.2011 but they not delivered up to till date. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                my self vikram shrivastava residing at vadodara , i am taking indane gas connection from Narsingh Krupa gas agency , akota , vadodara @5400/- on april 2010. i am trrying to get information about second bottle connection but agency' employee says try after 2-3 months before, today i enquire about DBC(double bottle connetion) they says enquire in November 2011.

                                I want the term & policy of DCB. why gas agency sale extra home appliance with gas connection @ higher then market price. are they grow our profit for selling like gas stove, lighter , cooker and many more.

                                  Today, I was waiting for my turn to fill petrol at Balaji petrol bunk on Royapettah High Road near Sanskrit College in Chennai. A lady was filling, who initially asked for Rs 50 worth of petrol and later added on for another Rs 150. I noticed that the indicator stopped abruptly at Rs 110 and the attendant said he has filled for Rs 150. But the lady insisted that it did stop at Rs 110 and after some argument the cashier asked him to fill for Rs 40. Luckily, the lady escaped being taken for a ride.

                                  But when my turn came, I asked them to fill for Rs 150 and the same thing happened but the attendant and the Cashier insisted that they had filled for Rs 150. As I wanted fill up the tank, I had to add on another Rs 50 worth of petrol. I am sure that the I have been taken for a ride and lost Rs 40. I brought it to the notice of Mr Chandrashekar of IOC who has assured me of taking serious action against them. I am waiting for a reply from him.

                                    With due respect I, Prabir Khanra, customer ID 001704 want to state that I had collected a gas cylinder from M/s Haroa Gas Service, Distributor of Indane on 19th August, 2011 (Booked on 9th August, 2011). The gas cylinder could not be used after a few days when approximately 2 kgs of gas was used up. The remaining gas was not comming out due to technical defects. I had reported this to the distributor but he/she refused to take any steps for redressal of the same. In view of the above I would request you to take necessary action at the earliest & oblige.

                                    With due respect I, Prabir Khanra, customer ID 001704 want to state that I had collected a gas cylinder from M/s Haroa Gas Service, Distributor of Indane on 19th August, 2011 (Booked on 9th August, 2011). The gas cylinder could not be used after a few days when approximately 2 kgs of gas was used up. The remaining gas was not comming out due to technical defects. I had reported this to the distributor but he/she refused to take any steps for redressal of the same. In view of the above I would request you to take necessary action at the earliest & oblige.
