Sir,
its regarding non supply of LPG cylinder at rural area.
Sir i want to state that myself ravinder kumar residing at vill akera, near - dharuhera, distt- rewari. There is Lpg delivery stn is avialable at dharuhera, which is 10 km away frm my vill. The agency is not ready to give home delivery to my vill stating that there is problem to finding addresses in the village. But now in villages also house no. Allotted to each house, but then also they are not ready to provide home delivery. Kindly clerify...
I am customer of indane gas at Dharuhera from last 1.5 Year, Every time we are doing booking by phone, now that no is not in working, we have tried so many times, the distribution man asked that you will go to indane office booking, it is very difficlt for us working person in PVT. job. So how we can do our cylinder booking. Why customer is suffering by mismanagement of distributors. Is they are diverting more share to the black market, so making the process of delay so that they can get the more benifit of black market.

    LPG of Indane — non receiving of gas cylinder

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked for a cylinder on 3.11.2009 at M/S JYOTI JWALA,Indane distributor,Annex Jharia club,
    P.O. Bhaga,Jharia, Dhanbad.but till date Ihave not received any cylinder from them.I have floowed up this thing with them and each time they replied me that within one day or two they will send it.
    Sir, this is a recurring problem for us and each and every time they used to harass us.
    My humble request to you that please arrange to send a cylinder at the earliest and to look after the matter so that harrasment will not take place in future.

      Subject: Gas Leakage Complaint

      I am an Indane gas customer at Dwarka, Delhi.I had lodged a complaint regarding gas leakage so many times but still no action have been taken for it. I have been trying to call up my supply agency (Jai Jawan Gas Service, Dwarka, New Delhi) but phones are continuously busy. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered.
      On my last complaint, a technician visited my house but still the problem persists.After that day, I have complained many a times but no response is received till yet.
      Please take the necessary action.

      It has been complained many times that their is leakage in our gas cylinder. We had complained many times but they are not giving any response.
      sir,
      the day before yesterday i received the cylinder from the dealer NOBLE INDANE,797,Janpath,Sahid Nagar,BBSR,ORISSA.It was checked and found to be alright then.Today when i used it there was leakage.Immediately i informed the dealer about this.After much argument he assured me to send the mechanic immediately,but till 6pm no one has come & their emergency cell is found to be busy.What can i do?
      My consumer no : 50155 Gas agency : A.P.State civil supplies corp.ltd of Baghligampally(Nallakunta). Iam not able to reach the emergency no's : 27801123 and 24576261 from past 3 days as there is no response on those no's as those no's are for Gas leakage compalints. My problem still persisits. They should give the cell No's for the emergency calls with response. What more can we expect from them when there is no response for Emergency itself.

      In my neighbour regulator connection traced gas leakage smell and couldnot use gas for cooking purpose. several times made phone to the customer service not responded kindly attend the fault at the earliest . Neibhbours name is srinivasan, consumer no.6336. Address. 4/7 Mandhinayagar thottam, Ramapuram chennai 89.
      I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My distributor's name is Chirantani Gas Agency, 3, Bangur Avenue, Block-C, Kolkata-55. My consumer No. is BA/24059. My connection is more than 15 years old. Since 2.9.08 cylinder is not being used because of leakage. My districutor is informed on 3.9.08 personally. Till now, neither they replaced the leaked cylinder nor they took any positive steps. As a result I am suffering badly for non-supply of gas. MY second cylinder is empty. Please take immediate steps.
      Hi,
      Due to faulty regulator there is gas leakage in my home. I have registered a verbal complaint regarding this at the nearest Indane gas office(present at malakpet, hyderabad) on january 5th. I have been visiting the office every weekend till now and they have been saying that there is a shortage of regulators and hence cannot provide us with one. This has been going on for the past 14 days and today when i talked to the officer over there he was very rude and was saying to go and register a complaint at the head office and not waste his time. When asked what action they can take regarding the gas leakage at our home he acts as if it is not his headache. Please take some action since gas leakage is a life threatening situation.

      Called at 6:30PM 8.02.09, about gas leakage (in new cyllinder i.e seal just unwarp), person came around 8:00Pm, told that the cyillinder has to be replaced, shall be replaced in the morning, so far 2:00PM (9.02.09) no has come neither picking up phone

      How can IOC be so irresponsible if they cant attend to such emergency? Tel Numbers printed on the Gas Reciept given by distributors are not working.. This is the worst customer experience I ever had.

      IOC should wake up and do something constructive to ensure safetly of all consumers in not compromised.

      We are the consumers of Indane gas for the last 5 plus years. The problem is that for two times the cylenders were supplied without rubber voucher, which can connect the regulator and cylendr, that is why gas was leaking. They gave mobile number on the receit for emergency, it was not working when the gas was leaking in our house. That is why two issues. (1) Supplying of the leaking cylendres and (2) Mobile is not working for the emergence calls.
      I am holding amn INDAN gas connection and there has been a leakage of gas from our system. Our supplying agency is GOLDEN GAS, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017, Haryana. My gas connection is 4917. My address is A328 Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Inspite of my repeated request to GOLDEN GAS they have not cared to send anybody for checkup and repairs. I am living in an endangered situation and unable to cook satisfactorily. It is, therefore, requested that somone is sent immediately for rectification.

      I have recd a cylinder on 6th July 2010, from Sona Enterprises, therefore we have noticed that your cylinder is leaking from that day on which we have recd.

      Revathy Gas Agencies. Medavakkam 601302 We are getting cylinder constantly without washer resulting in GAS Leakage. We have orally told several times to the concerned agencies to take care every time. They are repeatedly doing the same mistake. Because of this, we are forced to get under weight cylinder GAS.

      i have complained for a leakage of gas ,but the agency people are not ready to exchange it soon.and they also have bad co-operation with the customers .if an accident occurs with my family members then i would prefer a police complaint on behalf of the agency (balasore gas agency,BALASORE.)

      Gas leakage was noticed this afternoon (Sunday 12.08.2012)
      in standby cylinder at home. No response from the gas dealer.
      When complaint was lodged with Indane gas voice

      This emergency service person attended the phone once
      and later on he has switched off the phone.
      As it is an emergency what do we do...whom to contact?
      In case of an accident who is responsible?
      It is shocking that proper help is not available from
      Indane gas in an emergency.

      I have taken one commercial LPG connection No. 7994 from M/s. Rohini Enterprises, 55, Durga Market, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (Category No. 26864) vide Receipt No. 2418 dated 10/11/2012. There is leakage in the cylinder supplied against this connection on 12/11/2012 and my attempts to reach out to the dealer as well as the leakage company through the numbers furnished on the receipt have not borne any result for the simple reason that the telephone calls are not picked up by the dealer and the mobile is switched off. I wonder whom to/where to complaint to avoid any untoward happening in my house on account of the leakage of gas? Who will be responsible for the loss/damages, if any?

      My Indance Gas Consumer ID is 78520 (D.Karunakar), I have received a new refill cylinder on 19/11/2013 which is sealed but the gas is getting leaked from the cylinder continuosly, and i gave the complaint to my gas agency where they are telling that complaint person will come and change the watcher, But as the cylinder is sealed(New) since from two days it is getting leaked, who will bear the loss of gas.Make sure to replace the cylinder but not the watcher.

        Hi,


        We had a gas connection transferred from Vishwanath gas agency: banashankhari, Bangalore, (Customer number : 64383) to seetha rama indane gas service, anekal, Bangalore (customer number : 3449).

        We had this connection in Vishwanath agency for more than 3 years, but when we transferred to Seetha rama gas agency, we got one delivery and after that we were told that the connection got suspended.
        When we contacted them, they said that all he documents were not submitted and we were told to submit the documents in the Anekal taluk office and get attestation on the gas passbook. Meanwhile we were told that we'll get 1 gas delivery till theses things are sorted out.

        So i went to Anekal taluk office on 29th October and got the attestation from the taluk office. After that i went to Seetha rama gas agency for getting the gas delivery. We were told that we will not be given AANNYYY gas until the taluk people submit the go-ahead from them, not even 1 that we were promised.

        This is soooooo frustrating. We had originally submitted the documents to Seetha rama people and they did not submit all the docs and our gas was suspended. Despite of that we did not complaint and went ahead and submitted the docs. Now we are told that we will not get anny connection with arrogance.

        Is this the way you people mistreat your customers?

        I also get my connection transferred to Seetarama Agency. All i submitted was a Cancelled Gas document from the prior distributor, Gas Card and showed the Gas - regulator. After verifying the regulator another lady (who looks like in charge) there entered the things in the computer and new consumer number was generated. At the end she said give Rs.50/- I thought I'm about to get a bill for that when I handed over the money. Then she looked at the face and said "Ashte" ..Then i realized that it was the fees paid by me for her work. Though i was not happy I did not make any fuzz as few more people was waiting there for their turn
        But then they have given the slip right.. for me also they did the same thing... but i was not aware of 'asthe..' thing.. i thought this was for their paper work.. this is soooo shameful on the part of Indian oil.. they do not have annny customer feedback kind of thing... i do not know the email address of Indian oil customer care.. if anybody has, please give so that we can get a better response from them...

          I have submitted the documents required by Indane Gas Rajnandgaon to continue the supply of LPG Gas cylender in the month from the month of sept'11.

          I have already submitted the documents 3 times but till the date I have not received any response from the Rajnandgaon Dieler and regarding the matter.

          You are requested to look into the matter and continue my gas cylinder supply immediately. I am very much suffering due to this.

            sir, i am a consumer of indance gas for domestice purpose and have consumer No.3514. i have this connection in the name of my father Mr. Chiranji Lal. My copy of LPG has been filled up compelety and i contact several time in the gas agency to open a new gas copy for the same consumer No. but they told that the stock of new copies has been finished and you may come on next day. as i am a Governenmt employee and couldn't have extra time for these type of work, anyhow i met them after a few days but they repeated the same words. Now on 29.10.2011 i also meet to one of the staff member of this agency. he agreed to open a new gas copy but forced to purchase accessories from this agency. i just want to confirm whether it is necessary to purchase accessories every time whenever we have any queries. and also they don't pick up the phone when i call them for gas booking. thier phone has always been switched off.

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              I am an user of Indane Gas. I had done my gas booking on August 29, 2011. But I have not received the same yet. Whenever I try to contact my gas agency, the phone will be either busy or remain unattended most of the time. Finally when we contacted the agency , they told they will be distributing it yesterday (October 28, 2011). But again they did not do the same. We are suffering a lot without gas even after booking it in proper time.

                Sir,
                We had booked for indane gas cylinder on 14.10.2011 online. Our consumer number is 67409 and the reference number is 212617. Till now cylinder is not delivered to us and when enquired the reply from the malavia avenue gas agency is that there is labour strike leading to delay in delivery. We had booked the cylinder after receiving the previous cylinder after 21 days, its now already 15 days over after online booking. On total its more than 35 days now. The staff in-charge reply that it will take few more days for cylinder delivery.
                This issue needs your serious attention. Kindly look into the matter and make arrangements to send the cylinder as soon as possible. I will be thankful if you do the needful.

                  Indane Gas LPG — LPG Gas delivery to houses is not providing

                  In Solapur city of Maharashtra the customers of Indene LPG are not getting LPG cylenders to their houses, 10 days after booking, when the customer contacted the local distributor, they will simply say it will be delivered today, but it is not happening, finally the customer take a auto along with their empty cylender , they are getting filled cylenders, for that they have to incurr 40-60 rupees additional expenditure from their budget, if a customer is aged, how can they get cylenders, why the customer should pay auto charges for getting LPG cylenders, it is the duty of the local districutor to give delivery at the customers home, it is happening from last two months, kindly take necessary action to regularize the delivery at homes of customers.

                        On 26/10/11 @ 12.10 noon I had filled up petrol of rs 500/- @ SRI MANIKESWARI SERVICE STATION, OPP YMCA ,NARAYANGUDA,DEALERS INDIAN OIL ,PHONE NO[protected], the bill particulars are as follows ,MC[protected]. BILL NO 007384, PETROL 6.7 LITRES RS 500/-, later after driving up to over 2 km 's my car started to jerk and started to stop while slowing down . This happened continuously @ every traffic island.
                        later in the evening @ 4.30 p.m I got the car checked up with a mechanic of MOBIL car services , he checked everything which was fine , then we got doubt over the petrol and started to collect some petrol from the car's engine in a small bottle and found to our shock that there was kerosene smell arising out of the petrol from the just filled in petrol @ above mentioned petrol pump. it's atrocious that such a thing should happen , and now my car is giving jerks , i need to get the petrol tank fully emptied and get the engine vacuum cleaned , and refill it with new fuel . This would cost me about rs 3000 to 4000 in all , should I suffer on account of this pump owner's mischief , I would like to claim mercenary damages plus time and prestige damages from this guy. I am ordinary citizen with a job in an quasi govt organisation , i do not have time to spare with car mechanics and all that stuff. All i want is that this complaint be seriously taken to its logical end ,get my car repairer and pay damages for inconvenience caused to me.
                        I have a sample of the petrol collected with me , i shall also send it to lab for tests , please suggest if you know any lab in Hyderabd/Secunderabd , who do the testing .

                        Indian Oil — mixed petrol

                        My name is Ranjeeth i am in Visakapatnam (A.P), I am Using a new bike Pulsar 180 ES, Yesterday i went to Indian oil petrol pump i filled the tank with RS 500.

                        after 20 km the sound of the engine changed, I thought scilencer must be looze so i took my bike to the nearest BAJAJ Service Station. they checked my bike and they said this is because of Mixed petrol(DUPLICATE PETROL)

                        the total KMS run by the bike is 640kms.
                        Pls. help me with this as they r still selling the same petrol to all the consumers.

Again we have booked for the gas for the second time, but still we haven't received it.

                          Kindly look into the complaint and take serious actions. Please make sure to deliver the gas asap.

Now here I want to know the status of Gas position and pl. give me my booking dates and delivery dates in your system of earlier.This message was sent by e-mail shown in IOCL site.But it was not received by your system.The Gas dealers phone mostly in out of order.It is a common problem. Everybody knows well. No action by company.

                                I live in Vikas Nagar sector 8 Lucknow, the distributors of Indian Oil LPG cylinders load and check cylinders right infront of our houses. This a closely packed area any mishap could prove lethal for the residents. The distributors check the seal and do other dangerous maneuvers which should be done in a vacant and less populated area. As you know its diwali and kids are playing with fire crackers in front of our house. Even a slightest spark could burn the entire colony. The truck comes here daily and throughs cylinders on the ground. Our water pipelines have busted several times due to this. I would urge you to please ask your distributors in sector 8 of Vikas Nagar to shift to a less populated area.

We do not see any strike news in tv or paper. What sort of strike is this? Also the staff in-charge irresponsibly reply that it will take 7-8 more days for cylinder delivery. Already we had booked the cylinder after receiving the previous cylinder after 21 days, its now already 7 days over after online booking and they say 7 more days....means even after booking online we need to wait for 35 days?

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that my Consumer No. is 21904 and the Agency is Sindhu Enterprises, Pocket A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110 095. I have been trying to book my cylinder, but all the telephone number are either hang up or the concerned officials are not picking up the phone even after the ringing of the phone.

                                      lindane — Charging Premium for delivery and late delivery

                                      I use the Sheela Gas Agency, JP Nagar-Bangalore. The Delivery boys charge 360 rs (vs 343) on the reciept. The argument is that we get it to 7th floor. But there is a 24x7 lift operative in the complex and also the charges already include delivery charges. Then why levy extra charges?
                                      Sir,

                                      Our distributor Gas & Gadgets, Manton Super Market, Shop No. 34, Kolkata - 700034 delaying gas supply in every month . They dont have any uniform system of gas booking. Previously they used to book cylinder after 15 days from the last delivery and again it takes further 2 weeks for supply. So its almost took a month for supply of a cylynder.Despite having double cylinder facility, we are getting facility of single cylinder only.Last week onward they have extended the booking date from 15 to 20 days from the date of last delivery.It further added our pain of getting cylinder on regular basis. One more thing is that the distributor keeps their four telephone lines either busy or out of order most of the time causing difficulty in booking gas.
                                      I, therefore, request the honourable authority to look up the matter and seek uniform practice of booking and delivery of gas.

                                      lindane — Not Picking Phone & Delivering Cylinder

                                      I have been Calling from 4 weeks for booking gas cylinder. No one is Picking up the Phone for booking. After booking today is 2week gas cylinder has npt been delivered

                                      lindane — No Supply of cyliner booked about a month back

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have a gas connection with Shree Laxmi Domestic Gas Suppliers, Jharsuguda (Distributor's code[protected] having consumer no. A 15822. I had booked for refill of a domestic gas cyliner on 09.09.09 , booking no. 1240 for home delivery. I was assured that it will be delivered latest by 16.09.09. But , even after the passage of about one month it is yet to be delivered. When enquired over phone, I got the reply that it will be delivered the same day. But, that never happened.Frustrated, I have even visited to the agency's office thrice with the empty cyliner, but always got the assurance that the person with full cylinder has been sent. Earlier they said that the house was locked , which is not true.Each time I got the assurance of delivery I ensured that my wife is avaialbe at home to receive the filled up cylinder.

                                      Now, I am frustrated as it is not possible to follow up with the agency continuously taking leave from duty. Please get this resolved soon. This is not new in this area. We never get the cyliners in time and recently the problem has become very much acute.

                                      Need your kind intervention to have a permanent solution to this problem.

                                      indane gas is delivering in very delay even they can not lifting phone also sometime lifting and could not talked any thing.so we are facing a lot of problem those dont have gas connection they easily get in time but we dont .i have booked before 25 days till yet do not recieve gas.

                                      I have a lpg gas connection of indane place Mandawali East Delhi-110092 in Verma gas agency. My consumer id is M-22091. I have booked for refill of a domestic cylinder on 8.8.2010 . 30 days are sill over till Now I didnt recieve cylinder I Have already complain & Visited the Office but the office workers told me that Tommorrow I will send the cylinder in your house but tommarrow never come .I am not satisfied with verma gas agency distributer. they are always cheating with its consumers. Please take necessary actions against these distributer. so that consumers are not suffer for this.
                                      Need your kind intervention to have a permanent solution to this problem.

                                      lindane — DELAYED DELIVERY

                                      I am a customer of indane gas through MM gas agency perambalur. My customer No.7132 Aranarai.
                                      The gas cylinder distribution is very vague and irresponsible.As per the agency, we have to book the cylinder 28 days after the previous delivery.Then they are supplying the cylinder 15 days later.Not only that that is not a correct days.Most of the times it takes 25 days.I was booked my cylinder on 31st August.Untill now i didnt got my cylinder.so far 23days completed.If you are asking the answer is iresponsible.Anything u ask in counter they are telling ask to madem.If we are asking the madem, Sir will come on 3o clock.you can ask to him.
                                      Our tamil nadu civil supplies minister every week telling in news paper, Gas cylinder supply is normal,there is no lack behind.there are surplus.As per the perambalur status, which one is true.
                                      Please indane distribution can take this complaint and make query and normalise the cylinder supply and make the perambalur people happy.

                                      In New Delhi at South Avenue there is this gas agency Rajhans Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

                                      Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

                                      Often they do delay in providing gas cylinders and most of the time, I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

                                      Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbin for complaints agains any Govt organization?

                                      and i was booked the gas cylinder on 1st may 2012 and it suppose to deliver on 29th may-2012 and status also showing same delivery sate, but till date i did't received my cylinder.

                                      We had booked for Indane gas cylinder on 30 January 2013 from Malavia Avenue Gas Agency, Chennai. our consumer number is 67409. so far we had not received our cylinder. Last we received our cylinder on 24/12/12. Its been more than 40 days since we received our last cylinder. when contacted the persons reply irresponsibly. i request you to do the needful as early as possible.

                                      Sir, I have booked my number to Gyan Indane Gas Service on 19 november 2013 and still not get the delivery. please instruct the distributor to improve service and customer satisfaction level.
                                      My customer id is 2411598. My booking receipt has been generated on13th oct but I have not received the delivery of my cylinder yet. The receipt number is [protected]. I am residing at puttaparthi and this gas agency is the only gas agency in the area. None of the cylinders in the area are delivered on time. I don't know where to lodge a complaint. This is the sixth time that I am lodging a complaint. Booking a cylinder and getting a refill within the stipulated time has become a dream for the residents of puttaparthi. The name of the gas agency is Prashanti Gas Agency.

                                      Hi Sir, my consumer no. 6031 in chennai, gas agency name - Sri Abhiram Indane gas agency, shollingallur.
                                      I have used IVRS services to book gas refiling on one month back, still i haven't received the cylinder. I tried to call agency office phone number given in gas book but they never picked the call and tried to call delivery boy number but it got switched off.

                                      Kindly take action immediately, it would be helpful for us since we are suffering a lot, getting frustration to call and no reply.
                                      I am writing this complaint with the least expectation of any solution. But since it is a complaint forum
                                      I am giving it a try. My distributor is Verma Gas Agency, east Delhi D51->LPG-Zone2. I booked a refill on 3rd March. I wait everyday for cylinder. It's been 7 days, but no receipt is generated yet. My last three bookings were rejected. Not a single gas was delivered in February. Not only that, the cylinder that was delivered in January was leaking. I called the cylinder delivery man many times but he did not replace it.The behaviour of last delivery man was also very rude.No one picks up the phone in gas agency as if phones are the new radio. My last gas agency was Orja gas agency. It was much better. The distributors are changed randomly without notifying customers. I just don't understand the standard provided in the capital city of India. I live in terror of leaking cylinder.Last but not the least my consumer number is CX8730549.                                       I, S.Ramesh Babu consumer of your LPG gas from Shama Indane Service, Nanded. My consumer No is CX6451055. I booked for refil of the cylinder online on 18.06.2015. ref no.is 227010. So far I didn't receive the cylinder. I went personally to the distributor twice. There is no proper response from them. No only this time, earlier also I had the same experience with them. each and every time I have to visit your distributor minimum twice or thrice for deliver of cylinder.

                                      Further they say, if I say any urgency I may take the empty cylinder to their godown and get refilled one there itself.

                                      Is this the way to behave with your customers. Cann't we get the cylinder hassle free. When can I get the cylinder.
                                      i booked the cylinder on 23.04.2023 and paid online booking reference no[protected] and paid online. cylinder not delivered till date i.e 2.5.2023 more than 10 days. why the delay. without cylinder we have to have food outside. pl reply. the dealer is maruthi gas agency at mogapair.
