Hi,
I live in Vikas Nagar sector 8 Lucknow, the distributors of Indian Oil LPG cylinders load and check cylinders right infront of our houses. This a closely packed area any mishap could prove lethal for the residents. The distributors check the seal and do other dangerous maneuvers which should be done in a vacant and less populated area. As you know its diwali and kids are playing with fire crackers in front of our house. Even a slightest spark could burn the entire colony. The truck comes here daily and throughs cylinders on the ground. Our water pipelines have busted several times due to this. I would urge you to please ask your distributors in sector 8 of Vikas Nagar to shift to a less populated area.

1. A small shed is used by a Gas Agency in our road. Ours is a residential area.

2. A Wedding hall (Nalvazvu Kalyanamandabam) is situated opposite to the shed.

3. Every day 2 to 3 lorries of gas cylinders are parked in our road obstructing the traffic. In addition to the above, try cycles are brought to the road for unloading the cylinders and loading the empty cylinders resulting in traffic jam in our road. The cylinders are also placed on the pedestian platform obstructing movement

4. It is even worse during wedding days when visitors cars are parked on either side of the road. Inspite of several requests the gas agency people are not listening .

5. They can park the vehicle in the Royapettah High Road junction opposite to Vittan (Departmental Stores) and dot the disbursement of cylinders.

We request your immediate action on the same.

    we have book online for refile indane gas vide registration no.'231277' dtd.13.10.11 then receive sms on 24.10.11 of cashmemo no.3492 has been delivered on 22.10.11,but physicaly we have yet not receive the same.

        Sir,
        We had booked for indane gas cylinder on 14.10.2011 online. Our consumer number is 67409 and the reference number is 212617. Till now cylinder is not delivered to us and when enquired the reply from the malavia avenue gas agency is that there is lorry strike and worker strike leading to delay in delivery. We do not see any strike news in tv or paper. What sort of strike is this? Also the staff in-charge irresponsibly reply that it will take 7-8 more days for cylinder delivery. Already we had booked the cylinder after receiving the previous cylinder after 21 days, its now already 7 days over after online booking and they say 7 more days....means even after booking online we need to wait for 35 days?
        This issue needs your serious attention. Kindly look into the matter and make arrangements to send the cylinder as soon as possible. I will be thankful if you do the needful.

        lindane — Unable to book the cylinder as the phone numbers are hang up

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that my Consumer No. is 21904 and the Agency is Sindhu Enterprises, Pocket A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110 095. I have been trying to book my cylinder, but all the telephone number are either hang up or the concerned officials are not picking up the phone even after the ringing of the phone.

        Kinldy look into this matter, as it is creating problems in booking of the cylinder.

        lindane — Charging Premium for delivery and late delivery

        I use the Sheela Gas Agency, JP Nagar-Bangalore. The Delivery boys charge 360 rs (vs 343) on the reciept. The argument is that we get it to 7th floor. But there is a 24x7 lift operative in the complex and also the charges already include delivery charges. Then why levy extra charges?
        Sir,

        Our distributor Gas & Gadgets, Manton Super Market, Shop No. 34, Kolkata - 700034 delaying gas supply in every month . They dont have any uniform system of gas booking. Previously they used to book cylinder after 15 days from the last delivery and again it takes further 2 weeks for supply. So its almost took a month for supply of a cylynder.Despite having double cylinder facility, we are getting facility of single cylinder only.Last week onward they have extended the booking date from 15 to 20 days from the date of last delivery.It further added our pain of getting cylinder on regular basis. One more thing is that the distributor keeps their four telephone lines either busy or out of order most of the time causing difficulty in booking gas.
        I, therefore, request the honourable authority to look up the matter and seek uniform practice of booking and delivery of gas.

        I have been Calling from 4 weeks for booking gas cylinder. No one is Picking up the Phone for booking. After booking today is 2week gas cylinder has npt been delivered

        Dear Sir,

        I have a gas connection with Shree Laxmi Domestic Gas Suppliers, Jharsuguda (Distributor's code[protected] having consumer no. A 15822. I had booked for refill of a domestic gas cyliner on 09.09.09 , booking no. 1240 for home delivery. I was assured that it will be delivered latest by 16.09.09. But , even after the passage of about one month it is yet to be delivered. When enquired over phone, I got the reply that it will be delivered the same day. But, that never happened.Frustrated, I have even visited to the agency's office thrice with the empty cyliner, but always got the assurance that the person with full cylinder has been sent. Earlier they said that the house was locked , which is not true.Each time I got the assurance of delivery I ensured that my wife is avaialbe at home to receive the filled up cylinder.

        Now, I am frustrated as it is not possible to follow up with the agency continuously taking leave from duty. Please get this resolved soon. This is not new in this area. We never get the cyliners in time and recently the problem has become very much acute.

        Need your kind intervention to have a permanent solution to this problem.

        indane gas is delivering in very delay even they can not lifting phone also sometime lifting and could not talked any thing.so we are facing a lot of problem those dont have gas connection they easily get in time but we dont .i have booked before 25 days till yet do not recieve gas.

        Dear sir.

        I have a lpg gas connection of indane place Mandawali East Delhi-110092 in Verma gas agency. My consumer id is M-22091. I have booked for refill of a domestic cylinder on 8.8.2010 . 30 days are sill over till Now I didnt recieve cylinder I Have already complain & Visited the Office but the office workers told me that Tommorrow I will send the cylinder in your house but tommarrow never come .I am not satisfied with verma gas agency distributer. they are always cheating with its consumers. Please take necessary actions against these distributer. so that consumers are not suffer for this.
        Need your kind intervention to have a permanent solution to this problem.

        lindane — DELAYED DELIVERY

        Dear Sir
        I am a customer of indane gas through MM gas agency perambalur. My customer No.7132 Aranarai.
        The gas cylinder distribution is very vague and irresponsible.As per the agency, we have to book the cylinder 28 days after the previous delivery.Then they are supplying the cylinder 15 days later.Not only that that is not a correct days.Most of the times it takes 25 days.I was booked my cylinder on 31st August.Untill now i didnt got my cylinder.so far 23days completed.If you are asking the answer is iresponsible.Anything u ask in counter they are telling ask to madem.If we are asking the madem, Sir will come on 3o clock.you can ask to him.
        Our tamil nadu civil supplies minister every week telling in news paper, Gas cylinder supply is normal,there is no lack behind.there are surplus.As per the perambalur status, which one is true.
        Please indane distribution can take this complaint and make query and normalise the cylinder supply and make the perambalur people happy.

        lindane — always refill in 60 days

        lindane — Delay In Delivery/Not Picking Phone

        In New Delhi at South Avenue there is this gas agency Rajhans Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

        Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

        Often they do delay in providing gas cylinders and most of the time, I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

        Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbin for complaints agains any Govt organization?

        and i was booked the gas cylinder on 1st may 2012 and it suppose to deliver on 29th may-2012 and status also showing same delivery sate, but till date i did't received my cylinder.

        Sir, I have booked my number to Gyan Indane Gas Service on 19 november 2013 and still not get the delivery. please instruct the distributor to improve service and customer satisfaction level.
        My customer id is 2411598. My booking receipt has been generated on13th oct but I have not received the delivery of my cylinder yet. The receipt number is [protected]. I am residing at puttaparthi and this gas agency is the only gas agency in the area. None of the cylinders in the area are delivered on time. I don't know where to lodge a complaint. This is the sixth time that I am lodging a complaint. Booking a cylinder and getting a refill within the stipulated time has become a dream for the residents of puttaparthi. The name of the gas agency is Prashanti Gas Agency.

        Hi Sir, my consumer no. 6031 in chennai, gas agency name - Sri Abhiram Indane gas agency, shollingallur.
        I have used IVRS services to book gas refiling on one month back, still i haven't received the cylinder. I tried to call agency office phone number given in gas book but they never picked the call and tried to call delivery boy number but it got switched off.

        Kindly take action immediately, it would be helpful for us since we are suffering a lot, getting frustration to call and no reply.
        I am writing this complaint with the least expectation of any solution. But since it is a complaint forum
        I am giving it a try. My distributor is Verma Gas Agency, east Delhi D51->LPG-Zone2. I booked a refill on 3rd March. I wait everyday for cylinder. It's been 7 days, but no receipt is generated yet. My last three bookings were rejected. Not a single gas was delivered in February. Not only that, the cylinder that was delivered in January was leaking. I called the cylinder delivery man many times but he did not replace it.The behaviour of last delivery man was also very rude.No one picks up the phone in gas agency as if phones are the new radio. My last gas agency was Orja gas agency. It was much better. The distributors are changed randomly without notifying customers. I just don't understand the standard provided in the capital city of India. I live in terror of leaking cylinder.Last but not the least my consumer number is CX8730549.         I, S.Ramesh Babu consumer of your LPG gas from Shama Indane Service, Nanded. My consumer No is CX6451055. I booked for refil of the cylinder online on 18.06.2015. ref no.is 227010. So far I didn't receive the cylinder. I went personally to the distributor twice. There is no proper response from them. No only this time, earlier also I had the same experience with them. each and every time I have to visit your distributor minimum twice or thrice for deliver of cylinder.

        Further they say, if I say any urgency I may take the empty cylinder to their godown and get refilled one there itself.

        Is this the way to behave with your customers. Cann't we get the cylinder hassle free. When can I get the cylinder.
        i booked the cylinder on 23.04.2023 and paid online booking reference no[protected] and paid online. cylinder not delivered till date i.e 2.5.2023 more than 10 days. why the delay. without cylinder we have to have food outside. pl reply. the dealer is maruthi gas agency at mogapair.

            The Agents of the INDANE GAS Company are not giving their services promptly. They engineer various ways to harass people. In order to book your gas connection (New One) all you need is to give your ID and Address proof and that could be Your Driving License/Pan Card/Ration card/or any such Photo ID and as a proof of address it could be Rent agreement or Receipt/Electricity Bill/Water Bill/Building Documents but the Company agent ask only ration Card. Is it not ridiculous?

            A person having Gas connection, if does not book or take gas cylinder delivery for six months they presume that the person has left and the cancel the connection and when he goes for booking his gas lapsing 6 months they don't book their LPG and will say your gas connection to be revived again for which they will ask for original Deposit receipt and Ration card once again. How can they cancel the gas connection on their presumption that the party has left when the deposit of the consumer is lying with you. Until the consumer altogether requests you to cancel the connection how can you cancel it on your whims and fancy. Is not it malaise ? A person can book his cylinder in a month or two or three or six or eight months, why the Gas Company imposes such unreasonable conditions. A consumer can book his cylinder according to his convenience. Why the Company should impose weird conditions on consumers. Is it a law? If so can any body quote me the same?

            INDANE GAS COMPANY — Non supply of refill gas

            I Partha Kumar –consumer no 10169—dealer M/s Anusha Indane gas company.No153/3, 11th cross, Bendre Nagar, BSK 2nd stage, Bangalore.
            I have booked online for refill gas cylinder on 29-06-11—booking no—226670.
            On 18th july 2011, when I enquired online for position of the refill gas cylinder supply, I was shocked to know that refill gas was supplied on 11-07-11.
            I did not know that without supply how position will be updated in the server,
            I request concerned to look into this.
            Note: Till now I did not get my Refill cylinder—

              I S.V Ravi , consumer of IOCL LPG GAS connection with consumer number 23187 in Bangalore with nataraj enterprises in yelahanka.My mobile nos. are [protected] and [protected].Today i received a message stating that i have booked a cylinder today with booking reference 339169.But in reality i have not booked for a cylinder and i suspect somebody is trying to misuse my consumer number for taking LPG Cylinders .Please verify and stop this misuse and kindly intimate me aout this.

                I,s.k.thakur consumer no- 18389 went to agarwal gas agency kadma,jamshedpur to book my
                gas.But the person in counter told me that you can't book right now since the gap of 21 day has not been completed till now.But i have to say that I have been delivered the previous booking more than one month. Every booking and delivery is mentioned on my consumer book.Although i havn"t booked recently then you please enquire who booked againt me and on dated 14/08/2011 and taken the delivery? The owner of the gas agency misbehaved with me when i approached to him regarding this.He retorted you can go anywhere wherever you would like.This type of negligency and arrogant behaviour has caused major inconvenience to me.so you please look into the matter and do the needful.

                i narendra kumar gupta my consumer no.29356 went to tushar agencies hazaribagh.sir main 15 days se pareshan hoon gas book karane jaata hoon toh kabhi kahta hai home dalevery nahi hai.kabhi kahta hai kal aiye.15days se mujhe paresan kar raha hai.mere ghar per cylender khatam ho gaya hai.mujhe lagata hai mere name ka cylender black me sale kar diya.main bahut.tushar agencies se paresan hoon sir.please mere liye kuch karne ka kast kare.15days se roz dauda raha hai.my contact no.[protected]

                  I called on 21/10/2011 many times to inform about the huge gas leakage in the gas cylinder every time they say we will send the area supplier man but now even after 24 hours and calling them many times to look in the matter as any miss happening may take place no one has yet taken any pain to resolve the issue.
                  Sir,
                  I am consumer of Indane gas agency "M/s Pyare Lal & Sons". This is second encounter of such problem. Today At 0650hrs when I replaced my empty cylinder with the filled one. I heard a leakage sound from cylinder and immediate I disconnected that cylinder. I tried all the emergency nos since that time till 0930hrs . The status of the emergency nos which suppossed to be attended all 24 hrs are as follows:-
                  1) [protected] This vodafone no was continuously switched off.
                  [protected] This no is out of service and still printed on the slip.
                  [protected] This no. is working the the continuously ringing but of no veil as nobody was picking up the same.
                  4) [protected] This no also ringing till 0930hrs when Mr. Neeraj picked it up and instead of listening to the compalint start teching me on phone and assured me that he will attend the complaint in one and half hour.
                  Sir, I have encountered the same problem last year also and told the same about non-functioning of emergency nos. I was assured to keep a random check for the these nos. because this is not only my problem this can be happened to any consumer and these nos. should be working properly and given to the responsible persons only whose who can give a quick assistance.
                  In view of the above, it is requested that corrective measures be taken and this should be left casually.

                    i am manpreet singh maan from morinda ropar (punjab) india i have booked a cylinder last month 24 february so gas egeency ask this month 8 march deliverd the cylinder but he has not deliverd i ask last 4 days plese send a cylinder but employe egnore the call and me he ask cylinder was a very shot from back office but i watch he has a give another customer many cylinder illegal only give extra money and not watch copy and registration he has not give delivery today[protected] so plese stop this black money cylinder and

                      I have taken new connection ( LPG) from indane gas no. 33760 one month back, now I register online at indanegas.co.in as new customer, it shows invalid ie customer doesnt exist. I tried there helpline no.[protected], 155233, reply from other side was please check the no. you dialed. It seems the co. is doing frod with customers, Now if i need to refill gas cylender where should i go. I am self employed person, so i book gas through phone or online, Kindly guide me what to do.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I receive my supplies of LPG cylinders from Indane Gas Agency of BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata on a regular basis ever since the outlet at AE Market, M/s Banerjee Gas Syndicate, shut down. The recent mode of booking is through mobile and the consumer is given a booking number. After a few days the consumer is intimated over the mobile of the generation of cash memo number. After that I do not know when the cylinder gets delivered because the first time I booked through my mobile, I received a booking number and then after a few days I received the cash memo number with the assurance that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. That was just before the Durga Puja. After a few days I was intimated over my mobile that the cash memo had been cancelled. On enquiry it transpired that the delivery man had come and finding no one at home he went away with the cylinder.This was an absolute lie as I was at home throughout the day.
                        My next booking no. is 249483 and the cash memo generated is 10054 dt. 27.09.2011. I have not yet received the cylinder and I have run out of gas at home.I am in terrible situation with Diwali only a few days away.
                        Can I hope for a help ?

                        In continuation of the complain against Indian Gas Agency, BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064 dt. 21.10.2011 regarding inordinate delay in delivering gas at my address AE 724, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064, I would like to bring to your attention that today's enquiry has revealed that booking no.249483 made from my mobile and the corresponding cash memo generated against it, messaged to me on 27.09.2011 on my mobile are in someone else's name!!!
                        Will the appropriate authorities please take steps to stop such malpraciises ?

                            I am a LPG Domestic Customer my My Consumer No is G-5071, My Agency Name is Satya Gas Sevices, Road no 16 Gardanibagh Patna -1(Bihar).
                            My booking No is : 212080 dated 8-October-2011, and Cash memo numer of delivery is 2148. But very Hopless to say that Till now i have not get my filled cylender delivery. allready more than 9 day of booking is completed . I have made a complene regarding delivry of cylinder with my agency but very sorry to say that there is no further action taken .
                            So i kindly request you to please take appropriate action agans the defauler and ensure my cylender delivery as soon as posible.

                              I have an indane gas connection from 8 years. I am suffuring Gas leakage problem from regulator from last 10-12 days. Last saturday dated 15/10/2011 I visited at Bindu Gas Agency for replace my faulty regulator with cash payment whichever is applicable. But they denied me to replace or sold the regulator.
                              This is a serious problem to me which can reflect an accident with me or my family.
                              After that person who was attended me ( a lady ) refused to tell me her name and her behavoiur was also very rude.
                              NOTE : I want to purchase a geniune product for my safety and I believe in geniune parts of the agency.

                                I (Chetan Singh Rajput, 113 R.P.S. Colony, Opp. Khanpur Depot, New Delhi – 110 062) have a Indian Oil L.P.G. Gas connection at your Sodhi Gas Service, J – Block, Saket, New Delhi branch under L.P.G. Gas Connection Number TSG – 0589.

                                Since last month, I am facing lot of problem on booking of L.P.G. Gas Cylinder.

                                Recently I am booked the Gas cylinder on 17th October 2011 under booking no. 58029. But till the date I am not received the gas cylinder. When I want know the reason of delay, they people were telling, we were already delivered the L.P.G. Gas cylinder on dated 20th October 2011.

                                I do not know why they people treat this. We are already suffering lot of problem.

                                Please resolve the issue & instruct your branch behave properly from the customer.

                                  I am a regular consumer of Indane Gas from 1991. My conumer number is: 12445. After writing through your portal, IOC replied for my complaint no. docket no:- 198890. The mail stated that 'The distributor is advised to check and deliver the refll immediately if not delivered yet'. We went with the e-mail sent to us from IOC and showed it to the distributor who refuses to supply the gas stating that we need to show the original allotment letter. Sir, we have changed our residence so many times since 1991 and misplaced the original gas allotment letter. I personally assured the distributor i will give an affidavit stating that i reside in this house and having this gas connection since 1991. However it was turned down and the original allotment letter was insisted. I am a heart patient and unable to go to the Distributor (Veena Gas Agency, Sarai Julena, New Friends Colony, New Delhi) again and again. The distributor's agency is so crowded hardly any one person can stand. And the treatment of the consumer is also bad. May I request through this letter, to state clearly how to go about when i don't have a copy of the original allottment letter from Indian Oil Corporation.

                                      I have booked the cylender on 14th September 2011 to the service center named Aparajita Gas Service in Habra but still now the cylinder has not delivered. But from the gas office this is said several times that your cylinder has been relised, you will get that today or tomorrow. The delivery man also said that your cylinder has not been received by me. Now I came to know that today the gas office is reliseing the cylinders which were booked on 23rd September 2011. Now my question is that where is my cylinder and what can I do legally.

                                      This is same for me. My gas received by delivery man but he is not delivered me. Some time he sell it to other customer or someone for getting extra. I think Aparajita Gas Service - Habra is worst gas supplier.

                                        this complain is in regards to all the suffering i had to face cause of cheating, the ppl indane gas sent to deliver the cylinder weighed it in front of me but the cylinder only worked for 15 days..while rest of the times i use it for 2-3 months, I had to suffer a lott cause of such tricks.
