Today the deliveryman Mr. Sushil (mobile No. [protected]) of Flame gas service ( Indane) delivered a gas cylinder which was open (not sealed) to my residence C-32 Samta Nagar, Bikaner. My younder was in the house and the delivery man took the advantage of this and delivered him the open cylinder. The Falme gas service is better than others in Bikaner but since the day this deliveryman has been shifted to our area we are facing probplems. Most of the time he brings 4-5 cylinders in some private auto(taxi) and gives us the cylinder. The company / agency also put the date of booking on the invoice and no where the date of delivery is mentioned. This gives them enough scope to do corruption. My booking date and invoice date is 3.9.2011 and the firm i.e. M/S Flame gas Service has mentioned DUPLICATE on this invoice. My consumer number is 10634. Please provide relief by removing the delivery man.

    Indane gas cylinder booked by me on[protected] has not been delivered till date[protected]. On enquiries with the dealer (POOJA GAS, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam Dist) no clear reply is received, the only reply received since the last 15 days is that the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days. My booking no is[protected] and consumer no: 39422.

    It may please be noted that during the earlier deleveries the dealer has no given the bill to me, hence it is suspected that the cylinders are being diverted by the dealer. The dealer has also not displayed the mandatory requirements like the cylinder deliveries cleared till date etc.

    You are requested to enquire and do the needful.

      My name is Devender Singh Gill and I applied for a new connection [no.3148 dated 20/01/2011] in name of my wife Mrs. Madhu at the under mentioned agency

      Till date I haven't got my new connection. Whenever we go to agency they are always ready with some excuse or the other. We went to agency on 09/09/2011 then they told us to come on 15/09/2011 with affidavit. When we reached on 15/09/2011 they asked the gathered crowd like ours to come on 25/09/2011. When we went there yesterday i.e.25/09/2011 they simply put up a notice stating " Due to shortage of stock the agency is not issuing DBC and new connection ".Sir my wife is pregnant and it is not possible for her to go there quite often. I am also a service person and I can't take leave every now and then.
      Previously I sent an e-mail regarding the above mentioned matter to 'Indian Oil ' and in response to that I got an e-mail from some Vishal Pandey from the id- [protected]@gmail.com in which he asked me to send the name of the concerned agency. I send him the details on 20/09/2011 but till date I have got no response.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I applied for a new Indane connection through Indane website on 11th Dec'2013 (ref number - N[protected]) in Gurgaon with 'Mata Sheetla Gas Service'. Through the toll free number [protected], I was told that I'll get the connection in 7 working days. I contineously followed-up but the only response was to wait. On 20th Dec'2013, I registered complaint with customer care (complaint number 1156975). The complaint is still in process and there is no positive response.

      Request you to look into the matter so I can get the connection. If there is any other step to be followed, kindly suggest.

      I am Shankar Staying In Tambaram, Chennai I booked Indane New LPG Connection on 24th May 2014 in Saravana Gas Agency, Perungalathur, I received the letter from the Gas Agency on 24th June 2014 stating that my New connection booking has confirmed and request the person to come to Agency for getting connection.

      From the Past 3 months i am contacting the gas agency saying that no stock is available right now.You may call after 1 months.so i am strugging a lot without having LPG Connection.So i request you to kindly deliver the LPG Connection as early as possible.

        dear sir,
        really we are suffering you. because we booked gas before one month., we didn't got the cylinder yet. when we contacted the angamaly gas agency they told today or tomorrow you you will get the cylinder. two weeks we are hearing this words.we didn't get the cylinder . and they gave the number of distributor mr titto.the number is [protected]. when we contacted to this number he told he is not distributing in our area., where we will go//?????????? to geting the cylinder. and we went to Mr titos home and he told he is not distributing in our area and one Mr jaison he is our distributor. when we contacted mr jaison he told he is a new comer in this field and starting distribution on tomorrow onwards. it may be the adjusting of mr titto.and then we contacted to your ernakulam customer care ., they behaved to us very bad. first they told that its cheranalloor policestation and cut the phone. and then we redialed and got your executive when he hear our complaint and told me to say in your angamaly distribution center. /???????
        after this they cut the phone after taking,, several times. how will we get the gas we have no complaint please give cylinder

        INDANE GAS CYLINDER DISTRUBUTION AT MALAYATTOOR AREA

        We are facing a lot probelms for getting indane cooking gas cylinder.Mr.Jaison mobile no is [protected] never attending the telephone, which has collected from him.
        First of all we want to cross check whether the above mobile no is correct or not.

        We contacted angamaly gas agency and reported the case.
        They assured that cylinder will be delivered at the earliest.
        Even after one week, yesterday[protected] he distrubuted gas cylinders in malayattoor area.
        He is not at all listing our case.

        Request kindly send contact number of the customer care supervisor to submit the full details.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I, Ipsit Kundu (Customer No. SSG - 20773, applied for double gas cylinder on 20th Jan 2011 at Srisaila Gas Service (Indane Distributor, Shop No. 15, Block No. 3, Kalyani's R.B.R. Complex, Miyapur, Dis Code 7498063, Hyderabad, A.P., India). I have not received it so far.

          I am loosing my hope.... Because I was insulted by the distributor each month (after 6 months of application). They are asking me to collect the same in next month and finally I am coming back with empty hands..... I do not know, how long....!!!! I'm staying with my family and it has become very difficult.......

          I, therefore, request you to take necessary action.

            I am consumer of indane gas from M/s mayank Gas Agency 16-B Krishna Nagar, Mathura. My Consumer number is 14780 in the name of V.K..Kapila. It is practice that gas is booked only after 20 days of supply of previous cylinder and thereafter gas is supplied after 8 to 10 days. .I want to know whether there is any such rule.If not then the gas agency should be instructed to book the gas immediately after supply of gas to the consumers. I wish to add that sometimes gas is supplied after 15 to 20 days of booking and the consumer is constrained to buy the gas from local market

              One SHREE ADHILAKSHMI INDANE GAS SERVICE at dharmapuri is dealer for indane gas supplies in DHARMAPURI town in Tamil Nadu.Its office is at 109,Praba towers,Salem Mainroad,Dharmapuri-636705.I found that this gas agency is not listed in the dealer list of IOC web site for sending feed back about its performance or complaint about the function of the said gas agency.The dealer is taking advantage of this he is not bothered to listen to the customers needs.He is not customer friendly and replies always rudely.He says I will give the complaint number of IOC and threatens that no one could do any thing even complaint is lodged.Most of the customers are from villages and due to their illetracy the makes rules for himself and treats the customers at his will.Will the IOC Officers could anything to this dictorial dealer.If possible let them try and find the result for themselves.goodluck

              It is true that most of the gas dealers think themselves as the owner of the oil company and try to impose their autocracy on poor customers.They donot mind that customers are their real boss and without them they are zero.The Indian oil company officials do not bother about the customers as they are well treated by this dealers and customers interest is in doledrum.Thousands of ANNA HAZARE all so could not any thing to this corrupted organization

                i D.P.GUHA ,c/o s.k.biswas residing at 96/2a, sarat bose rd, kol-26,po-kalighat,ps-ballygunge, hereby like to draw your attention which turned out 2b a nightmare for me and my family members....a fraud which 's being done by SWARNA NIRMAL GAS SERVICE, 81A, MOTILAL NEHRU ROAD, KOLKATA-700029,PH[protected].my customer no:SNT00091...i booked a gas frm the above mentioned distributors for indane gas for commercial usage on 6/8/2011...order no ...612...delivered on 14.8.2011 at 12.09...to my utter dismay ,IT WAS A EMPTY CYLINDER,MY MOTHER WHO'S 73 YRS NOT PHYSICALLY FIT went to the distributor and lodged a complain,which turned into deaf years, and the very next day,they again send an empty cylinder, which i discovered today,(23/9/2011)as we were not in town.so,i'll be hily obliged if the respective authorities takes some serious actions against these malpractices and i be compensated at the earliest.......regards

                  This to inform you that our gas leak in the cylinder last night. I contact my gas agency (Distributer Murshidabad Whole Sale Consumers Co-Op. Society Ltd. Berhampore Murshidabad) but all the two phone no. i.e[protected],[protected] are always busy. I doubt that the phone receivers are all kept down. As I am employed, I cannot personally go and give the complaint. Our consumer no. MW 8999 . So I had noticed them through my friend that there was a gas leak in the cylinder on 22/09/2011 at 12.30 pm. They told him to contact delivery man. I inform the delivery man they said he is coming soon. But 2:30 hours left they not reach my home. The delivery man Mobile no. is also busy. So please help me.

                    We are please to inform you that we have booked the cylinder on 31st augest and booking number is 17259 but till now we didn't get the refilled cylinder till date. This is a regular procedure happening in our area. We complaint regarding the same to the authority. But there is no favorable response from the gas agency. Please note nowadays there is no special incident occurred for the delay to supply the cylinders.this is happen in regural basis.
                    Major concern is that supply man has no any measurement device ...how do we weight the gas in cylinder. We have been told many times (in every month) to supply man but he has not taken measurement device with us ...3-5 kg gas less in every cylinder .kindly take a proper action against MATA SHEETLA GAS SERVICES

                    So please take-up the matter seriously and make arrangements to instruct your agency to supply the cylinder to our houses with immediate effect.

                      i beg to say that, i want a new gas connection because i have no any gas company gas connection, so i want to take first time new conncetion, since i have allready been submitted the documents related to the new connection, and i have been also dispatched the complain letter no. ED3804609 IN on dated 08.09.2011 the matter related mationed above. after 15 days spent but i have not got reply towards the indane gas ajency (kandhari gas ajency) kindly confirm this matter

                        Non Delivery of LPG cylinder

                        I have booked my cylinder on 04/09/2011 wide booking no.1046.My consumer no is 176719. After repeated follow up the agency always telling gas is not available in our godown.
                        Kindly look in to the matter and make arrange to supply to ensure the delivery in proper time .

                        i had booked two IOCL Gas cylinders from my mobile no +[protected] vide calling on IVR Tel No [protected] , my initial agency was Kitchen aids with Tel No[protected] and my booking No 22346 and 24867, i booked both of them together about 8 Days back, to my surprise one cylinder has been delivered and there is no information for the second one.
                        i do not not have any contact no to call and the no of kitchenaids is now non operational and the IVR is not accepting the new booking.
                        please help in getting the issue resolved at the earliest.

                          I want to draw your attention towards my complain dated;17911 serial no:9 of happy home distributer of indane gas malkapuram ,visakhapatnam-05.My consumer no: is 13068.i have booked the cylinder after waiting for more than 21 days on 3182011.i have gone to happy home 4-5 times and they say that i have no time for the delivery.the delivery receipt is dated 08911 but i received the gas on 17911 with the duplicate bill.i asked the happy home authority at malkapuram that why the duplicate bill was issued to me .but they were not able to reply my question..it is clear sign of sale of my cylinder and again issued the duplicate bill and delivered on 17911.so please look into this matter so that this is not repeated again.

                            ACME GAS AGENCY'S SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THE STAFF SITTING IN THE OFFICE IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY.

                            THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING THE CALLS. WHOLE DAY THE PHONE LINE IS RINGING BUT NOT ATTENDING.

                            AFTER BOOKING, THE DELIVERY IS GETTING AFTER 20-25 DAYS.

                            VERY BAD SERVICE. CUSTOMERS ARE SUFFERING LOT.

                            WE HAVE TO GO TO GAS AGENCY ALONG WITH GAS BOOK TO ENTER THE BOOKING NUMBER.

                            ON PHONE THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE BOOKING NUMBER.

                            IF WE BOOK ON PHONE, WHEN WE ASK FOR DELIVERY, THEY ARE TELLING THAT NOT BOOKED YET.

                            SO SAD, VERY POOR. AS A WORKING WOMEN, I AM FACING VERY MUCH PROBLEM.

                            Indane Gas — Delay in Delivery & Not Responding with the customer properly

                            My consumer no. is 30865 with M/s Rose Gas Agency, Chennai, its contact numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected]. When we called on 27 th of September 2008 they told us the cylinder was booked but when we called back on 6th October 2008 they told that no one has called & booked the cylineder, so we booked again on 6th october 2008 and enquired about the delivery date, they have not commited the date, later when we called on 15th october they told us that it will be delivered within a day, but till 21st of october we have not received the cylinder so we called again on that day, they told us that it will be delivered by that day itself, but it was not delivered, When called again on 22nd October 2008 they told us to collect the cylinder from their Godown directly & disconnected the phone, Most of times they are not picking up the calls also
                            Kindly solve our problem at the earliest.

                            Indane Gas — delay in delivery & Bad service

                            I am Indane Gas Consumer No. 16760 under M/s Wardha Indane Gas Agency, Wardha - 422001 Ph.no.[protected].
                            Me & All consumer of this agency facing a lot of problems every times from above mentioned Agency, which is listing below.

                            1) I was booking for refill at 17/04/09 but till date cylinder not received.and taking last delivery at 21/03/09, today 47 days left cylinder not deliver to me.

                            2) For refill delivery, they have a system of booking gas cylinder 21 days after last delivery & For delivery 15 days time boundation after booking date. (total minimum 36 days) But in actully this agency take 45 days to effect delivery.If the consumer insist for delivery after waiting so many days they will say that if you require cylinder you go to our Godown for delivery which is 2-3 Km away from remote place. One has to pay at least 100 Rs.extra for transportation of cylinder.

                            3) All consumer of this Gas Agency may have complaints about this agency.If you or Indane gas authorities take survey about service of this agency, you will find very bad service of this gas agency. to harass the all consumer.

                            4) I have got 6 member in my family & one cylinder last for 25 days.How I can manage with such poor service of this gas agency.

                            I have full faith on Indane Gas Authorities.Please look into this matter seriously & take necessary action & instruct this agency not to harass the consumers like this.

                            Indane Gas — Delay in delivering Gas connection

                            I booked on 6th and was told 2-3 days. Even when I called on 9th was told 10th. I requested I have a single cylinder and would be glad for a early delivery. Was told 10th. Today again they say tomorrow...this harrassment is tortorous. Then the person tries to sell a second cylinder..what is this.??

                            Indane Gururaj (Aundh Road), keeps doing this time and again. Worst when I hear a person who booked on 7th got the cylinder.

                              My name is Sundar, My Customer No. 16610, Agency Name: Prathana Gas Agency(Nanganallur)

                              One Month before i had booked my refill gas, my cash memo no is 662, after which they told that i will be getting the gas within a weeks time, atlast i did'nt get the gas even after a months time. After a months time they told that the gas delievey has been cancelled due to door locked and we have to book it again. Actually we had seen our gas cash bill with the gas delivery boy(Babu) and he told that he will deliver it to us.
                              PLEASE TRY TO STOP THE BLACKMARKETING THE GAS TO THE OUTSIDE VENDORS, THAT TOO ITS A ROUTINE PROCESS!!!!!
                              SAVE OUR ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES!!!

                                I had booked a gas refill on the 31st august 2011 n order number 18607. Cash memo 18. when i called up i got a computerised answer that my agency agnihotri sec 37 noida has cleared cylinders till 5th sept 2011. after going to agnihotri gas agrency today i got my cylinder minus my cash memo..This is absolutely ridiculous. When there is no shortage of cylinders why is it delivered so late. That means my cylinder was missing. sunila joshi.

                                  we booked a Lpg gas five days before..and today gas has been finished.i chcek the gas cylinger it was quite heavy.i called a gas mechanic to check the mattar..he checked and told there is water in cyclinder.i called a maheshwary gas agency..they never picked the phone..then i went to them..they are telling this is not their responsibilty..once they have delivered the gas cylinder..this is very irresponsible behaviour.it is their fault but they are not ready to take it..sir please help us..we are sufferin a lot.

                                      Retail Petrol Pump Details: Prop: Bhagwat Das Jagat Das- Rishikesh(Dehradun), Location Near "Hotel Ganga View" (Old Bus Stand)

                                      MY PROBLEM:-
                                      On 16/09/11 I asked for Rs 500/= normal petrol but they have given me petrol of Rs 499.96 as per the machine Ruppes unit display. The Rupees disply unit was showing 9 digit in continuation of 7 digit in place of 8 digit and this was discussed with representative of Petrol Pump. They were explaining that everything is normal. This problem I write in their book on 16/09/11 but till today (17/09/11) I did not received any calls from their side/M/s IOCL. They have not given me any receipt of my complain.

                                      Technically 8 digit must be displayed in continuation of 7 digit. If 9 digit is shown after 7 digit than it may be wrong setting/wrong display in Rupees or it is 8 digit displayed by machine and after that machine
                                      will display 9 digit But salesman stop machine at 8 digit point and explaining it as 9 digit.

                                      Conclusion is that they have given me Rs 488.86 Petrol in place of Rs
                                      500/= and remaining amount (Rs 11.14) is in account of Petrol pump owner.

                                      This is a malpractice used by this petrol pump and they are cheating the customer as well as M/s IOCL.

                                      M/s IOCL must penalize this owner as per sale of petrol from last inspection date of machine to till 16/09/11 and to take necessary and preventive actions against this Owner so that in future they can not cheat the customer and M/s IOCL.

                                      i visited to petrol pump on 17/09/11 and discussed about the status of complaint. I was shocked after seeing the continuous supply of petrol from that machine. They did not stopped the operations of defective machine That means they are cheating the public.
                                      In evening at 6:22PM (17/09/11) I talked with Sh G.B.Gohyal (Manager Marketing Officer of IOCL at Dehradun on Mb [protected]) .
                                      He called me on my Mb [protected] at 6:36PM, 17/09/11 and assure the best results. He confirmed that further operation of particular defective machine has been stopped till checking/inspection.
