new connection dai te hai paiSe walo KO or cylinder date hone k bad bhi bht ghumate hai public KO or aaj kal kar k 2 Se 4 Dino k bad number likh te hai or cylinder ka truck nhi aya y vo kya time Se hr mahine truck nhi pahuch pata hai nikita gas agency ke pass, aaiSe PE bht logo k ghar PE 1 cylinder hota hai to bahuto KO takrif ho rahi hai to in ka gas ka gorakh dhanda chal raha hai cylinder ka kala bajari chal rahi hai or hotel walo k pass cylinder time Se pahuch raha hai.or they use ABUSING WORDS while answering they are least bothered about deliveries they do force us to pay extra charges during emergency...

    I am Dev Yadav. i am customer of Indane Gas. My connection no is 8428. I have booked gas at M/S senger indane gas agency at klyanpur in kanpur ( 7th Nov-11) but till the date (1 Dec-11) gas cylinder was not delivered although i reminded them numbers of time.They gives only date.

    M/S Kunnamangalam Indane Services — Non delivery of Cylinder

    Sir ,
    I had booked for a additional cylinder in March 2006 at M/S Kunnamangalam Indane Services and have not got the connection yet. Each time i book for a refill too there is a delay. last time i booked (Consumer No : 9825) in 15 September 2007 , but the cylinder has not been issued. Kindly look into the matter.

    Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!

    I am a LPG Indane customer with North End Gas Centre,Barasat,Kolkata and my consumer Number is NE-11325. I have booked for a refile on 13.10.2007 under order No.7571. Even though it is nearing one month, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.Meantime I have reminded several times.This practice is going several month.Even they take false plea that gas could not be delivererd as the house was locked or empty cylinder could not given by customer.
    Even I am a victim of such a calouss attitude of this North End Gas Centre Barasat, Kolkata. Whenever the supply man do give the refill I have to pay Rs.50-100 as extra. This practice is going on for a long time. I am thinking of shifting to Bharat Gas.

    well my problem is that i am usually busy so the best method i feel to book gas is by telephone but the problem is that they NEVER PICK UP the phone. How inconvenient that could be for a customer. Infact i try to book it online but unable to find procedure to book online. the service is really pathetic. someone should look seriously into this matter.     GAS DELIVERY - Indane Gas - Urja Gas Agency Bibwewadi Pune

    I purchased my gas connection from 'Urja Indane Gas Agency' Bibwewadi Pune. They commited home delivery of the Gas refil at the time of booking. My residence is at Sadashiv Peth Pune which comes outside the service area of the agency. Now when I need a refil they are not willing to deliver at my residence. If this was the case why did they give me the connection. Just because they needed a customer???? I am following up for a refill for 20 days now. I the mean time I have also lodged a comlaint with Indian Oil Corporation regional office at Camp Pune. Despite that I havent received proper response. This disturbing attitute is a mental torture for me. I am now helpless and need proper guidance on how to go about all this. Please Help. My contact number is [protected]
    I am using my gas connection from 'Urja Indane Gas Agency' Bibwewadi Pune since last 1 year. In March 2008 I Transfered to Hadapsar area. Bibewadi Gas agency told me to transfer and get a filled tank in Hadapsar only. Hadapsar Gas Agency told me It will take atleast 20 days from last 1 week I am in trouble we both husband / wife are working in organization and we are having outside food. Since 4-5 days I am getting empty tank down from my building & at evening taking up empty tank. The Hadapsar Agency told me that you will get home delivery of the Gas refil after two days.I am facing problem. If this was the case why did they give me the connection.

    The Office Girls from Hadapsar Manjri Road Gas Agency are not responding properly. What I should do...

    If there is anyone who is looking through this please help me out?

    I am a working Bachelor staying alone in Navi Mumbai. My Office Hour is 10 to 6-Monday to Saturday. I stay in an individual house and hence there is no Watchman as well.
    I had booked Indane Gas refill 3 days back. But I am facing great difficulty in getting the same delivered. Because, the Agency opens at 10 am and closes before 6 pm. They are not allowing me to collect it from the agency in person also. Do I have take a leave everytime I want to refill my Cylinder ? No organisation will give me or anyone that leave. This must be a typical case with bachelors staying alone or working couples. On Sunday our offices are closed and so are the agencies. Hence I, hereby, strongly recommend and request the concerned authority to extend service either to morning hours or to the evening. Please revert on the same.

    I am having 2 cylinders at present of indane gas agency, Kunnamangalam(consumer no:1136).I have booked for a cylinder on 26/06/08.But I have not recieved the cylinder till date inspite of repeated personal request.They have not even attend the phone on enquiry and their attitude towards the customers is very bad. It is cameto know that they are supplying cylinders in black even without any advance and without seniority consideration.When I brought this fact to their notice they told me to complaint any authority very harshly.Hence I request to take necessary action against the above agency and take steps to provide me cylinder on strict seniority at the earliest.

It is nearing one and half month, I did not get any refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I have reminded several times every time they replyed me to go the center and make another booking.
    Please take nessesary action to continue the service.

    Sir I am bearing the Indane Gas consumer no-210606. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on
    31st December' 08. Till today i.e., 19th January' 09, it is not delivered. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. The agency name : Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am making call many times a day and most of the time given nos. are busy Due to this I spent approx. Rs. 322 on phone only for follow up. I request to Indane gas authority to take necessary action against the said dealer.

    My only option remains to go consumer court and i will request to compensate for this harrasment.

    Consumer number :33607. We book it thru Jaya Gas Agency in Valasarwakkam . To book the gas I am keep on trying for more than 3 days they are not picking the phone alwasy busy. Not sure how to go about the booking. Request to take some action.

    Sheetla Gas Agency, Indane Gas Services — Non-refill of Gas Cylinder

    It is very unfortunate to complaint regarding refill of my Gas Cylinder. Every time when I request for refill of Gas Cylinder normally they say it will take 5-days to supply the gas cylinder. But hardly they have supplied the Gas Cylinder in 7-days of time, it takes almost 10 to 15 days to supply the gas cylinder. The procedure is that the refill gas cylinder should be supplied to the customer in 3-days of time after the request date. It has become a routine by the agency to deliver the refill gas cylinder in 15-days of time and if you remind them again and again, even if you will call them over the phone after four or five days repeatedly every day besides that they will say that there is shortage of Gas so they could not supply the cylinder and it will take few more days. It could happened one time but not every time that there is a shortage of gas and I have been almost in 7-states from last 20-years but this is the first place where I have seen such a huge problem of supply of gas. There are other agencies in Gurgaon, but I have never heard that they are not supplying the refill gas cylinders in time. This time I have also made a request on 06/02/09 but to-date I have not received the refill gas cylinder. I request you please look into the matter why the refill gas cylinders are not being supplied to the customers in time. The IOC supplies the gas as per the demand of the dealer and how they could refuse that there is a shortage of gas and if it had been the case, there would have been hue and cry over the supply of gas, but there is no news regards that.     SIR, m residence of kaushambi, i have booked gas from 25 days at CHANDER NAGAR (NCR), GHAZIABAD, but still it is not delivered. before it we called there office several times, and personally visited there office 2 times and asusual got the same reply 'NEXT DAY'. but that day didnt come yet.

    Sheetla Gas Agency, Indane Gas Agency — Non Delivery of Refill Gas Cylinder

    I am surprised even after complaining on Monday i.e. 16/03/09 that I booked refill gas cylinder on 08/03/2009 and till date refill gas cylinder has not been provided to me. Today I again called Sheetla Gas Agency on M. No. [protected] and the person whome I spoke was Mr. Naresh from Sheetla Gas Agency. This is the person whome I spoke even on Sunday and on that day he gave me assurance that you will get the refill gas cylinder by today evening and now today when I spoke him again that you have not delivered refill gas cylinder to me he told that the they are running short of refill gas cylinder. If the refill was available on Sunday and besides they did not deliver me the refill gas cylinder how it could be possible that today they are running short of refill gas cylinders. Now I am totally fed of this company. Could you please give me other alternative so I can transfer my connection to other gas agency. My consumer no. 18568.

    Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

    Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
    This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.
    Though I am a customer of Freedom gas Birati, Kol.- 51, we never received a cylinder in time & if received, then also, never received full cylinder from their delivery boy. If we tried to weigh the cylinder which is very legal, they do not permit the same to us and also never carry weighing machine.

    I will see the end of this through media and press if necessary in future.

    I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 2-3 days, but I am unable to contact any of my distributor's numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. No one bothers to pick it up.
    I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

    24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

    Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone to take the booking.

    The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days...but no step has been taken against them.

    My consumer id is 15626. I and my wife both are working hence there is nobody at home when the person comes to deliver the cylinder. We place the cylinder with our neighbour and we inform the dealer to deliver on that same day so that they are not put in trouble because o[censored]s. But the dealer has never turned up. Even after calling him and informing him he delivers the cylinder only after 3-4 days and that also after repeated reminders.

    We had also asked them to deliver the cylinder on Sunday so that our neighbours are not troubled for this purpose. But they denied whereas i have come to know that in some areas they provide the cylinders on Sunday.

    2-3 times i myself has gone their personally to collect the cylinder. Once they denied to provide the cylinder even after visiting their godown personally and also after completion of 10 days of booking date.

    Also it has been written on the invoice that "Rebate of 8/- is available to INdane customers in case home delivery of refill cylinders is not effected by the distributor. In such case, whenever we have gone their personally they have charged the full amount and no discount was provided to me.
    I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 24th Aug' 09. After Lot of follow-ups with agency I have not received the cylinder till today i.e., 1st Sep 09. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence? The agency name: Nirpro Gas Agency, 67 D/1, Laxmi Market Munirka, Opp. Canara Bank, Bank Street, New Delhi, Phone[protected],[protected].     Mine Booking Number is 42019. I have booked in Adyar Triloks Gas Agency, really i felt bad about the concern Agency Staff`s Attitude.She is Ms.Sheeba. Take it as a complaint, i m over the phone speaking she didnt answer properly and kept the phone down. Really Sorry to Say this... Really Poor Service From Your Side.
    My distributor for home Indane gas refill agent is "Sri Srinivasa Gas Service", H.No. 8-6-747, Plot No. 233, Nagaruna Colony, Hastinapuram, N.Sagar Road, Hyderbad 500070. It is since past over 4 years we are not able to book home gas refill over telephone. Every time we had to spend minimum 2 hours to get the telephone line connection as it is always engaged. If Indane gas distributors have allowtted too many connections to the same agent, then is it not the responsibility of them to start new distributors? This Indane gas booking office is over 8 KM from my residence and it is not always possible to go to the distributors office to book for the refill personally, especially when men are on official tours and only woman with children is it not possible to travel 8 KM distance only for booking a gas refill. People near our house always complain that the agent simply keeps the telephone receiver off the telephone creddle to avoid continuous telephone calls. I am very unhappy about the extremely poor indage gas distribution booking system. Hope the Indane gas authorities open their eyes / ears at least now, or shift the service to a new booking office close to Meerpet locality for better service or open several additional telephones to the agent so that it is possible to access him in a couple of minutes time.

When I meet the gas supplier two days before to get refilled cylinder they said your booking is canceled make another booking. Without knocking to my door booking is canceled why? because they sold it with higher price to another customer.

    A LPG Gas Cylinder refill was booked around 10 days back (around 15th November, 09) at the Helpline No.1260 and also through internet. M/s. Kwic Gas Co. is our distributor. It is deeply regretted that no refill cylinder has been provided till date. Again on 26.11.09 a request for booking a refill cylinder has been book. Hope the cylinder will be delivered now.

    Sir i booked my cylinder at MA KIRUPA gas agency mogappair, chennai on 26.11.09 and they said the cylinder will be isued by 1 week but after 10 days i requested them again and they said on 7th.I couldn<t reach them by phone because it always in computer voice that they busy.the staffs working there not responding properly,they disconect the line before we complaining.so i request to take necessary action. cons no;8995.

    Our Consumer no. is 12884. Booked Gas with Sri Ragavendra Gas Agencies, Avadi on 25.11.2009. Despite repeated requests over phone, gas not supplied till date, that is upto, 14.12.2009. Today, when we asked for the status, they told that they cannot supply as of now and it will take more than a week. Last month also, after a great struggle, they deliver the cylinder to us on 11.11.2009. Every month, it is very difficult to get the gas supply.

    My Parents stay at Shrachi village they are facing the same problem and its never ending story of North end Gas Barasat. I will request Indane Gas Officials to intervene and solve the issues.
    Sir i had booked my gas on 10.01.2010 but even today i did not get my cylinder. Vindhya gas agency is providing cylinders after a month of booking n again i[censored] want book ur connection again it will take atleast 21 days. It means one have to use their cylinder upto 3 months. How is it possible? However, if somebody is in emergency, will get cylinder very easily in rs.600-800 anywhere.

    You need to follow a very simple step.

    1]. Go and consult district Supply Officer Of your area. Ask them to take action against the gas agency.

    2]. If In Case District Supply Officer Refuses to take action against gas agency, Warn him to complain against him at Central Vigilanc Commission - Delhi. and if required register a compalain also

    This is a severe complaint about Indane Agnidhwaj Gas Agency based in Hyderabad. First of all their phone will always be engaged. Try calling them since morning till evening . After 6 o clock phone will ring but there will be nobody to answer your call. After 4- 5 days you will reach those people to book your cylinder. Then comes the delivery which will not happen before 15 days after booking. They will make fake excuses as you were not at home. There was a lock at the door.

    The worst service. It is really tough for working people to book gas cylinder through this agency. I would suggest Indane people to close their this Agency which is spoiling the reputation and good name of Indane.
    I am Consumer of M/s Shama indane Gas Service Nanded (My Consumer No.1637).I booked for Cylinder on 13th jan 2010 today is 11th feb 2010, I am yet to receive the Cylinder. We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons. Such delay causes irritation to us and we are using kerosene stove. Whenever we phoned them they are telling some reason that they have allready deliver the cylender to the delevery man but till the day i have not received.every time this is the problem.
    Please help us in this regard.

    This is regarding the abnormal deplay in supply of Gas Cylinder by thr local dealer : KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE, Alpha II, Greater Noida.

    It has become a regular practice that the dealer doesn't supply the cylinder without reminder over phone, even within a weeks time.

    But this time all the limits have crossed. It's already more than 10 days since I have booked the cylinder & at least 4 reminders over phone but everytime I was told that Today the cylinder will be delivered & they cut the phone. This is really furstrating.

    I request for urgent intervention of concenred athorities to take care of the interest of consumer rights to get service.

    i want to complain against rashmirathi enterprises under indane gas.here there is no proper delivery of lpg cylinder.i book for lpg but agegcy does not deliver gas on time,the time may be go on 35-40or above.

    Sir,The Indane Gas agency-Rose Gas Agency-Adambakkam-Chennai-The distbutor not supplying gas nearly 20 days.While booking they are not giving waiting list no.After & days while we contact they asking wating list no.But if informed ther is no waiting list no not given,they ask why u are not taken the no.Again they are booking as fresh one and the supply taking another 10 to 15 days Will gas company specify the day of supply?
    My consumer number is 13350 in the Indane Gas Agency named RAIGARH GAS SERVICE Raigarh (C.G.).I sent sms for refill home-delivery on[protected] and requested many times on phone to the gas agency but all went in vain till now on[protected]. Immediate supply is requested by consumer N.R.Agrawal.
    I've been having Indane gas connection since almost 10yrs from an agency located at Beragarh registerd by the name "GURU NANAK GAS AGENCY" owned by Manish. As i live in a rental house so i've to keep moving in 2-3 years, as my address gets on changing all the time, everytime I inform the agency to change my respected address and deliver my booked gas cylinder at the following address, but every time they make a new booking and promise to deliver it within 2-3 days, and that never comes, and if we go directly to their office, they refuse to give us as we have been registerd under the customers who will be delivered their gas cylinders at their residence; or else they tell us to go to the godown which is almost 12-15kms away.
    Kindly help us with an appropriate step against 'GURU NANAK GAS AGENCY'.

We had booked on 04.01.2011 a calender however till date ( 07.02.2011) we are yet to get delivery, however their deliverymen are selling at a higher rate in the market and it shows that they dont have the scarcity of calender. Due to their such profiteering we are suffering.
    They crossed all their limit when we called them on phone they shouted and said us MERUA ( Bihari are called Merua by Bangali) and said that we should not call and disturb them whenver they will have surplus they will supply and when i told him that how can their be scarcity as their deliverymen are selling to outsider at higher rate then he replied that a MERUA can't understand all these things.

    Herewith i just seek help from higher authorities to get the rid of both problem firstly regarding the delivery and Secondly about racial discrimination.

    Indane Gas — system not proper for online booking/sms booking

    The system for booking of indane gas online is very bad. It is always shown ALREADY BOOKED. This is because of the last booking was not cleared by the agency or caretaker. This problem is same on the SMS booking. I feel very much depressed with these type of systems in INDIA. The persons who are the caretakers of this system does not want that anyone use this system properly because of their internal bad intentions/some other reasons.

    This is manoj, I am living abroad my family is in Dehradun, we have enquired about how to get a new LPG connection and apply online on 19 of July 2013 with reference number N[protected] since I am not in India my wife went to Uttaranchal gas service and they ask for some documents then she arrange all the documents ask by them and went again there, this time they ask for bank IFSC code and correction of the name in ration card she did that and went again there, this time they said server is down you come after one week, after one week she went again and this time they said you have to come end of the month, again she went back and come back in end of the month this time they said you have to buy gas stove along with connection which we refuse since we have already, then they said someone will come to your house in one week for verification no one came then we ask for the telephone no. of the person who supposed to come for the verification, she call him and he come but person doesn’t know why he is here. Now they are telling you cannot get connection since you have gas stove at home. They are really giving her very hard time which cannot be tolerable
    Is this our system?? Person who is sitting there he doesn&#039;t know how to behave with people. This is unbearable for me hope you will take some serious action before I go further.

          I received a filled cylinder from the (Guhan gas service.AP XIV?699,BEHIND THONNAL DEVI TEMPLE PALLIPPURAM-695316 )on 10/10/2011 at 11:38.p.m .when I opened the cylinder on 28/11/2011.I found that a large amount of gas leakage from the cylinder.I called the emergency cell number [protected].through our conversation I take the cylinder to above mentioned gas agency.they check the cylinder and found that there is no rubber washer is not fixed in the cylinder.god saved from a blast.thank god.
          this is a serious failure from the side a indian oil (L.P.G)side.please ensure the safety of the customer.Due to this incident I loss my time,money and energy as well as.the way which Guhan gas agency people approach towards the customer is too bad..so take necessary action up on this issue.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            I have filed an F.I.R. against a labour named Mr. Sujit Bahandare (Name told by the Petrol Pump Owner's son who was present there) working at Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Shrisai Petrol Pump, Opp. E-square, Pune- 411007.

            The labour employed by the owner of above mentioned petrol pump was drunk a lot when on a duty on 28th November 2011. When I went to the petrol pump on 28th Nov. 2011 on 9.10 pm to fill the petrol in a Motor bike, I was first to enter the pump then other 2 bikes also came behind me, But the same time the lock of fuel tank was jammed, so I was unable to open it. So I took my bike away to open the lock and not to disturb the line. Then I unlocked the Fuel Tank and told that I would go back in line. The labour told me to take the bike back he will fill the petrol. Then they try to cheat me by covering the digital meter. A man was standing in my sight so that I could not be able to see the meter. Then before filling I asked to give a side to have a look. Then the labour drunk on duty Mr. Sujit Bhandare kicked my motor bike and I along with bike felled on the ground and asked what's going on? Mr. Sujit Bhandare filled the petrol and took the money and started to speak in a slang language and when I was about to leave the place to avoid the quarrels, Mr. Sujit attacked me again and started slapping me unnecessarily. He attacked me 4 times and every time slapped at least 4 times.The owner's son and other labours were also there. They did nothing during this instead they inspired him including owner's son.Then He tried to spray petrol on me but anyhow this time the other labours interfered and controlled him.Then the owner's son and other labours warned me that they would come to my home and would let me know their power. The citizens standing there witnessed it and told me to dial 100 to contact police and not get scared of them. So I called police on 9.30 pm 3 times and police came on 9.40pm and took control of the situation.

            Mean while the owner's son and other labour's called their other local friends.These local guys came and warned me that police would not be able to do anything to them. And when police came the local guys ran away taking the person Mr.Sujit Bhandare with them. The owner's son told them to live the place immediately.

            Then Police came and took control of the situation and closed the Petrol Pump for that time only. Police told me that they would catch Mr. Sujit Bhandare by today 29th Nov. 2011 evening and will call me.

            But today 29th Nov.2011 that Petrol Pump is still open and Mr. Sujit Bhandare is hiding somewhere.

            From my point of view the petrol pump should be closed until Mr. Sujit Bhandare show up to police station. And while filing an F.I.R. Police told me to file it Against only Mr. Sujit Bhandare. I don't know weather it is right or wrong but I am hoping police will deal with this matter as they are capable of it.

            Please help me in this matter as I am scared of this. And let me know how to contact Indian oil officials or Petroleum Ministry so that it will work out and result in a positive way from the point of view of a common man and customers. Please don't display any of my personal information.


            The citizens living in the nearby area came to the place and told police this happens regularly at this Indian Oil petrol pump. so they never fill the petrol at this petrol pump instead they prefer to go to the other petrol pumps.They told this type of things normally happens with all Indian Oil Petrol Pumps.

              I have a Gas Connection with Indian Oil Corporation (INDANE GAS) in Hyderabad. I approached the local gas dealer and requested him to local transfer. He asked me to bring the REGULATOR of the said connection. Accordingly I have taken the REGULATOR, but he refused to transfer, as the said REGULATOR is a duplicate one. Actually the said REGUALATOR has been given by them at the time of taking the connection. And further asked me to give a bank draft for Rs.250/- for a REGULATOR. He did not mention the number and name of the regularator on my Gas Receipt at that time. . Not only this thing, he is an argent person and he is not giving respect to the customers. So where I want to made a complaint against him. Plz. Suggest me.

                    I am Ranjith.S.R S/O Late P.N.Rajan The customer gas number is 34264 and it is in the name of my father Late.P.N.Rajan. After my fathers death my family was shifted to kerala before 4 years back and the gas connection got cancelled as we were not using it. We relocated back to bangalore and want to renew the gas connection and as well as need a Transfer certificate to KodigeHalli Branch, Bangalore.2) I and my mother approached Mohan Gas Services on Sep1st for the renewal and TC of the gas connection and as per the suggestion from the manager submitted all the xerox documents( Death certificate of my Father, Mother's ID Proof , gas related documents ) on Sep 2nd to the employee. 3)As per the employee suggestion told us to come back after 15 days. We came on Sep29th , after checking it , i found that no action was taken by Mohan gas employees. 4) The employee gave us a letter to be submitted to Main IOC Office.(J.C Road).5) My mother submitted the letter to one of the main staff on Sep 30th and the staff gave us a duplicate form saying that to make an affidavit and submit the affidavit to Mohan Gas Service, B.E.L.Road and also told that the renewal will be done in 15 days time. 6)My mother submitted the affidavit with all necessary documents to Mohan Gas Services. 7) Again we reurned back on Nov 25th and found that no action was taken. Then the staff gave back the affidavit and the documnts and told me to submit it to the main Office. Kindly request you take an action and do the needful please.

                          Sir, I booked refill thr web on TOMOGAS site on 21 Oct, 2011 and got booking no. 76. I contacted dealer Bikaner Sahkari Upbhokta Wholesale Bhandar, Bikaner twice on phone and got the reply that supply has been made on 4 Nov, When I said that I haven't got the refill, the staff said that the house was closed and it will be delivered tomorrow. The fact is that none came for delivery and my house was not close.
                          I lodged complaint thr consumer feedback on 10.11.11 and 17.11.11 and complained on SUGAM with registration no. 2011SPDS190. TOMOGAS site shows two previous consecutive refill status "delivery pending" and this one "D2B restriction". Earler too I got no refill between 18.03.11 and 15.07.11
                          Please help me get the refill soon and look into the matter.

I had booked the refill through the computerised booking service with booking no.s 4 and 3 respectively . Its almost 15 days now but i haven't received either of the refills. Kindly look into the matter and respond quickly as i am facing a lot of problem even when i have taken two connections.

THE PHONES ARE BUSY EVERYTIME,IF BY MISTAKE CONNECTION IS ESTABLISHED THE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BOOK THE REFILL BUT IT SHALL NEVER BE MATERIALISED. I TELEPHONED ON 09.02.2008 WHEN MY SECOND CYLINDER GOT EMPTIED TO KNOW THE FATE OF MY BOOKING I WAS TOLD THAT WITH IN 2 HOURS REFILL SHALL REACH. NOW AFTER A GAP OF 20 HOURS I DIDNOT GOT MY REFILL AND THERE IS NO REPONSE ON THE PHONE. NOW WE ARE COOKING OUR FOOD ON HEATER AS THERE IS NO REFILL IN THE HOUSE IN THIS CHILLY WEATHER OF DELHI.                           Dear Sir,

                          The aforesaid connection stands in the name of my father Dr. G. M. Gopal and is registered with the aforesaid gas agency. I had been regularly receiving gas cylinders on booking by telephone at my house under the “Home Delivery” system. Since the last two months the agency is behaving in a very unfriendly manner and is not cooperating at all for home delivery. Earlier on 12/02/2008 a cylinder was booked vide Cash Memo No. 7515 but the refill was delivered only on 20/02/2008 after three to four telephone calls daily.
                          Again a cylinder has been booked on 15/03/2008 vide Cash Memo No. 3186 but after not getting the cylinder for two days the agency was contacted on phone and they insisted to go to a place near Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Naini with the empty cylinder to get a refill. On coming to know of it, I rang up the agency and was assured that the refill will reach me the same day i.e. 19/03/2008.
                          Till date I have not received the refill. If only the customers have to go to Naini, then you are requested to look into the matter for appointing some more agencies, so that they can cater within the city.
                          I would also like to know the rules regarding the “Home Delivery” and also whether the amount of Rs. 296.40 routinely being charged from the customers, irrespective of home delivery, is correct or not.

                          Indane Gas — Non- Delivery of refill

                          My Consumer Number is AG-5528. THe Gas Suppier is Arwind Gas, Poojappura(Post), Trivandrum. The supplier is very irregular in supplying gas cylinders. Many a time the receipt given at the time of delivery is dated 5-6 days back. The reason they tell for not supplying cylindres on time is that 21 days are not over after last delivery. The delivery boy never fills in the details in the customer card.Such incidents have become a common feature with this agency.

                          Recently I booked are fill cylinder on 16/09/2008 and the booking Number is 3830. Till date I have not received the cylinder and now I am forced to shift cooking to my parents house.

                          I request you to kindly take up the matter with IOC.
                          We have book the GAS with Bhagya Nagar Gas, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad vide Booking No. 92671 Dt 18.9.2008. So far the gas is not being delivered.                           Indane Gas — non supply of refilled gas

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Madhu Gas agency, Shanthinagar, Bangalore and my consumer number is 22855. I have booked for a refill on 15th January 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But since they did not supply after one week, I approached the agency on 23/01/2010 and they took the no. and said it will be supplied the same day which they didn't.
                          Again I approached them on 30/01/2010 and the rude staff there told me that it has been cancelled as the suppliers went twice to my place and didn't find anyone home. I was shocked as there are always somebody home. I try to explain them but the staff consisting of two girls who have been appointed recently was so rude and so bad mouthed that I returned back. I am facing problems as both the gas cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay. I have heard from other customers too about the girl staff working in the agency behaving rudely and bad mouthed. The Manager is also not available most of the time in office to talk.
                          Before sometimes in case of such problems I pick up the cylinder from the godown on my own but now they have refused to give the delivery slip saying that it is against the policy. The said staff makes rules on their own. It is also heard that the staff divert the cylinders to other people paying extra money without booking and the office staff is hand in glove with them. I request you to take stern necessary action and help the aggrieved customers.

I have booked gas on 27.1.2010 and the bill was issued by Chinthamani on 10 th February. But the delivery is not recieved even after 15th of February.                           I am fed up of my area Gas Service Provider . He never deliver the refills on time and say they can't book before 21 days and the delivery will take almost 10-12 days every time they say this again and again .                           Though it is common feature with the agency 'Rainbow Gas' to delay in booking, it is repeated wityhout any reasons. My consumer no. is R13369.

                          Last time I complained to IOCL and got the problem settled, but again the same problem is repeating.

                          My Indane gas connection no CR 4149 &I have booked on phone for refill of gas cylinder from Capt.Rakesh Gas agency. Mathura on 3.7.10 but not supply upto 24.7.10. This is the regular practice of the agency that either supply after several reminder by 1 or 1 1/2 month or omit the booking & than accept the fresh booking so many time I loose the priority. I have lodge complaint 2-3 times on net but all in vogue. How my problem solved & I got delivery with in time at home.

                          My sister Mrs Saraswathi sreenivasan ,senior citizen and widow aged 81 years residing at Dharmadam,Thalassery for more than twenty five years had registered with Gemini Gas disributor of Indane Gas,Railway station road,Thalassery Consumer No.1003 and has been using gas very sparingly all these years.When she asked for a Indane Gas refill last month she was told that since more than six months had passed after she had got the last Indane Gas refill she would have to fill a new form with a copy of ration card and a copy of .the original gas allotment form to apply for the allotment of a Gas refill and only after these formalities werre completed would she be eligible to get a gas refill.

When we asked the local supplier , he told that 25 rs is rural servies charges . Can you explain me About rural serives charges? my receipt slip is attached.If this charge is legal please make sure that in future this extra charge should be mentioned in receipt slip.

                                  I have booked for refill of cylinder on 1st Nov 2011. As per the Gas agency, it should be delivered within 15 days, but its been 23 days still they are saying there is no load. We came to know that they are selling the cylinders in black market.

                                  I dont bother they sell it to others, but need the cylinder on urgent basis as I am facing problem in boiling the milk for my 18 months child in midnight. This is not for the first time, every time when we book the cylinders they are doing so and sometimes the seal will be in broken state when the cylinder is delivered.

                                  Even my mother-in-law booked the cylinder on the same day and they are also facing the same issue.

                                  I tried escalating this issue with all the available no's, but no one is picking the call. Even tried the Area Manager (Lakshmi Narayan), Chennai from 11.55am till now on this number[protected], but no response.

                                  Please treat this issue as urgent and do the needful. Thanks in advance.

                                  The cylinder was delivered on 26/07/2008, as per agency (SLV INDANE GAS AGENCY RAICHUR-584101, KARNATAKA) we have booked after 20 days i.e., on 14/08/2008. They told we will deliver it only after 15 days. Till now they have not done their job. Yesterday (01/09/2008) after contacting them over phone they told that it will take another week to deliver saying that dont you have any work at home, why are you simply enquiring us, unnecessary disturbing our work. Ladies cannot go to them and quarrel. Since 2 days they are having hotel food, despite of having two cylinders, both are finished.
                                  Me being 100 KM away from my native. For last four months I have been contacting Mr. Satish Kumar, Area Manager, Gulbarga, he used to help us in this matter for delay in delivery. For how long I should contact Mr. Satish Kumar for delivery?
                                  The employees in agencies and delivery boys are just harrasing to the customers.
                                  Is there is any remedy for this?
                                  i have booked my gas through 1260 toll free number bearing the booking number 36697 on 10th of october, 2008 of LV Reddy gas agency located in bowenpally till now the gas is not received

                                  I am a customer of Indian gas from 2004. I got connection from Ernakulam. We are satisfied with the distributor in Ernakulam district. but now transfered to Trivandrum 2 years before. My consumer number is 7507 under Sastri Gas Agency, Kudappanakunnu, Peroorkada.P.O and Phone number is[protected]/2733057.

                                  They are not giving proper delivery. I have complaint the same issue in previous month. I have 2 cylinder they told that according to act they can supply the cylinder only after one month from the booking. I have booked the cylinder on 5th of March 2009 but didn't the cylinder yet. So please help us. We called them several times. They told they will sent it on Monday/tomorrow etc. but they didn't delivered yet.
                                  please take action against it.

                                  i have booked my gas through[protected] number bearing the consumer number is 26824 on 1st of July, 2009 of VEENA GAS AGENCY located in 2/13-A, Sarai Jullena, Okhla Road, New Delhi-110025. but gas is not received on till date and i did call to every day for remind gas delivered or not and he saying now i am sending at this time.

                                  So, kindly take the strict action to VEENA GAS AGENCY.

                                  I am consumer of Indane gas (consumer no. 307012) booked one cylinder on 10 Jan 2010, and till now didn't received new cylinder. yesterday when I asked agrawal gas agency (dealer of indane cylinder in kadma jamshedpur region) they told me I will received the same today (01 Feb 2010) positively and when I informed that today is monday then he told me that delivery will be made on monday also, but till now I haven't received and when I contacted distributors they told me today that they do not distribute cylinders on monday.

                                  Now suggest me what I have to do now, should I agree with agrawal agency or distributors. Most of the times he used to deliver the filled cylinders in 18-20 days of duration, please do something for me as well other consumer.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated at Indian Oil Petrol Pump near hinjawadi flyover,pune. I told the attendant to fill up the tank but the attendent filled up for only Rs. 200. Then she said sorry for not filling it up full. This happened with me 15 days back. So I end up paying Rs 1600 for Tank full and Rs. 200. I thought it is fine she must not have heard when I said to fill the tank full. But again when I went to that Petrol Pump on 23/11/11, the same thing was repeated. This time I noticed that only Rs 200 is showing up and the litres have not moved from 0. I started shouting at that lady and told to call up the owner immediately. She said sorry for the incidence and told that she will pay up for Rs 200. Then I was sure that she has cheated me, I called the owner of the Petrol Pump and told him about this. But I very embarrassed with this whole episode. I would like you to take some strict action against them and I would for sure will never visit any Indian Oil Petrol Pump anymore.
                                      EVEN I SUGGEST ALL MY FRIENDS TO FILL FUEL ON SHELL PETROL PUMP ONLY. ITS VERY DISGUSTING

                                        URGENT REQUEST
                                        After a family visit to USA during May - Nov 2011, I returned to Chennai on 4/11/2011. When I tried to book for an LPG refill cylinder with my Indane Gas Distributor, M/S. Prathana Gas Agency, No.37. Rajiv Gandhi Street, Moovarasampet, Madipakkam Chennai- 600091, I was told that due to non- booking of any cylinder during the past six months when my family was abroad, my account ( Consumer No. JE 10519) with them lapsed and it had to be revived by submitting address proof. I complied with this demand by furnishing all the required documents and booked for refill cylinder on 09/11/2011 when I was told that the supply would be made within 10 days. Till date, they have not supplied the refill cylinder.From 19/11/2011, every day when I telephone them they keep telling that it would take another wek or 10 days to deliver the cylinder at my residence.The persons who attend my calls do not even divulge their names and by rotation they give conflicting and contradictory excuses for the delay. They also insist that I should come to their godown and take delivery of the cylinder, if it is so urgent. I am a senior citizen having undergone bypass surgery and under regular medical supervision and medication.So, I am not in a position to physically exert myself . My repeated attempts to reach Indian Oil Corporation over phone to resolve the matter have also proved futile. The staff at the distributors were discourteous, indifferent and giving different reasons for the delay at different times. On 22/11/2011, they told they would raise an invoice and effect delivery today. Today they say that it will take another 10 days or I should go over and take delivery of the cylinder. This is baffling. I look forward to your kind help in putting an end to this harassment at the earliest.

                                        Indane Gas — booked refilled cylinder not supplied

                                        Consumer number 08179 booked for refill one gas cylinder on 09/07/08 vide booking no. 72 on that day. The company refused the consumer to deliver the gas cylinder at his home saying they are short of delivery boys for the kundan nagar area.
                                        The Consumer is an orthopedic handicapped person, will he be helped?

                                        I, Anil Kumar Goyal complainant has just now received one Gas Cylinder fromm/s Harendra Gas Agency without bill. The delivery man Mr. Kailash who collected Rs.350/- from me did not provide any bill but has taken one old bill no. 3863 dated 22/04/08 saying that he is required to get new bill prepared on the basis of my old bill.
                                        I want to know if this Gas Cylinder gets burst or any mishappening takes place who shall be held responsible? A fresh bill on today's date is required by me.

                                        Indane Gas refill cylinder — always delaying supply

                                        I have been always getting refilled cylinder after 40 days of booking & they do not take advance booking before one month that too they take the accont of delivery date not the booking date. this has been the case for the last 2yrs by the indane gas supplying agency in hospet-karnataka. though the supplier charges more than the billed amount. please take care fo this As this is causing more trouble.

                                        Refill cylinder — Supply of cylinder

                                        A bharat Gas agency M/s Sachin Gas Service situated at Gupta Market Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi
                                        never pick up the phone. Seccondly they never deliver the refilled cylinder. It is learnt that the owner of the agency is politically having good influence. He knows that nothing is going to happen to him. All the people who are depending on his mercy always falling to their feet for a cylinder. Just I want to ask Bharat Gas Services, is it your services?
                                        By now I have send number of complaints against their behaviour. But nothing is happened. It is apparently clear that you are also scare him becouse of his influence.
