Dear Sir/Mam,

I am not able to submit my complaint using the online idane account, however not able to sumbit the same from last few days & assume that this option is temperarily not available, therefore would like sumbit my complain as I have not been heard by anyone on the agency & the online complaint option is not woriking. I have narrated the issue below.

This is to bring in your kind notice that I had applied for the DBC in July 2010; however I have not received the DBC till date. I have visited to Mata Sheetla Gas agencey several times, however did not get a satisfactory answer. The representative Ms Mamta told me that we don’t have the stock available; drop the copy of your booking & you will be informed as soon as the stock will be available. I have done this several times, however never received a call to collect my DBC. Also I found that few customers who had booked after me, they have got their DBC.

Request you to look into the issue & revert at the earliest as to by when I can expect by DBC. I have been harassed by the working staff appointed at the agency & their rude behaviour is not at all acceptable.

I have attached the scanned copy of my original gas paper.

My mother haws a single cylinder indane gas connection consumer no 06013 of Sahaj Enterprises.My area is Govindpuri.Now I want to convert my connection in DBC but I am not able to get any information as their customer care number is pathetic.I have wasted almost a day in trying to reach the customer care number but not once I could get connected to.I wanted to know the form which has to be downloaded and the Indane site is equally bad.Please help me with my query as I am not able to get help from anywhere.

        I am a consumer of a domestic gas service station which is INDANE SWARUP JYOTI(code-172262), addresses- Ichhamoti market, Collage para,(near Tentulia bus stand), vill+P.O.-Gokulpur, P.S.-Swarupnagar. My consumer no. is 3038.
        I had booked for gas refill cylinder on 13/11/2011 and my booking no. is 2574 but I cannot get my filled gas refill cylinder till now(10/11/2011). Everytime of gas refill cylinder transfering I suffer this problem. Many consumers of this area suffer this problem. After praying again and again, the gas station authority cannot take any action.
        I shall be highly obelised if our problem will be solved.

        I agree with this complaint.

          Last month 27 th I booked a cylinder with Guruvayurappan Agencies, Chennai. My consumer number is 38128. Till date, 13/02/2009 Gas is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff said we dont have the supply, I request you to please consider this, it happens every time .I am having only one cylinder.I am suffering verymuch because of this .Please help me.           Indane Gas — Gas delevery delay

          I registered a gas cylinder on 22th july 2009 at Alpha - II Krisna Gas Agency, Greater Noida, U.P. which is not delivered till now. (29 july, 2009)
          On telephone they say me today they delever my gas. Delivery man says that they (Krisna Gas Agency ) did not give any gas registered to me.

          Indane Cooking Gas — Abnormal delay in delivery of Gas.

          I am a resident of Space Valley, Flat-2D, 8/72, East Mall Road, Kolkata-700080 and I got my gas transferred under Consumer No.05917 T to CANTONEMENT GAS SUPPLY, 38A/1, J.N.Tiwari Road, Dum Cant., Kolkata-700 028 for more than 4 years. But the above dealer is completely dishonest and ruthless to consumers. They never attend telephones and if by change they pick up telephone, their standard reply is that their computer is not working so they are not in a position to book gas. On the pretext computer malfunctioning, they are not giving gas booking no. and after several reminders and request they are proving me gas at least after 20 days or even a month. They are simply not bothered about consumers concern and do whatever they feel like. I failed to understand how a registered dealer of your estemeed organization is behaving such a ruthless manner.
          You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take immediate action against the erraring dealer, otherwise it will be presumed that you are also a party of the dealers misdeed.
          An early reply and action in this matter is kindly solicited.

          Indane - Cooking gas — Abnormal delay in Cooking gas supply

          Distribution of Gas Cylinder - ubnormal delay

          I am a consumer of Sri Guruvayurappan Services which is situated at Azhagiri Nagar,Vadapalani, Chennai.( Their Phone Numbers are : [protected], [protected].)

          The Agency people have been delaying for the distribution of cylinder to me. we have booked for the supply on 2.10.2009. They have not delivered to me till now. Many times I spoke to the agency people regarding this. They told me that they will process the booking after 21 days only.

          Now 40 days over, still we have not received the supply.

          Most of the time their phone line is engaged, even if we get the line the answer is not a responsible one.

          This problem is continiuing for the past 6 minths.

          Kindly take action on this cmplaint.

          I am a customer of M/S Gruha Sobha indane gas service,Chhend Rourkela. I inform to send gas on 14.12.09 but till now (Dt.8.01.10) I am not getting the gas. This is a regular incident for the last one year, they take minimum 20 days to supply the gas and cite that they have shortage of required stocks.
          I have booked my gas on 13th feb 2010 at k2 international, sarita vihar, new delhi 110076. which is not delivered till now. (19 feb 2010)
          pls delivered my gas quickly .

          Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!
          Dear Sir

          My father is a consumer having C.No-20354 of DubeyGas Service' ,64 Ellora Enclave, Dayalbagh, Agra, 282005, Ph[protected] & 2800336, Uttar Pradash. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 22 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 01/09/2010 but after elapsing 13days further, i enquired on 13/10/10 for my new refill personally. They said that another 05-06 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -22 days + 13+6 = 41 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 41 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
          please also note that they making the bill in back and supplying the cylinder after 15 to 18 days . i would also request the management to set up one man enquiry commission to get more details regarding unfair trade practice by the dealer .
          yesterday i have lodged the complaint through this site only but no resond yet
          no confirmatory repoert even an 24 hrs

          My name is K.V.Mani. I am having a LPG connection of Indane company through M/s. Ayisha gas agency Ollur. my customer no is 1869, Last time I booked a cylinder on 20/08/2010. As per Indane norms they are supposed to supply gas cylinder within 30+ days, But even after 45 day as on today ie.04/10/2010 they refused to supply the cylinder.

          I would therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary action in this matter. It would not be out of place to mention here that this company never supplied the cylinder within 30 days so far through out the business deal with this company.

          Indane Cooking Gas — delayed delivery by vendor deliberately

          My Lpg connection is with maharani enterprises patna 800006 and distributor code 69130160.My ioc/er 4566108 and consumer no B-1339.the vendor of my area is mr.guddu.His regular habit is to black the cylinder in market at very high price and deprive geniun customers by delaying the delivery.In this process whole staff are hands in gloves.currently my booking no with the dealer is 4981 dated 19.10.2010 and 01 nov 2010 has passed there is no sign of delivery.on query with the dealer he makes false excuses like scarcity of gas etc.so kindly save me from such corrupt persons and ensure timely delivery of my refilled indane domestic cylinder. thanking you.

          I'm a consumer of Maruthi Indane gas. I had booked for gas on dec 30th, they informed us that they'll send it on 12th, but they didn't bring. when called up to find, they don't easily pick up the call, finally they said it reach us on 14th or definitly on 18th. Again on 18th it didn't reach us, so i went in person, no proper response and finally they said, it will reach us today, now when i called they are telling me that it reach me only tommorrow. my gas booking number is 51782. kindly do the needful.

          I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

          But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

            I am holding an indane gass connection with Mahalingam Gas Agency in Coimbatore. While trying to book a cylinder i encountered the following problems :

            1 The person who picked up the telephone informed that booking cannot be done through telephone anymore and asked to visit their office in person alongwith a mobile phone. He refused to book gas until a personal vist with a mobile phone, and slammed the phone without any room for further questions.

            What is IVRS system and is it compulsory for all who have indane connection to own a mobile phone. Is IOC compelling all its indane gas consumers to own a mobile phone? what is the fate of people who don't own a mobile and the fate of elderly senior citizens who cannot operate a mobile & also villagers? How can a gass agency compel its customers to undergo a formality without even explaining what is the changes they have brought about.

            Please let me know if there is a way out of this situation. Also Mahalingam Gass Agency often summons customers to visit their office in person for every situation, This is very inconvenient to elderly persons and employed ones and also their office is closed on all holidays.

            This system change is only with indane gass customers whereas the other bharath,HPO are not insisting in any of these formalities. Due to this there is undue delay on acquiring refil. PLEASE HELP.

            Requested for distributor change online but they refused saying the applicant should come in person with the regulator and need to pay the fee.It is clearly mentioned that online transfers can be done without physical visit and nil fee payment .They are always misguiding and they never offer help. We have requested through iocl website and even Indian oil is not concerned about the complaints or requests made online because it is left unattended for more than 10 days.

              my indane gas cylinder delivery is very late and in every month we have to wait for ten to twelve days after booking the lpg from akhand jyoti patliputra branch.
              on enquiry every month the same answer is given by the vendor that the slip is not with us.
              we are facing very probelem due to that we have to give our time to the godown but nothing is done yet.

              i have a indane cooking gas connection for past 3 yrs, my use of cooking gas is limited as require only 4 refils in one year ,
              every time i have booked gas for refil it has taken me 15 to 20 days to get the cylinder .
              gas agency is SRI SRI BALAJI GAS AGENCY , PRAKASH NAGAR , BEGUMPET ,HYDERABAD .
              i have made repeated complaints to the agency owner but he doesnt respond , latest example
              i booked cylinder on 13/12/2007
              and recieved cylinder on 1 /1/2008
              when asked about delay i was asked to pay extra (rs 500) to get cylinder out of turn and can be given with out booking
              i will like authourities take any action should be taken on this agency or i will have to go and ask court to do it

              I reside in Raigarh Chhattisgarh. I am having cooking gas connection of INDANE. My customer No. is 21858. My complain is that in Raigarh it takes about 50 days to get the cyllinder after booking. There is no proper response from the indane agents and very often they use to misbehave.
              Kindly do necessary to redress the malpractice.

                After so many complaints of less/short gas delivery to Poonam Gas Agency, personally and by telephone, you have not taken any actions on delivery men, once again i am highlighting the thief of gas by your delivery men, i have notice they supply cylinders illegally to hotel / tea shop of our street for one hour or two, and take money from them. you are advice to look into the matter, otherwise we will complaints to Indian Oil Grievance department.

                  I am a customer of INDANE GAS under Ms.CHAND GAS, NADAKKAVU-CALICUT
                  (Customer No.29869). My grievence is that the agency is not informing even a tendative date
                  regarding the cylinder delivery.It is making so many troubles to working families like me.Nobody
                  will be there at home or the neighbourhood during the day time.The agency is not attending the phone
                  in a decent manner.They are all in pseudo hurry; not replying for the queries about the gas delivery.
                  I came to know that the companies like HP GAS is intimating
                  the customers by mobile telephone messaging service.
                  So I appeal the INDANE Co. as well as the agency to do the necessary to make a solution.

                        The KWIK Gas Agency in Jwalaheri Mkt., paschim Vihar is just not reachable by telephone. Try the nos. - [protected] or 25262663. At all times during the working hours, the no. remains engaged, At rare time it rings, it is not attended. Trying for two days, tried at least 100 times.

The cylinder is not yet supplied even though I got ref No. 291839 dt. 10.11.11 and Cash memo No.11844 dt.29.11.11. My gas agency is Sathy Gas Agency, 98/A, Dr. Radha Krishnan Road, Mylapor, Chennai-4.(PH.NO.[protected],[protected] always stating Silly reasons that the house is locked. We always make arrangement with neighbour to receive the cylinder since both are employed in my home which leads the possibility of house locked during day time. I already approached the Gas Agency for the supply of Cylinders after 6 p.m. aginst the special scheme of paying extra charges which is available in some of the cities for the convenience of Both employed Consumers, but our agency is not accepting the same stating that this system is not practiced here. In view of this, we are struggling to get the Gas refill Cylinder against our booking every time due to improper attitude, lapse and negligency in supply of cylinders by our gas agency and whenever contacted through phone to know the despatch position of Cylinder, we are always getting wrong information from them which leads to non-delivery of our booking cylinder properly.

My consumer no. is 16946. i had booked the gas on 9th november 2011 and contacted the agency to supply indane gas cylinder, but they haven't supplied it till now. i contacted them on 3rd december to confirm about the supply but they told that the supply cant be made, when i told to lodge a complain against them, they told to do so and were negligent about my complain. the dealers dont take our calls and they dont even make the bookings on phone. i request you to take necessary action against them and supply the gas immediately and inform me about it.

                            Indane Gas — Delay of more than a month in Gas Cylinder supply

                            I am a customer of Indane gas through M/s Acme gas agency, Vadodara, Gujarat. My consumer no. is 22172, booked on my name. I have booked gas on 21st April 2008, (booking no. 9048). I am yet to receive the gas cylinder. I have followed up several times with the gas agency through phone. They were giving false commitments. Upon verifying with the agency on 21st May08, the records shows as gas is delivered 22 days back. Last receipt of my gas was on 1st Apr08, which indicates that the agency has black marketed or given to some other customer. Request for stringent action agaist this agency. Also request for issue of gas cylinder.

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been suffered by the Ganesh Gas Agency, Mangalore. Every time I observe that their supply is very much delaying.
                            To book for the refilled cylender, the agency says that they need for 21 days for booking the next refilled cylinder from the date of earlier suppled date. If they fix 21 days for booking why not fixed days for the supply?
                            It was observed from several months that the agency accepts booking only after 21days from their earlier supply. But they supply gas in around 10 days from the date of booking.
                            But for the next booking again they consider their date of supply and waits us for 21 days to book the next cylinder. So in this case we have to wait for more than 1 month to get another refilled cylinder. If this trend continues a day may come in the near future where we have to wait for more than 2 months for the refilled cylinders.
                            This causes lots of problem for the family like me who has single gas connection with 2 cylinders.For the delay by the agency why the poor consumers have to suffer?
                            Please let me know whether your customer is right in his approach or misleading the consumers? Please advice your agency in this direction and see that proper supply of refilled gas cylinder.

                            We are the customer of Snehalata Indane Gas Agency, Angul,Orissa. The delivery system of this agency is very poor and we are coming from near about 15 kms.Several times we were returned with harassment. No person available in office and Whenever any customer book a refill they told that the waiting time is +15 days and if he can collect on his own, the refill is available within 1 or 2 days. When customers go to their premises they refuse the CNC and charge the home delivery amount. It seems that a planned game to avoid home delivery. My expectation is that either they should supply at home within 1 or 2 days. However, whenever we try to book for a refill connection neither they attained telephone nor any employee available physically in their office to give the necessary service.
                            It is therefore, requested that a suitable action may please be taken against the concerned supplier, so that consumer should get the service in time.

                            I am a customer of Indane with customer No 213 and have been registered with gas agency Manroop Indane (telephone no[protected]. their is big problem in gas supply to all the customers. the agency staff is very corrupted. they do not supply the cylinders to the booked consumers. they deliver gas cylinder on black to those people who have not registered with them at very high price sometimes for rs. 550. and they issue many duplicate registration numbers to the people and their relatives. we contact the general manager of bathinda district for the solution for this problem but he ignores it his contact no. is[protected]. please contact us at our no.[protected] . we want to tell you more about them. we hope that you will try your best to solve this problem.

Can you tell us where we go?

                              CYLENDER NOT GIVEN BY DEALER AFTER BOOKING
                              I booked a cylinder on 26/11/2011 vide order no 14252 but till now the cylinder is not given by the dealer on dated 04/12/2011. I booked my cylinder at M/s vijaynt Gas Servises, begum briz delhi road My consumer no. is 17886.
                              When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 8 days) over phone continuously for status the gas cylinder. But i am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],2657437,2648622,2661502) remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been delivered. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.
                              Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

                                  I am a LPG Indane customer with North End Gas Centre,Barasat,Kolkata and my consumer Number is NE-11325. I have booked for a refile on 13.10.2007 under order No.7571. Even though it is nearing one month, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.Meantime I have reminded several times.This practice is going several month.Even they take false plea that gas could not be delivererd as the house was locked or empty cylinder could not given by customer.
                                  Even I am a victim of such a calouss attitude of this North End Gas Centre Barasat, Kolkata. Whenever the supply man do give the refill I have to pay Rs.50-100 as extra. This practice is going on for a long time. I am thinking of shifting to Bharat Gas.

                                  I purchased my gas connection from 'Urja Indane Gas Agency' Bibwewadi Pune. They commited home delivery of the Gas refil at the time of booking. My residence is at Sadashiv Peth Pune which comes outside the service area of the agency. Now when I need a refil they are not willing to deliver at my residence. If this was the case why did they give me the connection. Just because they needed a customer???? I am following up for a refill for 20 days now. I the mean time I have also lodged a comlaint with Indian Oil Corporation regional office at Camp Pune. Despite that I havent received proper response.                                   I am using my gas connection from 'Urja Indane Gas Agency' Bibwewadi Pune since last 1 year. In March 2008 I Transfered to Hadapsar area. Bibewadi Gas agency told me to transfer and get a filled tank in Hadapsar only. Hadapsar Gas Agency told me It will take atleast 20 days from last 1 week I am in trouble we both husband / wife are working in organization and we are having outside food. Since 4-5 days I am getting empty tank down from my building & at evening taking up empty tank. The Hadapsar Agency told me that you will get home delivery of the Gas refil after two days.I am facing problem. If this was the case why did they give me the connection.

                                  I am a working Bachelor staying alone in Navi Mumbai. My Office Hour is 10 to 6-Monday to Saturday. I stay in an individual house and hence there is no Watchman as well.
                                  I had booked Indane Gas refill 3 days back. But I am facing great difficulty in getting the same delivered. Because, the Agency opens at 10 am and closes before 6 pm. They are not allowing me to collect it from the agency in person also. Do I have take a leave everytime I want to refill my Cylinder ? No organisation will give me or anyone that leave. This must be a typical case with bachelors staying alone or working couples. On Sunday our offices are closed and so are the agencies. Hence I, hereby, strongly recommend and request the concerned authority to extend service either to morning hours or to the evening. Please revert on the same.

                                  I am having 2 cylinders at present of indane gas agency, Kunnamangalam(consumer no:1136).I have booked for a cylinder on 26/06/08.But I have not recieved the cylinder till date inspite of repeated personal request.They have not even attend the phone on enquiry and their attitude towards the customers is very bad. It is cameto know that they are supplying cylinders in black even without any advance and without seniority consideration.When I brought this fact to their notice they told me to complaint any authority very harshly.Hence I request to take necessary action against the above agency and take steps to provide me cylinder on strict seniority at the earliest.

I have booked for refile on 20/11/08 and 22/12/08. It is nearing one and half month, I did not get any refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I have reminded several times every time they replyed me to go the center and make another booking.

                                  31st December' 08. Till today i.e., 19th January' 09, it is not delivered. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. The agency name : Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am making call many times a day and most of the time given nos. are busy Due to this I spent approx. Rs. 322 on phone only for follow up. I request to Indane gas authority to take necessary action against the said dealer.

                                  My only option remains to go consumer court and i will request to compensate for this harrasment.

                                  Sheetla Gas Agency, Indane Gas Services — Non-refill of Gas Cylinder

                                  It is very unfortunate to complaint regarding refill of my Gas Cylinder. Every time when I request for refill of Gas Cylinder normally they say it will take 5-days to supply the gas cylinder. But hardly they have supplied the Gas Cylinder in 7-days of time, it takes almost 10 to 15 days to supply the gas cylinder. The procedure is that the refill gas cylinder should be supplied to the customer in 3-days of time after the request date. It has become a routine by the agency to deliver the refill gas cylinder in 15-days of time and if you remind them again and again, even if you will call them over the phone after four or five days repeatedly every day besides that they will say that there is shortage of Gas so they could not supply the cylinder and it will take few more days. It could happened one time but not every time that there is a shortage of gas and I have been almost in 7-states from last 20-years but this is the first place where I have seen such a huge problem of supply of gas. There are other agencies in Gurgaon, but I have never heard that they are not supplying the refill gas cylinders in time. This time I have also made a request on 06/02/09 but to-date I have not received the refill gas cylinder. I request you please look into the matter why the refill gas cylinders are not being supplied to the customers in time. The IOC supplies the gas as per the demand of the dealer and how they could refuse that there is a shortage of gas and if it had been the case, there would have been hue and cry over the supply of gas, but there is no news regards that.                                   I am surprised even after complaining on Monday i.e. 16/03/09 that I booked refill gas cylinder on 08/03/2009 and till date refill gas cylinder has not been provided to me. Today I again called Sheetla Gas Agency on M. No. [protected] and the person whome I spoke was Mr. Naresh from Sheetla Gas Agency. This is the person whome I spoke even on Sunday and on that day he gave me assurance that you will get the refill gas cylinder by today evening and now today when I spoke him again that you have not delivered refill gas cylinder to me he told that the they are running short of refill gas cylinder. If the refill was available on Sunday and besides they did not deliver me the refill gas cylinder how it could be possible that today they are running short of refill gas cylinders. Now I am totally fed of this company. Could you please give me other alternative so I can transfer my connection to other gas agency. My consumer no. 18568.

My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                                  Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                                  This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.
                                  Though I am a customer of Freedom gas Birati, Kol.- 51, we never received a cylinder in time & if received, then also, never received full cylinder from their delivery boy. If we tried to weigh the cylinder which is very legal, they do not permit the same to us and also never carry weighing machine.

                                  I will see the end of this through media and press if necessary in future.

                                  I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

                                  Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone to take the booking.

                                  My consumer id is 15626. I and my wife both are working hence there is nobody at home when the person comes to deliver the cylinder. We place the cylinder with our neighbour and we inform the dealer to deliver on that same day so that they are not put in trouble because o[censored]s. But the dealer has never turned up. Even after calling him and informing him he delivers the cylinder only after 3-4 days and that also after repeated reminders.

                                  We had also asked them to deliver the cylinder on Sunday so that our neighbours are not troubled for this purpose. But they denied whereas i have come to know that in some areas they provide the cylinders on Sunday.

                                  2-3 times i myself has gone their personally to collect the cylinder. Once they denied to provide the cylinder even after visiting their godown personally and also after completion of 10 days of booking date.

                                  Also it has been written on the invoice that "Rebate of 8/- is available to INdane customers in case home delivery of refill cylinders is not effected by the distributor. In such case, whenever we have gone their personally they have charged the full amount and no discount was provided to me.
                                  I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 24th Aug' 09. After Lot of follow-ups with agency I have not received the cylinder till today i.e., 1st Sep 09.                                   My distributor for home Indane gas refill agent is "Sri Srinivasa Gas Service", H.No. 8-6-747, Plot No. 233, Nagaruna Colony, Hastinapuram, N.Sagar Road, Hyderbad 500070. It is since past over 4 years we are not able to book home gas refill over telephone. Every time we had to spend minimum 2 hours to get the telephone line connection as it is always engaged. If Indane gas distributors have allowtted too many connections to the same agent, then is it not the responsibility of them to start new distributors? This Indane gas booking office is over 8 KM from my residence and it is not always possible to go to the distributors office to book for the refill personally, especially when men are on official tours and only woman with children is it not possible to travel 8 KM distance only for booking a gas refill. People near our house always complain that the agent simply keeps the telephone receiver off the telephone creddle to avoid continuous telephone calls. I am very unhappy about the extremely poor indage gas distribution booking system. Hope the Indane gas authorities open their eyes / ears at least now, or shift the service to a new booking office close to Meerpet locality for better service or open several additional telephones to the agent so that it is possible to access him in a couple of minutes time.

Despite repeated requests over phone, gas not supplied till date, that is upto, 14.12.2009. Today, when we asked for the status, they told that they cannot supply as of now and it will take more than a week.                                   Sir i had booked my gas on 10.01.2010 but even today i did not get my cylinder. Vindhya gas agency is providing cylinders after a month of booking n again i[censored] want book ur connection again it will take atleast 21 days. It means one have to use their cylinder upto 3 months. How is it possible? However, if somebody is in emergency, will get cylinder very easily in rs.600-800 anywhere.

                                  This is a severe complaint about Indane Agnidhwaj Gas Agency based in Hyderabad. First of all their phone will always be engaged. Try calling them since morning till evening . After 6 o clock phone will ring but there will be nobody to answer your call. After 4- 5 days you will reach those people to book your cylinder. Then comes the delivery which will not happen before 15 days after booking. They will make fake excuses as you were not at home. There was a lock at the door.

                                  The worst service. It is really tough for working people to book gas cylinder through this agency. I would suggest Indane people to close their this Agency which is spoiling the reputation and good name of Indane.

                                  This is regarding the abnormal deplay in supply of Gas Cylinder by thr local dealer : KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE, Alpha II, Greater Noida.

                                  It has become a regular practice that the dealer doesn't supply the cylinder without reminder over phone, even within a weeks time.

                                  But this time all the limits have crossed. It's already more than 10 days since I have booked the cylinder & at least 4 reminders over phone but everytime I was told that Today the cylinder will be delivered & they cut the phone. This is really furstrating.

                                  I request for urgent intervention of concenred athorities to take care of the interest of consumer rights to get service.

As i live in a rental house so i've to keep moving in 2-3 years, as my address gets on changing all the time, everytime I inform the agency to change my respected address and deliver my booked gas cylinder at the following address, but every time they make a new booking and promise to deliver it within 2-3 days, and that never comes, and if we go directly to their office, they refuse to give us as we have been registerd under the customers who will be delivered their gas cylinders at their residence; or else they tell us to go to the godown which is almost 12-15kms away.
                                  Kindly help us with an appropriate step against 'GURU NANAK GAS AGENCY'.

                                  This is for the kind information to higher authorities that we are humiliated constantly by our gas dealer, The Pioneer Cons. Cooperative Society Pvt. Ltd.(Uttarpara). We had booked on 04.01.2011 a calender however till date ( 07.02.2011) we are yet to get delivery, however their deliverymen are selling at a higher rate in the market and it shows that they dont have the scarcity of calender. Due to their such profiteering we are suffering.
                                  They crossed all their limit when we called them on phone they shouted and said us MERUA ( Bihari are called Merua by Bangali) and said that we should not call and disturb them whenver they will have surplus they will supply and when i told him that how can their be scarcity as their deliverymen are selling to outsider at higher rate then he replied that a MERUA can't understand all these things.

                                  Herewith i just seek help from higher authorities to get the rid of both problem firstly regarding the delivery and Secondly about racial discrimination.

                                  Indane Gas — system not proper for online booking/sms booking

                                  The system for booking of indane gas online is very bad. It is always shown ALREADY BOOKED. This is because of the last booking was not cleared by the agency or caretaker. This problem is same on the SMS booking. I feel very much depressed with these type of systems in INDIA. The persons who are the caretakers of this system does not want that anyone use this system properly because of their internal bad intentions/some other reasons.

                                  This is manoj, I am living abroad my family is in Dehradun, we have enquired about how to get a new LPG connection and apply online on 19 of July 2013 with reference number N[protected] since I am not in India my wife went to Uttaranchal gas service and they ask for some documents then she arrange all the documents ask by them and went again there, this time they ask for bank IFSC code and correction of the name in ration card she did that and went again there, this time they said server is down you come after one week, after one week she went again and this time they said you have to come end of the month, again she went back and come back in end of the month this time they said you have to buy gas stove along with connection which we refuse since we have already, then they said someone will come to your house in one week for verification no one came then we ask for the telephone no. of the person who supposed to come for the verification, she call him and he come but person doesn’t know why he is here. Now they are telling you cannot get connection since you have gas stove at home. They are really giving her very hard time which cannot be tolerable
                                  Is this our system?? Person who is sitting there he doesn&#039;t know how to behave with people. This is unbearable for me hope you will take some serious action before I go further.

                                      मेरी शिकायत है की यहाँ जेतपुर मैं आपकी agency है दीपाली गैस करके .वो हमें गैस की देलिवेरी घर पे नहीं दे रहे है
                                      वो कहेते है की आपका घर जेतपुर से बहार है .आपका घर दूर है.
                                      जबकि मैं जेतपुर मैं ही रहता हु.
                                      मैंने उसको कहा की मुझे लिख के दो की मेरा घर जेतपुर के बहार है.
                                      तो उसने कहा की हम ऐसा कुछ लिख-विक के नहीं देंगे.
                                      जबकि मेरी सोसाइटी मैं ही दीपाली का एक कनेक्शन है वो वहा पे तो दिलिवेरी देते है, क्युकी सोसाइटी मैं जो रहता है वो वहा पे जाकर जगडा करता है . इसलिए आपकी agency उनको देलेवेरी देते है .

                                        I am a customer of L.P.G form more than 15 years.(customer no: 1940)asokan,ashoka bhavan,kattayikonam .po,thiruvananthapuram,pin:695584,kerala ,india.
                                        I received a filled cylinder from the (Guhan gas service.AP XIV?699,BEHIND THONNAL DEVI TEMPLE PALLIPPURAM-695316 )on 10/10/2011 at 11:38.p.m .when I opened the cylinder on 28/11/2011.I found that a large amount of gas leakage from the cylinder.I called the emergency cell number [protected].through our conversation I take the cylinder to above mentioned gas agency.they check the cylinder and found that there is no rubber washer is not fixed in the cylinder.god saved from a blast.thank god.
                                        this is a serious failure from the side a indian oil (L.P.G)side.please ensure the safety of the customer.Due to this incident I loss my time,money and energy as well as.the way which Guhan gas agency people approach towards the customer is too bad..so take necessary action up on this issue.
