SIVAM AUTO Indian Oil gas stations (2 at Madhapur, Hyderabad, India) have cheated me through the use of faulty diesel-pumps on two occasions.

The fuel dispensed is about 15-20% less than the reading on the meter. On the second occasion, upon presentation of proof, there was brazen denial.

I request Indian Oil to review its relationship with this delaer / owner

Diesel Supply — MEASUREMENT FAULTY

Sir,
Today{26.10.2009] around 1 p.m.I have paid Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) for filling Diesel for the Vehicle TN O7 P 6262 at the Petrol & Diesel Bunk in the name and style of GOPALAKRISHNA SERVICE STATION at the interjunction of Thirumalai Pillai Road and Gopathy Narayana Road [opp] Vani Mahal, Thiagaraya Nagar, Chennai-600017. [Ph.[protected] & 42023357]. The Fuel pump did not, either show Rs.500/- or 14.30 Litres when diesel filling was completed. This was strongly objected by me and one Mr. Balu, who was incharge then, had informed me that the reading of the fuel pump was out of order and however, the measurement was correct. It was funny. How can the customer could believe that the measurement was correct while the scale was not functioning. This is a kind of cheating the customers and suitable action is warranted.

    my Consumer no. T-5485

    I am a Indane consumer under agency Madhu Gas Service, Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.

    I have booked LPG on phone no.1260 on 8-1-2008 at 12.42 PM and given a booking no.25 but till time I have not received the refilling. I have trying from the last three days to contact on the Gas agency phone no.22611514 & 22618691 but i am unable to contact the agency and it is continuously getting engaged and i am not in a position to visit the agency for booking.

    It is my request also to get the gas delivered immediately and also give me another number of Madhu Gas Agency to atleast ask the status of the booking.

    Agency's phone numbers are always busy or they donot want receive the calls.

    Indane LPG — phone is not getting

    I am one of the Indane LPG consumer. I am not able to contact M/S Gauri Enterprises, the dealer at palam colony, New Delhi since last one week. Telephone Nos.[protected]/25363157/25363818 are not attending or constantly engaged. Request intervene and if any change in the number may please be intimated.

    Indane LPG — Unable to contact

    Sri Rama Agency (LPG) is located at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. The following are the contact numbers of the agency made available to the consumers[protected], 25654560, 25654553, 65378398 and 41144619. But unfortunately these numbers are always engaged whenever contacted. I visited the agency in person and to my dismay found that all recievers were deliberately placed on the table instead of placing them on the phone. I questioned the operator there and got the reply that a call was in waiting. I was there for about 15 minutes but nobody answered the waiting calls. I looked at the board for contact numbers of the customer complaint cell of Indian oil but they were not available. The contact numbers of the concerned sales officer was also not available. This is being deliberately done to prevent consumers from registering for LPG refills. Will the concerned authorities look into the same and ensure that the telephones are kept working.

    Indane Gas — Not able to contact

    My connection number is 5676 (Anantapur-AP). I was trying for the last two days to book a cylinder. I could not contact your dealer. The given phone is either ENGAGED or NO RESPONSE. I am facing a lot of trouble. Pl try to solve the problem.

    Sir, I am an Indane Gas consumer. My consumer no. is 36251 which is in the name of my father Sh. Mohan Ram. My Gas supplier is Hari Singh Gas Agency - contact nos. 25476333 / 25470333 both the numbers are not contactable. It is very difficult to get through to these numbers. And in case if we get any number by chance... no body picks up the phone.. it goes continuosly ringing. And the worst part of it when we complaint of the same. People sitting over their say... dial 1260 if you are not getting the line over here. I tried it many a times, booked the gas through 1260 and waited for 2 weeks but the gas did'nt come. When I went their again they said we have not received any booking from your side. I am booking it today and the gas will reach to you after one week. And we are not left with any other way other than to purchase the gas in black, which is very costly

    Sir, I am very much desperate. It is very difficult to visit gas agency on and off.

    Sir, please look into the matter and do the needful.

    I am a customer of Indane gas registered with the Pyare Lal and sons gas agency karol bagh. I had booked my gas through 1260 on 5.3.2010. My consumer no. is 13380. Booking no as informed on phone at the time of booking was 8. I have not received the refilled cylender yet after laps of almost 6 days. Ultimately I had to go to the agency to book the gas personally where I was told that my booking has not been registered. Why it is so. Why the consumer being made to suffer? On the other hand agency do not pick the phone after it has been advertised that the booking will be accepted through internet of sms only.Though I have been assured by the agency employees that they will pick the phone in future, but its a herculian task to get conneted through phone with the gas agency.
    This system need to be streamlined.

BUT I WAS NOT AGREED FOR...THE SHOCKING THING IS THE TRUCK GUYS ARE DELIVERING MY GAS TO OTHERS FOR MORE AMOUNT OF MONEY.     The Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi is one of the worst Gas Agency. First of all they keep the phone cradle down to avoid attending the phone calls from morning 9.45 A.m. to 10.30 A.m. Secondly most of the time they remain without stock to supply. One who books the cylinder earlier never gets in time. But the person who books later is issued first. The persons well known to them are issued on a priority basis why there is no check in such type of supply. They take a weeks time to supply the cylinder. They supply according to their wishes. Please do the survey and help the irritated customers in this way. Please take severe action against such staff members of Arjun Enterprises, Munirka, New Delhi.

      Hi,

      I have transferreed my gas from hyderabad to chennai, i have indane gas service on my name but they are not giving me the gas connection in chennai. They are asking to go for other gas agency (BP or HP) . But i am not interested to go for other gas agency please let me know what to do.

      Hi,

      I Ram Prakash Srivastava [Ex. Army personnel] have transferred my gas from Kanpur to Guwahati, though I had a Gas connection of Bharat gas from Kanpur on my name but now I shifted at Guwahati and submitted my termination voucher at 'Prag Jyoti' G.S. Road, Last Gate, Dispur, Guwahati [ASSAM] of Indane Gas Agency after a long period of harresment they accept my termination voucher but yet not giving me the gas connection to me although I gave them all necessary document to them with my present address proof. They are asking to come tomarrow than again tomarrow this process is going on from last 15days. I aslo visited their Head Office at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati regarding this problem but not get the solid reponse from them too. Now what shound I do further.

        I am a LPG Indane customer with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, Delhi-Dwarka and my consumer Number is 29265. I have booked for a refile on 31.12.2007 under order No.5458 as informed by dealer. Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.
        This is not for the first time that we are facing this problem, there is always an issue with the services of this dealer, i m really fed-up with dealing Indane.

        Dear Sir,
        I'm Indane customer since 2007. Initially I was connected with Vinay Indane, Aurangabad. But in last month I got transfered to Gurgaon (Haryana) from Aurangabad (Maharastra). I have collected transfer document form Vinay Indane.
        Today I went to Sheetal Mata Indane office with following documents:
        1) Transfer documents from earlier agency
        2) My ID proof - Driving License
        3) Address Proof - Given on offical letterhead by company (Maruti Suzuki India Limited) where I'm working
        4) 5 passport size photograph

        But agency person rejected my proposal as he required rent agreement instead company letterhead address proof.

        Please reply me what is required by rule ?
        And why company like Maruti Suzuki's letterhead is not valid ?

          THAT, THE CONSUMER NO-BM 2693 HAD TAKEN A REFILL FROM BIRSA MUNDA INDANE,BARGARH ON DT[protected].
          WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT WITH THE REGULATOR IT DID NOT CONNECT WELL.
          SO, I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AT THE SAID DEALER ON THE VERY NEXT DAY.
          FROM,THAT DAY I HAVE REGULARLY REMIND THEM ABOUT THE SAID PROBLEM AND TO SOLVE FOR THAT.

          lindane — regarding service

          I have booked my gas to my dealer(mr Kalipada) atleast 30 days before from today .But he is saying from that day that due to strike of their company he is not given me the gas. But I cant understand where is strike.I am also paying Rs. 350 . per cillinder which is to much for me but till now Iam not getting my service.This problem is not new its freaquent problem.Please tell me what can I do at present.

            I have shifted from Rohini to Paschim Vihar on[protected] and also shifted my Indane Gas connection. Now, I am registered with Kwick Gas Co., Jawala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar and my consumer No. is 24358. I requested for one gas cyclinder about 15 days ago. Since then, I have requested at least 4 times but every time I have received the reply that I will get the cyclinder tomorrow but till date no delivery has been made. Kindly look into the matter and do me a favour to intimate at A-6/100-C, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

            Indane Gas Cylinder — Not Delivery of gas since more than 23 days of booking

            Myself Rajalakshmi customer of M/s Anand enterprises, bhim nagar, Gurgaon, Haryana. Our customer no is 31680A.

            I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is extremely poor. First of all after booking they do not deliver for more than 15 days. Every time we need to call to agency for follow up for more than 10 days. Again they do not deliver.

            They could not give me any proper responceand also they told me that indane not gave us proper load.

            On the other hand is selling the cylinder of Rs 500/- on that person who does not have the official connection to all.

            Kindly try to help me by permenant solution.

            I have booked the gas cylinder at Radhakrishna Gas Agency, Near Jagtap Chowk, Wanowarie, Pune on 18 Aug 2008.

            Till date the cylinder has not been delivered. The booking is done through SMS.

            I have booked gas on dated 20th January 2010 on telephone no. 1260 and [protected]. Till date 03.02.2010, I have not received gas cylinder. I am in need of gas cylinder. So, I humbly request to kindly supply gas cylinder.
            Indane seems to be suffering from this malaise all over India!

            I am consumer of Indane Gas. I booked my Gas cylinder under consumer no. 2658 on 10.08.2010 with Bhumika Gas Service, Khanna nagar, near Ram Park Loni Ghaziabad.
            I have also requested on dated 12.08.2010, 20.08.2010 and 23.08.2010 doing SMS on mobile no. [protected], [protected] and [protected] of Bhumika Gas Service to make arrangement to deliver gas cylinder at my residence.
            I have no gas to cook food for my children since 08.08.2010 and till now 24.08.2010 no one has come to deliver gas cylinder at my residence and no arrangement has been made by Bhumika Gas Service to deliver gas cylinder at my residence.
            I have been bound to give my children fast food which is not suitable for them.
            I once again requested to all of you to instruct Mr. Vivek Deshwal mobile [protected] of Bhumika Gas Service to make arrangement for delivery of gas cylinder at my residence, so that i can manage food for my children.

              I am consumer of O.P.AGENCY(INDANE COOKING GAS), 9-CSC NIRMAN VIHAR, DELHI - 110092.I have three member in my family but my gas cylinder empty in 12-14 days even using it for breakfast and dinner only. From last few months i am regularly checking my cylinder and everytime i have found water instead of gas. Even after my visit to the agency, no action has yet been taken. This is either the fault of GAS AGENCY or the DELIVERY MAN.Their Gas booking no.([protected],[protected]) also does'n work at the time of booking a gas cylinder and every time I have found it engaged. Kindly help me in this regard to solve my problem.

              It is true that the hockers of the gas agencies delivers the cylinders after stealing the fare amount of LPG to the cunsumers.

I had booked gas on December 26, 2008 over phone and reminded the concerned person of the agency on January 3, 2009 who told me that gas has already been booked on December 26, 2008 and would be delivered on January 5, 2009. Now when I spoke to the concerned person today i.e. on January 7, 2009, he told me that gas was never booked in my name and has to be booked again. I would like to inform you that I have now again booked my gas with your agency but would like you to take appropriate action against the improper way of working of your employees in Burari branch of your company.               I am a client of Agarwal Indane Gas dealership located in Kadma, Jamshedpur. My consumer No is :AE 4597. On July 7th 09 two persons from the dealership have visited our house saying that they want to inspect our gas connection, stove, cylinder location etc.After inspection they gave a bill for Rs. 40/- which I had to pay. They said that they are doing this inspection as per the directive from IOC and showed a notification issued by the dealer but not by IOC.They also said that they do this inspection every two years.But even though I have been a client of Agarwal Indane for the last 28 years No inspection of this sort ever took place and there is no notation also to this effect in my consumer card / book. I would like to know from you if the above inspection is done as per your directive or it is done purely as per the wishes of thye dealer and if the chrges are correct.

              They always keep the receiver of the telephone aside in spite of showing them many times that your receiver is not kept right at proper place. You can also check, just dial[protected] any time except office time.
              Hello Indian Oil, are you pro agent or pro-consumer?
              Keeping receiver out of the cradle to make it "engaged", giving delivery to few "prefferred" customers promptly, mostly selling cylinders to eager people without any booking, and lastly total apathy of IOL management to customer complaints only points to connivance between concerned IOC employees and distributor on "profit sharing". IOC has intentionally indulged into unfair trade practices for monetary gain thru unscrupulous sets of people. The chain appears to have involvement of people from all levels.
              I am customer for Indane Gas presently residing in the Wazirabad Village(Delhi 110084). My consumer No. is 25089 .It takes arround 8-10 days for the Gas agency -C.LaL & Sons to make the delivery. But if you want to buy the Cylinders from the same hawkers - you can buy at double the price at any time (Black Price). when ask the agency people they say - there is no supply. My question is if the consumer has to buy the cylinder in black - why should he spent so much time & money in getting the connection. And more importantly is there any body to take care of the consumer sufferings...
              Reference to my consumer no 11495 in your Agent LORD BALAJI GAS AGENCY (No 94-A Gengu Reddy Street Chennai 600 008 Ph[protected] / 2877 / 28193008 / 3009) we have booked cyliender on 07/06/2010 till date i.e. 02/07/2010 we have not received the cyliender now we have both cyliender is empty and your agent Lord Balaji Agency Staff is not giving proper response to us. please look in to the matter and response to us otherwise we will take legal action in this matter.

              I am bhuvaneshwaran, my consumer no. is 16170. indane gas ( lord balaji Gas agency) I do not know why they take so much time in deliverying cylinders. They promise to deliver in stipulated time, every time they are not loyal to their promise.You know how important issue is this.They sell in black. what the customers will do for their need. Every where corruption, no exception in this also. They peoplee who is doing this will be punished by God.

                Consumer No. 0217 under Baruipur Gas Service, Kulpi Road, Ukilpara, 24-Prgs(S).Code no. 99023449
                Gas was booked on 26/12/07. On inquiry I came to know that the delivery slip was issued on
                9th Jan.08. But the Delivery Man did not deliver the cylinder till date(15.1.08). Every now
                and then it is observed that the delivery man is doing tremendous malpractice causing
                untimely delivery of cylinder. It is also evident that the said dealer has a clear conievance
                with the delivery man. Please investigate the matter urgently and give a reply to my email address.

                Deliver gas cylinder on 13/08/2008. Now refused to book a cylinder before 31/8/2008. Agent telling that cylinder will be supplied on 18 nov if booked on 31st Aug. It implies we (consumer) will able to get a cylinder after 36 days. How could consumer accomodate at such adverse condition. As per agent, the condition being created by Indane authority of Jamshedpur due to short supply of cylider.

                Indian Oil / Indane — I was charged excess money

                I reside in Ranchi Jharkhand.I am a consumer of Indane gas served by the local gas agency namely M/s Devi Gas of Kanke Road, Ranchi.My consumer no. is 28195.On 8.11.08 I requested the agency to provide me one more cylinder of gas as till date i was having only one cylinder. Thy agreed to my request and made my gas connection having facility of double cylinder.However for this I was charged Rs.1750.
                It is to be mentioned that during taking connection for the first cylinder I had already paid the agency Rs.450+150+50+314 against a cash reciept. This time also the said agency charged me Rs.450+50 apart from the amount of Rs 1250 for the second cylinder.He has issued a fresh cash reciept amounting to Rs.1750 and took the original cash reciept issued to me at the time of giving initial connection for first cylinder around one year back.It appear to me that the agency has charged me excess amount by charging me security amount for the first cylinder twice. Kindly look into and intimate me the factual position.

Till date the supply is not resume. while approching the staff of the agency told that there was irregularity on supply of cylinder from Up ward. Kindly tell me what is the schedule time of deliver after booking.

                  i am a customer of k.s.b. enterprises.hauz khas.new delhi-16.my consumer no. is- ks-7415.i have been trying to get through their phone no. for quite a long time.1 problem is that they never pick up the phone.and if by chance they picked up the phone they are least bothered to listen to us and busy doing other work.we have called them up 4 times till now and the gas has not been delivered.please try to look at this matter.it has really troubled us a lot.

                  I am the subscriber of Gauri Enterprises, Palam, New Delhi 45. My Consumer No. GE47875. As I constantly tried to contact the the agency on phone, His phone[protected] is already dead/switch off. Mobile (No. [protected]) is switch off permanently around 20th Dec-2007 to till date and therefore I went to the agency for the booking of my cylinder.
                  I booked the Gas Cylinder on 7th Jan 2008.
                  Till date I have not received the cylinder and the agency is not entertaining my request.
                  I am the subscriber of Gauri Enterprises, Palam, New Delhi 45. My Consumer No.38827. As I constantly tried to contact the the agency on phone, His phone[protected] or[protected] is already dead or switch off. Mobile (No. [protected]) is switch off permanently . Nearly 30 to 40 times we tried to contact to book the cylinder. It is so much mental pressure everytime to book cylinder. Fnally I booked through the Cental booking no. 1260 on 4th Feb. However my booking was taken on 7th Feb. If Gauri could not handle the pressure they should shift some of the customer to the other agencey . I am totally fedup with this agency. I need justice from the Gas Authorities.

                  i am harpreet singh from amritsar. i am a customer of m.m. gas service located at taylor road,amritsar (punjab) for the last 10 or more years.my consumer no. is 779.i have never received the gas cylinder for a month or more after the booking for such a long time.the agency being owned by the politician mr. harjinder singh thekedar,no one dares to complain against this agency.now i am tired of this practice.pls. find a solution to this problem or i will have to knock the door of consumer court at the earliest.the records of agency will prove what i say is truth.i have always found people quarreling in this agency for the non delivery of the gas cylinder whenever i go there .they do not attend to the phone calls and when they do attend they make false promises like the politicians.please make a quick redressal to this complaint.

I have only one cylinder and that one got over 2 days back. I booked a new one 2 days back and asked my dealer 2 provide the one to me within 24 hours, as I have a one year old kid for which I have to give him home cooked food only.                   I have been experiencing complaints of the abve nature. I am a native of Payyannur, Kerala. In this respect, complaint was lodged before the area manager, Indane, Ernakulam on 23.05.08, the same is yet to be looked into. Aswathi Gas Agencies, Payyannur attends the phone very seldom and they culd be got over phone even after trying contineously for 5 t 6 days. They are nt at all prompt in issuing filled cylinders, there are so many complaints against them, the details f which was narrated in my complaint dt.22.05.08. The booking no. is 22706 dt. 26/08/08.Last LPG recd. on 27/07/08.When I call on 29/08 they tell LPG will delivered on 31/08/08. But, call on 02/09/08 they are telling that LPG will deliver on 04/09/08.When I ask, Why not today, Than they asked today is no service for delivery .Pl. tell me sir, What is this?

The MINNUMUM time taken for delevry of cylinder is 15 days from the date of booking. You can immagne the plight of those who have the suffer. Please look in to this urgently.                   disconnected the phone saying sorry to me and his behaviour was very immoral.

                  supplied the gas up to 28/10/08 ( up to Diwali) . Now today also when they
                  have not
                  supplied the gas i have send some body which collectd the cylinder from the
                  gas Agency.
                  I think they have sold the gas in black on very higher rates due to huge
                  shortage of
                  gas on Diwali. In Past also they supplied the defected cylinder and not
                  attended the
                  complaint. They never weight the cylinder resulting in the less quantity of
                  gas to the
                  customer . They never bother any complaint being only distributor of Indane
                  gas in
                  Mahender garh. So you are requested to take strict action angainst the
                  distributor which
                  is defaming the world wide knowen Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

                  Indian Oil / Indane Gas — Gas Cylender Under weight

                  My cosumer ID is 15468 with dwarka indane gas service in Dwarka, Delhi. I booked my cylender on 24/12/2008, which was subsiquently delivered after 3-4 days. The cylender was underweight and the total weight of the cylender was 24 kg. I called the Dwarka Indane Service to replace the cylender. They said O.K. we will change the cylender. But nothing happened. Since then I personally visited their office atleast 10 times and requested them to change the cylender, but all in vain.

                  I request the offier in Indian Oil to kindly look into the matter and teach a lesson to these agency people.

                  Indian Oil / Indane Gas — Gas Cylinder Delivery

                  . I Dr E P Dsouza have a gas connection at RADHAKRISHNA INDANE Agency, Shop No 1, Sneha Kunj, Near Jambulkar Chowk, PUNE-411040, CONS. No-5305.I booked for a refill Cylinder on 7/4/2009 and Booking No given by the Agency was 777 Dated 07/04/2009. There was no delivery till 17 Apr 2009(10 Days)and on personally visiting the agency to ask for reasons for such a delay of 10 Days the Boy at the counter gave vague reasons that the vehicle was not coming from Chakan regularly and we would get one cylinder the next day morning i.e 18/4/2009. However the agency did not bother the next day till afternoon, when I reminded them again. It appears that they sent a cylinder after their working hrs(at around 1900 Hrs) and since we were not at home, the delivery was not given. The next day being Sunday (19/04/2009) I reminded the agency on Tel on 20/04/2009.and requested them to send the delivery on 20/04/09, but they have not yet responded . Please look into this matter since it is now 14 days and no cylinder has been delivered.

                  i am a subscriber of indane gas (Sarathy Gas agency Paravur, ernakulam Kerala). i was calling them to book a gas for 2 or 3 days ..they dont pick up phone even if it is ringing..and they deliver gas after 40-45 days.
                  My Gas no is 5180 My Agent is Ambal Gas Saravanampatti In coimbatore. They are not able To deliver Gas cylinder within the time limit. delivery will be taken 13 to 15 days From the booking date. Mainly they are supplying the cylinders to car owners for extra cost.
                  most of the regulatiry officers appears to be corrupt and not taking any pain for redressal of customer complaint all example sited above are common and malpractices are at hight and heavy exploitation of consumer in this sector.gas agencies are doing the work as per their will and in there own interst to earn more in black

                  May I know that What the nonsense is going on there? Every time you peoples commit that you will deliver the cylinder with 4 days but in reality we get the same after 10 or 15 days every time.

Every time whenever i try to book gas through this number, the computer voice states that my consumer number ie S 8008 is incorrect. I brought this fact to the agency but nothing has been corrected.                   I am palanikumar M. I have registered for refilling of gas on 18/06/11 through IVRS.
                  I got the reply message immediately from 54411 stating that i have successfully registered.

                  On 01/07/11 i got the message stating that "cash memo has been generated and your cylinder will be delivered shortly".

                  But till now (24/07/11) i have not got my cylinder. I have gone personally to the agency and asked about the cylinder. They told they will deliver immediately. But till now i am not getting the gas.

                  Three times i had gone to them personally. But no response. They are not taking the call in phone or it is always busy.

                  Both of my cylinder is now empty. I , my wife and my 6 month old child are taking food from hotel.

                  My daughter is not feeling well due to the hotel meal. I lost my respect in my family and in my wife. i lost my two days salary for putting leave to get gas cylinder.

                  If you are really a human you will feel otherwise not.
                  I want to complaint against this gas agency in indian oil corp. Please help me.

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    We customer noR-45264 R/o 73, MIG DDa Flat Punjabi Bagh enclave ,Shiv Mandir Road ,Madipur Village ,New Delhi have a gas Connection with Ravinder Gas Agency at Paschim Vihar.This connection has two cylinders and we are an extended family of our old parents,a daughter and two o[censored]s .One cylinder even when used with full care lasts only for 19 days .We even check the weight before taking it from delivery man.
                    We had booked cylinder on 1st Jan 08 now one of our cylinder got over so we requested the agency to book the other cylinder today on 14th Jan 08.They refused saying that they cannot book it before 21 days and this not the first time they repeatedly do this .As of what we have information in case we have two cylinders on a single connection we can fill it before 21 days.On requesting them they behave rudely.
                    Around a month back I had also telephonically contacted your feild officer Ms geetanjali and told her about the samebut to no awail.
                    the worst had come beforewhen the people sitting on reception at the gas agency scolded us and said "if you want take the cylinder in blackfrom outside".We are facing this problem every winter when festive & marriages in Delhi begin.
                    Till now with a nuclear family things were not that difficult but with time it is worsening.The people from godown are openly selling cylinders in black but not supplying them.
                    You are requested to look in to this matter or we would be forced to move to court of law.

                    Dear sir,

                    It has been noticed several times that supply of LPG cylinder is delayed by your dealer M/s.Jaydeep gas agency sector -10. At the time of booking and it is said that your previous delivery has not completed 21 days as there is no such company rule. Today on 17th they are not booking numbers who hav received cylinder long back.
                    Please stop this newsense created by your dealer as this will spoil the goodwill of company

                      Indane LPG — Delay in booking/ Supply of LPG

                      Sir,
                      I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family woth consumer no 5196 with dealer M/S Golden Gas Service, Palam Vihar gurgaon. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all the phone nos of the gas agency are kept most of the time busy and if the ring goes, noone attends the phone in one or two attempts. Whenever we personaly go to the agency for booking we are told to come after 21 days of the previous booking and after that it takes more than 10 days to get the delivery of the gas cylinder. Please clarify whether there is any standard norms for not booking a refil cylinder before 21 days of the previous booking? Please help to ensure the smooth supply of LPG.

                      I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family with consumer no 22445 with dealer M/S B.R. Gas Lingampally Hyderabad. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all agency has only one phone number. Most of the times it keeps busy and when ever there is a ring no one attends to it. On very next movement on calling once again it gives again busy tone. I think the agency deliberately delaying the booking by not answering the phone calls.

                      I agree with it and thank to the person for bring the probelm to the notice.
                      Raj Flame Gas Agency, Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar is not supplying LPG cyclander on time to the consumer.

                      They arenot booking gas on telphone.

                      Consumer are compelled to stand in long queu in scorching sun and rain in open for booking,

                      They also not entertain the booking of centralized booking No. 1260 given by itself.

                      The LPG cyclander is black marketed by some persons in the locality and there must have hand of the Raj Flame Gas Agency people in this act, otherwise how it possible to spare large number of LPG cylander in black market.

                      The authroties concerned for taking action against the such agency may please see in the matter and take necessary action against the Raj Flame Gas Agency and ease the problem of the consumers.

                        Dear Sir,
                        We have booked our gas cylinder against connection no. 1121 registered with M/s Kanwal Gas Agency(Indian Oil Company authorised distributer for indane gas). Today the same has been delivered to our residence at 1/92, old rajinder nagar, new delhi - 110060 and in the evening coming back from office , i checked up the cylinder weight on weighing machine and to my surprise it was only 26 Kg against the the gross weight of 29.4 kg mentioned on the body of cylinder. The seal of the cylinder is intact and I therefore request your goodself to conduct an enquiry into the supply of gas cylinder with less weight and also take corrective steps to replace the same with proper weight of cylinder.

                          Dear Sir,
                          This complaint is repeating again and again.There is no improovement from your side.And all your people are co-operating with them.Otherwise this much negligency is not possible by distrubutor.My consumer no-S-18715 had booked for gas[protected].When I was booked for time taking they told me 10 to 12 days.When I was contacted after 12 days they replied to take time more means 3 to 4 days.Till now I have not received Gas from them.We can understand if there is problems in distrubution of Gas from your authorities.If there is problems it should have noticed us by declaring.Now when I am contacting by their phone they are not receiving phone calls.After ringing stopped the phone shows engage.It will repeat like this long time.Somewhere they are misuising in wrong way.If you feel I am blaming to your department why this complaint I need to give you again and again.So I requested you to give me proper reply.And When I am mailing to conceren area & state incharge showing failure notice.The stated e mail address in Indian Oil website is wrong or correct.

                          i am an indane consumer in Kerala.My consumer no is 180443.My agency responsible for supply is Mini gas agency, Kundara.I booked for refilled cylinder on November 12,2009.Till noe they didnt supplied the product.When we call them, they used to respond like "Your gas will be suppied tomorrow".                             Sub : Misbehaviour and harassment made by the LPG distributor of Indian Oil Co. Ltd.
                            Sir,
                            This is in regard to continue harrassment and misbehaviour meted out to me and my family by the Indane gas Distributor and thier deliveryman.

                            On comining to stay in Kolkata on transafer I took a connection of Cooking Gas from the Indane distrubutor M/s M.L.Bose Enterprise,52A Raja Dinenedra Street,Kolkata-700-009. I have been given consumor No.8379. I am having this connection since Sept.2007.

                            The distributor and his delivery boys demand extra money and since I have not paid them ;The delivery boy use abusive language in front of my family at my home and subsequently they have started not delivering the gas-Cylender in time to me.

                            On first delivery the person who had come to deliver the cylender at home asked for 50 Rs.extra which was actually over and above the price of the cylender;claiming that every body pays them like this.I clearly denied to pay any thing extra.The deliveryman started shouting and misbehaving. I some how showed him door and got rid of him.

                            On next delivery of cylender on[protected] the same person turned up and again asked for payment of "something out of my pleasure".This time round also I denied to pay any thing and the deliveryman said something in local dialect which I could make out as not a cheritable remark about my family. When the person left; I called up the office nomber of the above mentioned Indane Distributor and complained about the behaviour of the deliveryman. The distributor said that what is problem if I pay something I will always get quick delivery and the phone was banged.

                            This is third time;Which is on 8th January,2008 I booked the Gas Cylender for Home delivery on telephone.I was given the booking Nomber 1593.I had called up at around 11.30AM on 8th January and it is 12th January today.we have not received the delivery of the gas so far.

                            Through your good office I want to know that why I am not receiving the delivery of Gas-cylender so far?
                            and should I pay the deliveryman or Not? I request you to kindly look into the matter as whether the distributor has taken any action against the deliveryman.

                            I am deeply anguished and hapless at the attitude and behaviour of the Distributor and his deliveryman.
                            I requset you to kindly look into the matter.

                              Problem in converting single cylinder connection to double
                              I am komal from indri, karnal(haryana)customer of indane gas.
                              I have taken single gas connection of indane gas, but it is difficult to manage with single cylinder so i tried to get one more cylinder to get uninterrupted service. but from last one year i am asking from distributor but he is not responding properly.
                              This is me Sateesh from Bangalore, working with software company. i have Indane gas connection for long time, the connection is single. Now i am facing problem to manage with a single cylinder. So i did registration for DBC in Feb'2007 and still the distributor says that i am in queue. Could you please tell me how many more years i have to wait to get DBC?
                              So kindly do something to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                I have a single connection under the distributor named CANTONMENT GAS SERVICES, KOLKATA - 700028, WEST BENGAL. Since few days i am requesting them to give the transfer voucher as i have shifted to dum dum which comes under the distributor named Dum Dum Gas Agency. Kolkata - 700074. But my existing distributor does not cooperating with me. Now what can i do ?

It was registered with my father's name, but he has passed away before couple of years, since then i am trying to get it shifted on my name, but your dealer is not cooperating me and misguiding me with vague commitments.                                   hello sir,
                                  my consumer number is 21138 is with sheela gas agency, near bara birwa, kanpur road, lucknow. I'd booked refil on 30/12/07 and is yet to receive the gas. Even the persons attending the calls are rude and use foul and indecent language even when talking to ladies. this has really shocked me and has forced me to look for change of brand. kindly look into the matter before you loose your esteemed customer.

                                  Indane LPG Gas — delay in supplying refills

                                  i am from mylapore,chennai.cooustomer no.17902191. our agency is TUCS abhramapuram.
                                  from last 5 months our agency is been delaying our refill supply by 1 months o more after booking of the gas cylinder. very set with the agency as every time we call up they say hey are fetching it today. and they don't turn up. at the end we end up with two empty cylinder and eating in hotel for a couple of days . i was patient for a couple of months . but now it is over whelming. Indane need to check and do something regarding this. any way we r not asking for free. i have heard that thy r selling the cylinder that need to be supplied outside to the hotel for the rate of 500RS. Do the Indane gas suppliers need us to do the same. this is very frustrating.

                                  Indane LPG — inordinate delay in spite of adequate stock

                                  we have a single connection Indane LPG connection Consumer No. 850 from Verma Gas Agency, Paravur, Quilon 691801, Kerala. Booking of the same for refilling was done on 15.09.07 and till date inspite of repeated request and personal approach twice the same is not being fulfilled. Since I am living alone and always not in a position to approach the dealer, i request your goodself to direct the concerned to act sympathetically and arrange delivery as per norms.

                                  Indane LPG — foul play /inordnate delay in supply

                                  I have problems in making booking of gas cylinder with my gas agency, Kavitha Gas Agency, Ashok nagar, Chennai over phone as their telephone numbers[protected] / 4875) are always hang up.

                                  With deep regret I would like to bring to your notice that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the said agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than one month that too inspite of sufficient stock.

                                  My consumer no. is 26936 and on the 8th of Nov '07 I had booked LPG cylinder over phone and was informed that it will be dlvd within a weeks time But inspite of repeated reminders I am neither getting satisfactory reply from your distributor nor I have received the cylinder to my door till date.

                                  On enquiry over phone y'day morning I was really surprised to hear one of their staff replying "it has been delevered to you already".

                                  I suspect some foul play that has been happening at your said dealers end for a long time now and also be informed that this is not the first time they are delaying the supply and this is not the first compalint agaisnt them. Since the last three months clinders are gtg delivered to me only after a min of 3weeks from the adte of bkg and that too after my repeated and regular reminders.

                                  I really wonder how a org of such repute could appoint these kind of reckless ppl as its distributors. PLS DO FOLLOW STRINGENT NORMS BEFORE YOU COULD SEELCT YOUR DSITIBUTORS AT LEAST HENCEFORTH.

                                  Sir, I am a consumer of Indane LPG (Con. no. :10166) through SUNNY GAS AGENCY , #215/A, Paper Mills Road, Sembium, Chennai-600011. I have booked for refill of Indane LPG (home) on 23rd december 2007 and till now 11/01/2008 I have not received the cylinder. when i enquiry the agency regarding non supply of cylinder, I came to know that they delivery the cylinder due on 31/12/2008 but they left my bill undelivered. when ever i contact them simply they say that cylinder will be delivered today. I am facing this problem of non supply of cylinder very often. Kindly regrete this problem for me to receive regular delivery.

                                  Indane / LPG — Delay in refill supply

                                  I am residing at, No.12, Second Street, Tatabad, Sivananda Colony, Coimbatore - 641012. Phone No. 2496374

                                  I am having Indane LPG domestic conection with Prabhu Gas Service of Sivananda Colony. My consumer number is 13086.

                                  I registered for refill on 24.12.07 with order number 3169.

                                  refill has not yet been supplied till date.

                                  The distributor accepts registration of reill only after 25 days of last supply. Likewise last supply was on 27.11.07 and so they accepted the registration on 24.12 07.

                                  They also supply the refill only after one or two days from th edate of billing.

                                  As the refill was not supplied till 7th Jan 08, I sent my staff to verify the status. The distributor promised to deliver before evening on that day.

                                  As it was not delivered, my staff followed it up daly till today morning. Today also they promised to deliver by 11.00 AM.

                                  As it was not deliverd, I peresonally visited the distributor's office. There nobody was attending my voice. After raising my voice, they told order has been placed only on 27ht Dec 07. They casualy replied "we can give supply only if we receive the cylinders tomorrow".

                                  It is very difficult to mange if the cylinder is not supplied even after 44 days of previous delivery.

                                  Could you please take up the matter seriously and arrange for delivery of refill with minimum time gap?

                                  Is it IOC's policy to register for refill only after 25 days of previous delivery?

                                  Expecting a favourable solution for the issue.

                                  I am a consumer of domestic lpg cylinder from bharat gas vide consumer no.29470 dated 18.02.02. I hold a double bottle connection. I am finding it extremely difficult to book refills with the local distributor of bharat gas viz. M/s Anita gas Service Virar west who are distributors for bharat gas. even after they reluctently book refills after prolonged periods the supply is further delayed at their whims and fancies.could I be informed regarding the policy governing supply of refills.Why is their service so poor? Even after visiting personally their attitude is 'DEVIL MAY CARE"

                                  I have booked for supply of refilled cylinder with the dealer Flame Centre Patel Nagar on 23.1.08. The dealer is accepting the order after 21 days. They take 8/10 days time for supply of cylinders. Thus it takes almost a month to get a single cylinder. But due to under weight of LPG cylinders the gas ends within 20 days from the supply. with these malpractices the dealer is creating artificial shortage and undertakes hording and is selling the cyclinder in the market for higher premium amount. thus the customers/consumers are suffering in the absence of LPG

                                  When the refill booking received they always put the date of registration only (Not the delivery date), Because of this we couldn't get the supplies in time. And also another aspect that the delivery boys always supply the refills to teashops, fastfoods in our area. We request you to kindly check yourself about this status on day to day basis. When ever we call for refill supply the phone is not attended.

                                  I am writing this on behalf of my nephew, Mr. Gautam Kalra, who is a consumer of M/S Eureka Gas Service, Pandit Wari, Dehradun. Uttarakhand. His Consumer Number is 22274.

                                  The young man (my nephew) is away to the United States right now for sometime. His retired parents, who are living at Street No. 4, House No. 13, Ashirwad Enclave, Dehradun are presently using his L.P.G. connection; in his absence.

                                  Your distributor, M/S Eureka Gas Service, has crossed all limits of ethical business and has become a pain in the neck. It appears as if he is living outside the ‘system’. His refill booking time is as follows: 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs & 1400 hrs to 1530 hrs. and during this period also, if he picks up the telephone, one has to consider oneself lucky indeed! Most of the time the phone is “busy” and unattended.

                                  At times I get the impression that all the money that you are spending on promoting your consumer services is going down the drain. Your distributors are making fun of your so called “consumer service” behind your back. I’ll not hesitate to say that it appears as if your field officers are hand in glove with these distributors. Otherwise I can see no reason why should the consumer suffer; for whom the whole show is on!

                                  It will be relevant to mention here that it is this type of distributors/dealers, who enjoy patronage of lower level field officers of the company, who are bringing a bad name to a prestigious organisation like the Indian Oil Corporation Limited – which figures in the Forbes 500 largest companies. And it is not paying attention to the complaints at your level that further emboldens them.

                                  I am sure that you will be kind enough to direct this erring distributor to supply the refill urgently so that the family does not have to go without L.P.G. It will be kind of you if M/S Eureka Gas Service could be directed to keep themselves open for a longer period of time as stipulated by your prestigious company.

                                  A line in reply shall be much appreciated. Your reply will be an indication of your will to serve the consumers and not your own distributors.

My wife and myself are emmployed and so the door of our quarters locked for week days. I asked the agency to supply the gas on saturdays/holidays and for the last one month they are playing tricks. They agreed to supply on saturday for the last 3, 4 weeks but not supplied. Yesterday[protected] I personally went the agency office and asked about the supply. But they said there is no supply for the next few days and they don't know when they can supply. Next week is ONAM week and we all will go to our native place. It is very sorry to say they the next cylinder was not supplied even after 3 months after booking.

                                  very sorry to state that your dealer sai prasad gas agency at bilaspur(c.g) has not dilivered the lpg cylinder even after applied refilling.it has been more than 15 days after the request has been put for the supply. more disheartening is when every time the answer is either no stock or will come in a day or two.though this fellow is liquidating the stock to the unautherised vendors or the hotels.i am keeping the name change than the original because he plays his own unwanted tricks to keep the domestic users in problem.i hope that a very promt action and every customer dilivery patern should be seen so that the positive outcome should come and domestic users should not be harressed in terms of non supply or purchase from the unautherised vendors. thanks

                                  I have seen your complaint and felt sorry for the trouble you faced.But Iam help less, because the supplies from IOCL are very poor . Why the supplies are poor? Indian oil is having bottling plant in Raipur which is completely depends upon road transport as it is not having any Railway siding.Moreover the HP has in Mandir hasod is having a Railway siding and therefore their supplies are very smooth. Iam having 10000 customers and getting only 5000 to 6000 cylinders per month, imagine how we are managing.It is very easy to blame somebady. So kindly meet me personelly in office so that i can show you the records, then only you people understand. You have written that we are supplying to Hotels, have you ever seen any of my employee or deliveryman is supplying to any hotels.? Then kindly inform me so that ican take action. As per my knoledge we are every day in touch with the people to whom cylinders are supplying and checking is done bill to bill. If still you are not satisfied you can go for HP because iam helpless.

                                  Sheela Gas agency/Indane LPG — Delay in gas supply

                                  I made a LPG booking on 15th of January 2012. My gas distribution agency is Sheela Agency J P Nagar. Today is the 30th January. I have not received it. They have informed me that the booking is accepted on 20th due to the 28 day gap requirement in booking. They had promised it would arrive by 25th. Now, each time I call they tell me there will be further delay. Today I spoke to the Manager and she informed me that there is shortage of supply and hence there will be another few days delay. I am not aware through any news channel of a shortage of LPG supply for consumers. Please understand that common people like us who do not want to adopt corrupt means of obtaining LPG are going through tremendous discomfort due to this delay in delivery. Kindly let me know what is the real issue. If there is truly a LPG shortage in the country, we should be intimated through newspapers and media so that we can take appropriate precautions. Daily life becomes very difficult for us, common citizens.(Consumer No. 88772)

                                    I work as a running staff in the Railways and most of the time I am away from my headquarter. Our indane gas distributor M/s Vaishnavi Indane Service, Sharma Market Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004, never supply indane gas to our home. The distributor treat us arbitarily and dictorily saying that there is no stock while, the distributor sales the gas cylinder in black. I have booked my gas cylinder since 18-10-07 but till date no cylinder have been delivered to my home. Being I running staff i am not able to arrange any cylinder for that my family is facing lots of problem.

                                    It is refused by the agency/dealer that the booking gap is calculated from the date of last delivery.

                                    I claim that who is liable for billing after 10 days of booking and delivery after 10 day of billing. Whose negligence is this.

                                    I donot realise the real thing happening and the reason for making delay purportfully. Who enjoys the meanwhile preiod. A ordinance/rules is passed to curtail the wrong thing. But what is happending here, the rule/ordinance is tapped into a differnt way showing that the ligitimate followup of rule but doing the thing in a different manner resulted worrying of the customers.

                                    I am facing the trouble for more than a year. Why? How the company tolerates such a habit of the agencies/dealers even after receiving the genuine complaints.

                                    See, my refilling request is not accepted even after lodgement after 30 days of my requirement (previous booking date 11.12.2007). If customers are indirectly compelled to switch over utilization of other fuel, the company will get no business in future. The very much liability is on part of the agencies/dealers who are misusing the cylinders. It is very clear in my previous case that the bill raised on 21.12.2007 but delivery made on 29.12.2007 with out marking door closed. What is happening? Why hesitate to book refilling after lapse of one month from previous booking. What is the need to calculate booking date from the date of delivery.

                                    Million dollar question?

                                    Kindly look in to the matter and make it correct at the earliest. Any thing will not be prolonged. One thing the person other end has to change or this end person has to be changed then only the proplem solved.

                                    If the problem is not solved on company side, the ultimate gain of the company is loosing business lot in near future. The company will not get lose on leaving of one person. But the prolonged delay will change the mind set of other customers also.

                                    Since Gas is a essential commodity, utmost priority should be given.

We have the misfortune of being in Gurgaon, the so called ideal state of Haryana. Further misfortune of being consumers of indane and Sone pe Suhaga, registered with Golden gas gurgaon. The place runs in complete chaos. Fully at the whim and fancy of the staff/owners. The refill can be given at any time obnly after repeated visits. The booking date has no meaning what so ever at all. I have written emails to Dy. G.M. as well G.M indian oil, but apperently they r waiting to get a Bharat Ratna before they start initiating any action. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

                                    I am Mohd.Shakeel resident is, 85- Faithfull Ganj, Cantt KANPUR-208004 Our indane gas distributor M/s Kanpur Gas Service, Mall Road, Kanpur.The distributor treat us arbitarily and dictorily saying that there is no stock .I have booked my gas cylinder since 13.07.09, my booking no.is 30962 dtd.13.0.09 but till date no cylinder have been delivered to my home.We are facing lot of problem of booking and delivery of gas.They always tell we will take your booking after 25-30 days of last delivery.Phone no. given by them is[protected]Pandit, Khan & Mudir -Staff of Kanpur Gas Agency, Mall Road, Kanpur) is always busy and endless hold. after many tries the says there is no stock in my agency and says if you are in hurry then go refill your cylinder from black otherwise we will cut your connection from my agency, mostly the gas weight less.Pl. take our matter seriously.bcoz Our Holy Month RAMZAN has been started, so there may be held alots of problem in cooking for a house wife/ladies.

                                      I resident of radhakunj, brij vihar, ghaziabad applied for new connection for indane gas connection in april’06, it has been passed approx. one year but till the date i went to surya nagar gas agency for asking about my connection i was surprised to hear the same answer every time that they r not issuing new connection, ask after one week. Sir it is very embarrassing situation for me that I am using my relative’s gas. Just tell me whether u r in a condition to issue a new connection or not, u r in a condition to provide not best but it’s ok, services to your customer or not. Should I apply for connection in another gas company i am in very need, please the concerned authorities take sincere step to solve not my but others problem also who those have applied for a new connection at your earliest and oblige.

                                        Further to the above complaint , I have also experienced the same while getting my refil.
                                        I booked the gas with Cooking gas agency,3A malaviya avenue 1st street,Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600041 on 8th Jan.
                                        The gas was delivered on the same day .
                                        There were two bills
                                        1.for refill Rs 288.10 ,bill No.35477 dated 8/1/08
                                        2.for VR (god only knows what does that mean) for Rs 40, bill no 2598 dated 8/1/08.
                                        I was told that Rs40 is being charged for inspection of tube and regulator.I said I dont have any complaints and I dont want this service.
                                        To this I was told if I dont pay, the gas cylinder will not be delivered.
                                        Fearing repurcussion, I said I will pay under protest and I will move the case with consumer forum.
                                        For just touching the tube , which took half a minute,I was made to pay Rs40.
                                        I wrote in their copy of the bill,that i am paying this under protest an I will move the case with consumer forum.
                                        I understand that many people have the same experience
                                        This is nothing but exploiting the consumers for the services which otherwise should be done free of charge.
                                        Will Indane explain this??

                                        Sub: Extra money claimed in the name of inspection and forcing customers to buy private product (else LPG refill delayed) by gas agents supported by area manager, IOC, Chennai.

                                        Six months back a person from Venkat Gas Agencies called on us saying that he should check our connection. He got a match box from us lit the stove and after five minutes took a questionnaire filled it and claimed Rs.80.00 as Service Charges. Since, there was no service involved in that justifying the claim, we refused to pay. He immediately said that, we have to buy a tube (hose) from his agency with brand name Suraksha LPG hose; otherwise he will mark the questionnaire with statement saying that the tube is old. Since we bought the tube with five year warranty some two years back and it was sturdy and not having leaking problems we were shocked at his threat, and let him go without signing the questionnaire. We made a complaint to IOC over phone spending several call charges. The Area/Zonal manager (a lady) told us that we have to pay the service charges of Rs.80.00; and added that since the checking was not done during the previous year they charge two years charges. So, the service or checking was not the intention but collecting Rs.40/- per month under some head is their motive and apparently the IOC and its zonal/area managers are hand and glow in the show.

                                        After this incident, we checked with our regular service person and replaced the existing tube even though it was sturdy and within the warranty period. We bought it for Rs.160/- (MRP is Rs.170). It has a Product Warranty for 5 years from the date of manufacture but IT DOES NOT have any record of the manufacturing date. But it says that we should preserve the warranty safely. Only the cover states that the product was produced during 06 2007. People will miss the cover and the print on the hose will erase while cleaning the kitchen top.


                                        Now, just after six months, the gas agents once again say that we have to service our stove. Since we refused they delay our refill supply even after their assured five days. Since I am working in a distant place I tried to contact the area manager several times and wasted a good deal of call charge and finally spoke to a person who claimed as the next to the Area manager at No.[protected] ext.300. That person told me “you should fight with your agent and get the refill delivered”. Is this the righteous answer? Is this the purpose you are running a branch at Chennai to manage the LPG gas supply?

                                        On enquiry I learnt that Suraksha Brand was manufactured in a company owned by retired senior staff of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. By virtue of their influence in IOC they are using statements on the on the cover as “Indane Recommends” etc. The consumer bills as well as IOC staff advocate its usage. At the same time, they don’t say that it is a product of IOC. So, IOC’s goodwill is being used for promoting a private company. If Suraksha is the only safe hose then why other brands (they too carry ISI/ISO certification) are permitted in the market?

                                        Please note that the Agencies are misusing their role and claiming extra money for no appreciable service. This undemocratic act is supported by IOC high officials in its Chennai branch. The government is giving good pay to its staff but still they are prepared to suffer the public in an undemocratic way.

                                        my father is a LPG Indane Gas customer with Andal Gas agency, Nannilam, and my consumer number is 14830.i have only one cylinder, after 21 days the last refill is in finished stage.so I make the call for booking a refill. our distributor never keep the telephone in order first of all. they donot lift the phone for so many times. And then i booked for a refile on 28th October 2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after a weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 5th oct 09.they informed me that your cylinder is deliveried, but they do not delivered the cylinder.they sold in block for cars and hotels. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 1 cylinder are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Andal gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                        I being the senior citizen, complaint for. the supplier is
                                        Engineering Gas Service, Sector 14, Ghaziabad.Uttar Pradesh. My Customer No.E-13329.

                                        I booked for Gas cylinder thru a call, but they did not supplied the Gas cylinder i.e. only after 15days of booking. When I inquired about my booking they said there was no such cyliner book, we have to re-book the cylender, after the enquiry the cyleinder was booked for us and was deliverd with in three days to some one else for black For our family One Gas sylinder is required after every 27 days to 30 days. If, such type of delay/black in supply occuers, there is no use of having additional cylinder . Kindly take necessary actionagaint the Supplier. This is the problem of all the consumer the sullpy is being black marketed by the agency to the hotels & other LPG vehical users for black.
