Dear Sir,

We had been using the Indane Gas services since 1975 and had never faced any problem. I am very sorry to say that today when i called the Local Distributor in Phase V, Mohali the Lady on the phone said sorry I cannot book your Gas and put the phone down. Again i tried to cont the lady but the Tel No.[protected] was continiously busy i tried a lot after 45 min i.e at 1430 i am able to cont that lady I asked that lady to give a reason she said if you want to know the reason come to the office as i am busy attendeing other customer. I tried again then she replied that you have booked the last cyclinder on 23 and it was delivered on 10 of this month so we cannot book it before 3rd of next month. I requested that i have only two cyclinders the one you have delivered is about to finish that is why i am getting it book she again kept the phone without acknowledging my request.


I just want to know the criteria of Booking and after how many days one can book the Gas cyclinder.
And answer to what one should do if the one cyclinder is finished but it has not covered that much time period.

Kindly acknowledge the same.

This is Avinash Kaur living in Phase 10 Mohali.We want to apply for a new Gas connection .For the same we went to Indane gas distributer agency in Phase IX Mohali three time with all the papers.But no one ready to listen us there. First time they gave us excuse that Gas cylander are finished, Second time they said Regulater are finished.Third time they said we will call you . I don't know what they want from our side.Till today we have not recieve their call.
Please solve our problem as soon as possible.

Dear you not only one, whenever facing these problem. i am also complaint against her but company no action against her.

Mohali gas agency experiance really very bad...
We have got new connection from Mohali Gas Enterprise services. My first cylinder was 433Rs, on second cylinder i was shocked when delivery boy asked 1200Rs. i canceled the booking. After that i called to distributor on [protected] and a girls has picked the phone when i asked the same thing to her she talked with me very rude and put the phone on hold i tried it many times but phone was busy, then i got the number from Indane.co.in [protected], i asked Is this number of Mohali Gas Enterprise? Reply was in YES, but he was not under-standing the Hindi and Punjabi language, i was not surprised how they handled the customer coz the phone service is very poor even all employees are not educated...I request to Indane Gas plzzzzzzzzzz give them training how to communicate with customers.
I want to inform that some people are not able to get the gas services but out here the senario is diffrent one lady name by Geeta Rani living in phase 11 Mohali and giving gas in black.she is living alone in the home and booking three gases in the month. When we went for a complaint those crab female girls said that its non of your bussiness.Agar cylinder black karna koi gunaah nahi hai then we all should get a right to black it.

    do we have to pay the amount on the bill given for the domestic cylinder for home delivery or more. the delivery boys r asking for more than the bill amount.
    and for how many days r u entitled to book the gas. is it for 21 days or 30 days. kindly respond immediately

      I am a LPG Indane customer with M/s Serampore Multi-Purpose Samabay Samity Ltd.; 80, Mukherjeepara Lane; P.O. Serampore; Dist. Hooghly;West Bengal; PIN--712201; and my consumer Number is T02058.

      I have booked personally for a refill on 11.12.2007, Vide Cash Memo No. 53014 & Serial No. 2762 & Order No. 2762 as usual . Even though it is nearing 22 days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. Today, 01.01.2007 I have booked another Vide Order No. 15, Dated 01.01.2008 & ask them to suply the previous one. They answered me in negative. Now, I & my family in trouble without cooking gas which is a very urgent & emergency for daily life.

      I personally went there and reminded them about the supply of gas in regular basis but these went in vain. I am yet to get the gas. Service is very poor! I eagerly requesting you to supply me the same in urgent basis.

      The worst service by this distributor. Today I have booked a complaint regarding gas leakage but aleady 4 hours have passed no one attended the call. Though it's really an emergency call, still they are not bothered to attend this call. I think we may proceed for Consumer court for proper justice.

        Sub: Extra money claimed in the name of inspection and forcing customers to buy private product (else LPG refill delayed) by gas agents supported by area manager, IOC, Chennai.

        Six months back a person from Venkat Gas Agencies called on us saying that he should check our connection. He got a match box from us lit the stove and after five minutes took a questionnaire filled it and claimed Rs.80.00 as Service Charges. Since, there was no service involved in that justifying the claim, we refused to pay. He immediately said that, we have to buy a tube (hose) from his agency with brand name Suraksha LPG hose; otherwise he will mark the questionnaire with statement saying that the tube is old. Since we bought the tube with five year warranty some two years back and it was sturdy and not having leaking problems we were shocked at his threat, and let him go without signing the questionnaire. We made a complaint to IOC over phone spending several call charges. The Area/Zonal manager (a lady) told us that we have to pay the service charges of Rs.80.00; and added that since the checking was not done during the previous year they charge two years charges. So, the service or checking was not the intention but collecting Rs.40/- per month under some head is their motive and apparently the IOC and its zonal/area managers are hand and glow in the show.

        After this incident, we checked with our regular service person and replaced the existing tube even though it was sturdy and within the warranty period. We bought it for Rs.160/- (MRP is Rs.170). It has a Product Warranty for 5 years from the date of manufacture but IT DOES NOT have any record of the manufacturing date. But it says that we should preserve the warranty safely. Only the cover states that the product was produced during 06 2007. People will miss the cover and the print on the hose will erase while cleaning the kitchen top.


        Now, just after six months, the gas agents once again say that we have to service our stove. Since we refused they delay our refill supply even after their assured five days. Since I am working in a distant place I tried to contact the area manager several times and wasted a good deal of call charge and finally spoke to a person who claimed as the next to the Area manager at No.[protected] ext.300. That person told me “you should fight with your agent and get the refill delivered”. Is this the righteous answer? Is this the purpose you are running a branch at Chennai to manage the LPG gas supply?

        On enquiry I learnt that Suraksha Brand was manufactured in a company owned by retired senior staff of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. By virtue of their influence in IOC they are using statements on the on the cover as “Indane Recommends” etc. The consumer bills as well as IOC staff advocate its usage. At the same time, they don’t say that it is a product of IOC. So, IOC’s goodwill is being used for promoting a private company. If Suraksha is the only safe hose then why other brands (they too carry ISI/ISO certification) are permitted in the market?

        Please note that the Agencies are misusing their role and claiming extra money for no appreciable service. This undemocratic act is supported by IOC high officials in its Chennai branch. The government is giving good pay to its staff but still they are prepared to suffer the public in an undemocratic way.

        How to track complaints?

        How to serch my grievance next time?
        I hold an Indane gas connection which I got transfered from my native place to Bangalore. My current consumer number is 35099. While the agency people were making the papers for getting the connection in Madhu Agencies(Bangalore, shantinagar), They enter my Name as Nithu Singh(actually it is Nitu Singh) and when i told them immediately to correct it, they deffered it and told that don't worry sir, we will correct it later on. But it has been 2 years now and every time when i go for booking, i remind them of that, but still the name is not changed. Please let me know what to do about this. And how to get the name changed?

        IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC SCALE FOR WEIGHMENT OF GAS CYLENDER BECAUSE DELIVERY GUY(S) ARE SUPPLYING LESS THAN THE ACTUAL WEIGHT WITH A EXPLAINATION THAT CYLENDERS WERE SHORT WEIGHT SUPPLIED BY IOC(GAS). IF ITS THE FACT PLEASE IGNORE THIS MESSAGE ALTERNATIVELY ACT AGAINST THE CULPRITS WHO DEFAMING THE FAME OF A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS.

        I have gas connection No.6514, S.Narayanan with
        ms.Geekay gas agencies, Trichur ( Kerala) indian oil
        gas connection. First I have booked double cylinder
        on 7.02.1985 with receipt no SR/83/004. at the time
        of booking we will sent intimation letter for DBC. you come.After so many gone they till we have not recd
        any intimation from IOC. After that when I go on 1996
        they told we have sent intimation letter to you. Till today I have not recd. So they tell you book fresh.
        So I booked fresh one on 31.07.1996 with receipt No.4039 for DBC. till today I have not recd any intimation letter from gas agencies, when contacted
        they are telling we have already sent.

        Please look into this and do the needful.

            Sir,

            I bring to your kind notice the following, for favorable instructions to the concerned, so that my troubles for getting a LPG Refill for my house will come to an end.

            I have a twin cylinder connection No 15005, from your LPG gas distributor with M/s Vaishnavi gas Agency, T.Nagar, Chennai. Till recently I had no trouble in getting refills of LPG.

            One day, one of the delivery boys from the agency had come for inspection of the stoves and the rubber tubing. At that time my neighbor’s flat lady had left her empty HP gas cylinder in our house requesting that we take delivery of her HP Gas Refill ordered by her since she will be away out of town for a few days on an emergency call.

            The delivery boy on seeing the HP LPG cylinder has written down on his check sheet that one HP cylinder is also there and asked my wife to sign, which my wife innocently signed.

            Based on the above checklist Ms Vaishnavi Gas agency is refusing to issue refills to me and demanding to surrender the HP connection, (which is not mine) and show the HP connection surrender note. Then alone they will issue further refills.

            Presently I am undergoing lot of trouble asking somebody to book gas refills and take for my use.

            I request you to personally intervene and instruct M/S Vaishnavi Gas Agency to start issuing refills to me.

              Dear Sir,
              I am a consumer of Indane Gas provided by Indian Oil Corp. My consumer no. is 3347. The name of the agency who supply refilled gas cylinder to me is Vimal Gas, Trimurty Nagar, Nagpur. There is inordinate delay in supply of gas cylinder by the agency. Even after repeated telephones to them they do not book your order. I had registered demand for refilled gas cylinder on 15.12.07 and they promissed to supply gas within a week. But when I telephoned them after 12 days they told me that demand has been registered only on 25.12.07 and promissed to supply cylinder within 3 days. however, the cylinder is not supplied till 02.01.08. Telephone calls made to the agency are not even replied.

                2) CONSUMERS ARE DENIED TO CONTACT THE AGENCY FOR BOOKING THE REFILLS OVER PHONE, SINCE ALL THE THREE PHONE CONNECTIONS ARE NOT ALL ANSWERED, BUT RINGING IS GOING ON WHICH CURTAILS THE RIGHT OF CONSUMERS DUE TO THE VOLUNTARY DENIAL OF BOOKINGS.

                3)CONSUMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK THE REFILL BEFORE 25 DAYS OF SUPPLY OF REFILL. THAT TOO THEY ARE ALLOWING TO BOOK REFILL ONLY AFTER 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE REFILL BY THEM.. EVENTHOUGH 2 CYLINDERS ARE ALLOWED TO CONSUMERS, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK THE REFILLS USING THIS CONDITIONAL WAIT OF 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF CYLINDER.
                4) THERE IS NO TIME FRAME FOR DELIVERY AFTER BOOKING THE REFILLS. THEY ARE TAKING 10 DAYS TO EVEN 20 DAYS FOR SUPPLY.

                5) THE AGENCY IS VIOLATING ALL THE NORMS REQUIRED FOR A GAS AGENCY.. THEY ARE THREATENING THE CONSUMERS IN CASE OF DEMAND..

                PL TAKE SUITABLE ACTION BY CANCELLING THE LICENSE/AGENCY AND ADDRESS THE GRIEVANCES OF CONSUMERS RIGHTS.

My wife name is Mrs. K.Seetha Lakshmi Vilangudi Her Gas connection No is 15705A .She had Received her Cooking Gas on[protected]. again She had ordered through by the phone on 6th December 2010. She is keep on calling to Vignehwara Gas Agency.The person who was answered the phone in the agency told to my wife that They have sent already to my house.when my wife was asked to the supplier I mean Delivery man .He said He didn't received anything from his office. Still she is not Received the Gas. Also She had been complaint to the Indian oil corporation[protected]. So far Nobody take any action to supply the Gas to My house.

                Could you please take some quick action to supply the Gas to my house please.I hope the Gas Agency will take some quick action

                  My Gas is leaking from the new cylinder and I tried to contact the Agencies peoples but got no help.

                  I called all the numbers printed on the Reciept of Indane Gas agency (Mohan & Mohan Ashoka-II Sec 35 Faridabad Haryana) , but no use of it because either the number is wrong or the ring is going on and no body is picking the phone.

                  Even my mom went to the gas agency to log the complaint but no body cares to do any thing , even they do not have the sence to measure the sevrity of the problem.

                  This simply shows the low standerd and carelessness in the service.

                  I request the Indane company to take a proper action to improve the customer service and customer satisfaction.

                  Sir, I am the customer of Indane Gas, having my Customer Id. No. 15174 with Madhavi Gas Agency, 8-1-307, Vivekananda Nagar, Shaikpet Nala, Golconda Post, Hyderabad-500008, A.P. Every time to book a refill gas cylinder, we require atleast to get to connect the phone is atleast half an hour, gets always busy and luckily when we get through, only bell rings and no one answers, it is not usual but common practice of the staff. One day I went personally to the office of the gas agency and dialled their number with my mobile, their phone is ringing and the staff is listening the songs and answering the phone. Therefore, I request to take the strict action in this required or else, I have to approach to the higher authorities and even to the Ministry. Hope reasonable action will be taken and kindly book my refil now. Thanking you.

Sir I have not got any refill from last 3 months and in these time I report many times to authorised dealer i.e. M/s. vinay Agency, gaya (Bihar) but he does not care.                     I am having a Consumer No. KD15167 with the KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ( Indane Gas Agency) , 16 R N CHOWDHURY ROAD CALCUTTA--700015 I booked for Gas cylinder on 10.12.2007 booking no 5381with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. They are telling that it may take 30 days toget the cylinder. Last time we got after 50 days. They are telling that due to shortage they cannot supply. But we dont find any such problems in Aluva and North Parur. I dont understand the problem with Angamaly people.

                    lindane — Quality of LPG

                    I am a consumer of LPG supplied by Indane through Vidya Sagar Agencies, Delhi.

                    There seems to be some issue with the particular cylinder which I received from them. It has started giving yellow flame and if we turn the stove knob to sim, the flame used to go off. Sometimes the flame intensity increases automatically and sometimes it goes down. This phenomena was happening with all the 4 burners in the stove

                    At first we thought its a stove issue, but since it was happening in all the 4 burners so we thought lets change the gas cylinder and then give it a try. With the new cylinder, it is working fine.

                    There seems to be some problem / quality issue with the gas filled in that particular cylinder.

                    This behavoiur is quite risky, as you will never know when the flame will go off and gas will continue to flow from the stove to the surroundings.

                    I booked one cylinder(consumer no. 12509) with M/S Virendra Enterprise, Bahadurgarh-124507 on 22.02.2010. When I contacted for the status of supply, the office lady said there is no booking and she is booking it on then(02.03.2010). Thereafter, I requested the agency for every alternate day and they are replying that it would sent by tomorrow but till date it is not received. Has the Indane short supply become so cute? By the time, my second cylinder is empty which was running for last 1-1/2months. We can not put booking before 3weeks of one cylinder receipt and 3-4 weeks sleeping of agency is making our life hell.

                    Indane offiice is requested to look into this agency's functioning closely.

                    later on i found that a rubber packing is missing from the outlet of the cyllinder.

OUR CONNECTION NUMBER IS 2050 WITH NAYYAR GAR AGENCEY, PVR CINEMA COMPLEX, VIKASPURI, NEW DELHI. HIS TELEPHONE NUMBER IS[protected]. THE PHONE IS HARDLY PICKED UP BY THE STAFF. ON ASKING THE REASON FOR NON SUPPLY OF CYLENDER, THEY SAY THAT THE SUPPLY PERSON SHRI BRIJESH IS AT FAULT.                       i am using indane gas connection from 2001(one cylider) in chennai customer no 40110 due to delayed supply of cyliners i have registered for additional cylinder on may2005. but till no reply from ioc. i have enquired your dealer the have replied that " not now" pls tell me when you will inform us since i am struggling lot and without gas no cooking will be made only hotel.

                      Indane Gas — Addiditional cylinder not available

                      I ahev been facing the problem of not being able to get a second connection from Indane Gas (Madhapur, SAi Venkatesh dealer, Hyderabad, AP, India) for a very long time. Every time I have gone and spoken to them the only reply I get is that second cylinder is not avaialble from last 2yrs. I think this is a BIG lie.Me and my husband are both working and it is really difficult for us to keep on going and checking with them on the same. I also have a problem in getting the refill booked through them. Though they have given two numbers to us but they are either forever ringing or enganged, I have personally witnessed them paying a deaf ear to ringing phones when I was there in the gas agency office and when i questioned them as to why they were not answering those calls, they replied by saying taht the phones just keep on ringing all the time. Can someone help in solving this problem.

                          Sir,

                          At present, the practice of one monthone cylinder(domestic cooking gas) supply to a family is followed by IOC. This practice of supply is applicable only to a small family consisting of husband, wife and a child. The big family consisting of say five, six, seven members etc., are naturally consume more gas for cooking food and one domestic cooking gas cylinder supplied to this type of family will lost only for about 19/20 days. For rest of the days in the month for cooking, kerosene is also not supplied by the civil supplies department and the consumer is forced to buy Indane cooking gas cylinder @ Rs.500/- from outside agencies whereas the cooking gas price fixed by IOC is Rs.288/-.

                          When contacted IOC customer cell, Teynampet, Chennai, requesting to supply one cylinder once in three weeks, the official attended the phone said that for one ration card, only one cylinder will be supplied and in case if extra supply is needed in the month, additional ration card is to be obtained from the civil supplies department, by segregating the family members in the ration card.

                          Is it in order or is it possible to get additional ration card by segregating the family members if the family consists of husband, wife and grown up children?

                          Will IOC domestic cooking gas division, Chennai, will help me in getting supply once in three weeks?

                          I surveyed the domestic cooking gas supply market and shocked to note that everywhere in Chennai Indane domestic cooking gas cylinders are freely available for everybody who gives an empty cylinder and paying Rs.500/-(actual cost of the cooking gas is Rs.288/-) for getting the full cylinder and thus the genuine Indane customers are compelled to face difficulty.

                          Will the IOC authorities take remedial action to help these genuine Indane customers?

                          This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
                          The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

                          Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.


                          My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.

                          I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

                          hi, Needs some advise on how to produce with my case with IOC. I got a new connection in 2006.I am from tamilnadu, here its mandatory to have a ration card (family card) to get a new gas connection. since i did not have a family card i obtained a letter from the town supply office stating that i donot have a family card and i can be given a new gas connection. This all went successfully and got a new connection.
                          When i tried calling the gas agency to book my refil for this month. i was asked to come in person and produce the family card. I told them i donot have afamily card and have produced the letter issued at the time of getting the new connection by the town supply officer. the agency people say that that letter is not vaild now. I really shocked how a letter issued by a government official will be not valid, do they really have some validity period.
                          I spoke to the customer cell area office - coimbatore. i was told that they the i have to get one more new letter from town supply officer stating that i donot have a family card.

                          can anyone advise on how to proceed further.

                          Ps: the agency people are asking to get the family card at time of booking the refil cylinder to put a seal on the familycards that are not sealed at the time of issue due to which there is a misuse of the family cards by enjoying both the facility of kerosene from the government as awell as the gas.

                          Indane Gas Bottle For Home — Non delivery even after booking of 10 days after 21 days.

                          My customer No.1426 & The Gas station is Maruti Gas, Tulsidham Char rasta, Manjalpur, Vadodara. I have booked on phone after 21 days one gas cylinder and even after passing 10 days over and above 20 days we have not received gas. Today also they say it will come tomorrow. Then the supply of whole month is going where? if it is not supplied in black.

                          We are having 6 persons family and the gas bottle emptied within 24 days. for that see following of Chennai

                          At present, the practice of one monthone cylinder(domestic cooking gas) supply to a family is followed by IOC. This practice of supply is applicable only to a small family consisting of husband, wife and a child. The big family consisting of say five, six, seven members etc., are naturally consume more gas for cooking food and one domestic cooking gas cylinder supplied to this type of family will lost only for about 19/20 days. For rest of the days in the month for cooking, kerosene is also not supplied by the civil supplies department and the consumer is forced to buy Indane cooking gas cylinder @ Rs.500/- from outside agencies whereas the cooking gas price fixed by IOC is Rs.288/-.

                          When contacted IOC customer cell, Teynampet, Chennai, requesting to supply one cylinder once in three weeks, the official attended the phone said that for one ration card, only one cylinder will be supplied and in case if extra supply is needed in the month, additional ration card is to be obtained from the civil supplies department, by segregating the family members in the ration card.

                          Is it in order or is it possible to get additional ration card by segregating the family members if the family consists of husband, wife and grown up children?

                          Will IOC domestic cooking gas division, Chennai, will help me in getting supply once in three weeks?

                          I surveyed the domestic cooking gas supply market and shocked to note that everywhere in Chennai Indane domestic cooking gas cylinders are freely available for everybody who gives an empty cylinder and paying Rs.500/-(actual cost of the cooking gas is Rs.288/-) for getting the full cylinder and thus the genuine Indane customers are compelled to face difficulty.

                          Will the IOC authorities take remedial action to help these genuine Indane customers?

                          SIRthey can be sell the gas in black at higher rates but there i no gas for normal suplly. i[censored] ask abut this unfair then there is no answar. and if there is further reasoning by consumers then there is misbehaving by the workers at the gas service. they don't want to listen any thing.all is to be faced by consumer we face...we question...and we get insulted by the workers we also get less gas in cylinders. no body at the center provide. complaint latter & complaint no.. for misbehaving.please visit and take action on that agency.

I had done a booking for domestic gas cyllinder on 29/10/2009 vide their entry no.14857. But they have not delivered it to me till now(19/11/2009).Whenever contacted on phone, they assure me of sending the cyllinder by next day.Some times they don't even receive the phone.They do the same thing each and every month.When they deliver the cyllinder, they mention my booking date on the bill receipt, without mentioning the actual date of supply. In many cases I have noticed that they deliver the cyllinder to people who have done booking later( after my booking date).

                            Dear Sir/ Madam
                            I had been to the nearest Indane Gas Agency for a fresh connection. I was shocked to know that, initially they were unwilling to issue me a fresh connection if I don't take the 'Gas chullah' (Stove) from them. Later, when I requested them that I don't need a Gas chullah, I just need a cylinder with a fresh connection. PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY- The man at the counter tells me- I'll have to pay Rs. 2100/- but I will be given a cash receipt of Rs. 1625/- . Isn't it shocking? I am still shocked while writing this. They have also asked me to come either between 11am to 2pm, or after 5pm.
                            Please let me know where do I complaint and get them nabbed red handed. They also refused to give me the telephone number- either of the agency or of their own cell. My cell no. is [protected]

                            Please act and respond to put a check on such practices.

                            I am staying at Guduvancherry at Neelalmalngalam. I booked gas at Guduvancherry pattammal gas on 11th December 2007.
                            On 29th I asked about status he informed that you did not book the gas. I my self went and booked and he did not accept.
                            Now he asked me to rebook it. Sir pleae in guduavancherry all are suffed by pattamal gas agencies. and they sold to tea shops and hoteld at Rs.550/- and they are not giving to houses. Please take immediate action and solve our problem

                              i have received one lpg cylinder from agnihotri gas services(indane) noida, but seal of the cylinder was opened and cylinder weight was also less. so I send back the cylinder.after one day I got another cylinder but with less weight. This was happened three times.

                              I booked a lpg cylinder on 27.7.09 at Bhaskar gas agency guwahati. booking no. 7984. Till 13.8.09 I have not received the cylinder. On my repeated reqest over phone the agency fail to deliver the cy, inder. Instead THE MANAGER named one Mr. KALITA Talked in a abusive manne even with my wife. I do hereby wanted to know whether it is a fundamental right of an indane consumer to get cylinder delivered at the doorstep?

                              We are from unit and this is regarding an associate _______ who has crossed all limits of not coming to office (absent from office). She has been doing this for more than 18 months now. She only sits back at home and enjoy taking full salary by coming to office for a maximum of 4-8 hours a week. She has no client visits, no client meetings, no onsite, she is just at home.
                              For the past more than 18 months her schedule is like -
                              - coming to office for mostly once or twice a week
                              - if ever she comes, her visiting hours are mostly from around 10 am to 2 pm (including lunch time)
                              - she comes to office to meet friends and to have lunch with them, just for a change from her daily home routine
                              - many a time she does not come for a whole week and then comes for half day and is again absent for next whole week

                              For your reference her schedule from 27th april to 6th oct includes -
                              - Out of around 107 working days in this duration, she has not come to office for about 62 days
                              - Out of remaining 45 days, she came for 39 half days (3-5 hours)
                              - there were only 6 days in this 5 month duration that she was present for full day in office (6+ hours)
                              - An average employee would have taken a leave of maximum of 5-10 days leaves in this duration, but she was absent for 62 days
                              - An average employee worked for around 900 hours in this duration but she was present for a total of around 210 hours in office and that too she is in office for just having lunch with her friends and then she leaves
                              - In comparison to an average employee, she is in office for just 23% of the time (210/900) but she gets paid in full


                              This is just a scenario for past 5 months, all this is happening for the past more than 18 months, so ___ has simply wasted around 18* = 000/- or may be more.

                              There is(was)/are(were) contractual employees in her team who actually work and do the real stuff, sometimes they work on week-ends as well, but this lady hardly works for 1-2 days in a whole month.

                              The main issue is not just to kick these people out, but the real aim is to save other associates who are well deserving and laborious but might have an impact because of such associates.

                              We hope you understand this fact.

                              With reference to the above I have to bring the following to your notice.


                              Since more than a year I am receiving the cylinder within 12 to 15 days from the date of booking.
                              Especially in NOVEMBER 2008, I have received my cylinder after a MONTH. When I enquired,I am getting replies that cylinders are not supplied in time and other answers. This is continuing
                              every time I booked for my LPG cylinder.

                              Presently I have booked for my LPG cylinder on the 3rd of this month and understood that the cylinder will be supplied within 10 days, i.e. on the 13th. From that date when I tried to call the agency on the phone I could not get connected, but receive an recorded tone saying ALL THE NUBERS ARE BUSY. After trying minimum 20 time at the closing time the phone rings, but no staff is answering.

                              Today I could get connected after 27times, at the last moment, i.e.4.56 pm. and one of the responsible staff answered that she have already given the bill/receipt to the delivery persons, but till this date I have not received the LPG cylinder due to me. Further your boys are very reluctant in delivery the cylinders unless they receive the tip of Rs. 25/-. As the telephone charges are comes around to a minimum of RS 20/- to 30/- while enquiring the delivery of the concerned LPG cylinders booked.



                              In these circumstances I am being forced to change then relevant agency like Dhana Lakshmi Gas Agency, which is near to my residence, or otherwise I have to take legal procedure for this irrelevant, reluctant irresponsible maintaining procedures of the agency

                              Further after all these grievances you are insisting us to book the cylinder only after 21 days after
                              the receipt of the present cylinder which we are received after 25 days of booking.

                              Further I request you to book my next cylinder immediately as the delivery of the same take place
                              after a minimum of 20 days.

                              Hence you are advised to look into this and do the needful changes in your maintaining procedures. I expect your reply to this letter at the earliest date.

                              Indane / Lpg Cylinder — LPG Cylinder not delivered

                              Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Taj gas, Delhi Gate. Agra. My consumer number is T-14524. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency on date 19th march 2010 to enquire about it, the staff had told that home delivery would be next 1-2 day, but cylender not delivered till date. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                I am having a gas connection with Indian Oil Corporation, the agency which supply gas is Roop Gas agency, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-96. Connection No- RJ 25047.

                                The problems are, the agency won't pick up any of the tel. calls most of the time, when I visited the agency they hang up the phones.( 22616375,22611839,[protected]

                                When I went to the agency to book my gas at 12.40pm, they were already closed for lunch even as the board says the lunch time is 1pm to 2pm.

                                I got my gas filled that day unfortunately I was not at home, the man some how convenced my wife that the gas is full, they did't weigh the gas cylinder saying there is no instrument with him and he already checked it there in the filling station.

                                Today when I was about to change the cylinder I felt the gas is less in the cylinder. When I checked it was shocking, there was 5-6 kg gass less on the cylinder out of 14.2 kg. the cylider weight was 16.2.

                                This happens to many of my neighbours. It is not a lonely case.

                                I need strict action aganist the agency, as it is thier responsibility to deliver things properly.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am staying in Mayur Vihar, Delhi area and this complaint is for my Indane LPG supplier ‘Roop Gas Service” Agency, A-1/23, New Kondli, Delhi-96, Tel : 22611839, 22619581, 22616375.

                                Problems which are facing due to this deficiency :
                                (1) Agency people don't pick up the phones and usually they keep the receiver off.

                                (2) after booking the cylinder and getting it after 15 days I am still unable to use LPG cylinder due to its leakage problem which I telephonically, personally informed to the Agency and making the meals by using Stove which is creating a lot of mental and physical harassment.

                                Details of Efforts to inform about the grievance to which the party has not responded :
                                (i) I telephonically booked my requirement for LPG on 29.02.2008 but it was not booked and then I went personally to the Agency and booked the same on 06.02.2008. After struggle a lot I finally got my cylinder on 17.02.2008 morning
                                (ii) But when I was installing the same, I felt some leakage for which I immediately dial the emergency nos. given on the receipt but not one responded
                                (iii) I personally went to the Godown & informed them for the leakage problem on 17.02.2008 and spoken to the Incharge of Godown and requested to replace the Cylinder. But they told me that their people are not efficient and they don’t check the seal of the Cylinder properly so therefore advised me to personally get the cylinder and they would replace it for which I refused them as being a female it is not possible for me to get down the cylinder from 3rd Floor and go to the godown then they told me that they would send the person for replacing the same.
                                (iv) Their delivery man Mr. Prince came to my house in the evening and after checking the seal and cylinder he himself found the problem of gas leakage and told me that they don’t have the stock now so he would get the new cylinder on the next day and replace the same.
                                (v) But next day also nobody came and I lodged a telephonic complaint No. 7, dt. 18.02.2008 but nothing happened and then
                                (vi) on 19.02.2008 I went personally to the Agency and spoken to Mr. Sandeep who introduced himself as a supervisor and also told me the same thing that he would himself come to my house to re-check the problem because the delivery man was from their godown and not from the agency which I really don’t understood.
                                (vii) Mr. Sandeep came to my house on the same day in the evening and again told me the same thing that today also they don’t have the stock and would send me the new cylinder on the next day i.e. 20.02.2008.

                                Now it is the 5th day and nobody came to my house or given importance to the major problem of gas leakage. I am still waiting for them and not able to move anywhere, I kept the cylinder in the balcony and don’t know what to do.

                                This agency is mentally / physically harassing their customers a lot. It is very big task for everyone to book the requirements on telephone as the agency people keep the receiver off so every time the consumer has to go personally to book the same and not even this but lot of time even the cylinder is underweight and when complaining for the same they give several excuses.

                                Hope that you will take an appropriate and strict action against this agency as soon as possible to avoid any major accident and save our life and interest.

                                i am not the only person who is facing this problem but lot my neighbours are also suffering this harrassment.

                                  Now I got married to a Ex-Service man who had served( in Indian Air Force ) the Nation for 20 long years. He has a gas connection of his own which was issued to him while serving in defence, and the same is being used for our family.

                                  My complaint is that the Kailash Gas agency which is at Challakere - 577 522 in Karnataka is refusing to honour the Transfer voucher to issue me the Gas connection, stating that my husband has a connection . The transfer Vr. details are as below.

                                  In view of the above facts and cosidering this as a specila case may I request your office to istruct the Management of the Kailash Gas agency which is at Challakere - 577 522 in Karnataka to kindly honour ans issue me the connection at the earliest.

                                  Indane Gas — refusal of cylinder for marriage purpose

                                  My self Sharvan kumar is consumer of indane gas, and on 22nd of Feb-2008 my sister marrige is going to be done, for that purpose I requried 5 to 6 gas cyliner and as per news of your in news paper I have come to know that, for marrige purpose one can get cylinder, but when I went to give a request to deliver the cylinder My Gas supplier M/S Anubha gas agency has refused that they are not awared about this type of news.So please let us know what to do, there is very short period is being left for marrige.
                                  I request you to please place your order to anubha gas to deliver me 5 cylinder at least.

                                  I need Extra Cylinder I need The formalities to be followed to get the connection I will be thankful
                                  I have Indane cooking gas connection with customer code 20058 and our gas agency is babarpur gas agency whose phone no is 22810334. we are 5 members in our family and having only one gas connection and gas company takes booking after 25 days after cylinder delivery so they are providing only one cylinder in a month. Last month they told us that the system has been computerised and we need to register our phone no first and then need to book gas by sms. we got our cylinder by sms booking last month but after that we send sms for booking then they ASKED FOR REGISTRATION SAYING YOUR NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED AND THEN WE GOT SMS THAT YOUR GAS IS BOOKED YOU WILL GET CONFIRMATION SOON. after few days we again sent sms then also got same sms and finally we went to agency and they told us that sms booking is not working properly so we need to come to agency for booking every month like earlier.
                                  we are a family of 5 members so we need atleast 2 cylindsrs in a month so we have to take one cylinder from market every month and it costs more than double. the gas company is not supplying more than one gas cylinder. we can't get new gas connection from same name and we can't take it frm other name as any oter person is not having pan card or itr or smthng like that.

                                  So please look into this issue and let me know when i will get new gas connection of Indian Gas or what can i do to get 2 cylinders in a month.

                                    My Indane gas distributpr is Sudheendra Indane Gas Agency whose service is very poor and Indian Oil Corp needs to put things right or suspend his agency. The public is being taken for a ransom. IOC customer relations are you listening?? Customers like us have to literally beg for a refil cylinder??

                                    this is not myself complaint all the members of this agency is very disturb. please take a action.
                                    Sir/Madam, my consumer no. 21483, my dealer for LPG cylinder is M/s Bindu Shakti Gas Service, Hyderabad, has refused to book the cylinder from past two months, they are speaking on the phone very ir-respectable manner.

                                    From the past two months they were accepting the phone call for gas booking, now they are creating problems and asking document details which we normally do not carry to the work place or office. This cause lot of inconvenience for us in furnishing the details. Hence I request the authorities to look in the matter and resolve the situation at the earliest.
                                    How long the customer will sufer.

                                    I am residing in Swadeshi, Sodepur and having Indane gas Cylinder. When I book cylinder every month Abhijit Enterprise gas Agency, G.T.Road, 24 Paraganas, Khardaha (Ph:25533455,[protected] is not deliverying Gas in time. I need to call minimum 3 times to get delivery of Gas.
                                    For example I have booked a cylinder 22nd of September...but still date no luck of getting the cylinder. I have a small baby at home but who cares.

                                    Please take immediate action on this issue.
                                    Puneet Gas Service is providing worst service i n the field of gas supply. Every time I receives leaked cylinder and the same has been replaced after repeated requests. Today i.e. on 29-01-09 nobody is picking up the phone. My C.No. is 24049 and I have booked for cylinder on 21-01-09 and till date they had not delevered the cylinder. At the time of booking they said they there is a back log of 4-5 days. Kindly do something

                                      I have booked my gas cyclinder wih the agency on 7 Dec 2007 and even today i.e. 13.12.2007 no cyclinder has been delivered to me. The agency is also in the habit not to attend the phone i.e.[protected]. Generally they put the handset off and if by mistake bell rings, no body attend the phone upto 3PM daily.

                                      i am a consumer holder no. 23932 at surendranagar, gujarat and the name of distributor is "TAPASVI INDIAN" has been booked for refilling my empty cylinder on 30.12.2007 over telephone,now i was called on 04.01.2008 for asking the delivary status then they tell us that your booking will entry on 05.01.2008 due to my last delivary has not been over the 20days. then after when i called them,they are always commitment to be delivered your cylinder within a day or 2 days. today 18.01.2008 i was requested to booked my gas cylider refilling in my blue book then they are denaied to entry my request in the blue book. they tell me to note your request no in your blue book. my request no is 87220. sir, / madam please look into this mater and co-operate me .

                                      I am an indane Gas Consumer (No.02869) . From the beginning to till date I am experiencing very bad service from your agency in my locality. Their full address is given below:

The main problem is they are supplying gas cylinder with unnecessary delay and not at any specific time or date or even week. The main deliveryman namedMr.UTPAL MONDAL is very arrogant and harsh in his behavior towards the consumers. Not only he also demand Extra money .And also selling cooking gas in black rate. Many of the consumers of our area compulsory to purchase gas in black rate.
                                      A person can purchase gas in black rate unlimited time .Deliveryman named Mr.UTPAL MONDAL selling cooking gas in black rate for HOTEL, CAR & OTHER COMERCIAL ACTIVITY, also he taking support wide ill eagle gangster's.
