R/Sir, I am a consumer under your dealer of B.T.PS co-operative society ltd ,Tribeni Hooghly, I have booked a gas past one month from till date. No deliveryman does not delivered my cylender and official counterman did not issue a gas.
This inform to you the dealer gives all cylender to gas blaker. Please take necessary action.

    I have LPG gas connection of INDANE , and our distributor is SANTOSH ENTERPRISES - H BLOCK VIKASPURI,NEW DELHI-110018, when ever book our number for refilling our cylinder, always been informed about shortage of supply and heavy backlog by their staff. this period is about for 10-15 mostly.. This is a regular pracitice whereas all other distributor of same INDANE company have always prompt delivery...........................?

      I am customer of Kavitha gas agency, ashok nagar, chennai.
      whenever we call the agency for booking new cyclinder, they don't pick up the phone calls. either the line is engaged or keeps ringing. Many of the agency's customer face similar problems.
      Atlast among all busy schedule, we take permission from office and go to book the cyclinder, the cyclinder is not delivered on promised date. they inform 10 days from date of booking, but actually delivered atleast 15 days from date of booking.

      This is for the complain for Dixit gas agency.Khicharipur delhi 110091.Details are on 30 jan 2008 I book consumer gas to dixit gas agency after 4 days they provide gas to me . The total weight of gas was 28 kgs. I refuge to receive gas. This is not first time always they do like this and always i complain to that people but they puple are to useless that till date they nither deliver gas to me nor they are doing need full. this is common word for that people that today gas will provide....
      This in propriter cell no. +91-[protected] but he never receive call about gas.Thats why I finaly deceided to complain to indian oil .

      i am trying to book my gas but for the last 5 days no one is attending my call .
      i tryed to book my gas through online but there is no facility as such . the site is under construction .

      I am also facing lot of problem for booking refill over phone and I am being forced to apply leave only for the purpose of refill booking. After the booking also the distributor taking lot of time (10days) for delivery. The behaviour of the agency staff is very errotic. I have placed a complaint in the books of the agent on 04/03/2008 on the above but no response and the same status is being continued. The dealer name is M/s LV Reddy, Hsamathpet, Bowenapally, Hyderabad
      We are every time trying to contact the dealer but they are literaly not attending phone calls ... we have personally checked that they keep the phone receivers aside.. When we talk to them they answer in a rude manner which is not tolerable .. If you do not take action the matter may become a police case in future...

      I am the holding the consumer # 18261, of Rajahmundry. and I got one cylender, when ever I call 6451110, 2476888, no one will respond, I send the person to the dealer at kambalacheru(Goutami Gas) he saw one lady by name (Jaya) sitting at the phone and she kept the receiver aside, some times they are responding and keeping us in waiting for more then 5mts. In this regard I try to reach Mr. Arun Kandavalli.his cell is swiched off. I called Mr. Kondal Rao of visak #[protected], he also failed to help me. what is the solution

      I had sent a complaint against the Indane agency at Rourkela(Chhend) Orissa : M/s Gruhasobha Indane Gas Service, My consumer no. is G-01746. The agency never takes any phone call and asks for proof when discussed in person.As a result I could not get any supply since 1st Jan'09.Now the agency has informed my friend (who went on my behalf to book) that my a/c is blocked and needs a long process to unlock/ regularise.I don't understand how this is possible to a customer who has taken connection in 1984, i.e., 25 years back !!! The agency has no regard for any customer and dares anyone to go even to the Prime Minister. I had in my last mail requested to cancel the connection as I prefer Bharat Gas for their better service here at Rourkela. Is it possible to transfer my connection to some other Indane Agency in Rourkela, say Koel Nagar or Civil Township ??? I will be happy for a prompt reply/action.

        I had been last cylinder received on 13/02/2008. And i had been try to booking for next cylinder on 25/02/2008 but Artha Gas Agencies was not argeed for booking my cylinder. After 21 days he was a booked my cylinder on 3/3/2008. still today 25 days gone but i have not receive booked cyliner (21+25 days=46 days total 46 days gone but "Artha gas agencies" has not deliver the cylinder. so what do us? pls. looking the my matter

        Indane Gas — non receipt of LPG cylinder

        I am a customer of indane with customer no 21849 and have been registed with Purinma gas Agency Percot, Adoor. I booked my gas cylinder on 12 March 09, till 4th May 2009 no delivery has been made by the agency. We are regularly calling the concern agency but the only answer we receive is it will come, I have seniour citizens back at hope, due to the agencies irresponsibility my ailing parents are facing problems . I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

          This may be construed as a complaint against Indian Oil Corporation (Petrol pump) situated beside N.H. - 208 on close proximity to K.N.S. Hospital Kottarakara, Kollam Revenue District of Kerala State. The address of the dealer as far as could be ascertained is "KOTTARAKARA PETROLEUM CO. INDIAN OIL DEALERS,KOTTARAKARA - 69". It is my impression that air and water is a matter of right of the consumers in all pumps for which license are accorded by the IOC. This petrol pump holds a unique distinction of denying this basic right in addition to the expression of intolerance an arrogance by the staff/employees of the pump when demands for air filling is sought for. I have chances to come across such unpleasant situations time and again from this fuel filling station of IOC at Kottarakara (situated near K.N.S. Hospital and opposite to Marthoma Girls High School Kottarakara) and my attempt to gain intervention from the pump management proved futile. As such this complaint is filed for appropriate further action. Hope that you may resort to some tangible action to see that this particular dealer shall refrain from such sort o[censored]nsavory practices and set things right to the satisfaction of the consumers.

          I agree with the above mentioned comments. Me too have a lot of such experiences from the same pump. Nobody there to manage the air filling/checking.

            Dear sir,
            i have been the customer of Indane LPG services for more than 15 years. On 26/12/2007 i shifted my connection to Shiva Gas service,(H/80 Housing board colony,Perumalpuram, Tirunelveli. ph.no.[protected]. They do delivery upto 1kilometer prior to my residential place and they refuse to make delivery to my place where some more(nearly 20 more) connections are there. i am not satisfied with their explanations.
            So please look into this matter seriously and help me in getting home delivery.

            Indane LPG — HOME DELIVERY

            We are resident of Airport Colony Bhavnagar. Our indane distributer is M/S Jaishakti Gas Agency, Bhavnagar.Our residence is hardly 2 KM from the agency. Last year after making several complaints to IOC the agency strat home delivery for us. Now it again stoped to deliver the gas in home. the propriter told us better to transfer the gas to the other agency. We fill very sad for the same and feel that it is not proper behave to a caustomer. So you are requested to look into the matter and solve our problem.

            Indane LPG — Bad delivery of LPG

            My Customer ID is 0851 with "Mubarakpur Gas Agency Mubarakpur, Azamgarh (U.P.)" I have booked a LPG cylinder on 21.08.2008 but it is not delivered till.
            I have called and emailed at "Mubarakpur Gas Agency" many time but no one receives my call and replies my email. What should I do?

            lpg indane — NOT GETTING HOME DELIVERY

            SIR,
            this is not only mine but also the problem of every citizen of morena that here the gas agencies of morena are not providing home delivery of the gas cylinder to the consumer.Either we have to fetch the cylinder from the agency or if we make a complain to the authority then home delivery is provided but what about the consumers those who don't have any approach to the authorities

            TO WHOM IT MAYCONCERN This is to inform you that HOME DELIVERY of M/S ADITYA HP GAS AGENCY is very miserable . They took minimum30 to 50 days each and every time , so it creates lot of problem for me to manage my kitchen . And the worst thing is that no one in the agency feels guilty for their poorservice . My consumer no is 602198 and the distributor code is 13092300 .

              This is your kind notice that I Justin Con no.SE 20330 booked my cooking gas on 21 st January 2008 ,till now there is no response from the agency (Saroj Enterprises H-10,DDA market vikas puri New delhi Ph.[protected].we are face the same problem ie,delay in gas delivery.Always have to wait for10 to 15 days after booking. So sir please do the need full.Hoping for a favorable action.

                Hi,

                My name is Prem and i reside in Venkatapuram, Alwal, Secunderabd, i have booked for a gas cylinder with Spurthi Gas Agency, Alwal, Secunderabad on 18-01-08 after trying for their telephone numbers continuosly for 2 hours. I was assured that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days but till today i.e. 31-01-08 it was not done. It is shameful that companies like Indian Oil have such agencies who take customers for a ride everytime. This delay happens every month with every customer of Spurthi Gas Agency. Please look into the matter.

                INDIAN OIL / INDANE — Not supplying gas cylinder

                Dear Sir
                We have a Gas connection in my name Mohanavelu CONSUMER NO.18545 with M/S. Guruvayoorappan agencies (INDANE DISTRIBUTORS) , , CHENNAI-600026.
                We have booked a cylinder with the above Guruvayoorappan agencies on 04/12/2009 , but they have supplied the cylinder too much delay by[protected] only. After that we have tried to book a cylinder on 2/1/2009, but they refused to register that . They replied that the next cylinder will be booked only after 21 days from previous delivery and able to book the cylinder on[protected] and Cylinder will be supplied by february first week only.

                WE HAVE TWO CYLINDERS BOTH ARE EMPTY. WE ARE USING BORROWED CYLINDERS NOW. WE ARE IN TROUBLE AND SUFFERING WITHOUT CYLINDER
                Why this much of delay to supply Gas cylinder and putting customers in extreme trouble and sufferring ?

                Can Indane Gas take care of this ?

                  I am Indane gas consumer. I have gas connection with tirupati gas at Nangloi, Najafgarh road near pani tanki. Previously i used to book gas and continuously telling them luckily i used to get gas after 15 days. Then they suddenly made rule to fill Affidavit to get gas on time. So my father who is 62 years old filled affidavit but after submitting he came to know that now he will get receipt and by himself he has to bring from his head office Rohini near sector 5 by paying rikshaw RS.80. IT became great problem for us.Because in working day i am not in home to go rohini and bring this myself. And being 62 years old and bringing gas from Rohini my father is getting lot of problem and this matter of every month.
                  I have discussed at Rohini but they don't want to hear and the lady who is at booking counter is so rough to her word that can't be explained. So in this way my father suffers physically by bringing gas from Rohini an Rs 80 is spend extra for every gas cylinder as rickshaw fair. So please give some solution for it.

                  mera Gas No:-4553 hai ji mein last 2 Week se gas book kara raha hon pa har baar jo bhi customer Care Excecutive phone uthata hai who yahe kehta hai ki aap ki gas aaj book ho gayi hai 2-3 din maein aa jaye gi mein 75 Years ka hoon pehle jab aap ki bookin office Rohini Sector-5 mein thi tab to theek tha par jab se ye sector - 3 mein transfer hoya hai tab se haar baar yahi dikat ate hai ji jab ham unse head office ka number mangte hai to veh kehte hai ki hamare paas nahi hai.

                  Kindly Take Necessary Steps regarding this complain othervise i go to consumer corem for this complain.

                  I had made a complaint regarding leakage of Gas Cylinder on 01.10.2009 in the morning which was delivered to me on 30.09.2009. The complaint was made at Rohini Gas Enterprises, Naharpur, Rohini Sector-7, Delhi. I was replied that your complaint shall be resolved very soon. Waiting till afternoon at about 2.15 p.m., I made a call reminding them about resolution of my complaint. They told me you need not bother your cylinder will be repaired/replaced today itself. I also told them that tommorrow is 2nd October and your office will remain closed so kindly get it repaired today iteself. They replied positive.

                  When our complaint was not resolved, again waiting till 4 O'clock, we again tried to contact them but the phone numbers were found switched off.

                  Till today my complaint has not been attended. Therefore, kindly look into the matter.

                  I had also complaint towards Amrit Enterprises, Yamuna Vihar regarding non-picking of there telephone numbers. The telephone nos. 22910708 & 22914883 are mostly ringing and nobody is their to pick the phone. Pl. take action against this gas agency for improving their service & give fast delivery.

                  Mere papa ji old age ke hai one week se my agency name is M/S Sunder Shyam Enterprises hai sir yeh log bahut dino se tang kar rahe hai meri saturday / sunday off hota hai .                   Saturday ko me 2 round mare the uske baad bhi abhi tak unone gas ghar par gas nahi bheji hai.

                  Jo log us agency me kaam karte hai agar unke ghar par gas khatam ho jaye to wo usi din lakar apne ghar le jate hai

                  par sir hum kiya kare koi nahi sun rhe hai hamare gas bhi khatma ho gaye hai hum dusro ke ghar par khana bana rahe hai

My mother her self went over there & requested to book a request & asked them to transfer it ASAP as we are new here on 9th of this month & got 2 -3 Contact numbers . when we didnt received the Cylinder till15th we started calling on the given contact number but none of the number was in forking condition, then we arranged a contact number [protected] Named by Ganesh picked the call & didnt responded for a time positively. still im trying to call on that number but still no one is responding neother they bother to pick our call not they are taking any complaint . yhis is the WORST experiance that i ever have .

                    I have 2 cylinder connection of lPG at chromepet-chennai.I moved to Bangalore without family.I booked fo connection in my dauhgter name at chennai.My dealer booked and when call leetr (allotment letter came to my house) i went with all documents and requisite money.The dealer told that you have 2 cylinder connection ,so new connection will not be given to you/your dauhgter /or any other memeber in the house.I explained that i am alone in bangalore ,finally she has agreed to give connection provided i transfer my (my name 2- cylinder connection) to bangalore ,i accepted the proposal ,but finally she back tracked and told me "TO delete my daughter 's name form ration card " an dget new ration card for my daughter.the issue stand still.no conection.If government policy is to raise the LPG cost let them od the same at least it will be freely avaliable in market other wise (for vote) if you do not wan tthe price raise give connections without hasseles (particularly- ration card) .i think most of the forum memebrs would have faced the above situations in different part of time.

                      TELEPHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

                      This is regarding the Indane Gas Agency, M/s Sondhi Gas, J-Block Market, Saket, New Delhi.

                      Everytime, I have to visit them to book the Gas. Their Telephone Nos. 29555238 & 29551868 are wrong numbers. The other Number 32980390 is always switched off.

                      I would like to request the concerned authority to please look inthis matter.

                      We had booked our gas on Feb 1, 2008. We are trying to contact them on these numbers 29551868, 29555238 & 32980390 but no response or no body pickingup phones. We had visited twice for gas they informed that they will supply tomorrow, but still not supplied. The complaint regarding not picking phones is to be treated as urgent.

                      We request you to please take necessary action on those complaints.

                      Like every complaint I can see that we also have the same complaint so please can we have the ans list also.

                      Please do some thing for the same reason. If there is many problem that can not solve so please try to arrange the other ways from were we can have the gas booking and the gas on time without paying the street people more then the cost.

                      We have lots off ideas.

                      Kindly do some thing as we know that we can only compliant you every time if we don’t change the service.

                      Please add other ways for the booking so that we can save our self by this regular and impotent problem.

                      1. U can start having booking my mails.
                      2. U can start the same by msg for the toll free no or any no like people get easly.

                      3. If there is a problem for the labour booking .u can start the same with computerized booking.

                        I have Indane Company Gas Connection. My service No. is 7156, at Uday Gas Agency, P.O.Krishnagar, Saijpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat State.
                        I am not receiving Gas cylinder in time. Last Calendar year I have received only 10 refill Cylinders. This year on 26th February, 2008 I have booked the refill, after 15 days i.e. 13th March, 2008 I have received Gas Cylinder. On 1st April, 2008 I have booked refill, Udya Gas Agency, refused to book refill, they are telling that from the date of deliver of last Gas Cylinder, from that date count 21 days means 13th March 2008 + 21 days. On 5th April, 2008 I go to the company and booked the refill on 5th April, 2008. Gas Agency's authority persons are telling that I will get Gas Cylinder after 20th April, 2008. Because from 26th Feb., 2008 I have got Gas Cylinder on 13th March, 2008 means after booking the refill Uday Gas Agency takes 15 days to deliver the Gas Cylinder. From the deliver of gas cylinder Uday Gas Agency takes minimum 21 days for next booking the refill. After booking of refill, Company again takes 15 days for the delivery of Gas Refill. Total days become 15+21+15=51 days. Means every customer is getting refill after 50 days so it is not good administration for Domestic Gas Connection. Pl. helps us and guide us how we will get gas cylinder within 25-35 days.

                          I am a consumer of Indane and having connection with Krishna Gas Agency, Khandari crossing, Agra (UP). I had booked my cylender on 14.01.2008 and my booking no. is 3507. But inspite of repeated requests and personal visits on a no. of occasions, till date, cylinder has not been supplied to me. Every time, i am being told that you will receive cylinder today evening itself. Since my connection is of single cylinder only, I am finding it very difficult and for the last 4 days, we are managing food from Hotels etc, which is proving very costly too.

                          I'm a LPG consumer with HARSHA AGENCIES (NO:102, PERAMBUR HIGH ROAD, PERAMBUR CHENNAI - 12).Customer no is 26046.The complaint is the cylinder which i book can be used for 28 days, they tell us to book the second cylinder only after 25 days, if i book after 25 days also they are not supplying it properly, the cylinder comes only after 15 days after booking.in between these days i'm not havin sufficient gas for me to cook.Also in my area there are many fastfoods, hotels and stuff.. these people in harsha agency sell the domestic cylinders which have to be supplied only for home purpose to the hotel and fastfood owners in black (i.e they sell the cylinders to them at higher rate without booking and they dnt show these in the accounts) .Also if i phone they are not responding .. some of the no's are always out of service.. THE cylinders are not supplied at time ..

                          Indane Gas — ABNORMAL SUPPLY OF GAS

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          I have a consumer C.No-197959 of 'GURGAON GAS SERVICES"', Mehrauli Rd Gurgaon (HR) Ph[protected] & 2322062. It is their rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered only after 15 days passed from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practice, I booked for my new refill on 18/12/2009 but after pass by an 11 days period, I telephonically further enquired on 29/12/09 about my refill delivery then staff on duty replied that due to supply problem it will take another 2-3 days and by 01-Jan-2010, cylinder will be at your door. But on 3rd-Jan 10, sudden my cylinder in use got finished then on further query, gas supplier promised me to deliver the refill positively on 5-01-10. But when today on 05-01-10 when I enquired again then staff rudely replied that "JAB SUPPLY HOGI TO BHEJ DI JAAYEGI AUR 20 DIN SE PAHLE BAAT MAT KARNA". It is submitted that as I am an AIR FORCE employee and due to Gas Supplier not having consumer oriented attitude, I am continuously suffering and had become bound to think only about cooking gas despite of my sensitive duties towards the nation. Anyhow since three days I am already running without gas and time-being only electric heater made to survive my family. I can proudly say that it is a complete failure of Gas delivery system and Gas Dealer openly got involved in BLACK MARKETING. This matter is before your high office for natural justice and only your necessary expedite actions will help to get the my food cooked.

                              I have booked for a cylinder on 17th jan. by dropping a letter in
                              their office. After that I went personally on 19th Jan. 2008.
                              Again I visited their office several times but no response coming
                              from their side.They says supply not coming. One week late delivery going on etc. There is always a crowed in their office and

                              I'm Narottam K Sharma, Ihave taken gas connection while living in Mahipal pur on rental basis, but due to some professional reason i had to change my residence to Pul Prahlad pur near Badarpur.
                              Now for transferring my connection first i've gone to M/s.Ranvir Gas Agency but they has send me back to M/s. K-2 International.
                              After calling them whether they have supply in Pul Prahladpur after getting nod from them when i reach there they have said come tommorrow at 6:00 A.M..Next day at 6:00 A.M. they demond Rs.600 for transfering my connection without thwat they will not take it.
                              Please guide me what to do this case.My gas has been ran out and since 5-days i'm held up like this.

                              I am Roy Scaria, consumer No 8021, Indiane Jubilee home Pala, Kottayam, Kerala.I have booked for a cylinder Booking no. 2722. Last date of delivery of the cylinder was on 7-2-2009. I am struggling for getting a cylinder. They say that the time gap for getting one cylinder is 40 days. This is too long for me. I am a government official and working in another district away from my home. I used to come to home only on Sundays. on Sundays, the booking office does not work. If I want to get a cylinder, I have to take leave for at least two days. One day for booking and another day for collecting the cylinder. telephone booking is impossible. They never attend the call. Even if They attend the call and booked, they will not deliver the cylinder in time. If we ask, 'Why', They will say you ad not booked yet. For the last three months I used to go to the booking office for collecting cylinders. They will call the distributing workers and arrange to collect from any road side. If I entrust, the cylinder to the nearby shop for collecting from the lorry, i will never get a Cylinder. they never come on that root. Even if they come, they will not stop for delivery. always they say that strike is going on. Load is not coming and the like.
                              Sir what I must do for getting at least a cylinder in a month. I am ready to follow the instructions that you provide.
                              my wife with three children has been struggling for cooking without gas, the only available source of energy.
                              sir, rectify these problems at the earliest. Help me to get one cylinder in a month.

                              last month the jai jawan gas agency in dwarka gas agency delivered gas at my recedence . took the cylinder after 10 -15 came back and said that it is not a indiane gas cylider and charged 100 to change the cylinder back to indian . Since i had recently shifted houses so i thought that may be in the house shift our gas cylinder might have exchanged hence paid him the money . this month again the gas delivery boy and took our cylider. after 10 to 15 minuites later he came back and said that the cylinder is an hp cylinder >
                              I calleds jai jawan gas service to complain about the same he gave me the deluivery boys no and told me he cannot do anything we should come to a settlement with the delivery boy.
                              PLease investigate on this and get it rectified asap
                              My experience is more painfull in this matter. Indian Oil Gas normally do not supply cylinder in less than one month. Necessary action may kindly be taken.

                                I transfered my LPG connection from Kalkaji LPG Service Station to Mohan & Mohan Indian Distributor, shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-2, Sector- 37, Faridabad (telephone number of the distributor[protected] on 19th Jan 2008 but on 23rd of Jan they jst refused our booking and again booked our gas on the same day but today (29/01/2008) they jst ignored our booking and told would be taking another 10 days.

                                Please let us inform what is the status of the distribution for the LPG.

                                We dont have any LPG gas with us.

                                i want new LPG gas connection without hot plate, but my region GAS Agency person denay for the issue new gas connection. thay are want 3800/- rs for new gas connection with one cylinder.

                                thay told hotplate is must for me, i had allredy sent one mail to area incharge of my region but till date they are not take any action.

                                I completely agree with the complaints aginst Mohan & Mohan. Out of the eight hours a day, more than half of the time they keep it engazged, and if it is ringing nobody answers. You will have to cotinuously dial their nos (you should be lucky enough also) to get somebody on teh otherline.

                                The ladies answering the phone is rude and never listen to you. They wi;l just let you know that it will take 7-10 days to get the gas. After 7 days you will call them again to let them know that you have not recived the gas yet. They will ask you the booking no. and will let you know that no booking has been done on this consumer no. Its because they put the phone down befor you ask for the booking no., and you belive that you have done the booking and you will get the cylinder after a week. By the time you relised that you have been taken for a ride, it the hightime to get the cyinder.

                                They have been doing it for quitet some time.

                                My LPG connection no. 8088, and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor M/s Balasundara. I have got the cylinders minimum 15 days after booking the cylinders. Also, sometimes the cylinder last only for 20 days, on an average, it should last at least a month.
                                My appeal is that concerned LPG sales officer should look into the unscrupulous activities by the distributor.

                                I am subscribed to the Indane Gas distributor M/s Gas-O-Indane, Indore. From last more than one year I am observing that after booking a cylinder I used to follow up usually 5-6 time in every alternate day and every time I got fixed reply that "In a day or two we will deliver cylinder at your doorstep". I got delivery of cylinder usually after 15-20 days of booking. So I just want to raise your concern towards this point that your dealers are not providing proper sevice to the customers.

                                My LPG connection number VG 13747 from Veena Gas Service is not supplying gas as per booking. The suppliers have a nexus with local people for making money illegally. My booking was done by centralised booking 1260, 3 weeks back but they did not supply. Again I booked on 26th Sept 2008, but they informed on 29th that there is no booking in my name. Today the 30th I again booked but I have so far not got a refill. The delivery boy can give you out of turn supply for which he charges 150/- this racket has been going on since a long time. They write in their register either booking residence locked or empty refill not available. Today I asked the booking girl for the owners mobile number the gave the number as [protected] as Munir which I tried but nobody picked the phone, which was false or intentionally given wrong.                                 We trying daily but no response. Hyderabad Sharad Gas Agency people neglecting customers and they are selling black market every day atleast 20 to 30 cylinders. If you want any clarification you also try it. If you call this agency office there is no response till 7 pm. After that they closed.

                                Sheetla Gas Service Gurgaon (Indane LPG ) — Gas booked on 30-11-2008 but not received till today the 12-12-2008

                                I am a customer of Sheetla Gas service Gurgaon. I booked a Gas on[protected] and still not received my Cylinder. When I booked my gass they told me that it will be delivered with in 4-5 days. but after 6 days when I made called them on their phone, they told me it will be delivered on 6th of December, but they didnot delivered wnd when I visited them personaly on 6th and 7th december they returned me by saying the gas wil be delivered on by tomorrow morning. but still I am waiting for my gas to be delivered to my address. Yestreday when I called them they were talking ruthlessly and I was very sad they way they talked to me. they had no sense to talk to their customer.
                                Sir Madam I have small kids in my home they goes to school my LPG cyslender is empty and I purchased a cylender in BLACK by paying Rs 650 and I got it immediatly. but when I followed the normal rprocess I am still waiting for it.

                                I am a customer of the esteemed organization IOC bearing the connection no:1280 (Brindhavan Gas Agency)want to bring in to your notice about the pathetic way in which the customers are handled by this agency,
                                I booked the gas on 3.1.09 with the delivery time of 12 days, but it was not delivered on inquiring i was told an un-professional excuse stating that that the delivery boy went to some religious place so we are unable to provide the delivery, on again inquiring they asked us to bring the empty cylinder to the godown and get it replaced then i demanded Rs-8 deduction from the bill amount as transportation charges, the person handling the delivery laughed and told that those were olden days when we used to repay the transportation charges now a days it is not given,
                                I wanted to complain about this and also the delay in delivery and asked them the complaint book the gave me a rough notes and told it is the complaint book, on strictly arguing the created a new register which had nothing in it,
                                I was surprised the way they are running the agency then i asked the concern man to give me the number of IOC complaints, he angrily argued and told me that he was just appointed yesterday into the job and don't know anything about numbers, I questioned each and every irresponsible employee about the number they just shrug their shoulders the number displayed on the board of INDANE GAS was also erased, some how i got the number and made the complaint .
                                I request the concern authority to take strict action on them and do the provide the basic facilities to the customers, they must know that they are serving the customers.

                                I am a customer of Sheetla Gas service Gurgaon and my consumer no is MS-16251. I had booked a Gas on 7th Jan, 09 and still not received my Cylinder. When I booked my gass they told me that it will be delivered with in 4-5 days. But after a week when I didn't receive my Gas Cylinder I followup with Sheetla Gas service guys and thay told me that by tomorrow evening I will be receive the same. But next day also I didn't receive my Gas Cylinder. Next day I visited to Sheetla Gas store itself, and they told me that within one hour they will deliver the gas cylinder at my place. but again no result came out. Now I visited to sheetla gas store on daily basis but thay are not ready to help me, only wright done my complaint on a perper and no followup.

                                SirMam, you can understand that I have booked my cylinder on 7th Jan, 09 and today 29 Jan, 09. still I have not receive my Gas cylinder. Because of this cylinder in my home lots of problems are creating...

                                I (Jitesh Bhattacharjee) and my father-in-law (Bijoy Krishna Roy Choudhury) have two LPG connection with Sandhan Gas Services (distributor's code:[protected], Guwahati, Assam. Our consumer nos are

                                Against my own connection I was delivered a filled cylinder on 10-07-09 and even after a lapse of sixty-four days the Gas Agency is not in a position to tell me the probable date of delivery of the next cylinder. Meanwhile the Agency cancelled my booking dt.22-07-09, No. 2708 for reasons best known to them. However, my current booking no. is 2444, dt. 20-08-09.

                                The situation is more or less the same for my Father-in-law who got last delivery of a filled cylinder on 29-07-09 and his current booking no. 2458, dt. 20-08-09.

                                1. The first thing is that the loaded vehicle is not reach comes to the public place where the customers easily get it.
                                2. The cylinder is not fully loaded at its mention load.
                                3. The preference is given to the black marketers.
                                4. The distributing place is situated very far from the locality of the consumers, which is situated at Neeva Gaon.

                                5. If you purchase the cylinder at their storage room at Neeva Gaon then also the cylinder is less than its actual loaded gas.

                                I the undersigned beg to say the following few lines for your sympathetic consideration and take necessary action the LPG Shikher gas (Indene) agency, Chakradharpur, West Singbhum, Jharkhand is not functioning & giving the service to the consumers.

                                The said Agency is not supplying/home delivery the Gas cylinder after booking of 21 days. As there is not scarcity of LPG gas in Jharkhand except Chakradharpur. Probably they are earning black money from selling cylinder on high rate on festival.

                                Shikhar Gas Agency's owner lives at Ranchi and control from there, 20000 of Rly. Employee and 20000 of local town people & villagers are getting too much trouble for non-supply of LPG gas by said agency. The agency owner Mr. Minj said that I having high level source upto ministry level, so no body can harm me.

                                We have also contact with local SDO, DSP, DC, Area Manager(LPG), Jamshedpur & Jharkhand supplier Ranchi, but no body has taken any action from any conrner.

                                Therefore, I approached to your kind honour please look into the matter seriously and terminate the Shikher gas agency as the violation of Indian Constitutions of Article 341,

                                It is very difficult to Gas booking due to not picking the phone. If they picked up the phone not behaving in the proper manner. If gas has been booked, vendors doesn't deliver the gas on time. If delivered the gas, Cyliner never found correct in weight. I have complaied many time to the Agency but there is no positive response or any action has been taken by them.

                                It is most pathetic to make a call to the agency due to supportive response from helpdesk / customer care attendents.

                                Kindly do the effective action related to theft of GAS and pathetic response from gas agency.

                                My name is U. Maria Selvam and my LPG connection is registered in the same name and the gas agency is M V Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai – 600 054. My consumer number is 15819. Over a very long period the gas cylinders booked is not received in time. It takes a maximum of 30 – 35 days for the cylinders to be delivered. The last booking was done on 22.10.09 and till date it is not delivered. Each and every time it is booked, after the due date, we go thrice or four times to the agency, fight with them and get it delivered. This time when we went in the first week of November, they told that the bill is raised on 31.10.09 and it is load mans responsibility for not delivering the same. I heard from the other consumers that the load men are selling the cylinders at a higher price to the nearby teashops. We find it very difficult and this had become a major problem for us. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary action and regularize the delivery process.

I have got the cylinders minimum 30 days after booking the cylinders. Every time distributor is excuse that non regularity of supply and I face this problem last 6 months.

Till date not received.Visited twice saying not available at home. Though I am available all the time.Alwayas phones are busy.Intentionally keep the receiver lift condition. Repeated complain from other customer also. You requested to take up for delivery of cylinder in normal manner.
                                Please note that Aar Kay Enterprises, Green Park Extn, New Delhi - never picks up the telephone[protected]/[protected] it is extremely difficult to book gas cylinder on phone - after booking they take very long to supply - even when they supply the weight of the cylinder is 2-3 Kgs. less, they are cheating people - and action should be taken against them urgently.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am one of your customer who is being repetedly harrased by one of your LPG distributer name " RAJARHAT GAS SERVICES", of P.O. & P.S. : Rajarhat. Dist. : 24 Parganas (N), Tel. No.[protected]/1593, [protected], since I havebeen registered my self on 22.04.2007. Non of the staff is well mannered, always behaved harsh over the telephone and supply of gas is horribal. Being double cylindered customer, at present my both the cylinder is layinhg empty just for the casual attitude of the said dustributers management. I made several complint to the management against of their delivery man Mr.Sannasie, who use to come to my house for supplying the gas and demanding extra amount every time else he refuse to bring the cylinder to my house and left the cylinder un-checked. When this matter brought to the notice of the management over the telephone, the person advised me to manage the delivery boy for my betterment. On next time when the other person was appraised for the same complain, he said this is the system, you have to follow, they are the poor fellow, getting very less amount of salary. Thus I had complaied to pay extra amount on the demand of that deliverman and remained in such a safocating condition that he is the master and we are the slabes.
                                On many occations, the delevary man with out turned up to my house with the cylinder made remarks as the door was locked or returned from the ground floor as lift was unservisable or he brings less weighted cylinder or seal broken cylinder, which I refused to accept. As a result my both the cylinders gets exhusted and compaled me to beg the peoples for a cylinder or to approach the brockers to have a cylinder illegaly on high price or to suffer up to the extem.
                                At this moment I am terribly suffering, since my both the cylinder is alying empty from 20/01/2010. To day on several attempt when I get the telephone line and expressed my condition, I got a reply that, "we can't do any thing, at present delevary is going on for those who made their booking on 2nd / 3rd Jan, 2010".
                                My booking was made in 10th Jan, 2010.
                                Sir, I have been badly trapped by the system adopted by this distributer. Booking a cylinder is arathmatical game. 1st of all, one should be elegable to book a cylinder after 15 days on receiving a filled cylinder and he will be eligable to receive a fill cylinder after 15 days of the booking subject to availability.I was told supply of gas from the plant is intarupted. If it is fact, then how cylinders are always available in black market. In my area there are numbers of food out lets are running with thse cylinders only.

I had been in Delhi for 5 Years, their I have seen, delevary boys are carrying with a weighing scale inaddition of their unifor and identity card. Most of them fear to receive any tips from the customers, and respond from the dealer was so promt and customer favour in one word is ameging. In Bengal, we can't even expect the delivery person carry a weighing scale. Once I asked Mr. Sannasi, the delivery man, about the weighing scale, he was surprised and made me surprised to reply that should he consume the gas on the way of my house from godown?
                                Any ways, My humble request to your good self, to find out the problems and get rid of me from this situations and get me a filled cylinder at the earliest.

Sringeri Gas Agency, Near, sector-7 and railway road crossing, has created lot of problems, They never pick the phone, and after lot of facing problems I booked my refilling (it over approx 10-12 days) the cylinder still not provided by them. However I reminded them before 3 days. As I heard from my friends, in this city every LPG Agency is adopting like this tact. Eighter they will not pick the phone call OR if someone got booked for refilling, they never deliver proper in time. Sometimes it also found, their cylinder come to house in less condition OR poor condition and gas can be found leakage. please do the needful, as LPG is today's essential needs of each family... and it is not possible for me, to take leave more than one day, for only this work.

When I visited the dealer of Darshan Gas Service at Kharigaon branch the person toled me it will be supplied today only i.e. on 28.08.2010. But, till the date it has not been delivered. When I phoned to main branch of Darshan Gas Service, Kalwa branch the lady told me your booking date is 28.08.2010. It means the man of Kharigon branch has registered my booking on 28.08.2010, when I visited on second time on 28.08.2010. What about my first booking i.e. of 18.08.2010.                                       M/s angad enterprises not picking there telephone for booking.
                                      I am a resident of 185 Baradwari Flats , Sakchi , Jamshedpur . From the last few months ,expired cylinders are being supplied to my house . At present , the cylinder that is being used in my house is tagged with number A-06 . If I am correct , this cylinder is already expired in first quarter of 06. But still this cylinder was supplied to me in the month of January08.

                                      I have gas connection with Oasis Gas service Agency , Sakchi , Jamshedpur ,and gas consumer no. 24526.

                                      Last night ( 15/02/08) our previous cylinder was consumed and we changed the cylinder with new one (i.e. cylinder tagged with A-06). When we put ON the cylinder knob , we found there was heavy leakage smell . When we swicted OFF the knob , the smell went off .
                                      We tried to contact the helpline but it is amazing to know that no one pickedup the phone . It is clearly written on the consumer slip of M/s Oasis Gas Service Agency : " In case of any gas leakage beyond working hours , please contact : 6523207 , mob : [protected] "
                                      We tried to ring up many times last night as well as today morning on these two numbers but no body responded . I feel that the Gas service agency doesn't care at all about such unsafe situations in common house hold . The situation is same at present in my house . No body from the agency has turned up yet .This can lead to an major accident .
                                      I have grievances for the following :
                                      1. Why expired cylinders are supplied to the consumers ??
                                      2. In case of emergency , why there is no response shown by the Gas service agency ??

                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am your customer with Shri Radhagovind Gas Service (SRGS), XI/171, Sham Block, Kailash Nagar, Delhi-110032 having Customer No. SRG10230. I have SRGS’ tel. nos. 22073323 & 22075114 as printed on their cash memo. Whenever situation arises for booking for refilling of cylinder I used to contact SRGS on their telephone numbers first but i.e. of no use because forever I found these numbers engaged. So on many occasions I was compelled to go to SRGS office for booking for refilling of cylinder. For the last some many days also I was trying to contact them on their telephone numbers but their lines are forever engaged.

                                      Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to SRGS’ office for booking for refilling cylinder in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest.

                                      Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and get my grievance redressed at the earliest possible and take stringent action against the erring responsible persons in this regard.

                                      A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                      I always booked my cylinder timely through 1260 no. , but last two months i am not receiving my cylinder timely and the person who bring the cylinder also give it by Less Weight and He did not have their weighing Instrument also when some instructions we try to give him then he always misbehave also.

                                      if we want to contact Through Distributor then their two numbers 22073323 and 22075114 did not work.

                                      We are facing so many problems last two months, we are using Stove for cooking the food.

                                      So, please take necessary action against them who are trying to destroy the Goodwill of "Indane". I will be very thankful to you.

                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have booked for refilling my Cylinder on 17.3.2008 and they have not filled my gas till date instead of my repeated remainders through e-mail and personal talk with Mr.Praful & Mr.Ravinder . Now they are saying that they have already refilled my cylinder on 9th of this month, but I have not made any booking for gas earlier and not received also.

                                      You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter as their service is very poor.

                                      This is with refernce to the supply of Indane Cooking Gas ref no S-8207 through M/s Pearey Lal & Sons Pvt. Ltd., Karol Bagh Branch, for the past three decades and never have had to face any problem in this regard but this time, we have suffered since November 27, 2007 due tothe callousness of the agency as they have denied us the basic need of refilling the cylinder by simply stating that we no longer live in their area but for the past several years, we have been living in the same area and at the same time other agencies of Indane are supplying the same, but Mr. Khushi Ram refusues to budge and forces us to buy the same cylinder in black at the cost of Rs. 400/- for one cylinder!

                                      Please help us to solve this grievance and oblige..

                                      I am a customer of LPG Gas cylinder distributor M/s Tirupati Balaji and Associates Sec-05, Rohini, Delhi-85 (Tel:27042000/4000/6000) connection No:ZOT-9389 i booked my cylinder on 28.05.08 and was delivered on 21.06.08 when called their no and asked reason of delay they told me it is been delivered already long time back.If it didn't reach to me where is it gone.Being curious to know the Tel no of the owner i asked the staff a lady she refused to give me and i asked her name she again refused.Is this the way to treat with a customer.Although the cylinder has been delivered but for the last 02 days we were harrased like anything.I tried to open the Indian oil Home page but couldn't find where n whom to complaint i did find the addresses of Director and Chairman and tried to call delhi Nos but in vain no body picked it up.I think the worst think i m feeling right now is that i m a customer who has no right.

I had booked gas on 25/6/08 and again on 30/6/08 Inspite of reminders the Agency sent a person to deliver the cylinder to me on 3rd july 2008. But the cylinder was 24 kg and again they sent another cylinder which was also 26 kg instead of required weight. I was refused to take the cylinder. The agency has not deliver the cylinder till now.                                       I fully endorse the customers complaint, since I also face similar
                                      problem every month, when I have to book my gas. Most of the time, the numbers are busy or when it rings nobody attends to it. We go to office personally than book gas. After booking they send after 10-15 days.

                                      Indane cooking gas (Ela Gas Agency) — Casual attitude of the agency

                                      My registration No. is E06380. I received a new cylinder on 26th October, 2008. I realised that it was leaking and immediately brought it to the notice of the agency. Mr. Anil, the technician visited on 27th and changed the washer and also brought to my notice that the seal was tampered with. Even with the washer being changed the cylinder continued to leak very badly, after which i called up Mr. Anil and he assured me that it would be changed on 29th, i.e a new cylinder would me sent as soon as possible. In the mean time i was advised to keep the cylinder outside. Since that day i have been repeatedly calling the agency and requesting them to replace the cylinder. but it seems to have fallen to deaf ears. Its been a week now since i got the cylinder ands it continues to leak.
                                      can i get Chennai customer care phone number. My gas connection was blocked due to not used for morethan 3 years. is it possible to re connect again my account.

                                      I booked my Gas cylinder on 31st Oct. 2008 at Aparna Gas Agencies, Puduppariyaram, Palakkad. My consumer no is 207 and bookin no is 1078.For this delivery last 10 days i am following with them.Now it is more than 60days over and delivery is still Pending!!! Whenever am calling them, they claims that they have not received any filled loads and not able to supply my cylinder.

                                      I suspect that they would have adjusted my cylinder to other customers who favour them. It is very difficult to follow-up this and we are so much of worried about their supply. In our area, there are somany persons have such type of complaints against this agency. Kindly checkup whether they have supplied any cylinders after booking no 1078. I have enquired about our adjacent places other LPG dealers' services like Ottappalam, Olavakkode & Mannarkkad area. They are serving the public better than this agency and their delivering time is max. of 45days. I don't know why only this agency taking these long time to deliver cylinders!!!

                                      Kindly look this matter very seriously and please take immediate action...

                                      The only gas dealer (Indane) at Katwa, W.B. is doing monopoly business.In the least available opportunity it uses to make artificial crisis like now. I have booked a gas on 14.02.09, on enquiry at their office on today, I came to know that they are now supplying the booking of 04.2.09 on today.A public rumour is that they are supplying gas cylinders on higher prices to the customers o[censored]rgent need, specially to the marriage parties(ofcourse, domestic cylinders)
                                      I would request you to enquire the fact and also request to open another point to cover the rural areas sorrounding Katwa, now covered by that agency.

Dated 14.4.2009 ko LPG cylinder liye booking kiye thhe, lekin badi khed ke saat kahna par raha hai ki till date mujhe LPG cylinder nahi diya gaya hai. Mahabir Gas Agency ka prati mahina ka yahi problem hai. Booking karne ke 20/25 din baad aur kavi-kavi toh ek/der mahina ke baad cylinder diya jata hai & jab cylinder diya jata hai toh uske baad next booking ke liye delivery date ka 21 days ke baad hi booking liya jata hai. Sob milakar ek cylinder milne ke baad next cylinder milte-milte 1-1.5 mahina lag jata hai.Jab ki mera double cylinder hai. Double cylinder lene ka kya matlab hai ? Double cylinder ka matlab hai mahina meh 2 cylinder diya jayega. Lekin badi dukh ke saat kahna par raha hai ki aap logo ne public ko burbak banakar unka mehnat ka paisa ko lekar aapna co. ka a/c. ko varte hai, jo ki sarasar galat hai. Agar public ko sewa nahi de sakte hai toh aise Agency ko band hi kar dena chahiye. Aapka Mahabir Gas Agency, Saraidhela, Dhanbad, ne apna capacity se bahut jada connection de rakha hai, isshhliye mahine meh 02 cylinder toh dur 01 cylinder vi milna mushkil ki baat hai.

                                      Aapse agra hai ki isshhke aas-paas aur ek Agency khula jay or Mahabir Gas Agency ko 02 tukra kar diya jay, taki aam public ko grihasti ko chalane meh aasaani ho sake. Mujhe aashaa hai ki aap isshh par uchit karbai karenge.

                                      I want to know about charges of DBC . The owner of distributor Saini Indane gas Agency Ayodhya Bye pass Road Bhopal is stating as Rs.1960/-. When i asked about charges details he used roudly behaviour with me. My question was very normal. this is not first time. Distributor owner always speak with mis-behave. It should not be happan as India is democratic country and a person has the authority t know about everything about he is paying. My one suggestion is that please surrender the areawise monopoly of Gas-Agencies.

                                      My consumer No. is 25850 at Balaji Gas agencies Ondipudur Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. For the supply of LPG they take 40 days Kindly instruct them keeping the govt norms of booking the gas after 21 days. Also instruct them to keep a display board mentioning 21 days for booking the gas.I face this problem for the past one year and if ou ref. my consumer no.25850 you will know how they are irregular in this . Inspite of repeated request they fail to do so.

                                      Is it the rule?

                                      I am customer, Sethumathavan with Sri Balaji Gas Agencies, G1, G2 - Fortune Appartments, 29, Stedford Hospital Road, Ambattur, Chennai. I am staying in Thirumullaivoyil near by the Gas Agency place only. After booking the Gas it was taking too much of time to delivery. They are always telling after 10 days we will delivered to your house. but the fact is that it is not happening. whenever we are calling for getting the status, they have three phone connections, but all are busy, if we get the line they are not picking the line, more than half an hour i am trying to get the line, but no one is picking. all the three lines I tried. they are not responding. irresponsible fellows. If i try one line, next time they will set it as busy, they taking the receiver and keeping down. please take neccessary action. this is on behalf of all Indane gas consumers.

                                      We, the cosumers of Indane LPG have to entreat you with regard to the subjected problem in the following ways:

                                      1. CASH & CARRY SYSTEM: Most of the Gas agencies have their godowns far away from the agency. For example Harishchandra Gas Agency of Teliarganj, Allahabad and has it’s godown 20 Kms. away at Gohri (remote village area ) and customers have to collect their Cash & Carry cylinders from a distance of 20 Kms. Similarly, M/s Ram Krishna Gas Service Allahpur, Allahabad has it’s godown at Jhunsi, nearly 15 Kms away from the agency for cash & carry distribution system. It might have been distributed somewhere near to Agency as it was being done earlier (if not daily, alternately).

                                      2. HOME DELIVERY: All the agencies at Allahabad do not have their registered venders for home delivery, neither they have vender’s registration in local police circle. Consequently their unauthorised venders delivers the refill cylinders by making 3 into 2 cylinders. Further they do not have weighing balances with them neither they have any identity card nor proper uniforms. Generally ladies have to face these unauthorised venders and they are being befooled by this vender & Gas Agency conspiracy. Home Delivery service sometimes takes even more than a fortnight inspite of repeated requests. However, hardly 10% home delivery is provided and remaining 90% is covered by Cash & Carry system.

                                      3. SUB-AGENCY: In Allahabad, there are a number o[censored]nauthorised sub- agencies/refilling plants running, making 3 refills in 2 refilled cylinders and this conspiracy is going on with the help of authorised agencies by bulk supply to them.



                                      Further, all the gas agencies are charging equal rate for Cash & Carry and Home Delivery both.



                                      In the light of the above problems, we would like to request you to make convenient DELIVERY SERVICE NORMS very strict to facilitate the customers and ensure the applicability of the same.

                                      This is to state that i am a customer with M/s shri radhagovind gass service (distributer of indane)with cons.no.9267.I have tel. no. as 22073323,22075114 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

                                      I have a LPG DB connection at United Gas Agency, Sector 3 Shopping Centre Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad ( UP). The connection consumer NO. is 3265480. I had booked a cylinder on[protected] which was supplied me on[protected]. On checking, after opening the safety cap, it was found that the cylinder is leaking gas. since it was evening time, i called the person who delivered the cylinder on his mobile NO. [protected]. As per his suggestion, the saftly cap was re-fixed as he promised to come early next morning. but he did not turn up even after calling several time. Today i.e. on[protected] my wife visited the agency office to lodge the complaint, they promise to send their rep. but till no body turn up to solve the problem. Sir, the attitude is very casual, the leaking of gas is a major issue, which can cause serious incident at any time. further cooking problem can also be hampered. any way we manage to cook our food by taking cylinder from the neighbour and feeded our children,
                                      Through this complaint, i request the authority to instruct the concerned agency staff, at least not to take leaking complaint so easy and to respond fastly to avoid any untoward incidents.

But after 1:00 o’clock the phone starts ringing.If we got success they send cylinder after 10-11 days. They give one cylinder in 25 days.My consumer no. in VI-13287.

                                      Kindly look into this irregularity.

                                      I am Haridasan, residing at Ulsoor with consumer No.67551 with K K Indane, Ulsoor. I have booked for my cylinder on 09/01/2010 with booking No.3365, and till date I have not received my cylinder. The counter sales gal says that on 14.01.2010 they have raised the bill but till date i havent received the cylinder.

                                      First and foremost that getting all the three telephone nos of KK Indane is very difficult. I dont say it is busy but a repeated message of "Yeh Number Karab Hai" on all the three nos are a never ending response you receive. On default if someone picks up the call and I want to speak to the Manager, but he never comes on the line on the pretext that he is very Busy.

                                      Is this customer service we can expect from IOC.

                                      I write on behalf of many Indane customers residing in Sec-10 area. We are fully fed with the services of your distributor Raghu Gas service for the following reasons:

                                      1: They take more than 1 month to deliver gas while other distributors in Gurgaon both Indane and otherwise deliver gas within 1 week of booking

                                      2: There is no phone booking even though they have advertised their no.[protected]. You can dial their nos. entire day without anyone picking the number

                                      3: Gas supplied by them in cylinders is always underweight by 2-3 KGs and there is no accountability

                                      3: I have very clear information that they also indulge in black marketing of the cooking gas

                                      Bamleshwari Gas Agency ( Indane ) is not providing home delivery from last three years .

                                      After repeated requests the working personnels say they have manpower shortage .

                                      Always I have to stay in queue for atleat four hours .

                                      Sometimes they don't even supply cylinder for almost 8 to 10 days and complain about shortage of gas cylinder supply from IOCL .

                                      I am K.P.Senthil Kumar, a consumer of Indane gas, my consumer I.D is 36435. The agency is Sri balaji agencies ambattur, chennai 600053. booked a cylinder in the january 6 and not get it yet. They said everyday that today we will deliver your cylinder, but the delivery men sell the cylinders in the black market. It is not only my problem. Every family suffers by this illegal supply. The local rowdies are supplying the house hold cylinders to the fast food shops and tea shops. They sell them for 700 rs in the black market. In the above agency a delivery man Mr. dharmaraj doing this illegal business with the support of local rowdies.

                                      I registered the property in my name, last year november month. Till date i am not able to transfer patta and house tax in my name. Finally i found that everybody who is coming to change house tax and patta in ambattur municipality are giving money to change property in their name. with out money(lanjam) they never change housetax and patta in any body's name. I dont know when i will get name transfer for my house.

                                      Tamil nadu government and vigilance department should see the "Totally corrupted ambattur municipality" and thaluka office.

                                      The real freedom of india we will get, whenever no corruption in government department.

                                      Indian Oil should instruct the gas agencies to quote the special complaint number of any of the Senior Officer of the Indian Gas Oil Company regarding their complaints and see to it that how much consumers are suffering from their gas agencies and also take actions to resolve the problems of he consumers. If the gas cylinders are supplied of the expired numbers or gas agencies are supplying the less gas in the cylinders . The gas agencies put this blame on gas company that the cylinders are sealed in the company and company is filling the less gas in the cylinders.
