I am resident in Kavumpuram, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam(dist). My delivery agent is Babu gas agency, Perumbavoor. They take delivery of gas connection for more than 52 days. My consumer no. is 27704. I request you to take action for getting refilled cylinder for me.

I am yet to get it. today they told it will take four to five days again. both my cylinders are exhausted and they refuse to accept booking it they provide the refill. It takes invaraibly more than a month for refill every time. I request you to take action for getting refilled cylinder for me

I agree with Manjunath, it is a heculean task to book our gas with thiS gas agency''RASHMI AGENCIES MYSORE ROAD, NAYANDAHALLI. BANGALORE ' They have 6 Telephone Numbers and surprisingly all Phones are engaged all the time.If we are lucky telephone may ring but no one will pick up.Therefore, i started booking gas on automatic system by dialing 1260. It worked beautifully for 3-4 months, but for the last 4 months when i book Gas on this number inspite of booking system giving me my booking number company denies any booking against my name.In Sep 08 after booking on automatic system since i didn't get gas for a few days, after lot of efforts i could get through the telephone of this gas agency to be told that there was no booking against my name.Then i was given a fresh booking number on that day.I got my gas cylinder after 11 days. May i request IOC to find out why this Gas Agency is not accepting gas booking through Automatic System from telephone number 1260 ? May i also request IOC to provide online booking on their website.Thanks.

Pl. guide me : My IOC gas connection Transferred from Roorkee to Dehradun. My residence is near Sewala Kala Chowk on GMS Road .(Near to St.Jude school) dehardun on which gas agency will provide me gas connection and i have TV for Roorkee to dehardun, what other documents required.

It has been experienced that LPG Gas Cylindres provided by Indane Gas Agency Banjarawala, Dehradun are always leaking. The reason may be as under;-
(a) LPG Cylinders are not distributed directly from truck available on site at distribution time. The cylindres are kept at store and latter 2-2.5 kg of LPG is being taken out to sell the same in black market.
(b) It has been exprienced that all LPG Cylinders issued to consumers were found leaked. No action has been taken on verval complaints so for by the Agency.
(c) LPG Cylinders being distributed through home delivery system were also found leaked. Sources experienced that 2-2.5 kgs of LPG Gas is being taken out in the store by employes of the Agency regularily. The Agency supervisors are not keeping a watch on the happening.
Pl investigate the matter before it become a public issue in forthcoming session.

I am an customer at EUREKA GAS AGENCY providing Indane gas at Dehradun, my name is Tarakeswar bhattacharya. Instead of repeated complaints delivery of gas is not being done in 2 months time. There is a psudo scarcity that is reasoned & cylinders are blacked by the agency at higher price. The attitude of the staff is pathetic towards the consumers & they turn a deaf ear & make false commitments when visited for making complaints. People who have booked later having relations are provided with the gas & consumer booking serials are not maintained. The worriest feature is that there is nobody to scrutinise these issues . Instead of my repeated complaints to several forums there is no improvement in the service & systems. Everytime i have to personally visit the Gas van driver & pay him some extra money to get the gas .
My earnest request is to please look into the same & get the agency cancelled to some non corrupted proffessional agency so that the consumers are benefitted.

This is stella gas no:19532. I am the member of premier gas agency. I booked the gas 13th september, till now i didnt received the gas. The agency people said that it will reach within another 3 to 4 days. How can we manage that for long time. Please take an action and give the exact date of delivery as soon as possible.

INDANE OFFICIALS KINDLY CHECK THE IRREGULARITIES DONE BY PREMIER GAS AGENCY IN DISTRIBUTION.

THIS IS THE WORST AGENCY IN DEHRADUN. NEITHER THEY RESPOND, NOR THEY DELIVER CYLINDERS ON TIME. STILL THEY ARE CONTINUING WITH THE AGENCY. IT SMELLS ROTTEN SOME WHERE. THIS SEEMS TO BE A RESULT OF CORRUPT NEXUS. ALSO THE CYLINDERS THEY DELIVER SHOULD BE WEIGHED.
WHY THE MATTER IS NOT BEING INVESTIGATED.

It seems that Premier gas agency have beeen given a huge no of customers which they are not able to handle. They can transfer consumers to other agencies. Indian Oil offiicials may think.

i have transferred my gas connection to dehradun.
for that i contacted the shiva gas agency, from last one month i went there several times but they are not even submitting my documents. more on every time they told me that i have to come on some other day.
there excuses are like - regulator is out of stock thatswhy we are unable to resume your connection here.
and also saying that they don't know when these regulators stock will come, sometimes they are telling that cylinders are out of stock. i don't know what to do.

I have consumer no 227972. I have booked a gas on 2no November with the registration no. 199. Till date I did not receive my gas. Despite making several phone call to the agency I did not get response of even picking telephone by the agency people. This does not behove good on the part of agency like Premier Gas Agency Basant Vihar Dehradun. I lodge formal complaint so that the delivery of gas could be done at the earliest.

I have booking one cylindre on dated 03/06/08 by phone. the agency told after 15 days they give me cylindre. after 15 days i have contract them on dated 16/06/08, they told me today vechile not avaible, so they send next day. Next day again many times phone but they not attaned the phone. So again 18/06/08 dated phone they told vichale not availeble. to day again phone, they told after 3-4 days if vichale available, they send the cylinder.To day they are not talk as a gentleman.
So Plese Do needfull action & I get the cylindre immediately.

I am a customer of Indian Gas since 2000 bearing consumer No. 22819. I have single cylinder and facing problem due to irregular supply of gas. I have gone to head office of Indian gas, Hyderabad for request of spare cylinder, but the head office people say spare cylinder to be booked at dealer site only. I asked to my dealer Sri Saila Gas Services, Suraram. They were refuse to book the spare cylinder. Kindly hepl in this regard and oblige.

I have booked a cylinder on 17.02.2009 against my indane gas connection No.GT3185 by personally visiting the goodwill gas agency, P-31, Krishna Vihar, near Sultanpuri terminal, Pooth, Nangloi Road, Delhi - 86. Since, then I have visited the agency three times, time and again they have told me that the cylinder will be delivered at my residence the very next day. Two weeks have passed away but till date the filled cylinder has not been delivered to me. Even, the behaviour of the staff of the agency is not good towards the customers. Earlier, also I have posted a mail to your good office complaining about the misbehaviour and irregularities in supply of cylinders in time, but i think no action has been taken at your end. Dear, my consumer number is CX2316351. I have booked a refill on 18 April 2015 with ref. No 427498. I have got a delivery SMS with cash memo no. [protected] on 20th April. But I can not get that cylinder on my address

My consumer no is cx14919583 and your delivery boy charges rs 24 extra every time in the name of delivery while that is included in the cost of cylinder and agency owner says we have to pay if we need home delivery.

Sir my regulator is leaking, your distributor harrased me from last two months when i complained him he says that come on Tuesday when we go there on Tuesday he says come on Saturday because company has not issued the regulators when company will issue we will give. Moreover he never say how much time the company will take to issue the regulators.

I am a cancer patient and my treatment is going under P.G.I Chandigarh from last three years. My age is 84 years. I am badly suffering in winters because my Gas is not working.

Domestic L.P.G cylinder — Delay in Delivery

My consumer no. is K-02829 in the name of myself in Konnagar Gas service in Hooghly District in the state of West Bengal.I've booked for refilling cylinder on 09.09.2009 bearing no. 1495 through your centralized booking office.But already 22nd passed till date I've not received any cylinder and on enquiry they told it will take another a few days.
And after receiving delivery they'll receive booking for another cylinder after 21 days. Hence I'm getting one cylinder after a span of period around 40 days.And it has come to my knowledge domestic cylinders are in use in hotels,specially in puja. But there is another dealer of indane in Rishra namely Cooking Centre are reluctant to deliver cylinders within 12/15 days.
Hence please look in to the matter otherwise please advise the way to get Changed/Transferred our L.P.G connection to another dealer.

Everytime I book the Indian gas cylinder by calling the agency, at least I should try calling for more than 25 times then only the phone will be answered. I am fedup of calling the agency to book the cylinder, so I visit the office directly. I have also told the same thing to Mr. Kalaiselvan Krishnan about this issue, but no proper answer. Yes I agree.I myself is facing this problem.Whenever I am booking the gas I have to dial the phone no. of gas agency several times only then my call is attended.Further when gas is delivered most of the time it is less than the actual weight.

LPG Gas — Inordinate delay in supply of cylinder

My Consumer No for LPG cylinder is 14303. The Distributor is 'Gurudatta Gas Agencies', Mysore, Karnataka. Each time when i book they supply cylinder only after 8 to 12 days delay and which results in 3 months both cylinder empty. Then how do we manage? When we enquire they say that load has not come. I came to know that for each month every consumer is allotted one cylinder but here i hardly get 8 cylinders in a year. Now what do I do?

My complaint is against Ankur Gas Agency, Indore, mentioned above.

The Ankur gas agency telephone numbers are busy or ringing, no responce, I could not contact over telephone to the agency for last 6 months. They only give booking number when I visit personally for booking a cylinder. Then No delivery for more than a month. On visiting the agency again, they give another booking number! Sometimes they say, cylinder is already delivered to your home! Or they say, the delivery man had been to your house (which is flasle). The cylinder comes like a surprise after a long time, after 3-4 attempts of booking. Every customer says that this agency sales the cylinders in 'Black' to many who are not customers of the agency, who give more money to them for each cylinder. Moreever a few days back they asked me to furnish detail, i've furnished details being a consumer of lpg and now they misbehaving me on that topic.

All the time there is a crowd in front of booking window, complaining the same I mentioned above, but no one knows what to do further.

I strongly feel such agencies should close, customers should be diverted to other Indane agency if such complaint comes. I too request Indan gas authorities to transfer my connection to other agency.

We are tired and frustrated having such service from Ankur gas agency Indore/ Indane gas.

There should be a online system of gas booking.

I am trying your office contact landline number from last a week but there is no response from your side and i have to book my cylender on my consumer id 26443 so please help for the same.

Prarthana Gas in Air Force Road Faridabad never picks the phone. Phone No. is[protected] & 2473029 Every customer feels fed up. Those persons men and women (Both) are working in job then How they book the gas? It is very difficult. they put the phone engage or never pick. if we book the cylinder by someone. then they did not deliver it time. How we remind them. People are upset. they don't know what to do or How and where can they complaint about the Prathana Gas. Is any body in India who stop all this.

Most of the times the telephone number[protected] is resulted engage. It shows that the dealing clerk of the Dashmesh Gas Agency is putting up hand set of the telephone separately. This resulted lot of problem in booking the LPG re-filling. Some time I have physically seen the same in their office.

The staff should be cautioned/warned to deal the customer in a right manner by attending the telephone for booking LPG re-fill. This will facilitate with reference to easy booking, time save, financial loss (like using motor vehicle or cycle), mentally and physically harassment.

I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Sun City Gas Service, an Indane Distributors. I am trying from 14/01/2009 for booking on this following telephone Nos. 5105533, 5105544 as published this telephone numbers in the voucher. I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability of cooking gas or black marketting or with distributor side.

At Last To day I make a call for booking after many try my phone connect but the online staff of this agency was told me that your next booking request for refill will accept. after 21days period completion that is 21st Jan. 2009.

As per staff of this agency informed me that the next booking will registered for refilling of cly. is 21days after one delivery made, and 15 days after the date of booking you will get gas cly. It means a person will get next gas cly 21+15=36 days after. Till than what..?

Cooking Gas Booking Problem
I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Nicollian Enterprises, an Indane Distributors in Ramesh Nagar. I've booked the cylinder on 250109 but as on date i.e 20209 the same is still unavailable. Today i visited personally there office at ramesh nagar, to utter dismay all telephone were hanged up to avoid phone calls. On strict representation the officials confirmed to deliver the same by today.
It has been an regular affair with this distributer, phones hanged up, poor delivery, black marketing etc.
It is hard to digest why we consumers r left to mercy of such malafide disr=tributers.
I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability of cooking gas or black marketting or with distributor side. Please forward this complaint with authority concerned and do the needful please.

I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Industrial Distributor, an Indane Distributors in Kolkata. I've booked the cylinder on 18.09.09 but I have received the gas on 10.10.09. I am regular consumer of this distribtor for last 15 years. This type of problem does not arise earlier but for the last 6-7 months this problem occur repeatedly. When I am contacting them personally they told gas supply irregular.

Please forward this complaint with authority concerned and do the needful please.

I HAVE GOT THE TRANSFER VOUCHER FROM EALRIER DISTRIBUTOR WITH THE NEW ADDRESS. AS I WAS NOT AHV9ING PERSONAL RESIDENCE PROOF, I WAS NOT REGISTRED WITH NEW DISTRIBUTOR. WHEN I RECVD MY VOTER CARD, AGAIN CONTACTED AND I WAS TOLD THE SAME TO BE REGUALRISED BY INDIAN OIL OFFICE.

I DO NOT KNOW WHICH OFFICE TO CONTACT.

I am a customer of Veena Gas for the last several years. On[protected] I booked for a refilling on 1260 and got the booking number 141, but till date I have not received the gas. Today since morning I am trying to contact them on phone. With great effort once or twice I could connect the phone. Even though the bell is ringing, nobody care to pickup. Kindly check up and help me out.

Am a conumer of indian oil gas, and my connection registered with ANAND GAS ENTERPRIES at gurgaon, i have booked my gas on 20-01-11 but till date we have not recieved the gas, we are going of shortage of gas, it is not first time each and every time we are facing the supply issue and have to proive them 3 to 4 reminders or sometime have to go to on the office of the distibuter and putt up a request them to do arrange the delivery ASAP.

Request you kindly do the need full, am not only one, there are lots of conusmer who are facing the same problem.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas and with Pradip Gas Agency at Faridabad. They have given 2 phone numbers for booking gas cylinder.

It seems that the agency keeps the phone holder out of cradle. I am trying to book gas for last 48 hours but coundn't succeded.

It is not the first time but a regular problem. Last time I had to take leave from office to get the gas booked. Please do something otherwise I will have no other option but think otherwise.

The delivery time for the cylinder took 30 days last time and this time it was stated that it will take 45 days. We have booked on 5th December and confirmed that it would be delivered only on or after 17th January 2012. The SMS booking / 24 hours services for booking results no improvement for consumer benefit. Though we can book easily, but what is the usage if the delivery days would be 45 days.

I have a problem with KK indane agency in Ulsoor. They say that they'll not give a connection without purchasing a stove from them. The intimation letter for the new connection gives the charge, deposit for the cylinder and the regulator. But the Ulsoor gas agency distributor says that he will not give the new connection without purchasing the stove.

I am a customer with jeevan indane gasagency, Reddy st, Villivakkam, Chennai49 with customer No;5475.Sir hitherto I booked refils thro"myland line(BSNL). On 21st April, 2012 I try to book the refil thro"the said land line number. But could not get the refil request done; instead it says to contact the dealer. On the same day by 4.10 p.m. I went to the agency and found that the shop was closed. An enquiry nearby shops reveals that the shop was closed by 3.30p.m. itself due to powershutdown. On23rdApril2012, by 10.a.m. I approched the said dealer for complaining nonbooking thro land line telephone. For that they have advised me to get a cell phone for gas booking purpose as landline will not serve for booking refils. My surprise is for booking refils one should have compulsorily cell phone-not land line. Instead of sortingout the problem in refil booking thro land line they are advising mem to have a cell phone. When I contacted the Manager (lady member) she is also telling the same story instead of helping me to get the registeration thro land line. When I asked for the address/authority to whom I have to take the matter for redressal they simply refused to talkwith me and sent me out. As the agency is fully manned by female members I can't talk further. Please help me in this issue and continue the refil booking thro mylandline no.[protected] as was done hitherto. Dear sir/madam,

The Idian Gas and Hp gas agencies people introduced a new concept of selling gas cylinders in black for Rs.600/- in Twin Cities(Hyderabad and Secunderabad), which is to sell for Rs.320/- in the open market.
The conept introduce is to keep the cylinders in a well knowned and efficient person in their areas to sell them in black. I will give the intimation about a person in my area to take the action. u will definitely find atleast 50 cylinders in his home. He is running a small tiffin center in Back of Lakshmi kala and sashikala theatres, BharathNagar, musapet, Hyderabad. if you are genuine fighter of corruption, do the right thing to save people from these type of illegal activities.
