Dear Sir,
I am working as a Lecturer in North Bengal University, Raja Rammohunpur, Distt: Darjeeling, West Bengal. Last year, I had been shifted from New Delhi. I had a single cylinder gas connection in the name of my wife Lipika Roy Mandal in Ghaziabad. I had transfered my gas connection to Siliguri, West Bengal. Since, then I am using the single cylinder gas connection and want to convert it into double cylinder gas connection because here after booking the cylinder the supplier delivers the cylinder after 16-20 days. During this period my family have to depend upon hotel for the food. But, every time I went to my service provider for the double cylinder connection, they tell me that now we are not giving the new cylinder come next month. My service provider is M/s Chiraag, A/C Bagdogra, Main Road, Airport More, Bagdogra. Phone No. 6453465, 6453466, Code-207889. My consumer No. is CBI00501.
Sir, Please suggest me what should I do.

Indane LPG — Bad customer service
Hello,I have the LPG connection from the following branch of Indane LPG service
M/S Rashmi,
Indane Gas distributor
23/4, Nayandahalli, Mysore Road,
Bangalore 560 039.
1. The GAS booking service system is very bad. They 3 phone lines to call up and book, but always says busy.
2. Every month i have to spend some 4-5 hours sometime whole day, to keep trying all the number and book the same.
3. It is very pathetic, If go and check at the Distributor, i get message like " Sir call volumne is too much we cannot help"
4. It is better the company comes out with better ways for booking GAS, to handle high volume of customers. like SMS, emailing options apart from the regular telephone booking.
Pls look into the issue of improving the services
