Dear Sir,
I had booked for a refill cylinder through tomogas on[protected] and the Booking No. was 1. Every alternative days, I was checking the status, but I was not getting. Finally, I called the Gas Agency, M/S. Al Ameen Gas Agency, Shoranur on 24th ultimo, then I was told that they do not have the online booking facility and they have booked again on the 24th ultimo. Now, gas cylinder is empty and our cooking is being done without gas.
In the online, I have seen the agency name and sap code etc. that was why I booked. If there is no such facility, why do you show all these details. We are waiting since the last 45 days. In our home, there is one accident person also and every now and then hot water is required.
Considering the above facts, would you request the gas agency to supply one refilled cylinder at your earliest, for which I shall be grateful to you.

LPG - Domestic cooking Gas — Non Received of Gas
I am a resident of D7/7480, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. My Gas Connection No. (Consumer No. 9251). I have asked my Gas Agency, Qutab Gas Agency at vasant Kunj, New Delhi to supply me Cooking Gas on 17th of March. I have made innumerable phone calls also. But till date I have not received my supply. This is becoming a regular feature.Would you please look into this and let me know as to when they are likely to send us the Gas. I suppose till date have to continue to depend on outside food
