Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with G.S. Enterprises Gas agency, 2970, Shalimar park, Extn. Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahadra, Delhi - 32 and my consumer number is 34911. I have booked for a refile on 1st March 2011 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them but they didn't pic my phone. I want inform you another thing that they are sell the cylinder as a black. This is the think not only happen for me but all G.S. Enterprieses gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Indane LPG gas consumer, The dealer/distributer in my area is M/s Balaji Gas Agencies, Faridabad. my consumer no is 7472 with them.
    My complaints are,
    1. The phone for booking of cylinder is not picked up at the agency until you make 15-16 tries with full ring length.
    2. The agency staff is highly arrogant and you are sure of a misbehaviour from their side if you try to book the cylinder.
    3. The cylinder booking is not done by them untill 1 month is complete which is in complete violation to instructions of Ministry of Petroleum (letter addressing such issue is attached with the mail).
    4. It is now more than a month and the agency has refused supply of cylinder within 2 days and said they would do only after 7 days.
    5. Interestingly this act is intentional and agency owner deliberately ensures that the consulers run out of stock so that he can sell the cylinder in black (obviously at much higher rates) through some other contact no.
    We are fed up of this agency and request you to kindly intervene else I do not know how many others are victim of this ordeal.

    This is a common man troubles who uses Indane Gas. Just go through the website of Indane & post an online complaint & see the redresel. if not satisfied may make use of RTI against govt Machinery.
    But they may harass you try to caught them while they bring low weight cylinder immediately call the police & lodge a complaint.

      Dear Sir,
      My Consumer No. is 46061, I have booked a cylinder on 15th of February and till date 10th March, 23 days have passed I am still waiting for the cylinder.
      My repeated requests have gone to deaf ears.
      My gas agency used to be Alka Co-operative(Unit-1, Bhubaneswar), without my knowledge they have transferred my name to some “Global Gas Distributor” situated in Khandagiri. On enquiring this issue with Global Gas Distributor, they say they didn’t receive any intimation from Alka Co-operative about this and hence would not give us the cylinder. Alka Co-operative too is denying the fact that I am enlisted to them.
      There is also a rumour going on that these people sell gas in black and to avail one I too have to go through the Back door.
      Please suggest what should I do and how to avail gas without any hassles. This is not only my case but is happening with some other customers too.

        I kindly want to inform that i am a consumer of JAI GURU INDANE GAS AGENCY, MOKAMAGHAT, DIST:PATNA (BIHAR).
        This is not a complain of only me but these are the problems and difficulties of general consumer of this agency:
        1.They provide gas refill with less weight.
        2.The concerning staffs misbehave against any complain to him.
        3.they donot book for refil by phone.
        4.there is no home delivery at time it may take 1 month or even not after this.
        5.If anyone say them that we can complain ,then they warn us because they have contact with local GUNDAS.
        Finally we want to say that please respond as soon as possible.

          respected sir,
          i am customer of suraj gas service(near milan cinema),kharkhoda.my customer id no. is 8909.
          sir,everytime when i m in the requirement of a refilled cylinder,they dont respond well and the legal duration to get a cylinder is 30 days but me and all other customers of the same agency get the refilled cylinder after 60 or more days.this is injustice to all o[censored]s.
          sir i want my refilled cylinder in time and also a strict action against the owner of gas agency who is involved in black marketing of the cylinders.
          please take the serious action against them.

            COMPLAINT AGAINST: GEM GAS SERVICES KHARAR & PUNSUP GAS SERVICE, KHARAR, IOL OFFICIALS, CHETAN.

            THE DISTRIBUTOR HAS FOLLOWING EXCUSES:
            1. HE DOES NOT HAVE STATIONERY
            2. HE HAS WAITING LIST OF 25
            3. HE DIRECTED ME TO ANOTHER AGENCY, PUNSUP AT KHARAR.
            4. PUNSUP GAS AGENCY HAS SAME PROBLEM OF STATIONERY NOT AVAILABLE
            5. PUNSUP GAS AGENCY DID NOT PROVIDED NO. OF SALES OFFICER/ DEPOT OFFICE
            6. PROP OF GEM GAS SERVICE IS VERY RUDE IN TALKING TO LPG CONSUMER AND SAID YOU SHOULD HAVE SPEAK TO ME BEFORE GETTING GAS TRANSFERRED FROM CHANDIGARH. HE HAD NO ANSWER HOW WE WILL COOK FOOD WITHOUT GAS CONNECTION

              Your employee do not home delivery of LPG gas.This issue is continue when i purchase indian LPG product.Your employee mr. KAILASH bring the the LPG gas from agency but do not give to customer.He takes 50 rs extra of home delivery but for he do not give LPG gas.Then we talk for complaint against of him then he told all officers are my relative.We are getting problem for cooking food.we request to you for immediately take action on issue.We think mr.kailash all LPG gas sales in black.                 Sir,
                i've a compalint against pooja gas service working for indane gas service in kurali. i've got the letter on 16 feb. 2011 but they r not issuing me a new connection. they r saying that there is not issuing papers with them and it is from last 25 days .. it is very irritating to call them again n again to ask " have they got the issue papers" but every time the answer is the same... wait for 3-4 days... the isssing period is within 15 days but u can see 10 days are passed after that timealso.

                  M/s G K Indane gas service Bagalkot are habitually supplying gas cylinders with great delay. The shop opens irregularly and one has to visit at least three or four times to book the gas. The gas cylinder is never supplied in time. My consumer No 03153 was booked on 6.1.2011 and delvered on1.2.2011 after 8-10 visits and lot of shouting in the office. Next booking was on 17.2.2011 and cylinder was delivered today 9.3.2011 once again after a big show of shouting in the office. Similarly consumer No 00802, the booking was made on 28.1.2011 and the cylinder is not yet delivered. Another consumer No 01034 the booking was made on 10.2.2011 and no delivery till date.
                  Will you take immediate steps to see that regular and in time supply is ensured to consumers.
                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am having a single domestic gas connection from your company at Ahmedabad location.My customer no. is - 16068. I have transferred my gas connection at the below mentioned agency:

                  Bopal,

                  I have done the transfer of my gas connection since 12/04/08.Since I have transferred the gas connection at Bopal, the cylinder that we have been booked is receivable almost after 8-10 days and sometimes even after 15 days.Due to delayed service we are facing a lot of problem.As a alternative to solve this problem I have been asking at your agency for one more gas connection as it would help our family in case of emergency, but everytime they have been telling us that it will be available after two months.As of today it is almost 9 months since we have transferred our connection and I am very disappointed with the customer service performance of your company.

                  As a aware customer, I would like you to take some action in this regard, and it would be better if I am given an extra connection as a permanent solution of the delayed delivery of cylinders.

                    Indane Gas — undelivered the gas cylinder after refill

                    the delnane is tapasvi indain , surendranagar, gujarat is not dlivered properly at timely. my consumer no. is 23932. all employesare giving information wrongly at every time.

                      and I approached the JAI JAWAN GAS AGENCY AT Dwarka. Both of them saying the above
                      TTV has been handled centralised by IOC and they have not recd any confirmation of transfering the above TTV. I am running to pillar to post at this retired age. Hence request you if you are the person concerned to look after this or else you may forward to the respecti ve concerned.

I have submitted all the paper for activation of the connection 20 days ago but till date it is not activated. when I inquire about it then there is no reply.

                          Subject: Complain for corruption in GAS Supply by ORIENTAL GAS AGENCY, PARAM PURWA, KANPUR
                          With Respectfully & Painfully, I want inform you that I have customer of Indane Gas (Oriental Gas Agency, Param Purwa, Kanpur, u.p.). The Agency is not giving good service from the last few months.
                          The agency is not delivering of Gas cylinder in proper way. Their booking process is very well. But cylinder delivery is very poor and corrupt.
                          The godawn in-charge always calls for cylinder in morning 8 A.M. I always go and fallow timing as per agency time. But I doesn’t get cylinder. This process continues 3-4 days. Many time, I have seen that Godown Incharge (Mr. Gupta) has given cylinder of costumers, take extra charges (50/60/70 Rupees) and we have always stay on the line.
                          It is as essential to all, so that without LPG it cannot be survive a family in modern era.
                          I think some negligence is there Please check and solve the problem as soon as possible.

                          who do you think is going to read this. These corrupt people will not even read this (if they are educated at all to be able to read this) and do anything about it. What do you think happens to the 50/60/70 that Mr. Gupta takes as bribe? some part of it goes all the way to the top.
                          So. if you really want LPG in time you have 2 options. Either pay the bribe to them and dont worry about what is happening to the country and society, or have so much political power that Mr. Gupta delivers the cylinder to your house in his own car.
                          Anurag, nothing is going to get better just get the hell out of Kanpur.

                            Indane/Gas service — Failure of Timely Gas Cylinder

                            I am having a gas connection of Indial Oil with Customer No. 26102. I booked for refilling of my Gas cylinder by dialing Telephoe No. 1260 on 11.02.2008. Upto till today I have not received my gas. I am a private employee. I cannot take laeve from my office for mere gas refilling. Our Gas agency is Roop Gas Servce, A-1/23, New Kondli Delhi. Today I requested my office for late coming so that I can book my gas there. But upto 9.00 Am the agency was not opened. As such I have to rush to my office. The telephone no.s of this agency are always busy as they used to pick the instument so that whenever anyone wants to have a booking of gas the No. comes busy. Please help me to come out of this situation.

                            Indane Gas — Service failure

                            Dear Sir,
                            My Customer # 6468. I had applied for the second cylinder on[protected]WL#360) at my nearest agency of Indane APARNA INDANE SERVICES, PUDUPPARIYARAM, PALGHAT DT, KERALA...Every month I used to make enquiry about the second cyllinder.                             On 16-04-07, I got a letter from the Agency asking me to come and collect the cylinder.. But it is quite unfortunate to say that I did not get the cylinder at that time too...They simply told me that "there is no sufficient stock, we will inform you when the stock comes"...I don'nt know, whether it is the problem with the Agency or with the problmes related with the Distribution system of INDANE.
                            So far the stock does'nt come...Now I am confused..
                            What should I do?..
                            To whom I have to complaint?
                            If I wish to give complaint as per RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, to whom I will adress?
                            Please give me necessary advice and try to solve my problem immediately...

                            This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding delay in receiving gas cylinders.
                            I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No.17707 and my distributor is:
                            M/S Asal Durg
                            Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
                            I want to state that i am not receiving our gas within the committed period of 15 days. There is usually no delay and this time we contacted for delivery of gas cylinder which was booked before 25/12/08.
                            According to the incharge Mr. Jitendra (on 10/1/09) it was given to area delivery boy, but delivery boy not delivered to us, on 11/01/09 again we contacted and another Incharge at agency assured that delivery staff has taken cylinder and will be delivered in evening of 11/01, but to day on 12/01 at 11.00am he assured that it has been given for delivery to delivery boy whose mobile no [protected], but he told us that no cylinder was given for delivery to him.It was conveyed to mr.Jitendra on mobile no.[protected].
                            I draw your attention on our problem and please look into the matter on an urgent basis. Also, please reply .

                            I made complaint against R.K.Agencies but no action has been taken and the Gas has not been supplied till date
                            I booked a gas on the 2nd of January, My gas number is GD 4686. I am yet to receive the same. I have been given to understand that there is a waiting period of 15 days. This is not the first time, yet cylinders are available on the grey market.
                            It's over a months since Veena Gas Agency, Julliena Sarai, New Delhi, has delivered a gas cylinder. I have tried calling three numbers of the agency, but always the response on the line is "the number you have called is busy". I also tried calling both the Indane helpline as well as the Indane customer service. Either it says the line is busy, or if the phone rings, no one picks it up. In the meanwhile, I have no gas at home for the past so many days. I think this is gross negligence on the part of a govt utility.

                            I have booked on 13th February 2010, and today is 3rd of March 2010 but still I have not received my Cylinder.

                            Every time I phone to Dwarka Gas Agency They simply say that I am just sending you the cylinder It would reach you at your residence within 30 minutes but that 30 minutes never turn up.

                            Can Indane authorities understand the consumer pain.

                            I am a customer of Indane Gas at Dhanbad. My consumer No. is 2075, distributor is M/s Jyoti Jwala, Bhaga, Dhanbad, Jharkhand State. My observation is that whenever I book my gas the agency staff deliberately booking it in a deferred date due to which I do not get Gas in due time. If I try to make complaint the staff on duty express their inability on some pretext and delivering gas only according to their suite. This is not only harassing a genuine customer but also running them pillar to post to get fuel gas for their domestic use. This perhaps due to mis management or otherwise black mailing cylinder for some ulterior motives. Hope, the concerned authorities may like to investigate the system of gas distribution by the agencies so that customer may not be harassed by such agencies.

                                I am an Indane Consumer and my consumer no. is 74283. I am being serviced by Cooking Gas Agency, 3A, Malavia Avenue, I Street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-600041. My problem relates to leak of gas from the cylinder. When I replaced the empty cylinder with the new refill today morning, I could smell the leak of the gas. I had contacted the gas agency in this respect in the morning itself and informed them about the leak. They replied that since they had only one technician to attend a spate of similar cases, and since my wait list no. was 112, my complaint would be attended to as per the number sequence. I then tried to contact the Indian Oil Emergency no. [protected] several times, but either the number was found continuously engaged or switched off. I tried calling various customer care land line numbers of Indian Oil, but to my dismay, all the numbers were coming as engaged or at times, there was no response at all. The net result is that there is no cooking happening in my house right from morning, and we had to resort to buying our breakfast and lunch from outside. The problem is remaining unattended even as of now and going by the state of affairs, it might not be resolved even today.

                                I just can't understand why Indian Oil, our Indian MNC and Navaratna, is so lagging behind in customer service. The consequences of a gas leak need not be emphasised, since every one is aware of it. The apathy of the people manning these emergency numbers is what is to be concerned about. I call upon the concerned authorities to look into this matter with all seriousness and redress my grievance without further delay. Also adequate steps may be initiated to ensure that quick response is available to consumers on such instances of gas leaks as and when reported.

                                      I have two nos cylinders vide SV no 048858 of 12.06.1984, I booked gas for home delivery on 02. 11.2008 over phone and subsiquently on 12.11.08 personally due to their non cooperation several times but till today 11.12.08 not deliver, I am senior citizen can not move properly. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency is Gourish Company distributor code no-443490 and my consumer no- 607404. Kindly note that I have made complaint several times to HP Gas in regard of their demand for mandatory check @ Rs. 50 per visit.
                                      I request HP Gas to vigil the activities in disguise as their distributor insist the consumers to report them 21 days after exhaution of gas from cylinder to gain extra benifit to market HP gas to other source depriving the real consumers. Our cooking is infact totally ineffective since 3 months for their non cooperation.

Today I again tried landline nos. These were unavailable. Then again I rang up emergency no. Now I have been told that it will be sent in two days.
                                      This is clearly a deficient service.

                                      I believe this agency is too rich to be interested in good business.Pl check if it is being run by the original seemingly poor allottee like war widow etc or it has been sub contracted to a Capitalist substitute. If the latter is true the original allotment may be cancelled a new War Widow tried.

I have regitered with M/s'Prasanna Gas Agencies, No'1 Kamaraj Nagar, Korattur, Chennai 6000 80 on 2006 for LPG supply and my cons.no.is 26612'. Since 2006, I had many bitter experience with the agency.

                                      Recently, on 24-8-09 I booked for LPG cylinder and given W/L no.8040. They informed me that the delivery
                                      will be effected within 3-4 days. After that I contacted them several times over phone, but not received. Whoever lifts phone at the other end talk rudely, in a calous manner, in threatening tone. Even I requested them that my festival ONAM falls on 3-09-09, and to do the needful. They have two landline connections, viz[protected].[protected],but to get them on phone u have to try for 1 to 2 hrs.I was told that to get immediate supply pay 500 rupees. Till writing this letter[protected] I didn"t get supply and my efforts to contact the manager didnot materialise, since he is not available whenever I phone. Even if he is there, the staff will not connect and will narrate some stories. Please do the needful.

                                      I am a Consumer of Cooking Gas of INDANE(Indian Oil Corporation). My dealer is M/S. Dilip Distributors, Flat No.1 & 2, Tarak Dutta Road, Kolkata-700019. My Consumer No.D6243. The dealer is most unresponsive and rarely takes telephone for Gas Booking. When the Gas is booked it is rarely delivered in time. On your repeated visit only assurance is given that " shortly it will be delivered".This is the usual practise unless you make several visits to shop obtaining a Gas Cylinder, the same is not delivered.. Recently I have booked a Gas on 18 04 2010 over telephone & I have been provided with Booking Number as 2735. For last 3 days my wife is visiting the dealers shop requesting delivery of Gas and only getting a assurance that the same will be delivered tomorrow. Today again after reaching the shop when it is questioned why you are harassing by non delivery of Gas, . It was told that there is no Gas booked against the Consumer Number D6243 and after lot of request a fresh booking is done vide booking number 4562.                                       Indian Oil Corporation / Lpg — Fuel meter manipulation

                                      I am using a wagon R with factory fitted LPG. When ever I fill from this bunk of the Indian Oil, the full tank reads 28 litres and i pay around 850, when from all other gas stations, the full tank reads maximum 22 litres. I enquired at the station to register a complaint, just to listen to a lot of technical bla bla from the manager, arguing that the problem is with my tank. I said if my tank has a problem it will have the same problem with all the gas stations. Then he said all the other gas stations in India have problems, only his is the true one. I could easily understand that he wants me to get out. So I just did that.
                                      Must be making a lot of money by cheating.

Since 2005 we have shifted in our new location under ur dealer "HIMANSHU Gas Service" Rapti Nagar Phase I,Gorakhpur, UP Ph.[protected], 2501391, 2504871. This is the worst dealer in whole Gorakhpur. we are suffering a lot due to late delivery of gas at home. Last month I have booked my gas on[protected] with an assurance that I will get my cylinder within 20 days. But after a repeated chasing I did not get my gas cylinder till date. The manager used to sell the gas directly from his godown without any booking numbers on higher rates to the hotels and we the regular consumers are suffering a lot. GURGAON GAS SERVICE cut my both connection. when i am asking the Gurgaon gas agency Manager has told me no problem have to book the cylinder whenever you recd the cylinder after 21st day you have to book the cylinder you can get the cylinder easily.but untill now already finish more then one&half month untill now no any reply from gurgaon gas service. if im go there they told first verification then after u vl got your gas.no any body cme for verification .but im use both connection more then 12 years . without any information they vl cut my connection . but when i ask gurgaon gas Manager day over what can i do how can i cook please tell me a solution THIS IS MOST URGENT.

                                        Hi,

                                        We have a gas connection on my father in law's name and reg no is 23168, Anupama gas agency, tirumala giri,secunderabad. We booked gas cylinder on jan 20th(Do not exact date but on jan). Then one lady received the call and told 1 week to get a delivery. Then we waited for 10 days and called in 1st week of feb. Then another guy picked the phone and he said that we booked on jan 14th and delivered the cylinder and said cannot book another cylinder with in 1 month. we didnt book the cylinder before and we booking prior the 20th one on 2 months before(i.e oct/nov).

                                        How can somebody booking with our name we didnt understand? after that we didnt receive any cylinder and no one will pickup the phone even just before we got a engage tone.

                                        Till now(6th March) we didnt get delivery of the cylinder. To get them on call we need to call continuosly for 1 hr (that is also not a problem and we understand the busy schedule of them). but no one will respond properly and lady who receives the call is very rude and she answers as if she is giving her cylinder for free to us.

                                        Please kindly check this issue and make the people to deliver our cylinder as soon as possible.
