    I am a consumer of Gas cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation of India through your authrosied agency M/S. Laxmangarh Gas Service(Laxmangarh-Sikar.Raj.) My consumber Number 3474(B).
    Please cheque and kildly deliver filled LPG gas cylinder timely your distributions deliver too late appros 40-45 days later deliver ,Laxmangarh Gas Service not booked any pass book after 30 days. he talk to pepole we have deliver to you gas cylinder at your home after 30 days of before deliverly,sie not proper deliverly system not proper spot for deliverly.I have rerceived my LPG last month dt 12.2.2011,I phoned so many times to LPG Deliverly boy Mr. Gos Mohmad and Office Person Mr. Shanker,but still I have not received my LPG Cylinder .

    Rasoi Gas of Indian Oil Corporation of India — Delay about submission of Gas Cylinder.

    I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation of India through your authorized agency M/s. C. Lal & Sons (GAS), 1423, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 and my Consumer Number is 17990.

    I have booked for gas cylinder on 12.11.2009 , but I did not receive my Gas Cylinder till 27.11.2009. In this regard, no response from the Agency and all the telephone numbers every time showing busy. C.Lal & Sons Telephone Nos.23968528, 23915293 and 23963517. This situation is not arising first time; we are facing this situation for the last 6 months. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

    I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

    I look forward for your earliest action and reply.

      Inordinate delay in delivery of cylinders

      Dear sirs,
      I have an LPG connection registered at Banaras Gas gas agency, DDA Market, Minto ROAD, New Delhi 2. My consumer number is- 1796. I had booked for a cylinder new service provide by Indane refill booking mobile no. [protected] on dated 11 March 2011, & I forgot my booking number. Today after 6 days I am still told that it will be delivered shortly.

      Note- I have first complained on the same day but some correction above said.

        Sir,

        My name is Y.Jeevan Babu, R/o. Flat No.101, Anand Residency, Secretariat Colony, Manikonda, Hyderabad.

        I have Indane Gas connection, Consumer No.98950, Agency Name: M/s.Madhavi Gas Agency, situated at Shaikpet, Hyderabad. Ph:[protected] &[protected].

        Whenever I need to book for Gas cylinder, the above agency never lift the phone, we go on trying for whole day. If by mistake phone is lifted they don't respond or atleast they don't say hello. Simply they talk with somebody personally who is close to them and put-off the phone. With this reason I need to go to agency personally (leaving all my days work) and book the Gas. Some times when I am out of station, they don't lift the phone at all. My wife cannot go to the long distance with small kids. The agency office is 6 Kms. from my residence.

        I request you to kindly take an action against the above agency.

        gas — Not lifting the telephones

        Dear Sir,

        I want to compliant on the Madhavi Gas agency of tolichowki , why the phones are given by the Government they are just keeping aside, every time i will try only engage tone will come since one week iam trying, what those people will do i dont know. this has to be looked in to it very seriously we every one is facing the same proble, and we all jod holders where we cannt go and stand at office every time if we give SMS they are telling as it was not reched to them so the booking is not accepted. plz suggest what shall i do
        This is India. Nobody will help you. Fight for yourself. Record the telephone call and make a complaint in the consumer forum on the points of
        1. gross negligence and 2. deficiency of services. Fight for your rights. If you think this is waste of time, I'm sorry nothing can be done. All the best.

          Dear Sir

          Sir this is my 2nd complaint which I submitted now. My father has a connection of Indane Gas Agency (Panchsheel Gas Agency) located at Peeli Kothi, Moradabad. Problem is that the hawker didn't delivered the refill at home he said that I will not give refill at home, come to me and take the refill by standing in the queue. The hawker gave the refill at home some time. But now he didn't.
          After this problem I complaint to the "Panchsheel Gas Agency" he told to me that the hawker will give the refill today... but hawker didn't give.
          Now I frustrated by this problem please give me positive response.

            I am a customer of M/s Tapasvi Gas Agency (indane gas), Surendranagar, Gujarat-363001.

            The delivery system of M/s Tapasvi Gas Agency is very worsen.

            Thay people book cylinder after 22 days of last delivery & than delivery after 15 days of booking.
            total time = 37 days.

            It's very much time, we can't manage.

            I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure home delivery within specified period from the date of booking the cylinder and the sequence of the booking is maintained.

              Respected sir,

              I have a one LPG connection with M/s. Bharat Gas Service situated at Super Market, Bedi Gate - Jamnagar.
              When I talk for booking a second cylinder connection then at a time they told me that U purchased a presser cooker. I am not afford this. When I purchased first cylinder, at that time I purchase a Gas Stove and at that time they told me that now in second cylinder, u don't need to buy anything from here. We will give u second cylinder in a couple of months.
              Since 15 months, when I talk with them, they rudely and roughly behaviour with me and when I told that this is wrong to communicate with me and beyond Govt. rules & regulation. Then they told me – ”Kya Police me pakadva dega na. Jo Ukhad Sakta He Vo Ukhad Le. Ye hamara rules he”. They communicate with this language.
              And also sir, they don't allow to meet the owner of them i.e. M/s. Bharat Gas Service.
              Sir, I am really very much hesitated & forced by them to make a complaint and I do.

              Indane LPG — non issue of second cylinder

              I am a consumer of indane lpg of Sambalpur city in the state of Orissa under the dealership of Lipi Gas Service. My Consumer no is S-16963. Already a year before i have applied for second cylinder, but the same has not been issued to me.

              First of all, I thankful to all o[censored] for solving my problem which was I critically faced since 15 months.

              Today I had received phone calls from Mr. Prdeep P.Kale from Jamnagar and also Mr. S.R.Lal from Rajkot Office of Indane.

              I meet Mr. Pradeep P.Kale at Jamnagar office and he solved my problem and released second Cylinder connection without any other wrong formalities.

              I really appreciate to Mr. Pradeep P.Kale not only for my work done but also the way he talk, his behaviour with customer, he understand customer’s problem and make a solution immediately.

              I heartly thankful to Mr. Pradeep P.Kale for the solution of my problem which was I critically faced since 15 months.

Before 10 months, i have booked for second cylinder in there office. however they are no resopnding for issued the second cylinder as i am facing so many problems to manage with a single Gas Cylinder as i am a private employee. may i know how much time it takes to issue a second cylinder from agency from date of booking. because it is also near about 1 year...

Few months she live with us at valsad due her illness, when we left ahmedabad we give a application to ambica gas agency & he says us that we note in our computer your request for same. on 10.03.2011 at 3.30 i call to ambica gas & inquiry about my mother gas connection of indane gas they repliad your connection is continue & please come at our office & say you are coming at home then we supply you cylider of gas. after that my mother goes his office on 15.03.2011 at 10.30 a.m. & she told him : please book my gas cylider, my customer no is 1765, but they no proper answer give her & says only that please go to main offiice which is locate at Indane Area Office 4th floor, Ashoka Chambers
                Opp: Medi Surge Hospital Mithakhali Six Roads Ahmedabad -38006. then my mother says my age is 63 years & i am alone & i am already seek, & request him that as per my application & your guidence we fullfil all things then after why you say to go your main office at mithakhali road

                I request you that no one can see on my mother age & no one help her. At my mother home cylider is empty how she done cooking without gas cylider ?

                  sir i have booked my gas on tomogas.com on[protected] after 21 days of my previous booking which was on[protected] from tomogas itself, as i used to do always from here only but to my surprise this time i was not supplied cylinder and when i checked my booking status it refelct "LESS THAN SPECIFIED DAYS" i cant understand how it could be like this as at the time of booking i was awarded booking seriel number 01. but after few days the things changed..i just want to know where my cylinder has een dilivered if it is and if not then why not yet?

                  I had booked a cylinder with M/S Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road No. 1, Rajendra Nagar Patna, Bihar, on 03.04.10 vide order no. 527 after a gap of more than one month of prior month order date because dealer not intertain order for refile before one month and promised to delivery the refile on next date of booking but unfortunately till date he cannot deliver me. I have no any option please take necessary action against the agency to deliver and not harass the consumer in future. My consumer number is LT 4389. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please...

They always blamming that the Load have;nt come from IOB,

                  Though Iam one of the advisor to Karanataka Consumer Court, Now my tollerence limits are exceded
                  till date the clyd are not yet supplied, who to survive with the Family.

                  For your info I have taken my 1st clyd on 7th May 2010 of 19Kgs, I stronlgy feel that the cyld should be used for 3 to 4 months max with 2 family memeber. But the clyd was used only 3 & 1/2 month.

                  Is there any options were we can check the cylinder accuracy at the time of delivery.

                  Hope the above info will suffocate your earliest action.

                      This is routine parctice of Ms Jai Jawan Gas Service,dealer of Indane Gas to deliver the Gas very late after repeated requests ,phones.I booked my gas on 06/03/2011.But till date I have not received the refill of my booked gas cylinder that I booked through TOMOGAS booking No. 1028.This is not first time but it is a routine practice. This is with the fact when large Nubmers of consumers having LPG connection in dwarka are using PNG only.this is very pathatic how this much delay is justified by dealer and by IOC.Perhaps this is to promote black marketing by both as consumer has to arrange gas from here and there.

                      I request to all concern to look into matter .

                        क्रप्या मुझे बताये की सिलेंडर बुकिंग डेट के कितने दिन बाद मिलता है. मेरा Consumer नम्बर - २०७८७ है .
                        मैंने RIDDHI INDANE SERVICE HARI NAGAR, ०३.०३.२०११ को सिलेंडर नेट के माध्यम से बुक कराया था जिसका बुकिंग नम्बर - ९ है . और ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हो रहा है मेरे साथ (दुसरो का मुझे नहीं पता ) हमेशा ऐसा ही होता है जिस कारण मुझे बड़ी दिक्कत होती है कृपया आप हमारी सहायता करे, मेरे पडोसी के यहाँ भारत गैस है और उन्हें २ से ३ दिनों के अन्दर सिलेंडर मिल जाता है.

                          My INDANE gas connection no. is - 6751 with Copfed Gas service, Zila parishad Muzaffarnagar.
                          I had booked my cylinder non[protected], wide book no. 5029 and token no. 13. Yet on date[protected] the above cylinder is not supplied to me, on[protected]. I had registered a complain with Copfed gas service,also about the non delivery of my cylinder.

                          Sub.: Gas Connection No.A-17440 - ANKUR Gas AGENCY,

                          RISHIKESH UTTRAKHAND.

                          I booked gas around 20 days back. But not delivered till date. I have been trying to enquire my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers 2432784 . Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. 2340844 as well is also not responding.

                          Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

                          I am literally fed up of Indane Distributors, 71/1, Lakshmi Complex, 15th Cross, J.P.Nagar, 6th Phase, Bangalore560 078,
                          First of all they will never pick up the call, so u ahve to walk into the store to book the cylinder. Sencndly normally all the gas aggencies will deliver max into 3 days but these guys will not even bother to deliver to booked gas even after 10 days of delivery.

                          When we booked the cylinder they told within 1 week they will deliver, but even after 10 days they dint deliver, as there phone numbers[protected],[protected] are always engaged, we went to check at there outlet that why they have still not delivered, to my surprise, they acted as if they don't even know that we have booked the gas. After qurying they said they will deliver the very next day. bUt till date we have not received the booked cylinder.

                          Indane should throw out such distributors from its network,a nd take some stick action to improve there customer service.

                            I am (Tribhuwan Nath Srivastava Addres-K 50/43 Ambia Mandi Varanasi Contact no-[protected]) is a customer of lpg gas cylinder. My agency Name is Shree Hanuman Gas Sewa Teliabagh Varanasi.I am facing various problem regarding gas booking since two years.
                            My problem is that whenever I do telophonic booking, it is many times cancelled or ignored and usually they tell me to do counter booking.And when I do counter booking at least I have to go three to four times to the office for getting gas cylinder in every month. In counter booking I have to re-book gas cylinder after 10 days of first booking because they dont consider it as a complain instead they book it as new booking. Finally I get the gas cylinder after 20 days of re-booking.

                            Now I think you understood my problem. Kindly consider my problem and take a serious against it.

                              Problem in Gas Booking & Delivery
                              I am authorised customer of Indane Gas with Thanesar Gas Agency, Mohan Nagar, Kurukshetra with consumer Nos, 10486 in the name of Dr Sunil Dhingra and 915 in the name of Mr. K.L. Dhingra. Agency always make problem in the booking of Gas Cylender and its delievery.The agency has refused to book the cylinder and say that booking can be done only after 21 days from the date of last delivery. This is a clear case of harrasment to bonafied consumer of Indane like me.
                              As if it is not sufficient, agency adds to the problems by imposing its own rule that even if your booking number comes even then you will not be supplied with the gas cylinder. As per their version the Home delievery will be made after the passing of 1000 more booking numbers after your actual number comes as they say that the customers with the Home delievery option will be given the least preference and they will be supplied cylinder 1000 numbers late even after receiving their number. As such the matter may be investigated and agency may be directed not to harrase to bonafied consumers. In this connection it is also pertinent to mention that if at all these rules prevail they may be supplied to the customers.

                                Not given double cylinder
                                My gas consumer No is 366460, And on name of Babubhai Surabhai Makwana; I have single cylinder connection but now my family has grown and requirement also increases. Since year -2009, we are waiting for a double cylinder connection at our residence ( Salt Colony, Quarter D-1, Behind Central Salt, Block 1, Bhavnagar ) but we were told that its uncertain when we will receive that and there is no supply for double cylinder in that particular area. Several time my self and my wife went to Shri Sahakari Hat Madhyast Bhandar Limited gas agency Bhavnagar, but supplier is not giving me second cylinder. They are giving only date but next date. He will say that come next month. very difficult to manage with one cylinder. Our repeated pleas to the Distributor authorities has fallen in deaf ears. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had not given proper answer for that. We request you to do needful & provide me second cylinder.

                                  With humble submission, it is brought to your kind notice that the booking of LPG against my consumer No. GT-2778 was made with M/S Gulmohar Gas Service on 12/02/2011 under booking No. 1704 dated 12/02/2011 but till today the gas has not been delivered to the undersigned. After constant follow up and reminders on 8th and 9th instant an employee of the Agency knocked my gate today i.e. 11th morning and appeared with unsealed/underweight/leaked/used gas cylinder. When I inquired about the unseal/underweight/used /leaking cylinder, he told that they have only unsealed and underweight cylinders. On hearing this from the employee I did not accept the cylinder and returned the same to him.

                                  It is important to mention here that despite my booking on 12/02/2011 the agency did not bother to deliver the gas in proper manner on 11/03/2011 i.e. even after lapse of one month. One fails to understand as to why such an attitude is being adopted by the agency with the consumers. This is the regular practice of the agency as for instance it is pertinent to mention here that in November, 2010 I booked the gas against my consumer No. GT-2778 on 9th November, 2011 but till 25/11/2011 the gas was not delivered. It was only after my visit to the agency & great pursuation / requests they released the gas on 25/11/2011. It is surprising to note that when I got the voucher the date of delivery on the voucher has been shown as 20/11/2011, however, necessary entry on the pass book was made by the concerned staff as 25/11/2011. The cylinder delivered to me in January, 2011 was after 25 days from the date of booking and that too after my efforts to get it from their outlet thereby jeopardizing the very function of prior booking for home delivery.

                                  In view of the above I request your goodself to intervene in the matter & findout reasons as to why the delivery of gas has not been made to me even after lapse of one month from the date of booking i.e.12/02/2011. Hoping for an early response.

                                    I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with G.S. Enterprises Gas agency, 2970, Shalimar park, Extn. Bhola Nath Nagar, Shahadra, Delhi - 32 and my consumer number is 34911. I have booked for a refile on 1st March 2011 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them but they didn't pic my phone. I want inform you another thing that they are sell the cylinder as a black. This is the think not only happen for me but all G.S. Enterprieses gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                      I am Indane LPG gas consumer, The dealer/distributer in my area is M/s Balaji Gas Agencies, Faridabad. my consumer no is 7472 with them.
                                      My complaints are,
                                      1. The phone for booking of cylinder is not picked up at the agency until you make 15-16 tries with full ring length.
                                      2. The agency staff is highly arrogant and you are sure of a misbehaviour from their side if you try to book the cylinder.
                                      3. The cylinder booking is not done by them untill 1 month is complete which is in complete violation to instructions of Ministry of Petroleum (letter addressing such issue is attached with the mail).
                                      4. It is now more than a month and the agency has refused supply of cylinder within 2 days and said they would do only after 7 days.
                                      5. Interestingly this act is intentional and agency owner deliberately ensures that the consulers run out of stock so that he can sell the cylinder in black (obviously at much higher rates) through some other contact no.
                                      We are fed up of this agency and request you to kindly intervene else I do not know how many others are victim of this ordeal.

                                      This is a common man troubles who uses Indane Gas. Just go through the website of Indane & post an online complaint & see the redresel. if not satisfied may make use of RTI against govt Machinery.
                                      But they may harass you try to caught them while they bring low weight cylinder immediately call the police & lodge a complaint.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        My Consumer No. is 46061, I have booked a cylinder on 15th of February and till date 10th March, 23 days have passed I am still waiting for the cylinder.
                                        My repeated requests have gone to deaf ears.
                                        My gas agency used to be Alka Co-operative(Unit-1, Bhubaneswar), without my knowledge they have transferred my name to some “Global Gas Distributor” situated in Khandagiri. On enquiring this issue with Global Gas Distributor, they say they didn’t receive any intimation from Alka Co-operative about this and hence would not give us the cylinder. Alka Co-operative too is denying the fact that I am enlisted to them.
                                        There is also a rumour going on that these people sell gas in black and to avail one I too have to go through the Back door.
                                        Please suggest what should I do and how to avail gas without any hassles. This is not only my case but is happening with some other customers too.
