Dear sir,

I have booked my cyliender 02 Feb 2008 at Trupati Gas Agency Rohini Delhi 110085. I received my cylender on 18 Feb 2008. After 21 days date of last booking I dail phone no.[protected] for book my cyclender but refuse to booking of my cylender by Trupati Gas Agency staff. Trupati Gas Agency is not given the Booking no. at the time of booking. My customer No. is ZT 14340. I request to you please give the instruction to Agency regarding giveing the booking no. in future.

My consumer no is 12750. it no is registered on my mother;s name Mrs. Shaym Wati. i booked my no dated 21/5/2009. my receipt deley form ageny of date 23/05/09. but their supplier do not delevery on dated 26/05/09. when we asked them he saw receipt to me and told me that i will delever your cylinder after three days and use dirty words.i request plz take necceary action and please veryfiy either they doing a black marketing and all.

I have booked my cylinder 17/07/ 2009(co no:4151) at Guhan Gas Service(Ad -hoc) Andoorkonam, Ap/X-66 Near Thonnal devi temple, Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala. But till date that lpg cylinder was not deliverd. please verify whether they are doing a black marketing and all.They are always saying abt some strike and shortage of cylinder.Our minister is saying that all the customers should be provided cylinder with in 20 days .

since 3 years gas is delivered 20 - 23 days late. someone else is misusing our gas connection. whenever gas is booked they say gas was delivered already. (we are told delivery date which is 2 or 3 days prior to our booking) customer complaint cell doesn't pick up phone even after 30 minutes long wait on line....twice gas was delivered without our booking........means somone known to the agency is booking gas and the new delivery boy doesn't know anything about the game and brings it to the right person... our last booking was on 26 March 2011.. no delivery. again booked on 09 april then says gas was delivered on 2 April.. what shall the consumers do against such activities?

    i booked cooking gas refill from sunder shyam enterprises,janakpuri-new delhi and the refill was delivered today.the cylinder weighed only29 kg
    The delivery boy did not carry any weighing scale AND ADVISED ME TO KEEP ONE AND CHECK THE WEIGHT MYSELF! pl,direct the agency to replace the under weight cylinder.

Even the phone no.[protected] is not propely working they people not attend the phone and rude talking on phone at the time of booking . I thing they sale the cylender illegally. In.           I am Balagopan,

          I am writing this on behalf of all motor vehicle users (especially chennai).

          Yesterday i went to an indian oil petrol pump in adyar(opposite to adyar bus depot). I have asked to pour 10 litres.There were 2 person standing in front of me and asked for help. Intially the guy who wss holding the pertol gun has poured 2 litres knowingly and said that i have asked for 2 litres only.By that time the other person asked me some unwanted question to deviate me from there. Then they said that he has done mistake and dropped the balance 8 litres. When i checked, the complete 10 litres was not poured. There is some unique techinque followed by the staffs at this petrol pump.When checked it came to my notice that there was around 1 to 1 1/2 litres petrol has been stolen (my petrol indicator showed very less amt of petrol).

          Few Minute ago I visited your petrol refil station at sakoli M/s Kapgate service station Sakoli 441802 dist Bhandara M.s i am surprises to know that the station has Extra premium petrol only with them.after enqury i come to know that nagpur depot is not suppling rather than extra premium petrol & diesel to them there.is it true.please take care of the matter.

          Indian Oil Petrol — Outlet employees charge exorbitant rates for loose oil

          Dear Sir,
          I notice at Venkaiya Filling Station located at Kukatpally, Hyderabad charge exorbitantly for the loose oil at all times something ranging from Rs. 185/- per Litre to Rs. 190/- per Litre when ever I draw fuel from them. When specifically been asked for the rate of oil seperately, the staff try to divert the situation and irresponsibily say that the amount charged is correct. When it is enquired from the office, it is noticed that the rate of oil per litre is Rs. 162.40 Ps. So much variation is intolerable and it is a great burden on the customers and it is cheated in this form. The other day when i asked to pour 200ml of oil, he has literally poured only 150ml and keeping the attention diverted and after noticing the error the employee ran away from there by saying some reason. It has become very difficult to control the situation. It is humbly requested to depute some one for making a surprise visits to the bunks and nab the culprits / corrupt employee / corrupt management and corrupt practices and to take stringent action against them.

          ioc PETROL — Misbehaviour

          Today, on 8th of August, at about 7 PM, when asked to fill my car with Xtra Premium Petrol at the Pump, Opposite Collectors Bunglow, College Road, Palakkad, Kerala, the pump boy filled with ordinary petrol. Since I was of the habit of filling only premium, which gives me smooth driving, I want to complaiant with the manager of the pump. There was no complaint register. Morover, the manager along with staff started to argue with me, like they were not bothered about the likings of customer. These ugly behaviour of IOC pumps will drag the customers to other brands and also give the company bad name. Dont lose some valuable customers. We are not at the mercy of pumps.

          Indian Oil Petrol — Less Quantity Delivered

          On this petrol today I ask for extra premium petrol of amount 300/-
          Person who is distributing petrol have Table arrangement between customer and petrol display meter so that they dispaly is not visible.
          he didn't feed the petrol quantity through keyboard. At the meantime money collector boy asking for money. I give him 1000/- Rs note. He is just shouting and saying that on this note total is writen with Red ink by bank we can't take this note and diverting my attention from Petrol Dispaly meter.
          petrol distributernd boy finished his work and reset the meter first with out displaying me.Money collector boy is also normal and give me 700/-Rs back to Me.I report the boy he said mc is rst please ask to Mr Chaudhari for any explaination.Mr Chaudhari fill 60/- Petrol extra and said please makeup another time.I am asking for cash Bill for my Payment they are not interested at last i take it which is attached.
          These type of problem's create loss of money,Time,faith on IOC brand. Please do the needful.

          Indian Oil Petrol — misbehaviour by employee and non availability of oil(normal) regular basis

          In a indian oil pump near paltan bazar dibrugarh ,assam,(near brahmaputra hospital) there is chronically nonavalaibility of normal oil only extra premium is available and if some boby complain then the petrol pump owner and the employee uses slang and tell they will beat if anyboby complain against them.
          kindly look into the matter urgentlyotherwise it will bring a very bad name for indian oil corporation.There should be vigilance from your side.

            For the last 9 months I am waiting for a double cylinder connection at our residence but we were told that its uncertain when we will receive that and there is no supply for double cylinder in that particular area. I am a working professional and have to leave early for job so its very difficult to manage with one cylinder. Our repeated pleas to the Distributor authorities has fallen in deaf ears.

              Since 1&1/2 months I am suffering from non-availability of LPG GAS Cynlinder after booking 09//02/2011. The authorised agent of Hanseswari Gas Services is not responding and is not supplying the gas. Also they did not book when my gas was exhausted and they told me to inform after 15 days I shall be booked/ call for. They are actually entertaining after 20 days since the gas cylinder was vacant. Such type of situation I have been sufferring from since six months more. Please You may kindly take a necessary steps such irregular service.

                Dear Sir,
                I am customer of your company having consumer no-20581 under your dealer Nobel Indane Gas Sahid nagar,Bhubaneswar.This is to informed you that i booked a gas on 28-1-011 through SMS in mobile no-[protected] and i got the confirmation booking no i.e11933 on my cell. After 26days i am not getting my cylinder.When i enquiry at your dealer they are telling that your cylinder supplied on 16-2-11.
                This type of harrasment they are doing with the customer. I have two cylinder for booking at dealer ship they are taking minimum 21 days after supply of 1st cylinder.
                Kindly give me your booking & delivery time between of 2nd cylinder after supplying of ist cylinder.
                I want a permanet solution for getting LPG gas.
                Plz give your solution in written otherwise i wii go to consumer forum in future.

                my customer no. is 005898 distributor's name meena Indane gas service Jaton ka chauraha pilibhit (UP)
                my gas booking on dated 27.04.2014 but i not recieved my gas reffile when i contact in office of distributor's his employee is say they not give me gas cause they are sell my gas cylinder in black market & laught.

                Please take necessary action against the distributor's & his employees.

                  as per schedule LPG Domestic cylinder delivered to home. which charged twenty rupees has been taken per cylinder by Vindhavasini gas agency in this town ,but vendor is not delivered to home.another complaint about Vindhavasini gas agency Buxar, is not delivered on time LPG cylinder. my refile order dated 22.01.2011 is not delivered up to this time .                     Dear Sirs,
                    I have an Indane connection no. <MJ 8808> in my name from Ms. Marut Gas Service, New Agra, Agra.
                    My regulator became defective today
                    i.e. 23-2-11.
                    Ms. Marut Gas have charged Rs. 150/- for replacing the regulator today. They have kept my old regulator and have refused to issue a receipt for Rs. 150/- or for the regulator.
                    This action of theirs indicates that they should not have charged me for the regulator and should have replaced it FOC.
                    I shall be grateful if you will help me and get my money refunded from them.

Our dealer is M/S Rathva Gas Agency, Ellora part ,Vadodara. the main problem is that there is no any fix lead time for refilling of gas bottle from the dealer. we suffer a lot. they are not taking any responsibilities from their end.                       As we are using the Indane Super Gas Past 20 years. K.Ramasamy, 3A kuppusamy nagar, Jothipiuram post, Coimbatore-641047.Our Customer No: 9381. our Gas Delivery From Super Gas Agency, Vadamadurai, Coimbatore. Tamilnadu. Distubutors Code: 3574825.
                      we have booked the Cylinder For refilling on 06/11/2008. But till date we have Not Received the Cylinder.(03/12/2008)
                      I have visited the office almost three times. But i didn't get any proper Response from the Distubutor.
                      If i called over phone they asked to wait but no use at the End.
                      Please Take this Complaint and do Needful to us. Be informed to me when the Complaint has take into action.

                        Myself an surgeon shifted recently to small town Brmhapuri of chandrapur district of maharastra to work with an charitable hospital. I have transfer letter of my indane gas services issued from gas agency of my native place.my customer number is 003091.when i reached the brmhapuri indane agent (parwate gas agency) for transferring the connection,he demanded for local Rashan card . Further the way they speak is very unprofessional.

                        My second complain is when i tried to call at the following customer service phone number, no one actually picks up the phone. The phone number is [protected].

                              Sir,
                              I have a gas connection in my fathers name Mr. Hari Prakash Tiwari (Connection no.19634) in Satya Sai Gas Service, Lakhanpur, G.T.Road, Kanpur.
                              On 29th January,2011 I have booked cylinder over telphone having seril no.339.After passing of stipulated time of 21 days I enquired once again to the agency wsherein they informed that this connection has been blocked since from last 5-6 months no cylinder has booked from the connection . Please note my services was tranferred temporary to other city for 6 months hence there was no need to book cylinder. Is there any rule that the connection should regularly booked in spite of no need?
                              You are requested to look into the matter and instruct guilty agency M/s Satya Sai Gas Service to activate my above connection immedietly and supply cylinder on above booking since I am facing lots of problem without cylinder.

                              we have faceing gas likages from 10th jan-2011. we not gas services. services supervisor come on 20.01.2011. change pipe,valve,new gas cylinder. this job done by MR.MAHIPAL SINGH-CELL NO: [protected]. after come MR.ANIL CHODHARY CELL NO: [protected] he change REGULATOR STILL GAS LIKAGE.and SATYA SAI GAS SERVICES NO REPLY AT ALL, ALSO ALL THE TIME THEIR PHONE WAS BUZY AND ONLY RINGING. THEIR STAFF MOSTLY DISCONNECT PHONE WIRE OR SWITCH OFF PHONE LINES. THIS INFORMATION GETTING FROM INSIDE STAFF.BECOSE NEVER GET PHONE LINE IN A DAY 20 TIMES ALSO.

                                I am sending this mail on behalf of the people residing in Baktha nagar, periyakurichi, neyveli. Here for the above mentioned area we are not getting proper Gas supply. There is no proper action taken by the manager for the complaints given by these area people. we are properly doing the registration before 15 days and we are having proper proof. The local supplier are not giving respect to the customer during the enquiry about gas supply. these local suppliers charging too much of money and not giving proper billing for supplying gas . The following complaints are
                                1. Not giving proper Gas supply
                                2. Rude Behavior
                                3. Charging Too much price than the market price.
                                4. Selling in Black market
                                5. Not taking proper action over the complaints
                                6. no Proper Response system.
                                7. No proper maintenance
                                8. Poor management over the workers

                                For above mentioned complaints we are having proper proof. so i Request you sir to take immediate action over these for the welfare of our people. I hope you will take necessary action to replace this existing Gas services, If you want any additional information, we are ready to produce officially. I have mentioned the local gas supply address below.

                                Indane Gas — rude behaviour and black on gas cylinders

                                this is to state that shakti enterprises, hari nagar CT n d-64, is very rude in behaviour towards clients and moreover their supply persons are actively engaged in Blaack marketing of cylinders @ Rs450/ per cylinder.
                                This is a very genuine complaint.

                                Indane Gas — NON BOOKING AND SUPPLY AND RUDE ATTITUDE

                                I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM MR.SHEELA AGENCY, BANGALORE, ON 12TH OF DECEMBER 2008 AT 11:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. WHEN THE REFILL WAS RECEIVED EVEN BY 18TH DECEMBER 2008. ENQUIRED ON 18TH AT 6.00 PM, MR.VIJAY, MANAGER, IN CHARGE HAD TOLD ME RUDELY THAT I HAVE TO SHIFT TO SOME OTHER AGENCY, AND ALSO SAID THAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CUSTOMER AT ALL.

                                IS THIS THE WAY, IOC CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED BY THESE AGENCIES.
                                I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM JAI JAWAN GAS SERVICE, DELHI (DWARKA), ON 5TH OF JANUARY, 2009 AT 12:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. THEY SAID "UPAR SE GAS NAHI AAI RAHA HAI" O

                                I, Bhupesh Kumar Yadav, is your consumer having consumer no. KE 2653 with your distributor M/s Bakson Gas Service. It has been a practice of M/s Bakson Gas Service not to pick up phones, to put phones on hold, to avoid booking, to take out the print outs of booking nos. at 1260 from Internet on delay basis. All this shows their determination towards a poor supply to their customer. You want cyl. in 10 days you have to visit their off. and collect the booking no. You may also have to visit them again in case you don't get the supply within 10 days because of above said problems.
                                Sir, this has reference to my earlier complaint on 28/11/08 for the same problem. With your support I received the cylinder with in 2 days that time and I was assured that strong action would be taken in case I face the same problem. This time after a lot of dialing we could able to book the cylinder on 4th Jan. 2009 on telephone. I did not receive any cylinder against this. Again we booked the same on 25/11/08 at 1260 our booking no. was given 5. Again I did not receive the same. I visited their office on 30/11/09. One lady on the booking counter told me that as their Internet was not working they could take out the print outs of the booked nos. on 28/01/09 so your booking has been considered of 28/11/09 and your booking nos. is 10868. Your cylinder would be sent within next 10 days as we could not supply even of the 20/01/09 bookings. I was suggested by that lady to get my registration no. transfered to some other distributor point as they have more than 20000 customers. Sir Kindly suggest me that transferring my gas regn. no. will improve the service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Sir, should I always be a sufferer because I brought to your notice the information about the poor service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Should I always make a monthly complaint to you? Is this the solution sir? Kindly suggest me.
                                I request you to kindly look into this matter and please investigate this at your level and give me justice for the same.

                                Indane Gas — Non Supply of Gas Cylinder, Black Marketing & rude behaviour

                                I am harassed by the service provider of Indane GAS, since last 4 months . We have to spend 10-15 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems regularly :

                                I am living in Kanpur - Uttar Pradesh and your agent's agency name is - Chakeri Gas Service, 222, SADANAND MARG, AHIRVAAN, G.T.Road, Kanpur.

                                I am putting this complaint according to my booking of cyl. on 10/10/2009. My customer number is 4974 and booking number was 78 on that day.
                                Please look in matter and do needful for following:

                                1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 20 - 25 days for Gas supply from the date of booking. After delivering one cylinder they normally take 30 days for booking of next cylinder.
                                2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
                                3. The behavior & attitude of service provider (booking clerk) is very very rude and they are challenging customers telling the customers to do whatever they want to do and they openly tell consumers that they would make alterations - change booking date in-case of any query.
                                4. Making Cylinders non available to customers for 20-25 days duration after booking date and asking/forcing customers to buy cylinder in black @ 500.
                                5. Now a days marriage season is running so your valuable agent is supplying cylinder in black and its proven by many customer on them but they said you can do whatever you can. By this you and your agent making money but what about us, who is your permanent customer.

                                Is this the " Indane Gas " treats its customers? I have never faced such harassment from any supplier like this before. Additionally, would request for a stern action against this defaulter - Gas distribution agency.

                                  I have a Gas Connection in my name with M/s Shakti Enterprises, Hari, Opp Bus Depot, Clock Tower Road, New delhi-64. Despite of making a booking on 17.02.2010 to replace the empty gas cylinder, the refilled gas cylinmeder is not made available till 22.02.2010. When an enquiry is made the person sitting on the phone is telling to wait for one more day. The person sitting on the phone doesnot have any manner and his/her replies are redicilous.
                                  hume jo cylinder diya gaya hai woh chal nai raha, usme gas ki jageh paani bhara hua hai plz humari complained darz karein thanking u inderjeet budhiraja wz_219 virendra nagar gali n_2 ;2nd floor .

                                      We are procuring LPG cylinder for household purpose from Indane gas dealer ( KALPANA INDANE GAS AGENCY,D.no: 16/4/1433,4 th lane,Harinadhapuram, Nellore - 524003)

                                      Dealer is not issuing booking no for new refill cylinder till 20 days after issuing a refill cylinder. After getting the booking no he is taking another 20 days to issue the refill gas cylinder.This entire process is taking 40 to 45 days for issuing the refill cylinder.

                                      We have never faced this problem even in cites.Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action.
