so, gas agency tarchered me for gas stove. but i don't wont stove and other materials...

I am a centeral gov employee & posted in bangalore airport. I am consumer of Indane gas from Natraj gas agency Yelahanka New Town my consumer ID is 69199. Sir the agency are giving home delivery in some areas and there are lot of consumer taking cash & carry, but the delivery agent and supplier are get the cost for one riffle is 380 Rs but govt rate is 360.59 Rs only. And, they are saying that you have to pay 380...

By the delivery of indian gas agency pratap nagar sanganer i am facing problem from last few months they always say that come after 2days 3 days.As per theire commitment they deliver gas cylinder after 35 days but after that i every month they delay 6 to7 days and refuse to come again.
we can't go 4 to 6 times every month to take gas because i working in software company and i have to take leave...

I have got a LPG (INDANE) connection in my house. It has been noticed that the regulator has got some problem which was confirmed by the delivery boy and he has asked my daughter to contact the office for help. She has made telephonic complaints and they have confirmed that the mechanic will visit immediately. Even after 5 hours nobody turned up and when she contacted them again, they have responded "YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER...

It is disheartening to mention that this is practice of Poonam Gas agency to delay in delivering gas cylinder after 15 to 20 days . It is observed that they are selling by taking more money and delivering to others even sometimes to non connection holder as result the concerned consumer does not get cylinder even after 20 days. My details of connection as follows who is regular victim of this agency.

Indane Gas Cylinder suplied by M/s Geetanjali Gas Service auth Distibutor of IOCL is having heavy leakage as High Pressuire Gas is coming out from the top.
My consumer Number is G10499

All of suddon there was a Blow/ sound and cylinder starts blowing High Pressure Gas at its own...Seems quality defect in it.

Some how we could manage to plug the same with CAP ,..since morning we are trying the Toll Free...

This is to inform you that i have transfred my indane gas connection from faizabad to Bahraich.
but in bahraich dbr is refusing to give me connection, saying that he
has no regulator to issue me. since iam waiting for long time since
8.01.2011. and they not accepting my transfer paper and not giving any
recieving to me.

i applied for new indane gas connection in shankar gas agency (indane gas), Chirala 523155, prakasam Dist A.P, reg no: [protected] and when i received communication from the agency to pay the requisite amount i went to the dealer then he asked me to pay Rs.4100/ instead of the stipulated Rs.1950/- the additional amount for stove, lighter, etc..As i am not satisfied with products he has i said i will buy all these at my convenience...

i am a domestic gas connection user from Maruthi Agencies, Mugappair East.Chennai. my concumer no.is 14505. i have given standing instruction to the supplier to make delivery on saturdays only for which additional charge of Rs.25/- also i am paying per supply. i am a customer for the above agency for more than 10 year. There was no complaint whatsoever till 2009. But form the beginning of 2010, for every booking i had to remind the supplier...

I received my last cylinder in dec. and thereafter till now not received the cylinder delivery from Sanganer Gas Agency.

My Consumer No. is 53024 and had booked the cylinder but every time i received false commitment from the agency side.even despite of several reminders and personal requests to the delivery man he also making fool to us and not deliver the cylinder.

Kindly intervene in the matter.br...

Dear sir

I am single cyllinder connection from Inadane gas Consumor no; 75343 at sambhavi indane gas distributors. Every time gas delivery boy create nusence at delivery time for not tally the cyllinder number with bill. is there Indane gas enter the number system for supplying in gas delivery. he is not responding properly and behaving rudely in sennce of consumors.
kindly treat my problem as in your view....

I have booked my cylinder on 19th Dec 2010 and today is 13th Feb 2011 and still Sumita Gas Agency Mall Road Kanpur has not delivered my cylinder of LPG. I have visited them atleast 10 times and on every visit they say " we will deliver it this week", this is there falls promise.

i have made complaint to kasna indane gas agency 4 times to attend gas leakage problem but no one has turned up to attend the problem so far. The aency when asked to provide complaint no, they denied giving it to me telling that for this no complain no is given. this complain i ma making since 09th feb'2011. My consumer no is K7212. i need help in this reard to et the problem attended at the earliest possible.

sir, i would like to inform you that in our place meance kittur here we are not getting gas properly, and here he is charging Rs360/- but the bill ammount is Rs 358.27/-. and also he use to force to take rubber pipe in his store only if we did not take means he will not give gas. but now a days he stopped supplying gas to home delivery and there also he is not providing service to the customer so i kindly request you that to help us for get...

we applied for a new gas connection in Chandni gas service(indane) on 14th dec 2010 with registration no 5959 but the verification agent is delaying the visit for past two months & in turn delaying us the new connection ....
