[Resolved]  Indane Gas / Prithvi Gas Service, Delhi — NON SUPPLY OF BOOKED CYLINDER

Delay in supply of LPG cylinders
I am a customer of Roop Gas Agency, New Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase III, Delhi-110096. I have booked LPG for refilling on 24/1/08 on No. 1260 and my booking no. was 20 but no supply of cylinder till date[protected]. I try many times the distributor tel no. 22619581, 22611839 & 22616375 but all nos. are always busy.

indane gas (domestic use) — Non compliance of Home delivery after passing 20 days of booking.

I have booked my gas cylander though M/S. MONTO GAS AGENCY, NEEMKATHANA ON DT 21th January but after passing a considerable time till date I have not received my gas cylender at my Home. So your honour is requested to please instruct the concerning agency for the same and make an arrangement to deliver me gas cylender immediately.

I have booked the LPgas on 20.11.2008 but till now I do not have received cylinder even after repeated request till[protected]. My Customer ID No. is 30792 and my gas agency is Sabarwal enterprises, Geeta colony, Delhi-31

Dear Sir,

I have a gas connetion wtih M/s Jai Jawan Gas Service, D-493, Palam Extn. (Near Shiksha Bharti Schoo), Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110075. Phone nos. [protected], 64115667 & 25085414, E-mail ids ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) ([protected]@gmail.com) and my consumer no. is 4763.

I got gas booked by sending SMS on dated 06/12/2008 on [protected] and I received the acknowledgement of receipt of the SMS. And I went physically to the agency on dated 8/12/2008 got gas booked but the did not given me any reference no. and verbaly told me that gas will be delivered on 11/12/2008.
When 10 days have been passed and I did not received the already booked gas, I called to the agency and they confirm me that your gas has not been booked because we have delived the gas on 24/11/2008.

But I did not get any booking on 24/11/2008. I got booked in the month of October, 2008 and got the delivery on dated 31/10/2008 vide cash memo no. 20512.

You are requested to look into the matter and instruct the Manager/ Owner of the agency not to do this type of mistake in future and deliver me the gas at the eraliest. Other wise a legal action will be taken against the agency.

PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OF CYLINDER
I, Rajendra Kr. Baish customer of Prithvi Gas Service, C-939, DDA Flat, East of Loni Road, Delhi-93, Customer No. PG-35660 . I want booked a domestic gas cylinder on since last week to till date 12-01-09 but all nos. are always busy of the distributor tel no. 22813931 & 22813932. Again I requested to pls booked my booking and delievered a cylendder at my home.

we are trying since 16/01/2009 for booking of gas on telephone no.64115667, 25085414, 25087549 and mobile no.[protected] but all phones numbers are always busy or not correct number of the distributor. my consumer no.39067 r/o flat no.848, pocket -3, sector 19, dwarka, new delhi. hence i request yourgoodself please booked my cylender and deliver at my home.

The gas cylinder was booked on 23rd January 09' and hasn't been delivered yet. The full address was given. All helplines have been contacted but the supplier at no. [protected] seems indifferent and clueless. They tell us to come to the office.If i contact the other three numbers they do not respond.
