[Resolved]  Indane LPG Gas IOC — irregular supply of gas agency

Im residing at tambaram chennai-600045,tamilnadu

my consumer no.6776 in pattamal gas agencies

(no.490,mucihur road west tambaram chennai-600045,tamilnadu ph:[protected]i recieved a un conditioned lpg cylinder frm the agency at

december 2007 . a complaint was issued at the 2nd january to service cell

and complaint was verified at 5th january but the full cylinder has not been replaced till now... we have already complained to local authorities but no response frm the dealer.so i kindly request u to take immediate action to replace the cylinder

I am having LPG connection with Quilon Gas, Agencies Kollam, Kerala. Sir, I am very much difficult to get the cylinder from the above agency in time. I have booked for gas cyliner on 6th September 2010 bu till date[protected] they have not supplied the cylinder. My consumer no. is 15692 and the booking no. is 11683. Sir, Kindly arrange to take necessary action for supply of cyliner in time.

i am very sorry to say that now a days indane delivery service(capt.rakesh gas service mohali road mathura(u.p)) shows an frustrating irregular response towards sending refill cylinders in time. They send the refill cylinders after 35 days of booking and said that we should book the another cylinder after 25 days of DELIVERY DATE . now please tell us how one person can manage with that . this is my HUMBLE REQUEST to you to take an strict and urgent action towards this.

INDANE-Parth Gas Agency — Irregular supply of refill cylinder

I am residing in Gandhinagar,Gujarat. I am having connection at Parth Gas Agancy for many years. I am not receving the LPG domestic cylinder since 40 days.Eventhough there is a reduction in LPG Customer due to pipeline of gas we are not getting the LPG cylinder. So kindly do the needful. I regret to inform you that I have booked a gas cylinder in my agency "PRATHANA GAS AGENCY", Moovarsampet, Nangallur, Chennai - 91, Agency Code- 1068 on 24th January 2011. But till now they have not delivered the gas cylinder. When I went in person, I was shell shocked to note that they have not even generated the bill and I was forced to take the gas cylinder in auto for which I spent money from my pocket as there is no no adequate man power in that Agency. Further, they are saying that the next booking will be registered only after 21 days from the date of curent booking. But to my knowledge, IOC has already cancelled that rule some time back.

Kindly instruct them not to adhere that 21 days gap of booking rule. Also advise them to deliver the gas in time and not to make the consumer to come and collect the gas cylinder from their Agency.

my gas con. bassi gas services .Last month, I had booked a cyllinder, . My consumer number is . B 6773 Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please .

Indane Gas — irregular supply(not as per booking serial)

I am regularly booking gas at distributor's counter.But it is found/noticed that my gas is not delibered as per my booking serial .Even delibery of gas is made after my visit to concerened distributor's office(every time) viz 19.11.10, 10.01.11, 17.02.11, 25.03.11(not yet delibered though today i had visited the office and make my request for regular supply). They even donot attain phone calls.
I am customer of this indane gas since 1987 with double gas cylinder.

Last 28 years+ we are using LPG Gas, home delivery but for the last one year, we are facing problem to get the booked cylinder even after reminding them to deliver the cylinder in time. i have booked an lpg gas cylinder on 05/04/2011 with RECIEPT No. 1430 at ARUNIT INDIAN DISTRIBUTOR, D.B. road SAHARSA, Bihar, Phone Number of the agency is[protected], 226528 which is not making the home dliveries of gas cylinder even after 46 days of booking the gas cylinder which is very irresponsible.
even the phone numbers which were mentioned above are not working properly and i am just not getting any response from the agency in this regard. i kindly request you to take some serious action in this regard so that not only me but all the people of our locality get relief from this problem.

Am a regular Costumer of Indian Oil LPG gas.
This to inform you that, the srevice in our area is not proper and there is unwanted response from the supplier.

The problem is :
I have booked the gas cyclinder on 7th may 2011 (saturday) through sms service.

I got the message from the supplier on 17th may 2011 (Tuesady) at 20:10:24 pm. that, Your cylinder will be delivered shortly.

but, after some days, On 20th may 2011 (Friday) on 15:11:22pm that, I got a message that -
Your Cylinder has been delivered against your refill.

(Details i got from the supplier tp my phone : Booking number : 202463 ; Cash Memo : 1942
My costumer number : S.RAMAMOORTHY - 9830 My phone number : [protected])

Still today, i dint get the cylinder to my home. I called them and asked about this problem, they are saying that,

"THEY CANT COME TO OUR AREA FOR 1 CYLINDER ONLY FOR YOU. THEY OLD HARSHLY THAT, THEY WILL COME ONLY WHEN MINIMUM OF 20 CYLINDER IS TO DELIVERED".

I CALLED THEM TODAY ABOUT THIS MATTER, THEY TOLD THAT, THERE IS NO VENDORS FOR OUR AREA SO, THEY TOLD TO COME AND TAKE THE CYLINDER ON OUR OWN. ORELSE THEY WILL DELIVER THE CYLINDER NEXT WEEK.
BUT, I DONT HAVE CYLINDER IN MY HOME .

So, i kindly request you to take action against this issue.

Our LPG distributor is SRIDHAR GAS AGENCY, ALANDUR, CHENNAI.For the past 7 months there is no proper delivery of cylinders. They take more than 1 month for delivering cylinder that too after so many calls to the agency and to the person who brings cylinder here. Last month that is on 17.05.2011 I booked for cylinder thro the new booking method and on 21.05.2011 i got the message in my mobile " "Dear Indane customer, against your refill booking ..., cash memo ... is generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But till today 14.06.2011 I didnot get cylinder. On 02.06.2011 I rang to the agency they said bill is ready and u will get the cylinder today. But they didnt. Last week i.e.. on 10.06.2011 they says i have not yet booked the cylinder. If i want i have to rebook again and I can get it within three days. I am totally frusturated.

I Booked LPG refill on 13.07.2011 and regert to write that till today that the cylender has not been delivered. When ever I contacted vendor(SRI D.S.Agencies Gas Service(Code[protected], NO-10, Head post office street, Stuart pet, Arakkonam-631001.vellore dist, Tamil nadu) her behavior was very worest response.My consumer No.DS-13519 Kindly look into the matter and arrange the delivery of LPG.(Last or previous booking date on 9767/[protected] but deliveried on[protected] days) please kindly make assure him the delivery timely to me.

Hi,

I dont know which is the best way of complaining about the IOC Dealer.

I tried the Telephone numbers printed on the oppiste side of the Cash Receipt, which either didnt work or no one will lift it.

My LPG Distributor is Sri Saila Gas Agencies, Miyapur, Hyderabad.

Lot of complaints abount this dealer.

If we book a cylender today, we will getting the information that the Cylinder is booked but, cash receipt is generated after a week's time and from there he will take a week or 10 days to deliver the cylinder.

Even after many requests and complaints with the delaer, nothing is happening.

I have seen many complaints about this dealer, but i didnt see any action against it.

I would like to complain about this. please let me know a right channel for this

WE HAVE BOOKED FOR CYLINDER ON[protected] IN SHOBA GAS AGENCIES AT NUNGAMBAKKAM CHENNAI-34 FIRST THEY HAVE TOLD IT WILL COME IN 20 DAYS AFTER 22ND DAY WE HAVE GIVEN SO MANY CALLS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONCE NO BODY HAS TOOKED THE PHONE. WE HAVE GONE PERSONALY THEY TOLD WITHIN A WEEK IT WILL COME. TODAY[protected] WE HAVE GONE DIRECTLY SECOND TIME MORNING 10.00 AM TO THERE OFFICE THEY SAID COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING AFTER SHOUTING WITH THEM THEY SAID WHAT EVERY YOU WANT YOU CAN DO AND THEY SPOKEN IN A VERY BAD MANNERS EVEN THOUGH SENIOR OFFICER AND CLERS ALSO THEY ASK ME TO GET OUT OF THE OFFICE AND SHOUTED TO ME. THEN THEY TOLD IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER ONE WEEK FOR OUR BOOKING TO DELIVER. THAT ALSO THEY HAVE NOT CONFIRED ME. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS AGENCY AND MAKE TO DELIVERY OUR CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY.

Dear sir,
I am a domestic LPG customer of Indian oil. My gas distributer is Ennar Gas Service, Hyderabad-500062. Customer No. is 03932.
I have submitted Adhar card copy and Savings bank pass book copy to this gas agency on[protected]. The same day Adhaar card copy and domestic gas customer card copy also submitted to the bank. The LPG was billed on[protected] .Bill No.[protected].of Rs.1024.50. Subsidy has not reached the bank as on date. When I contacted bank they referred me to Ennar Gas. Ennar gas service has told me to contact IOC. I have tried several times phone no. [protected]. Always this phone is engaged.
Please advise M/S. Ennar Gas Service to arrange the LPG subsidy at the earliest.

Indane — taking extra money other than the bill amount

we get our gas from our gas agency, some man used to come with cylinders and give us the new and get the bill payed.he gets extra amont from demandingly saying it is mandatory, the gas bill shows Rs.614/- whereas he got Rs.650 from us.
