Dear Sir,
I applied for ATM Card of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur on Date 12.03.2013.When I went to the Bank for receive ATM PIN on date 25.03.2013.I got the information that Bank dispatched the ATM Card through speed post on my address with Id number EQ[protected]IN. So, after this, I reached the Head Post office,Beawar, and contact to our area's postmen Mr. Hajari Ji and asked him about my ATM card. then he checked the Status of delivery of my ATM card and told me it is delivered on date 18.03.2013. but I said to him, I didn't received my ATM card yet. but he strongly continued. After it I came to my home and ask the family members about my ATM card, but nobody received it. after waiting for two days, I went to post office and submit the written complaint for my non delivered ATM Card on right address. Postmen sir said me, you come after some time, we shall checked our record.Then I follow the my complaint many times and finally I meet to Post Master Sir, second time on date 02.05.2013 and told them about my complaint, I checked the record with him and I found that Record shown ATM Card delivered on 18.03.2013 with my false signature. the signature was not mine. So, I am very unsatisfied with our postmen who are not taken the responsibility about it.
So, I am complaint through this portal and requested that please take the action and give me satisfied reply as soon as possible.

payment — delay in payment
Dear Sir,I Mrs. Anita Mukesh (w/o Late Mr. Mukesh Kumar PF No.7940) request you to look into matter of payment of PF,Gratuity and Pension as my husband has been demised all of a sudden on 7th of Dec. All the required documents I have sent to the Bank but after 4 &1/2 months I did not receive a single penny from the Bank this is very troublesome and painful to me.I request you to do the needful at at the earliest possible.
