sir, past 2 month ,most of the letters addressed to me have not been delivered to me. also i have received complaints that from my friends and relatives have been a victim of. simply spoke to the postman about this matter,but he not only did not entertain my complin but also challenged me to write to higher authorities. i had complaint to higher authority . but noone can respond. what i will do now.please help me.thank you .

Dear Sir ,
I had deposite ammount of Rs 10000/- and 15000/- in the year 1991 at Kathara Post office (GIRIDIH ZONE). Now i applied for matured ammount payment through BURLA post office (ORRISHA) on 22nd August 12 .
Regrate to State that till date this matured ammount hjave not been Paid .
Pl help for getting the matured ammount .

My Father who is a senior citizen had put his retirement money into Post office Savings account, through a Post office instituted agent, a lady.

Indian postal services are pathetic. I send a package to one of my friend from Punjab to Kolkata. But sum insane and cheap person has tampered it, opened it up inbetween transit and took awl the things which i have sent... leaving only empty envelope. Now, officials of post office of kolkata are saying that they have recieved the package in that condition only!!! If India post dnt know who has done it then who will be held accountable?? ...

I needed to return a product from Muzaffarnagar UP to mercahent in Delhi.i booked it through Indiapost via awb no EU[protected]IN after 5 days when i tracked online it was showing as delivered.after enquiring from merchent i came to know that Item still not delivered to them.
I complained online and to Director general Post New delhi,but i did not get any response yet.

We had send a Courier through the Indian post on 28-Dec-2012 by speed post we tell them that courier must reach the Destination before 31 Dec 2012 that Destination was Daman Goan it is in Nashik Maharashtra, that courier First reach at Nashik but Officers of Indian Post of nashik had Open that Courier and taken out all thing it Contain Cake, Some Choclates, Cadboury, And Some Ruppess ans some more things they taken...

The letter with tracking no. RU[protected]IN was received only on 01.01.2013, however the tracking details show it as delivered on 28/12/12, is this how Indian Postal Department works? .Why was the date manipulated, now since this is a legal document, there are certain obligations we are unable to comply with.

We owe an answer for this forged update.
