Dear Sir/Madam, I sent one important letter vide A RW[protected]IN on 19/03/2013, but till date the same had not been received by addressee. Number of complaints had been lodged to concerned P.O ( CHINSURAH- 712101 ) and web based complaint( No. [protected] )also lodged. But no positive reply not yet been received.

Plz do something to get my letter back.

I Isha Uppal resident of sector-12, DWARKA New Delhi 110075 wants to bring to your notice that the postman of NSIT, POST OFFICE dwarka has lost my passport due to his carelessness.The passport was dispatched and received at NSIT Post office on 29June2013. Its been 11 days none of from the family has received the passport yet.On serious investigation he admits that he himself had signed on the speed post delivery sheet and didnot deliver it to anybody.There is also high chances of selling it to somebody.
My passport speed post number is EQ[protected]IN.
I hold the postman with phone no.[protected] & the NSIT post office responsible for :
- for not informing me that they have lost my document (passport)
- instead of informing it to me , the postman mislead us by signing himself on the speed post delivery sheet.
- as it is an important personal document of an individual, it can be misused also for any illegal activity

It has been 11days and now i have filed an F.I.R against the postman and the NSIT post office DWARKA . And also wrote an R.T.I

I want a serious action to be taken against the Culprits and also i am demanding a compensation for the same!

I had withdrawan my NSS amount on 13.04.2012 from Lodhi Road ,Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003 and on which the post office had deducted Rs[protected] P as TDS @ 21% as per the form no 16 A issue by the Sr Post Master Lodhi Road,N.Delh and paid the cheque of the balance amount after deducting the TDS AMOUNT i.e Rs[protected]P.The details are as follows:-

But sorry to inform you that the same amount was not projecting in my income tax statement TDS view 26 AS i.e not showing any credit against my Pan No ..AAEPB3005G although I had already filled my Income tax return for .Year[protected] on 20.05.2013 and had claimed the refund of Rs 53400.00P AFTER showing THE DUE TAX .but it seems the I.T.Department will not give any credit for the Tax due or refund but shall raised the demand with intrest instead of refund as per my return filled, till you filled the correct TDS statement.in the department of I.Tax .Hoping to get an early reply from your end or please let me know where to lodge the complaint for this matter i.e in RTI for which please tell me the procedure and addresses etc, as I AM FACING LOT (OF PROBLEM AT THIS AGE OF APP.70 YEARS.

i did not receive my PLI BOND on my office address Divisional forest officer social forestry near sarvoday ashram etah up,

i Have complaint many times in post office in written also but no response from there side ,i requested many time in kasganj and etah office but i did not get mu PLI BOND yet in 4 years
so it have created many problem to me mentally

i have pay all premium from march 2009 till June 2013 , I have all receipt of premium.

so i humble request to u please look into this matter and solve my problem by sending me my
_PLI BOND on my office address mentioned above .

residing at this place for the last 20yrs and receiving mails regularly its only for last 2 months or so we are not recieving mails so i went to my post office at patparganj where ifound my postman who told me that i am transferred to another place and shown me new postman. When ienquired him he said i came only two days back. I posted a lettter from the same po to my house 1 month has passed but i didnot recieve any letter. This post man deliverd a very imp call letter booked on 7 may speed post on 26th may. This postman is deliberately delivering mail.pl do the needful in this regard.

i have sent a speed post of my application form for sastra university on 12th 12 noon ,it was supposed to reach within 48 hours(usual time).
i sent it from hyderabad to thanjavur. it should have reached thanjavur by 14th noon or evening,but it did not reach the destination even by 15th!
because of this delay i was not selected,even being perfectly eligible! since the last date was 15th!.
iam really disappointed by this...i want to know that currently where my letter is,has it reached?

i beg to say that i am Pradeep Singh. i live in parvitiya colony II at old faridabad. i want to inform you that our area postman mahipal who does not provide any letters on time. Even he opens the letters which is against the rules. And he leave the letter at another place besides the exact address.
we have told him many times but he replied that give me 1000/- per month. the i will provide you letter on time. so sir please i request you that take a major step against this postman. because all the residents are angry on him. so do something as soon as possible.

I am Suraj Pillai On 17th April 2013 07:00: PM, I had sent one Parcel (SBI NRI Account Opening Form) to India thru Saudi Postal Service Registered Mail. and the No. RU[protected]SA The Post Office authorities said to me that, it will be reached within 25–30 days. But, till date (17 July 2013) not yet reach in the below address

Moreover, so many times I enquired with the Post Office (AL-KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia) concerned staffs, but I did not get any positive information and they could not able to find out the parcel whereabout. They told me that already we send to India, so check with your place (Receiving Place - India) Post Office. Also, we checked the concerned Post Office in Amravati but they said that not yet reached the said Parcel.

So, I am humbly requesting you, please make the enquiry of the said Parcel whereabout and advise to concerned post office, arrange delivery the below address as soon as possible.

I posted it on 29/5/2013.
But it has not reached its destination so far.
Above all no traking info is available from India Post website.

I have already lodged a complain. No. is[protected]

But no response from authorities.

on 6th May from Shivaji Nagar Head Post office (411005), Pune. The tracking number is RM[protected]IN. Whenver I've checked it the status was the same. Its been 3 weeks still there is no information available on internet. Even I went the the Post office they didn't provide any answer they told it has left pune on 7th May. After that where it went no body knows or no body wants to tell. This is the status which I'm getting from the last 3 weeks no change at all.

I have been facing problem related to NON Delivery of letter on time at my residence address for last 1 year
earlier I got on time but now post delivery become a matter of concern for me , due to slow process of delivery I had recently suffered by getting government job letter after date got expired , it shows irresponsible attitude of postman ........kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest...

My father purchase some kisan vikas patra or Indira Vikas patra after retirement in the name of ghanshyam das mishra s/o shri vrindavan mishra and my mother name kishori mishra w/o shri ghanshyam das mishra the said representative is dead now , so I personally visit to release the same by issueing it in duplicate, but incharge of post office nowgong take interest I has complaint to district head post office in chhatarpur as well in bhopal office. Now one taking care for customer.
The amount is around rs.60000.00 now my father are age around 75 years and they have to complete the marriage of his daughter, due to which they are unable to complete the marriage of his child due to financial crisis may postman never taking it serious while all the financial services is online by govt.
So please invent in matter because postman encash the fund with some agent help.

I have sent a package to my friend from Safdarjung Enclave S.O 110029 Post Office, Delhi to Aizawl Mizoram on 7th May 2013 by SPEED POST
My friend received the package on 14th May 2013 but all the items inside the package were gone/stolen. The items are
1. PUMA WOMEN BLACK EL REY SLIPON GEO FLATS worth Rs 3,299
2. One Bed Sheet worth Rs 500
3. One envelope which contains Rs 350 inside

I have complained it on India Post customer care but nothing happened

I packed the package nicely when i sent it and when she received it, it was still packed nicely but empty. I couldn't understand what happened.

I am living in New Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad, my postman is not delivering any letter to my colony since last year. Every body is facing problems & complained so many times in post office but no action will be taken. This is our humble request,please take action to solve the problem.
