Even after a lapse of 24 days on a complaint on 07 Oct 2013 to 756 FPO nor any messaage of receiving a letter has been received from your office. Speed Post neither been received to addresses nor a sender. You are requested to do needful at the earliest.

Purchased a Lithium ion battery charger from hongkong based website named fasttech.com. They dispatched it via Singapore registered air mail No. RQ[protected]SG. when i received the parcel it was tempered and retaped again. on opening it i found the box inside was stuffed with a hindi magazine of chaturvedi mahasabha and there was no charger. Most probably the theft has been committed at Foreign Post office at chennai as parcel landed there first according to tracking number provided. This shows indian postal service in very bad light.

chocked and is blocked ghass with
malwa of recent repairing and kachra. Cleaning is not done since
last more than six months. as a result of this very bad smell is
coming and mosquitoes are flooded in the locality.

I would also like to inform you that during the rains the road and nali
water comes inside the houses.

The postman of Onkar Nagar SO (young man who did not reveal his name) asked for bribe when we received a money order. On refusal, he said "Aage dekhna, tumhe kitni problem hoti hai." I have daily transactions over posts and receive cheques frequently(which can not be monitored easily). Please look into the matter. I will be highly obliged.

i mr.prasanna kumar,#33/2,4th cross, cholurpalya, magadi road, bangalore-560023 would like to inform u that our area post man mr.shivakumar delivered my ems speed post ek[protected]in to a wrong person due to which i suffered a lot.the speed post contained a cheque of 38000 RS.FIRST WE GAVE A COMPLAINT TO RAJAJINAGAR POST OFFICE ,bangalore-10.REGARDING THIS, WE GOT THE DELIVERED COPY & got to know that it was recieved by a unknown person in 3rd building & we went to muda mysore & informed the accounts officer of muda & they blocked the cheque.now to issue new cheque they require acknowledgement from the post office & this issue has not been solved till now.

It is my great heart bursting to write to you. My telephone 2392702 was under safe custody since Feb.2013 as I was out of country. I am back in country on 15th July 2013 & applied for re-starting the phone on 17th July but till today my phone is dead. unfortunately I am getting false massages on mobile that " your complain is resolved". Some operators have visited my home & even replace the instrument, but ultimately result is big zero. Now it is very high time to intervene in the matter and resolved the fault. Indian Postal Services — Lost consignment

I Bought some items from US online for Rs 9300. They shipped it through USPS and it reached cochin on 19.12.11. I was informed on 03.01.12 that the box had reached my postoffice empty. They just informed that they dont even have any paperwork to give me and there is nothing they can do.

India Post — Loss or packages

Two packages had been sent to me from the USA with receipt numbers LN[protected]US and LN[protected]U S four months and one and half months ago, respectively. Both of the packages have quietly vanished on their way. This is a very disturbing trend and it proves that India post/ customs is not trustworthy.

I went to Manigachi post office for sending a cover through speed post on 12/8/2013 at 10.45 A.M. I was told that as computer was not working the cover could no be sent. I requested to send it by issuing a manual receipt. My request was not heeded. On 13.8.2013 I went to Sakri post office and there also the printer was not working. But the concerned official gladly accepted the cover and issued a manual receipt (no. being EF[protected]N). The matter may kindly be looked into.

Post Office — unnecessary deduction of tax

I am a penssionar 60 yrs old. I have a pension scheme with postoffice sec 19 noida. They asked me to deposit form 16 which I did last month only. but since last two months they have been deducting tax saying they have not updated it on their computer.

I'm lokraj, my LPG gas agency name is Shanti Indane New delhi, Sadh Nagar Palam New Delhi, My consumer No is 10762. I had book my cylender by 19/02/11. But it is very sad to say that till date i have not received riffil of my cylender.
Dear Sir Please be sure that i have two little ones 2 and 4 years and saying with very sorrow that in this time they are sleepling with hunger or without milk.i'm cooking my food through heater or with the help of my good neighbourhood.
But sir this is not permanent soloution, after my several reminder to Shanti Indane people. I'm requesting to you please look in to this case and cancelled the nomination of this agency.
Sir please help on this issue.

indian — Late Delivery

I m a resident of Shri DungargarhDist- BikanerState - Rajasthan. Almost all residents are using Gas Services...but the "Indan Gas Agency Holder" are doing black of it.
THEY made their policy for booking after 21 days of last booked and DELIVERY after 7 days of booking.
but they are not working according to this.
i booked after 21 days as on 04.06.11 but when it didn't received after 7 days i asked to AGENCY , they told me to wait for next 7 days.
then again i asked on 18.06.11 they again replied me wait for 2 or 3 days....there are numbers of person facing same problem they used to travell 3 km. to just ask for their booking bcs GAS AGENCY's member are not picking up call.
but when i asked on 24.06.11 they told me we will deliver when we want.
i come to know by today 26.06.11 that CYLINDER price are increased by RS. 50....SO the AGENCY was waiting for price increase.
this is a unfair trade practice according to LAW.
pls do inspection on agency.where the all cylinder goes.why they are not delivering.
