I would like to inform you that the postman(gokul puri) of our colony makes a deliberate delay in delivering the letters. The reason is that when people go to him to inquire about their letters he charges Rs100 everytime. So just to make money he never deliver letters on time. The Jurisdictional sub post office incharge has suspended delivery of all incoming posts to an Indian Citizen on the ground that some sales tax recovery is pending against that indian citizen and a complaint for non payment of sales tax is registered against him. I have send a letter on 18 Sep, 2012 by speed post from Post office Deonar to Chandigarh and paid Rs 57/- and the letter has not reached there till 22 Sep, 2012.
