Dear sir

I have been facing problem related to NON Delivery of letter on time at my residence address for last 1 year
earlier I got on time but now post delivery become a matter of concern for me , due to slow process of delivery I had recently suffered by getting government job letter after date got expired , it shows irresponsible attitude of postman ........kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest...

Good day

My father purchase some kisan vikas patra or Indira Vikas patra after retirement in the name of ghanshyam das mishra s/o shri vrindavan mishra and my mother name kishori mishra w/o shri ghanshyam das mishra the said representative is dead now , so I personally visit to release the same by issueing it in duplicate, but incharge of post office nowgong take interest I has complaint to district head post office in chhatarpur as well in bhopal office. Now one taking care for customer.
The amount is around rs.60000.00 now my father are age around 75 years and they have to complete the marriage of his daughter, due to which they are unable to complete the marriage of his child due to financial crisis may postman never taking it serious while all the financial services is online by govt.
So please invent in matter because postman encash the fund with some agent help.

I have sent a package to my friend from Safdarjung Enclave S.O 110029 Post Office, Delhi to Aizawl Mizoram on 7th May 2013 by SPEED POST
My friend received the package on 14th May 2013 but all the items inside the package were gone/stolen. The items are
1. PUMA WOMEN BLACK EL REY SLIPON GEO FLATS worth Rs 3,299
2. One Bed Sheet worth Rs 500
3. One envelope which contains Rs 350 inside

I have complained it on India Post customer care but nothing happened

I packed the package nicely when i sent it and when she received it, it was still packed nicely but empty. I couldn't understand what happened.
Please kindly help me with this situation

I am living in New Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad, my postman is not delivering any letter to my colony since last year. Every body is facing problems & complained so many times in post office but no action will be taken. This is our humble request,please take action to solve the problem.

I Manju Bala want to lodge on complaint on the services offered by the Post office department.
My husband Late. Sh. Rakesh Kumar Garg has taken a policy under PLI , whose all premiums are paid upto the date.

4 months before after their sudden demise, I have submitted all the required documents to sangrur post office on 31st of january for the process of insured claim amount which is sum of Rs. 2 lakhs,

now 3 months has been passed
and whenever i call them, they are repeatedly saying me to solve , investigate the case as soon as possible,

This is realy irritatiang and seems like they are wanting some bribe, and delaying my amount since last 3 months, i have mailed the same complaint to the Chandigarh Head Office too.
but still I have no response from them........

There is issue by Post Man he called me please come at post office to receive your post and he never come at my home so Please do any action against him. Because he is not doing his duty. I applied for ATM Card of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur on Date 12.03.2013.When I went to the Bank for receive ATM PIN on date 25.03.2013.I got the information that Bank dispatched the ATM Card through speed post on my address with Id number EQ[protected]IN. So, after this, I reached the Head Post office,Beawar, and contact to our area's postmen Mr. Hajari Ji and asked him about my ATM card. then he checked the Status of delivery of my ATM card and told me it is delivered on date 18.03.2013. but I said to him, I didn't received my ATM card yet. but he strongly continued. After it I came to my home and ask the family members about my ATM card, but nobody received it. after waiting for two days, I went to post office and submit the written complaint for my non delivered ATM Card on right address. Postmen sir said me, you come after some time, we shall checked our record.Then I follow the my complaint many times and finally I meet to Post Master Sir, second time on date 02.05.2013 and told them about my complaint, I checked the record with him and I found that Record shown ATM Card delivered on 18.03.2013 with my false signature. the signature was not mine. So, I am very unsatisfied with our postmen who are not taken the responsibility about it.
So, I am complaint through this portal and requested that please take the action and give me satisfied reply as soon as possible.

I am writing on behalf of my father (P.Kothandan, Working in GTRE bangalore) who holds the Postal Endowment Assurance ploicy (No. 484825-C). A amount of RS.15/- pm was getting recoverd through the Regular pay bill for the period from Aug -1983 to oct-2009 and sent to CDA (R&D), Bangalore -93.

CDA (R&D) department confirmed that PLI Policy No. 484825-C was alloted on Aug-83 vide letter NO. LIG/484825-C dated 2nd Jan 1984 and Bond No. 484825-C dated 22nd August 1983. As per the letter the CDA establishment was recovering the PLI permium/amount at RS15 pm from Aug -1983 to oct-2009 through Regular pay bill and credited/send to PLI office calcutta through CDA Bangalore every month.

Policy got matured on[protected] but my father is yet to receive the maturity amount. A complaint letter was sent to Dy. Divisonal Manager (PLI) office of chief postmaster general karnataka circle, bangalore -1

Upon receving the letter the Dy. Divisonal Manager (PLI) office of chief postmaster general karnataka circle, bangalore -1 transferd the case file to
The Additonal Directorate General Army Postal service PLI Cell, PIn -908700 C/o 56 APO

Addtional Direcotrate office sent us the letter stating the above mentioned plicy data has not being maintained to this APS circle and asked us to forward the details to IRCA for necessary action.

We also received the letter from Department of Posts India office of the director postal life insurance 7. Koilaghat street Kolkata -700001.

Stating this office has not kept any individual records of civil defence policies and therefore all the documents are returend herewith for forwarding those once again to the Addl Dte Genl . of APS (PLI Cell ) for settlement of the maturity claim in question.

Now we are completly lost and not sure what to do further. Request your help to get the issue sorted out and to get the matured amout of around 5000 rupees. Thank you!

hi I am Ajay singh, a registerd parcel no 2528 of the dated 04 Dec 12 booked by Indian institute of human rights in respect of address , Ajay singh vill- daurala, po rawta, new Delhi 110073, which is not delivered to me till date.. where is that regitered parcel..and when a coplaint no[protected] filed a false settlement report fwd by postal DEPARTMENT why a false report sent by postal DEPARTMENT

In last 05/03/2013 I was recived a call letter by our post _peon .
But the date of interviews was compilited on 02/03/2013
How ever that was posted on 15/02/2013 from south medinapur. Of central_ post.
I asked to bm what was the prob.?
He replies that was recived there office last day.

I have send my Exam form to Exam Controller,Namkum,Ranchi on 14/02/2013 vidd sped post no EJ[protected]IN.My exam is schedule to on 24/03/2013. For the reasons of non delivery of form I hvae not received my admit card due non registered.

In Coimbatore P.N.Pudur post office there is the facility for the public to take train tickets, but while taking tatkal tickets many brokers 10 to 15 nos of persons are coming before 12 a.m night (but the tatkal booking time is 10 a.m onwards) when the public came to buy ticket they are allowed at the last person . Each brokers are taking minimum 4 different persons in a single ticket with any only one id, while coming last public want to take only a single ticket with one person they are not at all getting tickets. When the brokers taking all the tickets public are not even getting a single one . I had complaint to the railway vigilance department they blame on the postal department to take actions. Please take any immediate action for the public to get the reasonable service.

I am santhosh,i am currently staying in pothireddypalli village,sangareddy,medak dist.here whenever i am recieving any speed post/registered post the post man is demanding 10 rupees either else he is sending back.how come this new law. please take action on him.please dont encourage corruption.please do the needful.

This refers to the Monthly scheme No. 90764 for Rs 600000/- in favor of J. E. Baliwalla & Monthly income Scheme No 90763 for Rs 300000/- in favor of Delna J. Baliwalla invested on 23rd Mar-2007 & maturity due on 17th Mar-2013.
I have to state that while investing in the above M.I.S. six years back, it was committed that on maturity along with the capital sum and bonus of 10% will be given, & the same was mentioned in our M.I.S. Book also in the notification.
It was surprising that on maturity after six years, while receiving the capital amount along with 10% bonus, only capital sum of Rs six Lacs & Rs three Lacs cheques where only given.
On inquiring & Showing the notification to the Post master PCNT Pune-44, where the M.I.S. was invested, she was so rude & directly refused to give Bonus as per agreement, mentioning you can go to consumer court. This was un-acceptable behavior with a senior citizen.
Six years back, I had invested with Post-Office at 8% interest rate, compared to 11% with other schemes, presuming that on my retirement, I will have a bonus amount as a saving, but here it seems that investing in Government saving also has no values
Hence I am lodging a Complaint with Consumer Court for refund of 10% Bonus of Rs 90,0000 ( Rupees Ninety Thousand only ) on Postal Dept. in acquiring my hard earned money, which is a supporting saving as a retired senior citizen.

I have send a Parcel of some important personal belongings from New Delhi to UNIT-4 73 HELWICK STREET WANAKA PIN CODE 9343 NEW ZEALAND on March 11th 2013 vide SPEEDPOST TRACKING NO : ED[protected]IN. Its been 20 days and the parcel has not yet delivered to the desired destination.I have been told by your officer that the parcel will be delivered within 5 working days if i'll send it through speed post.

I have registered an online complaint for the same on 18th of March vide complaint number [protected]. On 20th the correspondence team has reverted as mentioned below..
