I contacted various post office authorities at Madipakkam, St. Thomas mount, Anna Raod, Sorting office, Central ASP chamber, Customer Care, etc
But, nobody (post office authorities) is giving me any information on why my article has not reached the destination yet. Nobody is giving me any information on where my article got misplaced nor anyone.

Articles which booked after that date had been reached. but it wasn't reached.

Please help me track it.

Sir,

I want to draw your kind attention towards the negligent working of Mr. Postman_Name, the postman of this area. He is quite irregular and negligent in his work. He does not deliver the letters and parcels on daily basis. He never arrives in time. Many times the letters are lost. This irregular and late delivery of letters .This is a matter of great concern and can cause great loss to any resident. On many occasions, this postman has been warned to mend his ways but he pays a deaf ear to the warnings of the residents.

Kindly take necessary action in this matter and Mr. Postman_Name be transferred to some other area,

From SP Delhi university (110007) a speed post ED[protected]IN that contained a wrist watch weighing 200 grams was sent on 04/06/2013 at 13:36 by Shilpa Choudhary to Siva Reddy, Aarambh township, chandnagar, PIN- 500050. A complaint was lodged on 25.6.2013 with complaint no[protected].By tracking it was found that it reached AMPC Speed post center, but no further information was given. On 05.11.2013 a letter was obtained from senior superintendent north zone, Delhi. In that letter I was asked if I have got any information about the article or not, to which I replied through a letter saying that I have not received any article nor have any information about it. After a month I again got a letter that offered me 134 rupees only. I received the money (134 /-) from Mukherjee nagar post office. So, I suppose they undercompensated me, because the watch cost 2300/-, if necessary I agree to show my watch bill invoice. My retail invoice is, Cash memo no.33232 and Book no.333 on 29/5/2013, it was a Timex watch. I want a proper compensation. I am a student it is not possible for me to buy another one. It has already been too late. So I request for a quick and proper compensation.

I have sent a parcel by indian post from postal code 786159 to 400604 and the receipt no is RS[protected]IN dated 16/12/2013 the product is not received by destination it means that is missing.The product cost is approximate 7000/- indian rupees. There is no information on online tracking system of indian post website, I have book a complaint on postal website on dated 24/12/2013 but no response, what should i do. kindly do the needful from your side, I am grateful to you. Respected Sir/ Madam My name is Kapil Dev. I would like to say that in our address we never received our mails, letters whether registered or unregistered at our home. Our postman Mr. Bishan Singh posted at Post office Loza-Manal, Tehsil Shillai and Distt. Sirmour (H.P.) never deliver our letter to our home, When our letter come . He handed over little children who study in 5 th or 6 th class, sometime they lose the letter and open it .Some time we do not receive at time, Many time I have received my Exam Roll no. After exam date. Many time we try to talk to him but he talked very rash and rudely, he says that it's not his responsibility, if you wanted to complaint, you can go my seniors, I have no afraid of anybody. This is the totally his negligence of his duty. If the Govt. servant doing like these where the going general public. I want to complain against him under appropriate law for his negligence. Sub : Complaint of Postman regarding return of every letter to the origin just because of demanding bribe every time.


Respected Sir / Madam,

Myself Dinesh Aggarwal resident of " House No. - 584, Ward No. - 33, Kumhar Wada, Ballabgarh. District - Faridabad, Haryana - 121004, Landmark : Near Imali Ka Ped, Punjabi Wali Patli Gali. ".

I would like to inform you that i am living on the above mentioned postal cum permanent address from last 29 years and also facing always same problem that our Postman " Mr. Ramesh " is not delivered any document at my home due to not giving him bribe anytime. The returned documents list in last few years is given below :

1. Books of Delhi University of B.Com Course ( These was comes from North Campus, Delhi University ).
2. LIC Money Back Cheque ( It was comes from LIC Office, Faridabad ).
3. School & College Marksheets ( These was comes from Haryana Board Bhiwani and Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak ). There is no limit that how many times he sent back our mark-sheets to the university.
4. Passport ( It was comes from Delhi Passport Office ).
5. Many times document delivered at another public home.

Now i want that please terminate this employee from your organization because it is very bad and increasing the corruption. I can't give any single Rs. 1 to the postman in regards of receiving the letter because he is not delivering me the same documents in free of cost because there is two reasons :

1. First of all me or my counterparty paid the postage stamp charges like Rs. 10 or 20 etc to deliver the document at my postal address.
2. Government is also paying him salary to do this work.

So now the question is that when Government is paying his salary, then why he demand's the money from home to home to deliver the documents. I can't tolerate this thing . When i was child, then i tolerate this but now it's enough and he is not stopping the same thing.


Note : " Aaj isne morning me jab mera bhai ( Deepak Mangla ) apna passport lene post office me gaya to isne saare postman's ke aage postoffice me bola ki ye kabhi bhi mujhe koi ek taka bhi nahi dete hain to main inka letter kyon inke ghar pe deke aau. Aur phir iske baad jab wo ghar pe dophar me aaya to kehta hai ki ab Deepak Mangla ko bulao, meri mummy thi ghar pe unhone kaha ki wo to office me hai to kehta hai ki unke papa ko bulao, jabki mere father 1 saal pehle hi expire ho chuke hain aur usko pata bhi hai, lekin phir bhi wo nahi mana aur battamiji karne laga meri mammy se, phir meri mummy ne bola ki kya main unko samshan bhoomi me se utha ke lau to kehta hai ki mujhe kuch nahi pata, wo chahe samshan bhumi me hai ya swarg me ya narak me kahin se bhi unko bulake lao, nahi to ye passport nahi dunga ".



Please ask him that why he is doing this thing and try to clear the picture. I will also lodged his complaint in vigilance office.

Opened RD account No 358788 at Jalahalli West, Bangalore and submitted application for transfer of same account to Chauhtan(Barmer)-344702 on 29 Oct 2013. Account not yet transferred to said address. Approached Post Master Chauhtan, but he replied that you have to approach bangalore for transfer. Request intervene and do the needful.

sir, on 19 of sep i got a call form a lady that ur resume is sort listed u just need to pay 1800 and then ur job will be confirmed. and also the money is refundable. i said OK. when we were doing the transection a page is shown where 13000 something amount is shown, i asked the lady that what it mean, she replied dont worry sir this is only a step. and we again started with over process. after succesfull payement she told me that sir actually u also need to submit 13000 for the full confirmation o[censored]r job, but i said no i cant give u the money right now, she siad then ur service will be cancelled and ur money will not be refund to u, i said ok, and then on 06 of dec i got again the call form lady that i am calling from APKA ROOZGAAR HR dept, and we are glad to inform u that we are giving ur money back which is previously stoled by our some fake members of our company. but she told me to give some information of my SBI account, after the completion of process i checked my account i was just socked, there is only 100 rupe in my account, all 6200 rupees was again deducted form my account, so sir plz it is an humble requsest to all o[censored], plz take some legal action to this fraud company, and punish them like they will not take any kind of these action in future. thank u

My PAN card has been dispatched on 14-Nov-2013 by Registered/Speed Post** vide airway bill no. RM[protected]IN, at the address for communication but the same is not yet received at my address mentioned therein. I had taken a MIS from the Post Office Hisar. Later on when I shifted to Gurgaon I had submitted my passbook for transfer of MIS from Hisar Post Office to Gurgaon Post Office. The same was not transferred. When I followed up with Gurgaon Post Office they asked me to contact Hisar Post Office and when I contacted Hisar Post Office they informed me that the same is transferred to Gurgaon and I have to contact them. Dear Team,

This is with reference to Fake Currency notes of Rs.500 that Kalwa Post Office personnel delivered to my mother on Maturity of our National Saving Certificate (NSC) on 24 October, 2013, Thursday. Now, the Post Master Ms.Nilofar Sheikh is refusing to take the accountability of the Fake Note.

On 25 October, 2013, Friday my mother who received the maturity amount of Rs.16, 384 in Cash from Kalwa Post office learned about the fake currency note from the Parsik Janata Sahakari bank in Kalwa where she went to deposit the cash. When my mother went back to the Kalwa Post Office to return the cash the Kalwa Post Master Ms.Nilofar Sheikh refused to take back the whole amount.

Ms.Nilofar told her that at Kalwa Post Office we receive such fake notes from customers on regular basis and we can’t help it you should check it while receiving the amount. Now we are not accountable. Further Ms.Nilofar added go ahead, I’m not going to take back the note and complaint it to anyone. Nothing will happen

Several questions arises:

Why Post Offices in India accept such Fake Notes despite Strict Guidelines from RBI?

Why there are no Fake Currency Detecting machines in place at Post Offices in Thane ?

Why the post office personnel continue to accept the Fake Notes even after knowing that fake notes are deposited by its customers into their post offices?

My complain is against borivali west post office, near mhb colony. They delayed my exam hall ticket which was going to be held on 20/10/2013. The hall ticket has been dispatched on 11/10/2013, but I received that on 23/10/2013 i.e. after the exam. Because of this I lost my opportunity, which have affected my future. Thank you.

I have sent a registered post to Dubai via India Post on 3rd Oct, 2013, from Pune (Ex servicemen colony office, Kothrud) ...i was informed that my parcel would reach on or before 14 days but its been more than 18 days and the delivery is not yet made... and the best part is when i asked for enquiry abt my parcel at the same office, the official is replying that we have no idea where it is and we do not know how to track it down if the details are not showing on the website... I am badly disappointed by the service provided by the India Post.

.Respected Sir, I am having Saving A/c No. 716 FPO/215319 and MIS A/c No. 716 FPO/9108816 at Bhisiana, Bhatinda (Pb}. Now, I have moved to my home town Sindri, Dhanbad, Jharkhand for permanent settlement. I have submitted both the pass books at Sindri post office for transfer on 24 Jun 2013. I have received MIS pass book through Sindri post office and till date saving pass book couldn't received. On query, Sindri post office told me that as and when its received we will hand over to you but we are helpless to solve this type of problems/matter. Sir, please help me to get my saving pass book.

I Sunil Sharma has sent a Speed Post No SPEE[protected]IH on 17 Sep 2013 to Mr Shyam dev Singh of Vill-Puri, Post:Pawapuri, Distt-Nalanda(Bihar), Pin-803115. Even after a lapse of 24 days on a complaint on 07 Oct 2013 to 756 FPO nor any messaage of receiving a letter has been received from your office. Speed Post neither been received to addresses nor a sender. You are requested to do needful at the earliest.

Purchased a Lithium ion battery charger from hongkong based website named fasttech.com. They dispatched it via Singapore registered air mail No. RQ[protected]SG. when i received the parcel it was tempered and retaped again. on opening it i found the box inside was stuffed with a hindi magazine of chaturvedi mahasabha and there was no charger. Most probably the theft has been committed at Foreign Post office at chennai as parcel landed there first according to tracking number provided. This shows indian postal service in very bad light.

Below the daliganj post office residance No.499/178, daliganj, Nali is
chocked and is blocked ghass with
malwa of recent repairing and kachra. Cleaning is not done since
last more than six months. as a result of this very bad smell is
coming and mosquitoes are flooded in the locality.

I would also like to inform you that during the rains the road and nali
water comes inside the houses.
