[Resolved] India Post Speed Post — Non delivery of item | |||
Hi, I have ordered one mobile from Chennai and the dealer has sent it via insured Speed Post from Chennai to Bhubaneswar (AWB no - ET[protected]IN) . But after 5days it has not reached and further adding to it , the item is nontraceable now, Chennai Customer executives are telling they have already shipped and Bhubaneswar , they are telling they have not received and more to that in the internet(in the speed post tracking website) the status is showing it went to bangalore and from there its shipped to bhubaneswar some 4days before.Also the attitude of the Postal people is so bad is that they are not ready to listen anything. I dont know how to trace and because of this carelessness and attitude of few people India Post is loosing its dignity and Courier peoples are so popular. Please help. My Speed post number SPEW[protected]IN containing Rakhi was sent on 18th August and till today, I have not received it. When I went to post office in Delhi, they said they have not received any such article. Tomorrow on (24th august), its Rakhi and I am not able to receive the same.. I've sent a document (Railway ticket) on Dt.02/08/2010 by speed post, tilll today (Dt.09.08.2010) it has not been received. Speed Post Doc no is ER[protected]IN, dated 02.08.2010. The matter is very urgent. Tomorrow they have to started journey. If this type of poor & careless service Indian Post will continue, they lost the faith & reliability of common people of India.
