On 31 st July we have made a requisition to transfer the account from S.Tharaikudi Post Office to Ordnance Estate Post Office (Tiruchirappalli)-620 016. (The Way of transfering is S.Tharaikudi Post office to Kannirajapuram Post Office to Paramakudi Head Post Office to Tiruchirappalli Head Post Office to Ordnance Estate Post Office). we have send a public complaint letter to above mentioned all the post offices on 05.09.09. And we have given web complaint in the India Post.com (Complaint No.[protected] on 08.09.09 and subsequently made reminders on 16.09.09 & 18.09.09.

I haven't recd. my SBI Life Maha Anand Policy which was sent by SBI on 20th August, 2009 & I have recd. SMS from them for the same. I has been over a month now, and still it has not reached me. SBI staff is saying that the policy is recd. by Policyholder & they got confirmation from your department regarding same. But, one thing I am not able to understand is when I am the policyholder & my residential address is there to whom the policy is delivered ? & whose signature you are having?
