[Resolved]  India Post Speed Post — Non delivery

My salary cheque posted through docket no. ED[protected] IN from delhi to bhilwara on dtd. 4.11.09 but yet not recd. pls confrim when it should be delivered

A letter from Income Tax Ward 6(1)/Kolkata, has despatched favouring M/s. Dewpoint Synthetics Pvt Ltd, 11, Pollock Street, Kolkata - 700 001 on 13/10/2009, but till date i have not received the same.

It has been confirmed and verified physically a despatch register that the said letter was desptached to the above address by registered post with A/D and the acknowledgement no. is 2875 as per their despatched register.

please do the needful at an early date.

Speedpost Packet Indian Postal Services — Non delivery of Packet

Sir,I sent a packet containing clothes to my son Vishva Hiteshi Rajput,USA thru' speedpost vide tracking no.EP[protected] dated[protected] from GPO Sector 17 Chandigarh.As this tracking no. did'nt provide any information about the status of the packet I lodged a complaint the complaint register maintained in the office at sr. no.102.The post did'nt provide any information.Again i visited the office but the official could not provide any information whether the packet has been sent to the US destination or its lying in the custom at Delhi.I lodged a complaint on the web also on 13th Nov,09 vide no.[protected].But no information was provided to me about its status.Then on 17th nov,09 I again contacted the dealing official in the office.The official called the Delhi office to know about the status of the packet.Delhi office provided the new tracking no.(ED[protected]IN).The official then checked up the status on usps.com &found that the packet had reached USA 7 was being returned back as it was not claimed.Since the changed tracking no. at Delhi was not informed in time & also the complaint registerd was not attended the said packet is on way back to India undeliverd at US.The postal authorities are responsible for this.They should refund the postal chrges Rs.2069/-&return the undelverd packet.
