I sent a parcel containing a new nokia 6500 handset. The box containing the phone did reach the destination but mobile and charger was missing. Could you please look into it on an urgent basis and let me know the required course of action? I will soon be lodging this complaint in cosumer forum as well.

This is the worst worst service i have seen. All u people reading this post pls don't send your imp documents through speedpost.
