This is to inform that I booked an EMS Speed Post for an important document on[protected], through Mandhata (Omkareshwar) Post Office, vide C.N. No.“EI[protected]IN” dated[protected] to the following address:

But the said consignment was not delivered to the addressee till date.

I also registered online complaint to the web site http://indiapost.gov.in/ccc/PCData.aspx, vide complain no.[protected] dated[protected].
