[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — Unusual Delay in LPG Service

Sir,
I, Mr. pratip Kumar Datta, beg to inform you that I am one of the bonafied customers of one of the distributors of the above said company (Consumer No. IJ10225). My distributor's office is situated at Bolpur, Dist. Birbhum, West Bengal. (Distributor's Code:[protected]. I docated my name on 05.01.08 for refilling my gas sylinder. But I have not yet get my new refilled sylinder till this date.
So please do the needful.

My distributor's name is Chandni gas service, office is situated at nasirpur, dwarka new delhi.i m trying to contact the concerned person for supply of lpg cylinder but it is of no use, because no one is picking the phone for booking of gas cylinder. pls suggest what to do, where to go

Sir

I am consumer of Pooja Gas Thrikkakkara, agency of India Oil Corporation, with consumer No 35626, from where gas refilled cylinders are supplied.

I have got the following objection/complaint against the agency

1 My connection is dealing with the Office of Pooja Gas at NPOL. But no complaint register is maintained there. For registering a complaint, consumers have to approach their office at Unichira, 4 km away from office near NPOL
3 The office of Pooja Gas at NPOL Kakkand opens only at 10 O’ clock on every day. No notice of working Hours is exhibited therein
2 The complaint book maintained in the Office of Pooja Gas at Unichira is a register. No facility of taking carbon copy of the complaint is provided in the book.

3 In the office of the Pooja Gas, no notice is exhibited showing up to which date application for refilled cylinder is supplied.

4 Last time I have registered for refilled cylinder on[protected]. Since no supply was given for a period of 50 days, I came over the office of Pooja Gas and collected my refill. But charge for door delivery is received. The supply charge is not reduced. In this regard on[protected] my complaint was registered in Pooja Gas Unichira, Thrikkakkara.

5 I am residing at Chithethukara in Kakkanad. In that area there is no proper door delivery of the gas cylinders. The delivery is given only on road sides. For the same also the consumers are forced to put their empty cylinder, for days, in the road side from morning to evening, waiting the delivery van. There are instances of loss of cylinder from road side. When the delivery van came, the consumers, including aged ladies, are forced to seek their attention by hoo hoo sound and follow them with the cylinder. For delivery in that place also the delivery men charges Rs 10/- in excess of the bill amount. No bill is supplied to the consumers either for the refilled cylinder or the excess amount they paid.

The about acts of the agency is against the norms and in violation of the agency agreement. It would also underlined the allegation of black marketing of gas cylinders for commercial consumers and non-consumers.

In this regard necessary action may be taken for the proper door delivery of the supply of gas Cylinder on the basis of seniority of booking for refilled cylinder.

After one month we booked for refill, but we can't get the re-Fill Cylinder
Please take necessary action and prompt delivary
Now they do not attend the phone any time took the phone ok we give you monday, friday like that comment . Lot of people suffering like that problems

Normally this gas agencies belong to some political leader or some politically connected person so no body is taking care for econsumers, Govt.must become strict to follow the laws to serve better to consumers
