it was sent on 1 january 2014 and has not been recieved till now.

Subject : Complaint against Post man Anil Tiwari and his hirer Help Arun Kumar.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Mr. Gopal Koli resident of 3/212 trilok puri New Delhi 110091; I will like to officially lodge a complaint against Mr. Anil Tiwari who is our designated post man who has hired another person Mr. Arun Kumar to deliver the post in our area.
Our issue started when Mr. Arun Kumar demanded money for delivering the post to our residence, when we refused to pay him, he told us he will blacklist our residence and NO mail will be delivered. Mr. Arun Kumar has kept his word since 2011 we have not received any mail via post.
It has been a major inconvenience for us as my children college admission card, results; roll numbers have not been delivered. The government paper ADHAAR card NO. 1190/90198/02834 has not been delivered to our residence and the ONLINE TRACE says delivered to patparganj post office, they claim they have not received for delivery. WHERE was it delivered to? Or where is it? We have to re apply but will it be delivered????
We have complained to post master of Patparganj who refused to take our written complaint against Mr. Anil Tiwari but he has ignored our complaint, we are now hoping that some action would be taken against Mr. Anil Tiwari and Mr. Arun Kumar.
We have been accommodating to the fact the our post man is Mr. Anil Tiwari have NOT been delivering the post even though he is paid by Government of India to do so, but to ask for extra money for a job that you are paid to do is unacceptable and to go to the extent that for last 2 years not deliver our mail is the level of deception.
Important documents for the daily use in our lives are not being delivered which is a problem that we have to deal with because our post man has the power to throw away our mail/post/packages.
We are requesting you please take some serious action against this person, or we will have to file an FIR against all persons involved or seek legal action.
We request that our complaint be heard and necessary action to be taken.

I need some strict action because due to such billing issue i faced Lot of wastage of precious time and mental torture.

Indian Postal service — fraud

providing wrong info and selling the form after due time for CET examination due to which several students like me and my friend are not able to appear for the exam and have undergone monetory loss of Rs1150 each. They are not ready to entertain any complaint. last date for submission was 31st January. and the exam is on 17th of february.the postal depatment mentioned is Ahmedabad's GPO at Lal Darwaza.

PLAYING WITH THE CAREER OF STUDENTS

Though in some area where other services could not reach Indian Postal services as a part of Govt. obligation reaches and yes in rural areas we have no other option !!!!

While in urban areas... yes email and courier services has kicked Indian Postal Services out of the Competition. Though this are only my views others may differ...
just to suppor5t my view I am telling you that I had done a "SPEED POST" to my relatives from Mathura to Dhanbad and Mathura to Bokaro(two letters) on 07-03-08 but till date 15-03-08 it has still NOT REACHED !!!!! and instead of looking into the issue to get it reach the destination instead they are telling me to lodge a complaint and they will do an enquiry?????

The details of the SPEED POSTS are...

1) EU[protected] TO BOKARO

2) EU[protected] TO DHANBAD

My view is I am not interested in any inquiry instead more interested in the letter to reach its destination!!! after all it was "SPEED POST" the fastest and reliable service from Postal department -- as they claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so why people shoould not switch over to other alternatives ????

A group of pregrant ladies went to chennai korukupet post office for new account opening, the post master never issue the form instead of he showed other guy who is broker or some else, he asked rupees two hundred for account opening.some women protest against the guy statement and the guy said if you paid two hundred u people will get the account card by tomorrow morning or other people will by day after tomorrow . 15 women paid two hundred to guy and get the card by next day. These things are happened in front of the post master7

PPF account — Non Transfer of PPf Account

Dear Sir,

I have a PPf account opened with SBI Hasimar. On 25/08/2009, I have submitted a letter to Hasimara Branch for transfer the said PPf Account to Alipore- Kolkata (Branch Code-0004).

But till date same has not been done.

I was send an article to Lt col .Ciby George,H.Q 136,Works Engg;,C/O-99APO,Pin - 914136.On 24/10/2009.From India post office branch MANNAR (689622).Bill No:RP A 817.

I filed complaint through web site,oral and written complaint to INDIA POST.But still the article is not been delivered.

Requesting you to take necessary action for delivery or make the compensation.

Indian Postal Services — Non-delivery of my posts

I posted 123 wedding cards to different destinations duly franking done from the Head Post Office of Vadodara city on 21.06.2010. These included 3 posts to USA, UK and Australia. To my utter surprise the post on USA address was delivered WITHIN 4 days & I got the vote of thanks from my relative.

Tragedy begins here.. posts meant for Mumbai, Kolkata and other stations were not delivered until my daughter got married on 02.07.2010. Most of the relatives mis-believed that we have out listed them and have never sent them any invitation.

Thanks to Indian Postal Services.......we are truly member of DEVELOPED NATION.
