Sub: My building leased to post office Mubarikpur, PB (Pin-140201).

I inform you that I had leased my building to post office Mubarikpur Distt. Mohali PB (140201) coming under the jurisdiction of SSP Chandigarh on 22nd Feb 1997 at monthly rent of Rs. 900 for five years which was gain leased wef 21st Dec 2004 for five years at the rate of Rs. 1250 after requesting from July 2001 either to increase the rent from Feb 2002 or vacate the building. Thus I suffered loss of increased rent for 34 months. At present the lease was expired on 21st Dec 2009 and I requested several times to SSP Chandigarh to vacate my building or increase rent wef Dec 2009 but no action has been taken even after the expiry of 33 months of lease.
I, widow of 82 years old is requesting again and again to vacate my building and now I have no option expect to file a suit in a court for vacation of my building. Before this I bring into your kind notice to look into the matter and take action against the respective SSP Chandigarh for harassing me by putting new conditions for fresh lease while the building is being leased wef feb 1997.

i am vijay laxmi this complaint is related to our postman he is very careless about our acknowledgments he never give us our post beside this give that posts to some other addresses so we have to collect that important post to someone eles address .This is very rediculus and owkward to receive our post from another address. my post office is nand nagari .our post man never come at my address he has no importace of any document only because of him we are suffring from many ways.please do somthing against him.

People express agony after waiting for hours to get Application forms for Postal Assistant Exam, after the staff informed them that there was no stock! They felt the application process should be made online.

India Post, which falls under Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, recently called for applications for the post of Postal Assistants for filling about 400 posts Nationally.

The staff express their helplessness that only a few hundred application forms comes for a week to the Head Post Offices which in turn will also be distributed to Branch Offices in the districts after dispatching to the applicants.

The application forms are sold out as soon as they reach the HPOs and there's a scene of chaotic scarcity every now and then. Mr. Anand, an office clerk working in a private organisation in Trichy who had taken leave in Loss Of Pay to get the application forms expressed that, his day is ruined. The officials compromised the mob to call the office Landline Number[protected] and verify whether the application forms are available in HPO before coming to the office. A colleague interrupted the staff who had given the number and warned her, it would not be a good idea, since people will call every now and then, which will result in hectic head ache for all of them in the office.

Few furious men who have cut the classes from their colleges to get the application forms, suggested that the application process should be made Online, to make the procedure simple and efficient. They also questioned "Is it not possible for a Central Government Public Sector Organisation to use the available technology to bring it Online, even if State Government uses the methods efficiently?", mentioning TNPSC application process. Mr. Balagurusami, a Class X Social Science teacher in a State Board School commented on the issue that "This is a planned step to filter and cut short the Number of Applicants in the initial stage, which in turn will reduce the burden of conducting examination for a large group of people"

Later a week, the official site of India Post, http://indiapost.gov.in notified that candidates can apply online for the post of Postal Assistant in the website http://www.examinationonline.in/dop/ . It claimed that registered candidates will receive their applications with in 24 hours. But not a single person I know personally or in the cyber world reported that he or she got the application through mail. Being 25th September 2012 is the last date for receiving the applications in the respective offices, people express despair on the inefficiency of Indian Government for not taking any serious action. People are wasting their time letting go in vain, expecting the applications will show up someday.

I have sent a money order of Rs.5000, on 31st August through electronic money order system of India Post from Post Office Armapore- 208009 to Mrs. Neelema Tiwari (Address- Flat no. 58G, Pocket A2, Phase III post office Bhajanpura 110096) but it is still not delivered.
Kindly do the need full.

I (Dr. Hemant Tyagi C-2491 Panipat Refinery Tonship, PO baholi Panipat 132140) sent one speed post (No. EH[protected]IN) from panipat Refinery post office (PIN 132140) to Postmaster Panipat main post office (PIN 132103) and postmaster of Panipat Refinery post office has charged rs. 25 while prescribed rate for speed post of less then 50 gm within city is rs. 12 only. He did not show any rate sheet for speed post charges.
Recovery of balance amount along with panelty should be imposed to concerned officer.

to my address as bh-03 ,room no-607 ,lovely proffesional university,jalandhar,punjab.
The parcel reached to my university post office named as ""University Campus Nanak Nagri S.O"' on 04-09-12 at time 10:47 am but the parcel didnt reached to me and got returned to the senders address on the same day i.e 04-09-12 at time 03:03pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sir the documents were very much imp to me because i have to summit those documents in my universty on 05-09-12 and that was the last day for submmison ..!!!
sir kindly take some action against the post office ....and please provide the information why it got returned to senders address again with labeled as ""REFUSED BY RECIEVERS"" ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have sent an eMO (vide PNR No.[protected] dated 16/08/2012 for Rs.200/-) to my Sister (Smt. Bohti, Thana, Kurukshetra-136030, Haryana, . Till date it has not delivered. Please look into it and do the needful to deliver the eMO at the earlier. we are giving two BSNL Land line connection at our office namley M/s.Rama Metsteel INdustries p Ltd.We are not receving our telephone bills since last 1 year.We have reported several times about this non delievry of the bills to the BSNL authorities and also to the Post office related to our area.We have been always adviced by the authoroties that it will not be repeated and it will be delivered time to time.But since we are not receiving the BIlls we are not able to make the payments of the Landline connections and are forced to pay the Delayed payment charges every month .

I have applied for Birth certificate in SDM office, Geeta Colony on 13th june.2012, my postal address is F-316 pandav nagar, delhi-91 but dont know how my speed post reached in shahdara post office. One of the postman told me about this who is working for SDM office. Now its 6th september and im still waiting for my Speed post. Please help me out.

I visited the Perungudi post office today 3. 9.2012 at 12.50 pm to send 11 mails through speed post. The person in charge of speed post refused to accept my mails and got busy counting cash. When he chose to see my envelopes he refused saying it was lunch time and he would attend on me only at 1.30 PM. I reached out to the manager who refused to help and answered very rudely. When I requested for his name he refused to give me his name and claimed I was threatening him.
If this is how a post office staff behave without accountability why would any customer reach out to Indian post.
The Manager needs training in customer care and needs to be accountable for what happens in his post office. He needs to understand the customer is the reason why he has a job at all.

Its very painful to see the service of the Regent Park Post Office at 700040 pin code.
First of all i moved each and every counter for the gum to paste my envelope, but all the counters have replied no and also in a hatred manner.....its also painful to see that the post office is not free from no smoking zone where the staff themselves use to smoke....in this 21st century , i personaly feel that this sudnot be the proper way to provide the service of the customer...

seven eleven complex the mall 171001 as date of[protected].This letter was registered as no-0082.This letter had sent from post bhareri (pin no -172024).There is no
online services facility of this post office.This letter had not been delivered. letter had not found afer the waiting of 1 months. I had collected document on this
adderss by hand. letter goes from bhareri to kingal, kingal to head office rampur bushahr and rampur bushahr to shimla. letter has not been found after the 5 months.. Anybody can be misused of this letter.
Please sent me conferm gmail about solution of this complaint.

Its very painful to see the services of Indian Post office at its Regent Park post office at kolkata 700040...
The staffs of the said post office are even dont know abt the behaviour he sud behave with the customer..they need the exact amount of the transaction happens...for rs.27 transaction they even can afford to provide change of rs.3 where as they provide the changes to the shop keeper for a certain commision....secondaly the post office even dont have gum to provide to the customer as well as post office is not a "no smoking Zone" because the staffs themselves use to smoke in the premises....

I booked a parcel to Sweden (EL[protected]IN) on 08.08.2012 from Palai(686575).

Staff said Speed post delivery with in one week. Finally, the parcel returned to me on 18.08.2012 & they are saying NO SERVICE in Sweden (wrongly informed me at the time of booking).

I have sent a parcel on 09/08/2012 from Post Office , Sulthan Bathery - 673592, with Parcel No. RL[protected]IN. Parcel contained some headphones and used ipad like tablet, the whole package weight was 926 gms, to my friend in Delhi - 92 , Pin : 110092. My friend received parcel but there was nothing inside the packet. All the material inside was stolen. I did't expect this kind of service from Postal Department. Kindly look into matter and help me sir.

Dear Sir,

My Father Late Shri Ratnakar Patel has a savings A/c with Sunabeda 2 branch post office.

I met the post master 3 times and asked for the procedure but alas he has got no clue.

He handed me a booklet stating rules and regulations and asked me to photocopy certain forms which i filled up and tried to deposit. I was again asked to make some changes and was not told clearly as to what to do.

I live in Delhi and it is very difficult for me to travel frequently.

Please suggest me the correct and effective procedure for the same.

I have a complaint against postman appointed for Sec. 10A region in Gurgaon. My postal address is 'H. No. 927 Sec. 10A, Gurgaon'. Postman for that area never deliver posts to my address. I am complaining for the same issue in Head Office, Sadar Bazar Gurgaon but no one in the office picking the phone. The telephone numbers shown on the website are not working and every time when I am calling, phone remain engaged.

Someone from the office told me that I have to receive my post from the office. Sir, I want to ask you that if I have to receive my post on my own then what such a big organization doing and for whom they are working.

We are looking for our country to be a World Power and the personnel working in the Government sector are enjoying there jobs. No one is doing there duty in the Government Sector.

It is my humble request to you to take necessary action and solve this problem.
