[Resolved]  Indian Railway — Cleanliness and seating arrangement

I was coming from Mumbai to Tatanagar by Gitanjali superfast in AC3 Tier dated 29th Dec. 2008.
Coaches were so dirty (interrior as well as exterior) that it was not looking like AC coaches. There were side middle birth provision in which seatting is pathetic and it was creating problem to other people in the compartment to sit.
After paying good fair, I expect railway to improve upon cleanliness of coaches and hygine factor must improve. The coach B1 was so old that it was looking unsafe and very dull in apperance. I request railway to look into the coaches maintenance and painting technology. It should shine as India shining. Third point is pls remove all side middle births provided in EXp./ Superfast trains from AC coaches because after paying this much of money passangers expect good airy space as it were in the railways. Otherwise refund the amount to sufferers.
