Pnr Number [protected] Transaction ID [protected] Train No 2555 Train Name GORAKDAM EXPRES From Station GORAKHPUR JN(GKP) To Station NEW DELHI(NDLS) Date 05/7/2009 Class SL Boarding GORAKHPUR JN(GKP) Resv Upto NEW DELHI(NDLS) Above is detail of the ticket which i took from Indian railway. and ticket was in waiting list and i canceled before train schedule at the boarding station. I tried to contact customer care but thay told me file TDR, I did that i filed TDR and got folowing response from customer care:Dear Customer, Please note that we have received your mail and your refund will be processed through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this category is processed by the railways under the present commercial rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more.
