Indian Railway — E-ticket refund not given even after 90 Days as claimed | |||
Hi, I Booked a ticket online On:[protected], with PNR [protected], Transaction ID: [protected] for Date Of Journey: 15/7/2010 in Train No: 2506, Nort East Express from delhi to patna in 3AC for me and my wife. The train was delayed by more than 9 hrs so i called irctc customer care to know canecellation process as i cancelled my journey by this train and booked another ticket by rajdhani (PNR :[protected]). I filed a TDR for cancelled ticket on 19th July as per the TDR rule which says i can file TDR within 90 days. Accoreding to the cancellation terms and conditions i should get full refund of the ticket if train runs late more than 3 hrs. But I receivd only 50% refund. I called up IRCTC and sent reminder mails several times about refund of the remaining amount. But everybody in this government organisation seems to be sleeping. Yet after 90 days of the due date , refund of the remaining amount has not been processed. I dont know whom to complain about this as there is no effective complaints reddressal department in railway. My 'Waiting List E ticket' PNR No [protected] Transaction ID [protected] from Howrah to Malda Town, journey date 12.06.2010 was not confirmed. The status of the ticket was remained waiting list after chart prepared. It is not refunded automatically till date following the provision of IRCTC regulation.

I hv not yet received my Refund till today, as I didnot know the procedure how to file TDR for myeticket at that time. I went to Surat station for my refund, the person at the booking counter said
that my refund will be done automatically as I am holding WL eticket.
MY WL eticket from SURAT TO BORIVALI PNR # [protected], DATE OF BOARDING[protected].
Transaction ID # [protected] date of booking is[protected].
kindly show my status where do i stand, when will i receive my money.

With due respect I beg to say that, I have booked a E-Ticket on 20/07/2011 for dated 24/07/2011 from Manmad to H.Nizamudin, but because of rush that was not confirmed on the date of Journey, accordingly I have to get back my refund automatically to my bank account, but still I have not received that,
I had called to customer care department many times & also I loged a complaint through email, to the Indian railway site ( complaint no. - W/SW/UBL/[protected]). on calling to customer care they always used to tell me to wait for a week , but now they even not pick my Call
Sir/Madam , I m student , for me Rs.415 is my 1 month Pocket money , which is retained by Indian Railway Department .
My heartiest request to you , kindly take some action toward my complaint .

Indian Railway — refund of e ticket
Hello,i had tried to book a single e-ticket on 10.03.2012 from bangalore to coimbatore
date of journey being 11.03.2012.The amount was deducted from my bank
a/c with SBI but due to some problem webpage was lost before getting ticket details.there is no
entry in Booked-tickets. What is the status of my payment? what should i do? Please reply.
