[Resolved] Indian Railways Website — failed transaction money not refunded | |||
Failed transaction money not been refunded to my account by irctc.co.in - website of indian railways and this has happened not once but many a times over. Situation is that neither a ticket is booked (and the money is deducted from the account ) nor the money is refunded. only 3 times it was refunded and rest 15 times it was not refunded. Do not cheat customers. Do return their hard earned money. and this is not my voice only a similar voices are raised are of my friends and other customers also. Indian Railways — money is not refunded
I tried to book ticket through www.indianrailways.gov.in using SBI internet banking on[protected].My ticket was not booked but money has been debited from my account. The debited money for the failed transaction is not refunded till date. please look into the issue.
The reference number given by SBI for the failed transaction is: IG58765124

Indian Railways — Money not refunded

It has been more than 4 months and I have still not received my amount yet.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
