Indian Railways — regarding the catering service

i want to lodge a complaint against the caterign guys of train no 2925 - PASCHIM EXPRESS. The train has started from Mumbai on the 25 th of May at the right time i.e 11.35 am and these guys haven't served lunch on the train and they claim that this is their first day of catering. What are we supposed to do for food. There are so many people who haven't their lunch because of certain irresponsible people and especially when they are there to take care of the passengers. On my persistence, he told me that he would give the food in the night. Now you tell me how logical is the solution when i ask you to be hungry for the whole day and then serve you the food in the night. Its ridiculous.
All that they have served in Chicken and veg biryani and that too the guy has come and gone once.
The catering service is run by R K caterers and the manager on board is Mr. D.D Sharma.
when I wanted to lodge a complaint and asked for a complaint book, he flately refused and told me that he would give me the book only if there is a valid complaint. On the contrary, he is no one to decide whether the complaint is valid or not. The higher officials who have passed these tenders are knowledgeble enough to decide on what is right and what is wrong. As democratic citizens we 've all the rights to have an access to the complaint books and lodge our complaint.
I suggest that the officials should take a notice of this and take some action.

I am going to Kanpur station on 17 aug 09.and purchased to one bottle of water for me vender is give me vivo the quality of packing is very bad I ask for other one but all bottle are very Ruff . I ask for some other brand like Bisleri, Aquafina, kinley, .he told IRCTC only allow to vivo or Railneer. I am request to IRCTC to allow all good Brand who is coming in superbrand cattagery for good customer service.
