[Resolved] Indian Railways — refund of failed transaction in irctc online booking | |||
hello i booked a tickets using visa SBI debit card from chennai egmore(MS) to visakhapatnam(VSKP) in BBS PDY express train no :12898 on[protected]. After making the payment i got message session expired.I checked my sbi debit card bank transactions and I can see a payment of Rs 634/- made However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made. transaction id : [protected]. using card number [protected] please refund myamount as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

IRCTC IS THE WORST SITE...
KINDLY UPDATE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
NOTE- THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I EXPERIENCED THIS WITH IRCTC SITE. THREE FOUR TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED THOUGH I M COMPLAINING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME.
