[Resolved] Irctc — Not getting Mobile Verification Password | |
Dear Sir, Whenever I was opening the irctc for tkt booking, it was showing update your profile. It was not accepting my old Mobile no(Showing this mobile no is already registered) so forcefully I have to enter the new mobile no. Now I am still waiting (from last five days) for the Mobile Verification Password for my login (rksharma28). I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in 8 times and made calls to there Customer care twice. They promised me they will reply within 24-48 hrs. But I didn't received any reply. What to do? I have to start my journey today as well as take the printouts and cancel some tkts. I have no option left. Please help me..... Was this information helpful? | |

because i could not receive verification code
now i dont know what is the user name
just they are telling that your mobile no. is registered already.

I have registered my name in IRCTC on 15th August.I did not received my Mobile Verification code.Please kindly send the same to my mail id- [protected]@rediffmail.com.My mobile no. is [protected].My login name 4 IRCTC is pavanhb007.

Today i registered my mail ID & cell no after that i got
My mobile verification No. is: anp 135. & E mail OTP No: aka 269 but when i am tying to confirm the registration it is not accepting. by IRCTC telling again check your Mobile OTP No.
Please advise to me how it will solve & confirmation work will over.

i have registered my account in irctc i got user id and password to my mail but mobile verification password is wrong i have got more than 6 mobile verification password but not even a single password is correct so kindly verify my mobile and send the correct pass word its a pleasing request i have mailed to care and i called to the customer care also but no use... my user id is swesid and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I have forgotten the password amd am unable to retrieve it. I have tried the ''Forgotten Password'' but still unable to remember the password. Kindly send me a new password because I have to cancel an e-ticket of 13 Dec 2012.
