i dont think ittina is a very bad company.. i had booked in august 07.. mahavir, , and i dint cancel.. it is taking a long time that is true.. but still i think they are descrribed correctly.. my site vist and everythin went really good.. i am happy with the customer service and they are in touch with me.. i can say that u can trust ur money with them..

Better is always blessed, and m blessed to deal wit ittina, brought a house frm dem, moreover dey helped me turn it into a home of my choice, ittina is cutomer oriented, affordable, and splendid..

I would not say My experience with Ittina Mahaveer is good, But when it comes to Conduct and service, they are same as anyon else. Atleast, the Ittina Mahaveer is going to a success, as the possession of the apartments block by block will start in Sep 2008 and end by Nov 2008. I have taken my money back from Ittina for Ittina Mahaveer flats, they cheated me by giving false explanations of the bills for taxes, water chanrges etc, we were group of 4 people we all have cancelled the flats as there is some litigation also going on for which there has been an IT rais in ittina office.
Ittina didnt give so easily our money back but we got it legally by dragging them to consumer court

30 Aug was the proposed date for handover of E/N blocks. The point is even if these blocks are almost ready, the amenities work is going on everywhere, it is unsafe to enter the premises unless the construction is over.
God knows when these cheaters will complete the project.

As per Mr Ramesh, the entire project of Ittina Mahavir will be complete by Dec 2008.Possession of all apartments will be complete by December

Meeting with MD was held at Ittina Mahavir site. Hardly 30 to 35 customers arrived - draggings their family and kids. There was some discussion under the sun, ; No questions from anyone. Mr Ittina said customers have to pay another 2.8 crores because of which work is geting further delayed, mentioned new delivery date as december 2008, and happily walked away. The fact is simple - everybody forget about the possession for another 6 months.

I think they are having so many reasons to stop work / to postpone possession dates / to anything. Bloddy they are playing games with customers. They are sending same alerts (past 4 alerts are same) to the customers. There is no change in the content only change is they increased labour size 800 to 1000. When I saw my flat there was no progress in past 4 months. And they said new delivery is Dec 2008. Don't belive these people, it will take 6 more months to finish.
yes, that is true, i talked to ittina employee, she said there is no pending amount but to keep cash flow for their other junk projects they are delaying just like that, it is better we go to their office and will blast them with full media, even for my flat work is pending from past 6 months
