Is there any update on the meeting held y'day (6th?)
For all "sleeping and dreaming", however so called "genuine" customers of Ittina Mahaveer.
(This is going to be my last comment posted on this thread)
I hope you watch news, and are aware of the Frauds happening at Ittina's two premium projects, Ittina Anu and Ittina Akkala. These are now on media and Television. Ittina Mahaveer is not far from such disputes.
Initially people were concerned about getting flat possession - sooner or later, contruction quality etc. Now we see it is possible that after getting the possession, completing furnishing, and living in your house for months you may be asked to vacate as the builder has mortgaged the property with a bank and then sold it to you. You have no right to occupy such a property.
I hope you have taken the pain to visit the site once to observe that the construction at Ittina Mahavir has frozen since last 3 months.
With the interest of all customers, there are two meetings happening - one on Saturday at 10:30 am at Ittina Office - Koromangala and another on Sunday at 10:30 am at Ittina Mahaveer site.
We have both catagories of people ( 1. Customer who want to get the apartments by March 2009 or within few months along with the compensation on the interest paid to bank, and 2. Customers who have filed cases and won- mostly IMOA members, but have not taken the mone back from Ittina and actually wish to stay with the project if the possession happens within March 2009.)
The most important thing discussed on the Meeting of 6th Jan was to join the Ittina Mahavir Owners Association and was agreed by the all the customers present. Initially, the small group of people who started IMOA have paid 3000 each, but due to the huge no of people, the joining fee proposed and agreed by all was 1000 only.
We are looking at getting the flat possession at the earliest, by making a bridge between the customers and builders. If it doesnt work and fight together, as a group.
To add a little more, Lalita Developers have a 22% stake on this project, they are all the original mother deed and other details with them. Unlike Ittina Anu and Akkala so far Ittina Mahaveer property is not hypothecated or mortgaged.
So come forward, send me an email for more info or come down for the meetings, join the movement and then you wouldn't ask for updates but you would know and feel the real situation.
To IMOA members: In the interest of all Ittina Mahavir customers, I request all of you not to share any further information, on these forums as we are facing a serious situaltion and would like all information sharing to happen via phone or emails only.

What was the outcome of the discussion that you were talking about Ronnie? WHat is the status of possesion?

If any one calls from Ittina and asked for balance payment of Ittina Mahaveer project please don't pay them are don't release any money through bank to Ittina Mahaveer, because after long meeting all the ittina mahaveer customers decided to deposit the money in the JOINT ACCOUNT with ittina, this money only used for the Ittina Mahaveer project.

Me also facing same from Citicon Engineers orissa Ltd, bhubaneswar, orissa took booking + Registration money before 3 years still we are begging from him to give land but ignoring they just collecting money developing their own business. One of the worst builder i have ever come across. I booked my flat in March 2006 and it is still not ready. I was told the possesion will be given by December 2008 after all the delays (initial date was september 2006). The worst of all i was called to take the possesion in february 2009 and when i entered the site it was crap and my flat was in same possesion it was 2 years ago. I m based out of country and these people confirmed me that flat is ready for possesion.. i spent around 80K to visit India and all got wasted. And on top of it they were asking me to take possesion for unfinished flat...
Now no body is answering my phone calls and the people such as Nelson, Amrita and their director Mona are big liars and dont know how to talk to a customer.
I really dont know when these cheaters will give possesion. From past 3 years i am paying PEMI. Oh such a mistake i made in my life to buy this flat.

Stop harping against the lady director. Recession is taking its advantage at ittina mahavir by delaying the project . there may be a delay in getting the possession. i think this beetu is one of ittina's kicked out employee & doesnt even have one room rented house leave alone purchasing a flat at ittina Mahavir .
Hi, I want to buy flat in ittina Mahavir. Can any one tell me what is the genuine situation there? One of the seller told me already 60 family started stying there. Is it true? What about drinking water connection? Is it dependent on Borewell alone? I read many complaints against ittina, are all those true?

Ittina Group - cheating
We bought a duplex from Citicon Engineers, Orissa 2 years back that was expected to be delivered in a year (Price tag was 40 lacs) from contract signing. They took money in time but are playing to deliver the house for the last 1 year. Neither are they picking up the phone, nor are they giving any suitable response. Stay away from these cheats (Antaryami Badu, A J Pattnaik and all their companions). I pray that all these crooks go to hell for enjoying our hard earned money and spoiling our life.

I have also taken but what is the use they spoiled my life. I can Suicide there is no other alternate option is available now for me.
Not only you, who ever taken a flat from Ittina all will suicide no other option is available them.
Had a meeting with them on 3-Jan-2009, which is incomplete. Arun Dash, Meenakshi, Murali Krishna, Kavitha, Sreedhar Nathani and Kanti Kumar are going to meet them again on 6-Jan-2009 to discuss on compansation & Electricity.
My request is finisih the deal/discussion ASAP otherwise they may delay flat posessions.
