MOIL — Applied for moil ipo and refund not received

I have applied for moil IPO . My application number is 6987334 . My cheque no is 458879 bank account in SBI nagpur

MOIL — REFUND STILL NOT RECD.

We have still not recd.our refund of application money say approx. Rs.192000 from you-Moil .
We called up many time but tel no 23432343 coming always busy and no one is picking up on 44655000.
We demand for our refund amount along with interest @ 2 % for delay in your refund payment.
SO WHO IS USING OUR MONEY . NO REPLIES TO OUR ANY COMMUNICATIONS WITH KARVY SINCE 15 DAYS ... THEY HAVE OUR BANK DETAILS , THEY CAN DO RTGS IF THEY WANTS TO PAY ON TIME ..

MOIL — Refund not received

I (Chandresh Prajapati) had done application for MOIL public issue of 95625/- Rs.through application no.31924343.

I had got refund(refund order no.- 734887)cheque no.102913 of satate bank of india dated 11/12/10 in favour of Centurian bank A/C no.[protected].

When i got refund order cheque my bank has been changed.

At present i have an account of Vijaya bank having A/C no.-[protected].

I had sent courier through Maruti Courier on 22/12/10 alongwith refund cheque of SBI and cancelled cheque no.313595 of Vijaya bank with A/C no.-[protected].

Let me know what is current status and by when i will receive refund cheque in my new bank account.

I had mailed severals time regarding my refund of moil and i am not getting any positive response from Karvy.Karvy had transfered the payment in wrong a/c so the payment is not credit in my a/c they are not accepting their mistake.Please take proper action so that my payment will credit in my a/c otherwise i will take some legal action against this.

I have applied for FPO PowerGrid and still awaiting for the refund. I have received a letter from Karvy ComputerShare Pvt Ltd, stating that fund has been transfered on 29-Nov-2010, however, I have not received any amount till date as on 15.12.10. I have sent emails to Karvy requesting them to reprocess my refund, They were reply to send DD with DTDC courier but after that DTDC courier back the parcel to karvy. Hence, this complain, requesting to refund the amount back to my account.
