My name is Saurabh Singh, my mobile number is [protected] and my complain number is
SR[protected].
I was told that i am going to get a credit card after i apply for Kotak Life Insurance. Now, i have the insurance policy but no credit card has been offered. However, i have submitted all the document required to apply for a credit card. I think i have been cheated by the Kotak Life Insurance, as my free look up period is gone and i can't even cancel the policy. Please take some immediate actions or i will need to take some legal action.

i've kotak aqua credit card but unable to use for e-tickets of indian railways as in their payment option kotak payment has not been mentioned and yet i've not received my credit card pin.
