My Name Ravi kumar Reddy a regular customer of LG household products. My TV sound system not working and I logged a complaint on 13/05/2011 to LG customer service Center hyderabadand the service engineer had visited my house to not rectify the issue, he told me some part is not working and we have not replace it ., Job no. RNA[protected], after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / not responds from the service center. For the last 8days they people not come . my TV model is altra sound 29 inches. plz come and repair as soon as possible . my phone number is [protected]

I wish to draw your kind attention towards my earlier complaint No[protected]. After 12 days of sending feedback of engineer nothing could be done/heard from the company end. Regarding the complaint, I telephoned 2-3 times to Mr. Tanveer at Kota who gives me assurance that the AC will be replaced within a week. But now he is also not attending my call. If the person of LG India is unable to attend customer complaints or feeling any difficulty, they should return my money with installation charge of Rs. 900/- and bring back the supplied product, which is very bogus in the world.
Thanks for supplying poor quality of products and further giving poor service to customers.

We had purchased the said Frig in 2006. We are now facing some problems with regard to Ice formation in the freezer and in other areas of the Freezer. It is very difficult to register complaint on telephone, Hence this mail. We request you to kindly depute your engineer to lock into the matter. We are willing to pay your standard chargers. The complaint may be addressed soon.

For some time the products sold as the prdoucts of LG have been found to be manufactured by some company other than LG. The dealers of LG are also arrogant and one of them recently refused to tell the price of a product on telelphone on the ground that LG Company has issued the instruction not to tell the price of products on telelphone.
I wonder what the LG Company wants to do if the telephonic enquiry is made by the President of India or a Governor of the State or the Chief Justice or some other Judge of the Supreme Court or the Higth Court or the Chief Secretary to Government or the Members of the Parliament or Members of the legislative Assemblies or any other dignitatry? Probably the status of LG Company and its dealers has risen to Himalayan heights so as to ask even the highest person to visit the shop or the show room and refuse to tell the price of the products on telephone.

i sh ashish modak having a lg gx 300 set imei no.[protected] purchased from sree jagannath mobile ghar, krishnagar nadia west bengal, above mobile getting trouble which sim slot not detracting for repair i go the customer care agartala . but kept the mobile 15 days they return it to me after repairing . now sim slot is working but his voice is decorating, i now requesting that direct customer care agartala they should repair it properly or process for replacement..
LG GB 230 — poor lg service centre
Dear reader,i am an lg gb230 user.And this product is a waste. i bought the phone on 29th march 2010 and in october its keys stopped working.
i got it repaired with lot of troubles and then again in june this year...i had to get the keypad replaced..i recently changed my battery in feb...
And as the staff member was replacing it, he broke my display of the phone...and changed it immediately but 2 days later...the display broke again and when i went for complaining...the staff member said that you dont know how to handle a phone and...he also asked for 400 rupees as per the charges of the repair...i didnt even drop my phone once and...i dont know how the display broke...
kindly ask your staff to be polite to customers..his words had hurt me a lot...and i request you take some action as soon as possible...
