As per my latest complaint i.e. N8CA0404669, the chassis of my monitor has been changed, the monitor was @ your gurgaon center but I am really sorry to write you that I am having a bit doubt that the screen that is in my monitor is the same one that was before its service. As there was the scratch on the top of the screen & that was due to the first service against my complaint N8C80401120. Now yesterday i.e. on 15th of November 2008 I got my monitor repaired by your Gurgaon service center, now what I noticed that the scratch that was before its deliver is not over there & now there are some new scratches @ the midlle of the screen & a black spot also. I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India, as my monitor goes totally useless infact its really difficult to work on it.

Kindly look into the matter.
Hope an early action in this regard else I would have to move to some senior officials reagarding the same.

Dear Sir / Madam
We had purchased an LG Microwave oven Model MC808WAR, Sr.No: 804DRUFro1854 and to facilitate Uninterrupted and satisfactory post purchase working, we entered into a maintenance agreement with for three years (Ref; your No:HLP:JJ1556 dated 22/10/2009)

When the microwave developed some defect in working in the month of June 2011, we made a formal complaint with your call centre. Despite reminders, no one from your company/service centre bothered to attend the complaint.This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and have reasons to believe that the concerned employees/agents of the company neither feel moral nor legal obligation to attend to customer complaints after taking the charges in advance.

I hereby call upon you to immediately refund me full money paid for the maintenence contract so that I may decide to get the microwave oven either replaced for repaired from the open market.

Notwithstanding I reserve the right of filing a complaint with the consumer court for claiming damages as also exposing your fake claim of providing service within 24 hours.

I AM SANJEEB BHUYAN FROM CUTTACK MY TV IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST SIX MONTH,AM COMPLAIN AT CUSTOMER CARE 20 TO 30 TIME BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESULT .SO WHAT CAN I DO PLZ TALE ME.

I HAD BOUGHT THIS MOBILE LG GW-620 THROUGH ZOOP VIA BILL NO 6648 ON 26.03.2011 FOR MY SON WHO WAS GIVING HIS BOARD EXAMS. FROM THE TIME WE HAVE BOUGHT IN FIVE MNTHS WE HAD TO VISITED MORE THEM 5 TIMES FOR DIFFERENT PROBLEM THIS MOBILE HAD.

3. TOUCH PAD
4. KEYPAD
5. AGAIN DISPLAY

EVERY TIME WE VISIT SERVICE CENTRE AT CAPITAL CINEMA V.T. MUMBAI WE HAD TO WAIT AT 2 TO 3HRS LOOSING LOT OF VALUABLE TIME. THERE ARE CHINESE BRANDS AVAILABLE IN MARKET WE STILL BUY BRANDED STUFF FROM REPUTED COMPANY ONLY TO AVOID THIS KIND OF SITUATION. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT BUT EVERYTIME THEY CONVICED US SAYING NOW THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. RIGHT NOW MY MOBILE HAS BEEN AGAIN GIVEN AT SERVICE CENTRE NEAR CAPITAL CINEMA NEAR V.T.MUMBAI HAVING JOB NO RNA[protected] DATED 05.09.2011. PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE I WANT TO GET RID OF THIS PHONE.

with regrets i wanna attract ur attention towards d unsatisfied working [censored]r product.. few days back i had purchased a refrigerator nd within 15 days only it stopped cooling d items.. even no1 came for any demo nd when we complained d shopkeeper he said he hasn't produced that at his home so he couldnt replace d product.. i don't want any product on which i have to now spend money per month.. or rather why should i get my "new" refrigerator to get "repaired" per month etc.. it is really very bad on ur part that u haven't yet replied us to our complaint which we posted yesterday.. now since i have got my money "23600" ( which matters a LOT to me) wasted all over but i hope if any action can be taken by the authorities and any justice happens to me.. 3years before i purchased an LG LCDTV on 23-aprial modal no:LGCTVLCD32LC7R in tmc center malkpet htd ap. Invoic no:MP/0809/CR-1007.By the satisfation of service of the t.v i reinsured on it on 23 may 2011. serial no:802lpag002704 amc no:kk42762. recently on 6 august 2011 the t.v had an minor repair. am lg mechanic adviced us to send it to the lg service station. so on 8 august i hand overed to the near by lg service station
I just took a glance ther once in a week. the machanic started to give an explaination thet the some panel has been distroyed and it would come next week from the central office. thisis going on from almost 2 mounths.
So, kindly i requst you to take an action on that service station.

Sir i brought an lg washing machine from VASANTH & CO electronics on[protected] from TRICHY( Tiruchinapalli) in TAMIKLNADU. They informed that a person will come from service center to demonstrate the washing machine. Till now no person came to explain about the machine.alrady 6 days gone. there was no response, yesterday i call to service centre they inform that they will send till now no responce this show how poor response to the customers, this is a bad & not acceptable situation. as though we brought one week back till now we are unable to use the machine. please kindly take the situation seriously. thanking you sir.

This is jeyakarthikeyan, my contact number [protected], my LG product number 011PNPF01385 and F1056LDP I bought LG Front loading washing machine one year back. As my machine is not working properly (often machine stops at somewhere during washing process), from first week of March, i made a compliant through customer care executive. One technical person responded and came to my place, just telling outlet pipe is not in proper position (but I knew this not proper remedy, I am also an engineer), he went.

Since problem was continuing again i made a compliant through customer care executive. Same person revisited my place after few days. Something he did and went. Still problem was continuing. Once again i made compliant. Likewise technical person tried to repair my machine three times. For fourth time, again Technical person came. Moment he entered our house he switched on the machine. it was running for around ten mins. Then due to power cut machine got switched off. He dismantled the machine and we could notice that he changed one electronic board, telling here afterwards It will work properly. When he was leaving our place, no power is available. He did not check the machine.

After power came we switched on the machine and found no response from machine. Before he changed some parts at least machine was giving response for few options. Now no response. The above said activities are happening for one month( full month march 2012). One thing I could understand that LG service people are not taking it seriously. Because They took one month time, still they could not fix the problem. So as a customer naturally we get mental agony and suspect the machine whether it is good product or not. But still we have faith with LG but problem may be with this machine. Because we can not maintain 100% quality. Defect may be with this product. Then I spoke with customer care people for fifth time, I asked them, with whom I need speak to get remedy for my problem. Again they represented same service centre. I told them I do not have faith on them. They gave me this number [protected] –Mohana(customer care officer).

Again directly I spoke with customer care officer Mohana. I requested her for replacement warranty. She told me that She would look in to my issue and she would speak with service center people and respond to me with in a day. But I was waiting for more than three days. No response I received from her. After many attempts she picked my call. I asked her what happened to my request. Suddenly she asked me to hold on my call. But she did not turn to me for more than 25 mins then automatically my call was disconnected. Then I tried to contact her many times. I failed all the time. Because either she refuse to pick my call or I was put on hold. Then I understood she is not interested to listen and smartly she is avoiding me.




Again one senior person from service center came two times to fix issue in machine. Mean time I spoke with customer care officer Mr.Shilesh more than three times. I requested him to replace this machine and give me new one. He said he would forward this request to head office.
Yesterday[protected] I spoke with Anbalahan; Manager LG service ([protected]). I asked him for replacement warranty, he refused my request saying its not company’s policy Though he sent the technical persons seven times. They could not fix it. He asked for some more time to fix the issue. I asked him how long you would take, because already for more than one month this is happening. I asked him below questions:

As you told me any cost replacement is not possible, why you could not diagnose the machine. How can I trust this machine? Whether is good product or not. His reply was he received faulty electronic board(by which the technical person replaced my machine’s existing part) So he would soon get another board to fix the diagonse.

Again I spoke with Mr.Stephan, ASM ([protected]). I told him everything, and gave irresponsible answer, though he knows more than six times technical persons attended to fix.

I am asking all these people, If they have same problem in their machine at their homes, How much they would worry, having paid Rs 23000/-

Since My uncle Mr Myvannan ([protected]) from pattukkottai suggested me to buy this product, I bought. Please look at your data base how many LG Product we purchased in our family itself with name of Myvannan. He also faced same problem and he sent a letter to Head office. He got the solution. Looking this machine, my friend K.Ramesh([protected]) also bought. Now In our office almost everybody knows what is happening for me. All my colleagues are making fun of LG products and their service.

Really I do not understand why LG service people are not responsible and serious about customers request. I am really disappointed speaking with Mr Anbalahan manager and Mr.Stephan ASM for the way responded. How long I need to wait. Why LG Company gave this kind of product with defect. Who will give solution? Am I cheated by LG? why should customer take this much effort for getting fixed the defect, having paid Rs 23000. may be my machine might have been one among very few defective products, But service peoples should have either fixed in one or two trials itself or the whole product shout have been replaced. Totally I disappointed with LG service peoples and LG recommended service peoples(M.M Electronics-chennai.)

Please look at how much my regular office work would have been affected. Who is responsible for service and to listen customers request?


I am totally fed up with LG service.

With respect to the above said, I request for replacement of the whole machine as early as possible. For any clarification kindly refer my database ([protected]) which would show all the above said. Kindly respond for my request, based on which I would look for further initiatives if required legally.

Sub: Useless Service in LG(Bangalore Service Center) after sales service network

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to you kind notice the following facts :
1. Our washing machine make LG (Front Load) went Cabnet getting bend day by day. Please note that it is under warranty.
2. We made a complaint through your call center toll free no.[protected] . assured for early rectification.
3. We again reminded your call center several times when no one turned up.
4. After long time a person from your authorized service center (as told by him) A-One Services, 56, Double Rd, , Bangalore attended the complain of washing machine. After checking he informed that i cont solved the problem . He told us that he will inform to higher authority ane they will send senior engineer.
5. Again i called up to customer care and asked for the call ststus they said call finished.i wondered and said not yet finished.they said forword the complaint to service center.
6. A senior person came and said same answer like i cont solved the problem.
7. Again i called up to customer care and informed to care people.they said call status is "Customer doesnt want service" like that he closed the call.again they raised the complaint
5. Accordingly the same person come with hammer and he did service like HAMMER HANDLING and said thats it i[censored] want we replace cabnet that charge will be 2800/-. i asked it is under warrenty why should i pay the money.. And he left our premises.
8. When we operated the washing machines we found unusual loud sound when we use the mechine.now it is standing on 3 legs we are not using now..
9. Then we again lodged the complaint through your call center regarding the unusual sound complaint no. RNA[protected] .and he said within 24 hours we will send a engineer.
10. After two days i calledup to customer care and remained with the complaint num.they said i will forword the complaint within 24 hours they will rectify.
11. After taking the telephone no. of local service center we reported the matter to Mr.Surendra.Tel no[protected] , uday kumay Tel no [protected] and Veluswami Tel no [protected]
12. In light of above events it appears the same useless service centers are operating in Bangalore with the connivance of your call center for cheating the customers and spoil name of your esteem organization. As we tried several time to customer care the simply said we will forword the complait but wv didnt get proper service.
13.Same problem i faced with my LG Refrigerator also. i faced lot of problems with my LG Refrigerator and LG WASHING MECHINE.ple solve the problem fast
. We further request your legal service center over here to replace the CABNET free of charge and investigate matter in details to avoid cheating of other customers and daming repute of LG.

Hoping an early action in this regard. I will appreciate if you respond to this mail for acknowledgement.

I had lodged a complaint at LG customer care panchkula office to service my Air conditioner.

The experience was too bad. I was highly disappointed.

I had to call the service guys around 6-7 times to ask them for the service. On calling 1 individual, he gives me another person's number and its been 4 days that the service is still not completed.

Instead, I should be following up with the service guys, I think, the LG customer care executives should take care that the person who has to address the complaint has reached the customer's house and should track the complaint.


This experience has forced me to come to a decision that I would not prefer buying LG products in future.

We have double door LG Refrigerator, model no is: GR-T282GP. Now it has almost stopped cooling. We purchased it in the year of 2004 and it worked properly till Nov 2011, we are very satisfied with this fridge. Please help us get it repaired by genuine engineers, genuine parts and genuine work so that it does not create any problem and last for some more time as we are not willing to purchase new one at the moment. We shall be very thankful to you for this work of kindness. It is in out of warranty phase, so we will pay your repair charges, but we need genuine and quality work with warranty.
