[Resolved]  LG - India — Poor customer care

I had been trying to call on the numbers for Customer Care in Patna but could not for last 3-5 days as every time it was busy and today daytime i posted my complaint through the LG website and it was like magic the LG person Mr. Dharmendra was at my doorstep after approximately 1 and a half hours and everything was done in one hour or so and my washing machine was working
This type of response frankly i had never expected but it was very nice to see the promptness please keep it up and try to give more tel numbers as one number is not enough and it is busy whole day.

i had purchased lg tv 29" 2 years ago suddenly the picture was not propely shown in it.i contact immediately on lg customer care before 6 months.they took my tv and promised me to repaired my tv within 10days but now 10days becomes 7 months and there is no sign of repairing from them.i also contact lg-service center severl time but every time they provides me a new complaint number.is this the service lg ?i must say lg is fooling there customers.

I had very bad experience from the lg customer care hyderabad.i purchased a microwave oven in dec 2006.recently I made amc with insurance coverage with lg electronics also. My microwave oven came to repair & made a complaint with the lg customer care in the month on October 10th 2009.as on date the micro wave oven was not repaired made number of complaints to the lg customer care but very day they are sending one technician and they are saying that some panel problem occurred in the machine so that we cannot do anything. so what next for me, shall I quit my microwave oven as there is no spare part available with the company. when I went to purchase, the show room people expressed that I will get good service from the lg, spares will also availble at any time.now it came to nearly 2&1/2 months my microwave ovan kept ideal becuase of this problem.i tried to cantact to speak with head of the dept also but i could not get the correct person to whom i have to conatact.this type of experince was not expected by me as lg is a multynational company having poor service in hyderabad by saying that non availabilty of the spare parts.so friends kindly note that before going to purchase any lg product kindly ask the dealor about the spare parts availabilty in the market, otherwise you will also face same type problems with lg products.

LG — Bad Service Center in Pune

My Microwave's touch button screen stopped working after one year.
LG Service center in Pune is unable to repair it.

Tthey kept the unit with them for more than 2 months.
It was returned without repairing moreover two parts were missing when it was returned, reference complaint number is W9C40104326.

Service center in charge suggested me to go for buy back offer.
I am just wondering who will buy this crap back.
I am now determined to not buy LG product again.

Today date is 08feb2010, till date none of the person from LG or Ezone has come for installing the product. Made serval calls to both Ezone and LG and none of them responded the call. Ezone puts blame on LG and LG put blame on Ezone. We consumer is crushed in between. During sales, Ezone promised promt delivery and service and took full cash payment. After taking cash, none of them is bothered to install the product at home. I have wasted lots of money making calls to Lg customer care, ezone people and Lg service engineers, but none of them has turned up for installing the product. The product is still in the cover as fresh. seal is also not broken from past 10 days.Kindly help me in this regard. You are kindly requested to ask them to return our money back (Rs. 30, 000) as this was not our fault.

i have purchased a LG 1.5 split a/c from m/s AMUTHA AND CO, TAMBARAM, CHENNA on 15 May 07, for rs 24, 690I. Now it is almost three years and now my compressor is defective/not working which have 4 years of warranty. now i want the replacement of compressor which i dont have a bill which i lost during house shifting. i have the owners manual and the box of the outdoor unit. in the outdoor unit i could see the No.LSA 18S1 AS1 AE43DR1(TN) 18000 Btu/hr. 38kg MICOM SPLIT A/C RS.24690 15-MAY-07. Kindly advice and do the needful for replacement. thanks.
The Sevice industries are going through the tough competitions . In today's world customer requires good services . So the industy who will work on the customer delight will lead . This is to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased one LG refrigerator GL325 on 16 April 09 from Geetanjali Electronics, Begum pul, Meerut in the name of NITIN GUPTA . Just after two month the rubber which is fixed at the door got damage . Due to this i am unable to close my door . I have logged the complaint at the call centre twice, compalint no. are N9C71701042 AND N9C71802139 . The service engineer visited at my house and told us that the rubber is not generating the magnet and is to be replaced . How can the rubber be damage of a new fridge ? Till date no response recieved from the service centre of LG . I have never experienced such pathetic services from any service industry . The service centre at Meerut is not responding to my complain at all . Mr. Dinesh, superviser is not interested in picking up my call . Its almost 10 days but still my problem unresolved . I am going to issue complain letter to your chairman for such kind of service from LG if my issue is not resolved today. This is in reference to the pathetic service that i have received from one of your Service Centres in Meerut at Saket.

My Complaint no. C[protected] which was logged on 15th March and the service engineer visited on 18th March morning . The response time if more than 48 hours which is very surprizing from such a big brand company LG .

I found that my refrigerator door got hanged which needs to be replaced . In 11 months this is the 3rd time the problem has arised and every time only the rubber is replaced while the root cause was tilted door .

I had a word with Mr. Pawan([protected]) and Neeraj ([protected]) who are aware of my pain .

Please get the replacement of my Refrigerator door or Refrigerator asap .

I am a a loyal customer of LG for past 15 years. Unfortunately, my brand loyalty towards LG has been miserably dazed. I bought a 42 inch projection TV in September, 2002. In March this year, suddenly the TV conked off. We immediately contacted authorized service center of LG (complaint number C[protected] dt 18 Mar 2010). The TV goes automatically into protection mode within few seconds after switching on. The problem was detected in deflection board of the TV. We were told that the part had to be changed and it would take maximum 7 days. On the 10th day, after repeated calls to the service executives, the part was delivered but it did not serve the purpose. We were told that the small unit of the new part was missing. We were made to wait for another 15 days and finally informed that nothing could be done as the specific part was not available.

Is this the customer satisfaction and support LG stands for? Which is absolutely contrasting to what you advertise every time? This also shows lack of professionalism in providing support to their products. I have lost faith in LG and cannot imagine that a company like LG has actually not kept any provision for spare parts of expensive products like 42 inch projection TV. I don’t understand what I should do now. I find myself helpless in the hands of LG. I am badly stuck. Kindly find a solution to this problem at the earliest.
LG - worst service center in malad - Comfort Point

Call them for a paid service they will come immediately. They took my AC to workshop and once its back its giving noises. Now follow up with them and no response because no charges for that and its their mistake. Now what should I do with that AC. Its just 2 yrs old and not even eligible to throw. But LG customer service center has spoiled it and not ready to repair.

I have purchased LG Split AC one day before Akshaya Tritiya day, the dealer said that the AC will get installed on Akshaya Tritiya day i agreed to purchase the AC but the it has not been installed till tuesday. I have made number of calls to the dealer and service head of LG in Hyderabad. I regret that i have purchased LG the worst customer care company. It is not LIFE'S GOOD but, "LOWER GRADE" company.
I am adding one more string to the list of the complaints against the LG products, AC in particular.Its been 3 months since I got this split AC and am already cursing myself for going with LG.Twice, I have been to their ever non co operating LG service centers with minimal help being rendered by the staff.They agree to the fact the machine which I got was a part of the lot which turned out to be faulty and instead of going ahead and replacing the machine for the sake of the mere brand of this global organization, they did some touch up kinda thing to make it up and running for a short while.Being at the receiving end, I could only request them to get the thing changed or else it will pose problems in the future as well.But they were quite very much convinced that its nothing new as they are getting plenty of similar complaints from all the corners(which sounds too positive).If any one from LG happens to go through this complaint, its my urgent request to take it to the sales guys as all their efforts to sell a product fizzles out with the kind of after sales services being performed by their intelligent colleagues.Only getting new customers would not help much.Holding on to the existing one keep the business alive.I just got my complaint registered at your customer care site am having my fingers crossed.Lets see if I get any response or its only one the ire venting grounds for the distraught customers.

I had i purchased a Micro oven from LG center after that i have lost the recipy manual so i have go to LG showroom they said to contect customer care so i have call to customer care and call picked by mr.Pratik he does not give any solution me and disconnect the phone without finish my query.

Please help to reslove this issue.

For your kind notice I was assured by customer service centre on 11th Jun as well as 12th Jun that my complaint will be attended. But after contacting several times I did not get any feedback from your end or any service centre.

I was initially told that I will received a call from service centre within 2Hrs & service will be provided within 24 hrs as per your reputation, but now almost 72 hrs are over.

Your Customer care unit took my details for verification each & every time when I called, but from your side there is no courtesy of giving confirmation regarding the job asked for.

Your customer care centre took feedback from us regarding your complaint registering system. Is there is any e-mail id to give feedback for the actual service seems being provided as in my case?

I am a LG product consumer for years and have several LG products at my different premises in Pune.
On 17 th June2010, I made a complaint of My Washing Machine) to LG service center and received complaint no. [protected] Some body from service center visited to check up the problem, checked e very thing and advised that the Cotroller is not working and they will be coming back with a new Controller. Now 14 days Passed nobody has come to replace or repair the washing machine . I really find it very difficult that how to define this rediculas service of L G. in India / Pune/ Pimpri chinchwad please please find out the truth behind the spare parts mismanagement, i feel guilty of buying L G Washing machine I will never recommend any any body to buy L G product henceforth,

Even after complaining at the service centre of LG for under warranty microwave the service is not provided .......please any action against service center executive its service is worst.........
