LG Dealer — against LG DEALER AT PITAMPURA FOR NON COMMITMENT
i am a social activist and ex President of Pitampura Residenta Welfare Federation.My son Akhil Khanna ordered 4 LG split A/Cs to the following authorised dealer of LG to be installed at his new flat at Sushant Lok I, Gurgaon at Kamaroon Court flat :

Mr. Vipin told my son at the time of ordering that at present only 4 split a/c of latest model are available. so we will install 4 new model and 1 old model at present and within a weeks time we will replace one split with new model on receipt.
the invoice no. is R032901 dt.13.5.2009.
It is regretted that inspite of repeated reminders to Vipin, they have not yet replaced the old model with new model.
I would request you to kindly register my consumer complaint and do the necessary action.

Lg Microwave — bad quality product parts and untrained customer service representatives.
i bought one LG microwave one and half year ago. its supposed to work smoothly but it cant switch on or all the functions are not working. i complained to customer care once and they showed up. they took Rs.275/- and said its a moisture problem. but its still not working. its been only one day when they showed up. i complained again but no one showed up. kindly help me with servicing or replacement of product if this piece has a defect.LG Electronics / CTV - 21fc2ab — display issue complaint registered 5 times in 10 months
I have purchased LG 21FC2AB on 13/08/2008 from Big bazaar surat and first complaint I registered on 27/08/2008 (I e 14 days after purchase) that Picture is not coming, flickering is going on. LG service engineer said some electronic card is faulty and he repaired the same. After 1 month same problem is again appeared and I registered complain on 29/09/2008.Problem was same ie Picture is not coming flickering is going on, again he repaired the card, then same problem I register on 23/12/2009 and then 12/02/2009. Then I resister the complaint online on LG site on 23/12/2008.This is 5th time when I am facing this problem.Product warranty is going to over in August and then LG will charge for repairing and earn money.

This is an emotional blackmail with its costomers by LG.
Any costomer who purchased any branded product for faithfull and uninteruppted operation and future service conditions which were assured by the company at the time of purchasing.
I think that " Naam Bade aur Darshan Khote" is suitably fit for company Like LG.
I am also facing similar problem with LG costomer Care You can read my complaint in this forum.
Why not a strong action should be taken againt LG jointly ?

LG Secret — Faulty Handset
My "LG Secret" mobile handset with 5.0MP camera in it is VERY faulty. I am VERY disappointed with it. I purchased it December 2008 (along with re-starting another plan with 3 Mobile- $69 cap), and ever since, it has numerous faults to it.It freezes constantly, whether it be typing a message, simply sliding the handset open, or turning the volume down while watching a video. It also turns off 99.99% of the time I connect the battery charger or the USB cord to it. Often if I'm talking, (because the battery runs out quickly), I have to connect the charger so I can continue the important conversation I'm in, and the phone will turn off. This is m, y PET HATE, as it's ALWAYS when I'm in an important conversation. I have to then proceed to take the battery out, (as it doesn't always turn back on with just pressing "On"), and put it back in, turn the phone on, wait about a minute for it to re-start and then re-dial my friend's number, and try to continue my conversation. I should NOT have to do this!
The battery also runs out VERY easily; I might make a few phone calls during the day, yes, but a GOOD phone is NOT supposed to run out of battery bars within a day! I was very happy with it back in December, but not long after I had it, it began letting me down, constantly.
I am unhappy with the fact I have to go through 3 Mobile retail to get it repaired, as I will be without a mobile for minimum of 3 weeks (I was told). I would kindly like to ask if I could have a replacement phone, as I do not want to wait 3 weeks (or more) for my phone to be returned, most likely with similar problems, as 99% of the time they are not repaired PROPERLY.
I am hoping to hear from you soon, as my patience with this product has almost reached its end.

lg microvave — PCB not working
Sir,This is to inform you that due to high voltage my microvave stopped working. i had made a complaint for my L.G.fridge, which was also affected.An L.G> engineer by the name og Sunny came to repair the fridge.He said he repairs microvave also.So hr opened it and said the pcb is not working.He took the P.C.B. and after 20days said the ppppppppart is not available and to make a complaint to the call centre.ITS BEEN 10 DAYS AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ARRANGE THE p.c.b.Its shocking the such a reputed company like L.G.is so slow in arranging a part and satisfying its customers for 25years.Now i regret of having bought L.G.products.Kindly loof=k into the matter immediately.I am from dehradoon.

We were told you will get registration details after 2 days. After so many phone calls at local office/frenchies we were given a wrong domain name. LG Electronics — Poor service.
We had a problem in our Air Condition .Besides making repeated complaints nobody turned up for repairing. Andf if they turned up they don't bother to repair it . My phone lg model kg 195, barely 1 year old has already undergone repair jobs to the tune of around Rs 3500. Recently I had some problem with the fm reception and approached the service centre, sukriti communications, patparganj, mayur vihar, phase 1, delhi, for repair. they took a day and a half and after that informed that it was due to customer abuse. moreover the components which were till now working are now malfunctioned . to top it all the treatment metted out to us was way below the satisfaction limit with person incharge, Mr RAJNISH SINGH talking to us in a very rude an agitated manner. He showed little regret when informed about his behaviour, calling for strict action against him. action should also be taken against the company for manufacturing such low quality handsets as most of the complaints came from the same model. hi,

L.G 6600 — warranty

LG / Kf300 — Warranty Replacement
I had bought a LG KF300 GSM mobile phone on 15th February, 2009 from The Mobile Store, City Centre, Salt Lake.I developed a problem of no display and i deposited the same in an authorised service centre of LG named JP Computers on 20th June, 2009.
Its been one week that they are saying that the part required is not available with them. I have tried in all the other service centres of LG and they are saying the same thing as well. In such a situation LG should replace the product. The customer service people are denying registering my complaint. Please assist.
