your invertor not working properly for the past last 6 months in e-gram sampark center Behlana. Pls come and do the need full.

15 months back we have purchased a luminous inverter. It is not giving even 5 minutes backup. Inspite of
being a 1400 va inverter it is not working properly and company persons are just saying one thing that it's
a battery problem rather it's a inverter problem because it is not charging them properly. No body has ever come to repair/inspection whether the invertor is working or not working. You are onces again requested to come and inspect and if need be repair the same at the earliest.

i have purchased ur inverter since more than ten months . i had made so many complaints since 4 months but nobody wants to entertain us. i suffer a lot after buying ur expensive inverter.
