I am sanjeev working with Bank of Baroda Forex at khairthabad, recently one of my friend couriered from patna 4 days back, till now i have not received the courier. As i work in forex i will get couriers from US with in 2 days. but i dont understand ur fast and speed services of your patna branches. i approached your patna people i could not get proper answer by holding me 10 mins of time on my mobile and given the false mobile no for contacting.further contact me on this no:[protected], courier no:[protected]
Madhur courier is a full of hopeless staff having no commitment on delivery. Foolish in madhur's office. Latest case was madhur courier get medicine packet from jallander for delivering in ludhiana. Two days ago they received it in ludhiana office and till today afternoon they are not able to deliver the same and also have no proper reply... Trust-less business organization

अशोकनगर (मध्य प्रदेश) से जब जब भी अमृतसर (पँजाब) के लिये कुछ ज़रूरी डाकुमेण्टस् मधुर कोरियर द्वारा भेजे जाते हैं, कम से कम 10-15
दिन लग जाना मामूली बात है। कई बार तो कोरियर अमृतसर पहुँच जानें के बाद भी डिलिवरी के लिये 8-10 दिन का समय ले लेते हैं।
अभी भी रसीद नँबर Rt No. 52189351 DT 24.1.12 MADHUR COURIER द्वारा एक लिफाफा भेजा गया। जोकि इँटरनेट पर देखने से मालूम हुआ कि
28 जनवरी को अमृतसर पहुँच चुका है। परन्तु अभी आज 2 फरवरी तक भी डिलिवरी नहीं दी गई। अमृतसर के मधुर कोरियर ऑफिस के फोन नँबर [protected] पर बात करने से, उन्होंनें बड़ी ही भद्दी भाषा का प्रयोग किया। वह कहते हैं काहे की ज़ल्दी है, हम 10 दिन में भी पहुँचा देवेंगे तो भी शुकर करो,
या फिर किसी दूसरी कोरियर सर्विस पर भेजा करो, छोड़दो मधर कोरियर को।
क्या ऐसी भाषा का प्रयोग करना उचित है।
कृपया जाँच करवा कर आगे के लिये अपनी सर्विस में भी सुधार करें और अपने ऑफिस स्टॉफ को सभ्यता से बात करना भी सिखावें।

it is the worst courier service i had ever seen.
when i tried to contact their executives the said it to me that they dont have any idea where my courier is right now on talking to them a bit strictly they asked me what i was having in my package and when i said them that is not important to be known by them then they said that it is important. still after arguing with me they conformed what was in the package . and when i said that it was containing rakhi for my uncle then they gave me an answer that " for an rakhi you are creating such a huge issue to lodge a complint in consumer court." .
i was amazed with the behave they were having and when i asked for the senior authority number then they said it to me that they dont have any senior.
to the hell with that girl who behaved so rudely with me. but really dont even trust this company since they dont have any helpline number to track your record and get in touch with the customer executive. this company does not even think that whatever the customer is sending in the parcel is none of their business but the delivery of the product and the commitment to deliver it is much more important.
i had filed a complaint in consumer court about this issue . hope so you all people will try to file it since it is not about the 60 rs you spend to devier courier but it is mainly to the commitment of delivering the product on time ..

Sir i have sent some consignment from Madhur courier (consignment no. [protected]) on FEB 19 from Jabalpur to Niwari (dist Tikamgarh mp) which is still undelivered on 27 Feb 2013 an we consult to regarded person he doesn't replied well an say very rudely an suggest us to don't use courier services near by in future . The post contain some very important documents so please complete that consignment as soon as possible
