[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Non delivery of courier

I agree I have also had a very harrowing experience with madhur Courier where they rfused delivery and I had to pick up the parcel myself with very bad behaved staff

Madhur Courier — Delay in services

The courier was done on 15/03/2011 from Korba C.G to Bangalore,till now i have not received my courier.
The parcel contains very important document because of this delay i am facing problem. Madhur courier assures delivery in 3-4 days but its not happening like that. I would request you to take action against this issue.

I have send a document through your courier to FATEHPUR (U.P.) till date we have not receive the document.

Express Delivery — Non receipt of ATM card

I have been delivered an ATM card from ICICI Bank on 22/04/2011. But not received the same. I track the courier office no and called up. Actually the card is with the delivery person fro the past three days. I keep on calling them. But no response. I feel this is the worst courier service in India. Hence I dont know when i can receive the same.

I have booked two couriers for Ahmedgarh District Sangrur from Dhuri District Sangrur and one courier for Patiala, all booked on[protected]. But the couriers are not delivered in four days irrespect of that the distance to Ahmedgarh is just 35 KM and to Patiala is 60 KM. On enqiury the local dealer of Madhur Courier Mr. Vijay has not given any satisfied answer. The courier contains invitation to be held on[protected]. Pls take neccessary action against your local dealer. His cell no. is[protected]

my courier for ahmedabad from pune which was sent on 09/05/2011 docate number [protected] has not been recived till date, this is the worst courier service i have ever experienced

1 courirer is sent from bilaspur to bhopal by madhur courier against docket no [protected] on 26.04.11 but till date it didnot deliver in bhopal and after discussion from madhur courier service they didnot bother to get docket deliver this is really really very poor service i experienced from madhur courier

MADHR courier is not reliable courier.that is so expensive and services is so poor... infect i am surprised how can run it?

I agree that you should never utilise the services of Madhur Courier. Reason is:

My consignment no. [protected] dated 22/06/11 from IDBI bank (important package containing Credit card) was wrongly deliverd to some other building and to unknown person wihout verifying the ID of the person who received the package.

On enquiry with Madhur courier of Fort, Mumbai branch I got very very rude and evading answer from one M/s Pratibha.

Again on contacting Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch, one Mr. Patel also spoke very roughly without any courtesy. They do not accept their mistake and try to correct the same in future. Instead, they asked me to go to IDBI bank, Fort branch to enquire!

I have a recorded both of the conversations for proof.

Please boycott this company, if you want to deliver anything important.

May i know that how many long time to deliver the courier from Indore To Jaipur Its distance arround 625 km via road.
We have dispatch courier on 17 Aug 2011 and till 25 aug 2011 we cudn't receive courier.And nobody response also.
madhur Courier is worst courier in india.
please do not use this type of courier services.
