Makemytrip.com — Online Ticket Booked But Service is not Operating
I booked a UPSRTC bus ticket from Agra to Lucknow on 3rd Oct 11 through MakeMyTrip.Com for travelling on 4th Oct 11. On ISBT Agra the bus operator told that bus is not operating since 3-4 days. I was shocked as I was having my PHD reasearch work the very next day. There wasn't any other bus service available. I have to wait till 10 o'clock night to catch the next train for Lucknow that too in general compartment without any seat.Please make compensation for all the trouble caused and the time lost.

Make My Trip — Flight ticket refund amount
Hamza Memon is the customer care executive of Make my tripi booked my ticket through MAke my trip.
And Kingfisher flight got cancelled due to Poor wheather.
And i did not get any refund of my amount from Make my trip.
And when i stated mail to customer service for my booking amount,i got a reply that i did not board the flight.
I have given my ticket number which shows about the status of flight got cancelled.
At first i got a response that i did not board the flight and then i got a reply that airline is not responding to them for flight cancellation of poor wheather.
i have booked the ticket through make my trip service and they responsible for knowing about the flight cancellation. its not fair to say that i have to go and get the stamped document of flight cancellation from the airline,even though i have booked the ticket through their service.
i have given my the details of
flight ticket number mentioned by kingfisher airlines
and the contact incharge of pantnagar kingfisher airlines.
But still yet i did not get any reponse.
and i have all my back up of mail sent my Make my trip

Make My Trip — Reg: Refund issues for train ticket cancellation
Dear Sir,Reference : PNR No [protected], & Make my Trip ID : NR[protected]
I have booked the ticket for train on 15 Dec, to come by 18 Dec - 8.30pm train ( Train No ; 16178 - Rockfort Express) via MAKE MY TRIP Website. But i cancelled the ticket on 16.Dec. Even i received the confirmation sms from IRCTC for cancel the ticket. But still i have not get my refund amount.

Who the hell would trust on makemytrip and their charges? It's pitty that makemytrip never replied. They should have refunded the amount.

i had booked honymoon package for manali on 18/03/2013 and subsequetly Rs. 12850 has been deposited to your a/c as per concern with one of the your agent /assistant namely Isha ...
but after one hour she called me again saying that the amount said by her was wrong and you have to pay more 3000+ some amount ...
I had agreed for that even so that she doesnt want to pay from her salary as it was her mistake... and she said that she will call me again before 19 th april. but i didnt get her call or else ...
then i proceed whth your complaint website, and subsequently i got the reply as-

INW1303B00781 is my complaint number with Make My Trip. The trip was made in March. They not only over charged me but also tried to protect the mischiefs of their associates by offering me foolish replies and closing the case forcefully without my consent I would you recommend you to plan your trip by your own

I booked 5 tickets from Nagpur to Chandigarh, payment method was BOI debit card, when I clicked on pay, my money has been deducted from account but tickets was not confirmed, it showed me some error, I called customer support, he said bank will credit that money in 7 days, but my question is if what someone need to book anything urgently, in my case it's for 5 people and very important for me to book tickets ASAP, and the amount is big, for now I'm very frustrated, plzz if someone is seeing this message from MMT please look into this matter plzzz my I'd is priti.[protected]@gmail.com,

Yesterday I booked ticket from Bengaluru to delhi through Makemytrip account id, money has been deducted without confirming the ticket. Make My Trip — Avoiding Customer
I requested for a call back on 30th Sep, 2011 from Make My Trip to inquire for flight tickets from Ahmedabad to London. I received call from[protected] at 08:00 PM and within 15 seconds the agent put me on hold for 12 MINUTES..... till it was disconnected. Could not believe Make My Trip can be so irritating. Disgusting Service.
