The Customer care representatives of Sirsa Service center for Maruti Suzuki is very unprofessional, They do not listen to the consumer,

Also they charge extra, from the consumer and the spare parts that they replace while doing the schedule maintenance are of low quality.

In addition to this they also force consumer to install add on parts which are not necessarily required at that time..

Please look into the matter.

The color of the front door of left side mismatch with the rest of the body.hence I had made complaint in the service centre Dombivli(East).they have repaint the door but again its mismatching with the body color

I had purchased a new Zen estiolo car in the month of November,2009 from Popular Kottayam.The register No of car is KL-27 A 5086 which is a LXI version.After running 25000 Kms ie on January 2011, the car shows some engine related problems and now it is with the workshop of Poular at Pathanamthitta for last three weeks.According to the authorities of workshop they are waiting for some major parts of engine form Maruti company for reapairing my car.According to the opinions of the experts the engine trouble of the new car may be due to some manufacturing deffects.My father is aheart patient and mother is a cancer patient who is under chemo therapy treatement.So I need a vehicle at my house.So please take necessary immediate stepps for delivering my vehicle.otherwise I wiil be forced to take legal stepps against the Company.Please consider my humble reqest with priority and do the needful at the earliest.Please give compensation to me.

I have purchased a new WagonR from M/s Competent Automobiles Ltd in August 2011. I am so disparate about the product and feel guilty to choose my car from Maruti. Since the very next day of my car purchase, I am complaining to the dealer, service centre, the company and also putting online complaint to the concerned authorities, nobody is taking any efforts to solve the consumer grievance. The power window of the car is completely jammed and already it got repaired through the dealer 4times, but still not solved the issue.

I hope that this time the concerned authorities will listen my complaint.

I would like to mention a feedback about the WagonR vxi (Dec.2007 model), which I have felt and also discussed with other people driving the same car, and come across the same feedback.

For some months (around 2 months), I feel pain in my back (at the point of shoulder joint of right hand). That mostly happens when I drive the car and days going by it is getting worst.

I would like to lodge this complaint in good faith, for better desing with safety of CARS and also focusing on the HEALTH with the passing time.

Also due to the problem I am unable to drive using my right hand and appricaite a solution from the company to change the seat design or do something, to help me out of the situation at the earliest.

i booked maruti swift dzire zxi in azure grey color at your Vipul motor in jaipur on 01/11/2010 but noe on date they are not confirming the delivery date and said that maruti not given the supply of the vechile so it is not possible for them to give me the required car on time and they told me to wait for long time for that

1 I am complaining about poor service, harassment and delay in service of my car regn no HP-10 2878, Zen estillo by Goel Motors Shimla.

2 Car was taken to service station on 07th Jan 2011 for noise from engine. After normal servicing I was informed that crank has to be changed which will be ordered from company and may take upto week and i can use my vehicle till then without any problem.

3 on 13th jan 11, i was told to bring car to service station as required spares have arrived.
