I booked a Maruti Swift Dezire VDi in ABT, Maruti at Trichy Branch in on 13.01.11. Even though during pre booking discussions, the sales executive was indicating a waiting time of 1.5 months which he promised to improve further, since I am exchanging my old car. But during registration the waiting period was entered as four months( tentatively). During my follow up with the Manager/ABT,Trichy on 25.02.11, he informed that delivery is being made for the bookings done in the month of August 2010. This delivery amounts eight When I enquired with ABT/ Chennai they also informed that Metro Customers are being given delivery within two months. ABT, Trichy has not responded to my request to give equal treatment to non metro customers also. When a sent a complaint to Maruti Suzuki through theIr web sysytem twice, they simply forward it to ABT and do not take any remedial action. The complaint Reference number is CRM:[protected]. I also informed " Any Time Maruti " twice but there was no response.

    i had received the following content by mail.. they asked me to pay sum of rupees 12,200 as security deposit. i think this is a fake mail. and my small suction to not to believe this type of fake mail..

    please kindly the maruthi suzuki company has to take severe action on the fake mail persons who are spoiling the company name..

      I had procured swift dzire under registration no DL 9CS 6228 on 15 oct 2008 my vehicle got first 2 service at magic auto delhi and 3 & 4 service done in mumbai at laxmi service centre mira road
      From past 6 months vehicle speedometer not working my vehicle under extwnded warranty now i went sai service center in vasai road thane. The person ask me for furnishing the bill. I do not have service bills since i had been transferred to mumbai and the bill laxmi also not available since it also closed its operation. I told him that i never got serviced eccept maruti and the things not explained at the time of delivery og vehicle. Pl help thw details of service abalaible in booklet not accepted by sai service centre.
      What i can do now when vehicle under ex warranty why extenfef wattanty one will do when no support further as i am also mechanical engineer i know that the speefometer was never touch during service hence the problem is in the company fitted parts only and not related to service of vehicle. The speedomter improper work only for faulty part and DOES NOT RELATE TO PASY SERVICE

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        My name is Rajesh Ganer, have bought a brand new Maruti RITZ ZXI vehicle in the month of Aug-2010 from ACER Motors, Secunderabad (Earlier I had Maruti 800 A/C model and enjoyed it for more than 4 years. I sold it to go for a bigger one). After driving the new car (RITZ ZXI) for about a week, I found that there is an issue with the steering wheel alignment (I drove with the straight steering wheel and car was NOT going straight. This was really awkward and annoying to me since the car was brand new). I took the car to ACER Motors and asked them to take a look. First reaction from them (To my surprise) was “THIS PROBLEM CANNOT BE FIXED”. I requested them to take a deeper look and fix the issue and left my car in their service center. Next day when I went to pick up the car, ACER’s technician told me that, the issue has been fixed and I can take the car back.

        After driving the car for about a week, I found out that the issue has NOT been fixed still. So, I went to ACER again and asked them to fix it and the same story was repeated again.

        Now a new problem is seen in the car, Break pedal suddenly gets stuck and breaking system stops working. When I reported this problem to the dealer, same old story is repeated.

        On an over all, I have reported these problems for more than 5 times and ACER was not able to fix it properly. Finally, I called their management team to report my experience. I was advised to write a note to MARUTI directly with the issue details.

        I had logged a complaint to Maruti using their online form but didn’t get any response. Alternatively, I called their customer service desk and logged the complaint but in vein again.

        Needless to say, I got a car with defects and am really disappointed with the quality of car and quality of service I got from ACER incase of this issue.

        sir,
        i bought ritz VDI on 1 jun 12 . the car is a good option in the market, and effective support of maruti made me take a this decision to go for this car, but i would like to bring out the biggest fault in the car, about the cars BREAKING SYSTEM . i was driven down the hill and my engine went off, i didn't bother as it was day time and down slope, while i realized that the vehical is pickn up speed so i peddled the breaks, the vehical was not stoppn, i had no breaks, it was a disastr . finaly i pressed the hand break and the vehical stoped . i pried to god for letn me come out of the panic situation . how can a vehical be designed like that this is a fact of awareness for all ritz customers WHO R PLANNING TO BUY THIS CAR . THAT THE CAR DOSNT STOPS WHN THE ENGINE IS OFF . AND I WANT A CLARIFICATION FROM MARUTI PPL

          they told too me u will get a car on 10of jan 2011. When i went there on 10 jan they told come back on 26 jan after that they told me come back on 10 feb when i went there they told me come back in march.
          Overall they make me aa fool with there [censored]t service.
          Anyways now i buy a FORD FOGO which is a great carbr...

          i. that my name is subhash bundele. I had purchased an alto bearing number MH.15.CM.3920 from your dealer M/s. Seva for my mother who is a senior citizen and resides here in nasik.
          ii. That at the time of purchase itself the said dealer had tried to cheat mr for seat cover i.e. after promising me good quality of seat cover and ambi pur air freshner had given me cheap cotton seat covers and instead of ambi pur gave me a ambi pur look alike which after my complaint to the then Regional Head of Maruti here in pune Mr. Bhuvandheer’s immediate intervention got resolved.
          iii. That thereafter at the time of the first service of my alto I was shocked to witness the service center of the said M/s. Seva extremely crowded and there is not an inch of place for the comfortable movement and parking of the vehicles. The vehicles are parked at inches distances one after the other. Seeing this condition I was sure that any and ever vehicle which comes to this service center may be getting scratched by the other vehicle which is parked just at an inch’s distance to each other. To further add to my fear was the declaration behind the jobcard which I had to sign which said that at the time of service if there is any kind of damage, or theft in my vehicle the dealer would not be held responsible. Sir, I am not suppose to entire the service primises of the dealer and so cannot monitor my own vehicle there. In such event if there is some damage done to my vehicle or theft how can the dealer not take responsibility even when the vehicle is under his custody and in his premises. I raised this query to your service head here in nasik mr. vikrant which till date has not been addressed. I even told mr. vikrant that if I was aware of this condition may be I would not have purchased a maruti product where the company or its dealers don’t wanna own up responsibility. Mr. vikrant did promise me that he would get in touch with your office and revert back but its almost a year but mr. vikrant has not come back to me on the same.
          iv. That Thereafter once it so happened that my fears proved to be true. At the service station of m/s. seva, I had taken my car for some complaint and there my vehicle was scrached and damaged. I have the undertaken from the dealer to prove this. Immediately I called mr. vikrant who after speaking to the service manager and getting assured that my car has been damaged, till date SIMPLY COULD DO NOTHING and I had to get it repaired at my own cost.
          v. That on the Monday the 21st of Feb 2011 I had to bring my above mentioned vehicle for its 3rd servicing again to seva. Before I started I had called up the service station at around 10:35am and spoke to mr. neeraj jadhav who happens to be the service head as to if I should get my vehicle for servicing. Mr neeraj assured me that I can bring the vehicle and that there was not much rush and the servicing would be done. I asked him to make my booking for the same. Thereafter I drove to the service center which is almost 30 kms from my house only to be disappointed that even after promising me and making my reservation for servicing my vehicle was parked at the end of about 40 other cars. As I didn’t have 5 hours to wait until the servicing would be finished (that’s how much time I was told would require before my car would be attended) I choose to leave the service station.
          vi. That when I came to the gate where I was instructed to leave my vehicles keys which I demanded from the watchman there at the gate the team of watchmens present there on for no fault of mine started to use abusive language just for I was trying to take my vehicle back. Giving references of my earlier complaints made to your company they even used bad words for me. Hurt as I was very badly I immediately called mr. kishore chaudhry in pune and made him listen to all the carp that was being told to me. Hearing all that mr. kishore chaudhry asked me to hand over the phone to the man who was shouting the most. As I tried to do as instructed, the staff of seva all gathered there and in utterly destructive mood asked me to tell mr. kishore that if he wanted to talk to them he should come in front of them in their office there in nasik. MR. KISHORE IS A WITNESS TO ALL THIS. Thereafter I told mr. kishore that I cannot take it anymore and I wanted to leave that primises immediately and go away. But mr. kishore made me wait and assured me that the he would immediately bring it to the knowledge of the owner and assured me that the owner would come and apologise to me for all that. But sadly I kept waiting there for more then 45 min in the hot sun but neither the owner bothered to come and solve the issue or even apologise to me nor mr. kishore did call. I left the service primises along with my vehicle.
          vii. After reaching home I called mr. kishore at around 3pm and asked him for the reason why I was treated the way I was for which he had no answer. At my telling him that even after his assurance no one ever came to me from the agency or even apologized to me, he was still quite.
          viii. That thereafter on the 22nd of Feb I thaught I must inform about all that happened to your company and demand for action against the said dealer M/s. Seva I called mr. Goel at around 10:30am who is suppose to be the Regional Head of Maharashtra. I told him each and everything in detail and demanded action against the dealer and also requested him to question mr. kishore who suddenly had changed and was suddenly trying to tell me that he could do nothing much and that I must leave the matter. Mr. goel after listening to me said that someone from the company would get in touch with me for this in 2 hours time. Its more then 12 hours passed but no one has bothered to get in touch as he assured.
          ix. In the mean time I then called ms. Premlata in the corporate office of maruti there in gurgaon and told her all that I had been facing. She got me in touch with one gentleman mr. shiv hari saying that he is the head of customer care of maruti and that I must put my complaint to him. I did so. This gentleman also just for the heck of it heard me and promised me that “someone would get in touch with me soon” and hung up my phone.
          x. I spoke to mr. shiv hari at around 12:30pm and his commitment was that someone would call me in 1 hour but I kept calling his number only to hear ms. Premlata answering my phone every now and then helplessely. At around 4:40pm I called mr. premlata who then got me in touch with your office where I met mr. verma who very kindly and sweetly gave me your email id and asked me to pen down my complaint.
          Sir, with utmost respect and a very painful heart I just want to ask u this one question with your kind permission…IS THIS THE CULTURE OF MARUTI SUZUKI ? IS THIS THE PROFESSIONALISM OF YOUR STAFF? ARE THESE KINDS OF FOOTPRINTS WHICH YOUR COMPANY HAS LEFT ACROSS THE COUNTRY? I called mr. ranjeet who is the regional manager for services to complaint about mr. vikrant and mr. kishore but I must tell u that mr. ranjeet is same as them as he very rudly just tell me that he dosent have time for customers. Mr. Shinzo Nakanishi I must tell u with a very painful heart THAT I AM ASHMED OF HAVE AFFILIATION WITH YOUR COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCT for this feeling of mine no one but your own staff namely:
          a. mr. vikrant singh.
          b. Mr. kishore chaudhry
          c. Mr. ranjeet
          d. Mr. goel
          e. Mr. shri hari
          f. M/s Seva
          Alone are responsible. I can very confidently tell you that M/s seva is what the above mentioned staff has made it to be. For if the above mentioned people did their job honestly and the way they are suppose to do it there cannot be any M/s. seva doing harm to innocent customers like me. For then he would have the check and control of the company failing which he would defiantly face the consequences. But the reason why such dealers dare is only for your own staff is behaving unprofessionally.
          Sir, there is too much pain in me caused not only by your dealer but also your concerned officers whom I have named above. So if you really want to do some good I say that the above mentioned staff and your dealer is nothing but a liability to you which you must get rid of immediately. I demand justice from you but if you too are helpless then I shall be compelled to approach the court for justice in which case I shall hold your company responsible for all its cost and consequences.
          Awaiting to hear from you soon and hoping for an immediate action against all of the above

            I have a Swift with registration no. MP 04 CC 8420, which I had purchased in Jan'2009 from Jeevan Motors, Bhopal.
            The vehicle during the last 2 years has been repaired and serviced at Jeevan Motors.
            One day I discovered that my vehicle was not having coolant instead water had been filled in its place.
            I made the complaint to their service deptt. but I have had no response from them.
            It is really disgusting. Dealer of such a reputed brand doing such cheap thing.

              Dear Sir,
              Above vehicle was given for routine service on 11.30 am dated 23.2.2011 to your authorized service center at Hiran Magari, Sector No. 6, Udaipur vide coupon Number & job card number mentioned above. The delivery time given was 23.02.2011 at 6.00 pm.
              It is sorry to say that when approached to your authorized service center at 06.15 pm the authorities told to collect the vehicle on 24.02.2011 since as per them there was shortage of service operators. If any problem was there the authorities can intimate over telephone regarding delivery but they have not bothered to do so. My residence is in Sect -14, Hiran Magari Udaipur from there I have to catch two auto rickshaw to reach there and spent Rs.50/-.
              When asked for Service complain book the authorities told that they have no complain book. Such a bad response is not expected from a reputed company SUZUKI ‘s service station.
              May please look into the matter and arrange for needful at earliest. Further the Customer complains book may also be made available on demand.

                hai sir ,
                am Byju varghese from kerala the reason i mail you that , i purchase a new model of maruti suzuki alto lxi on 27/01/2011 form avg motors,thiruvalla, pathanmthitta (dist). after that i have lot of problems with my car . the following are the problems.
                1. on the delivery time (evening 18:00Hr) i get my car with out a single drop of petrol after that they gave me the voucher to purchase the petrol and they take back the voucher and fill the tank
                2. on the same date (27/01/2011) evening i check the lights of my car then i notice that the right back side park light was not working so i call and told the problem they said that came on tomorrow morning to repare it.
                3. on the date of booking time i told them to paint both the bumbers as the body color ,at the time of delivery i saw that the paints was very poor because they painted their only a single coat of paint on the bumbers so the black color was visible on the bumbers i think so and also the color of my car is ecuru beige they give bill around 3500 bucks i show the painted bumbers to the sales person and the painter they told me that on the time of first service they will repaint it as perfect.
                4. second day (28/01/2011) morning i went to the showroom on that time i put the a/c on when i notice that there are some sound from the compresser and told to them then they reply that they dnot have spare parts of the a/c compresser and also i met to the customer care associates they say that wait for few days when the spare will come they will inform and replace it as much as possible.after five days(4/02/2011) they call me and replace the compresser.
                5.after two weaks my car has a skrach on the right back side and went to the show room to paint it as perfect but went i saw my car its so horrible that the paintings are very poor like a little kid painted my car.i told about that they take back the car for there painting.
                6.on the time of booking the car i also booked for the music system to fix the car on the delivery time from avg motors. i have trip on 21/02/2011 on the time of the trip the car jumped into a gutter a part of the dash board including the music system fell down on the way i went to another service centre to repaire it they found that there is no squrees and clips on the dash board after that i came back to my native and and went to avg motors and i saw them they said sorry when the fixing time may the technishion forget to fix the squres and clips and they repaiered and i asked them to check it out all the things in the car and they old me that everythings are fine in the car and you can take it to the home , when i entered to the car the entire part of the glove box and the front part of the music system fell down at that time one of the sales excutives and some other workers of the avg moter are the witness of the event happend again they said me sorry and say that they forget again to fix that things. today on 23/02/2011 i donot know what will happen with this car with avg motors i feel bad about the serviceing and they are trying me as a fool thats why i register the complaints to the officerers,i fade up the dealer and take necessary action to these problems as much as possible,the main think is that am leaving india on 26/02/2011that why i mail the complaints and also am adding my email id [protected]@hotmail.com

                    It was posted originally on 10th January at following board as I was not aware about this website. Posting it again as my problem has not been solved yet.

                    I have taken my accidental car to Swani Motors on 27th December 2010 for repairs and I was promised it to be delivered on 3rd January by Paint WorkShop Manager, Javir Singh. When I called on 2nd Jan to ask a time to pick the car on 3rd Jan I was tald to wait until 4th jan and then 5th Jan. Again on 5th January 2011. Reaching Jasvir on Phone had been a pain, he rarely picks his phone( once in few days) and never bothers to call back or inform on his own if the car is ready or delayed. It is you the customer who have to follow him dedicatedly to hear something!!

                    After a long follow up finally phone was picked on 5th and was told it should be ready on 7th January and this is final promise and when I tried to call on 7th January almost after 2 hours phone was picked up and was told that now it will be ready for deliver on 10th morning positively as the car is going for paint.

                    And today since morning I was trying to reach Jasvir Singh on phone and I was told to be given an update on the time to pick up soon at 10 AM. Then now Jasvir's assistant Mr. Bhatia called me up telling that Jasvir has told him to call and inform me that car is going to paint now and should be ready for delivery tomorrow.

                    I am so frustrated and disappointed at this moment and have spoken to Jasvir at length about timely delivery of car as I had relatives visiting me from Canada and asked for one date as I was told of similar experiences by other customers on regular basis, that Swani Motors never deliver a car on time. he promised to believe me that things have improved now and I can pick the car without any 2nd date on 3rd of January.

                    I have tried to reach owner Mr. Gagandeep Singh Swani on his office and mobile phone given by receptionist, but to utter disappointment it went unanswered.

                    Not sure what to do, I am paying Rs. 2500 per day for taxi and at Swani Motors there is no one who can understand what Customer Service is??? I am Swani Motors Customer for more than 11 years now and we have( friends and family) bought more than 12 cars from them including the servicing from them on regular basis.

                    I have called Maruti Service Center on the same day and got complaint number from Maruti # [protected] on 10th January 2011.

                    I followed up and finally got the car by spending the whole day following up with the dealer work shop team in person. At that time I was asked to pay Rs. 24,500.00 than originally Rs. 13,000.00 quoted by workshop manager(Jasvir Singh) and when I protested, I was I need to pay if I need the car to delivered.

                    When I inspected the car before delivery there were following issues still there:

                    1. The all New Dicky( it had to be replaced) was having a dent on it!!
                    2. The Front bonnet having paint scratches( it was also all new because of replacement)
                    3. The Outside Rubbers of all doors were missing/damaged.
                    4. The Mirror plastic on passenger site was broken.
                    5. The whole painted area was having grains on it.
                    6. Paint was there everywhere in the car, on seats, plastics, rubber etc.
                    7. There doors were not aligned with each other.
                    8. The Bonnet's was unevenly placed.
                    and lot more items.

                    This was brought to notice of Mr. Mahesh as Jasvir Singh suddenly disappeared from the workshop. The I spoke to Mr. Sanjay( or Sanjeev) who was main manager for dealership's workshop. He spoke to Jasvir and then Gagandeep Singh and I was told they wanted me to pay to take delivery and the issues I told will be taken care and I need to bring car again. In all they billed my car for about Rs.40000.00. I was so frustrated and had no option but had to pay to take delivery of car.

                    The next day I visited Mr. Gagandeep Swani's office to show him the issues and about the billing because I was charged much more than Rs.13000.00 quoted to me by Mr. Jasvir Singh. I was once again promised to get the things looked into and get my car fixed.

                    Then after 2 days after my follow up with Jasvir Singh, the car was picked by Jasvir and Mahesh for fixing the pending issues and paint problems etc. That day Dicky, fender and bonnet was repainted and most of the paint was removed from plastics and I was delivered the car and was given refund of Rs.2500 by a voucher. When to the delivery guy I told that pain still have problems, I was told since paint is fresh they will take the car again and get it compounded and get the rest of the issues fixed( e.g. paint on surfaces and rubber issues on windows outside).

                    Then after almost a month I had to call them again to get the issues fixed as the car ride has gone very bumpy. That day I paid about Rs.2000.00 for issues other than the original ones as I had to get seat belts replaced too.

                    But when the car was delivered at home I noticed the same issues once again. You can still see the thick paint spots on the bonnet, fender and much more the palm imprint on the paint!!! The car is now missing at regular intervals adding more pains!

                    I have been a very loyal customer to Maruti and Swani Motors in particular, but am so frustrated with the present experience, I can't believe that after spending Rs.40000.00 I got a crap service and they screwed up my car.

                    Is someone listening seriously at Maruti or Swani Motors, Ludhiana? Please Help!!!!

                      This goes way back in Nov 2010 when after my 3rd free services, my complaint of Wobbling was not heard and acted upon. In all my three services, I have complaint to so called " Service Advisor" about my Car Wobbling at SK Wheels turbhe Navi Mumbai but problem still remain unresolved.
                      My last Complaint towards this was on 06th Dec 2010 to [protected]@maruti.co.in & [protected]@skwheels.net where I got calls and took my car twice to their service centres for repair and check. the car was ket for about 4-5 days to check, finally Workshop manager confirmed that tyre company will replace tyres and Wobbling will be resloved. To their calculation and discussion, tyre company along with dealer told me to pay Rs 1800/- for tyre replacement charges. In all, I assumed that after so much of efforts and car been at Service centre, issue will be resolved.
                      Unfortunately after a week, when I took my car for a drive at Express Highway, I realised Car Wobbling at speed of 60km again. I spoke to Workshop manager and gradually we both went for a test drive. Smehow Workshop Manager convinced me in saying that Roads are not good enough and there will be minor wobbling there due to road conditions and at the same time, also denied that there is any Wobblingat speed of 60km.

                      Overall, I am too much disappointed with the services given and the issue still remains unresolved.

                        We own a Maruti Desire, RJ25 CA 1091, 2010 model, we purchased it from jaipur.

                        Last month on 18th Jan we were coming from Kota to Sawaimadhopur. Suddenly we found that heavy fumes started coming out from our car bonnet. We were so fainted that on the spot we stopped the car and came out from the car. We thought it might be fire in our car but it was not the fire. It was really very strange that without any accident how come such fumes coming out from our brand new car.

                        Then we called for help and we got the help from nearby toll, they sent an ambulance to pick us. We also called to toll service they took our car to Sawaimadhopur. There we took our car to Vipul Motors service station. After inspection at service station they said that engine got ceased as coolant was leaked, but didn't find any reason for coolant leakage. While inspection they found that there was no accident, not even a small scratch on the car.

                        As our car is under guarantee period they said that they will replace the engine free of cost and give us back. It’s almost 1 month over but my car is in same condition. Every time we are going to Vipul Motors service station, they send us back by saying that they will repair the car by tomorrow.
                        But now I am so much fed up of the service provided at Maruti service station at Sawaimadhopur that I am looking to get the help from consumer court.

                        It’s my humble request to you, as due to manufacturing defect in my new maruti car coolant was leaked and engine got ceased, Please replace the defected engine of my car and give it back to me ASAP.

                        Its really painful to me that in such a time when every company is giving better services to their customer we are getting such poor service from such a esteemed organisation.

                        Similar situation has been faced by me as well. The dealers show as if they are very busy and do not have time for the customers. Once they have sold the car, they feel they are not important.

                        Its better not to go for a Indian car makers. They are hopeless and their service really sucks.
                        I am agrre with you amrit. As now a days market is very competitive Maruti should give more emphasis on their service other wise surly they will lose their customers.

                          i have bought a maruti suzuki alto lxi on 24/11/2010. my car has run only 1800 kms till 16/02/11 and the clutch set of the car has totally been destroyed on the first long trip. though i replaced it and have to pay Rs. 3500 for replacing it from maritu dealer but if this type of problems occur in new cars it is very difficult to survive as a top car company for maruti. i am feeling that there is no reason to suggest anybody to purchase a car from maruti

                                  Respected Sir,I have recently purchased Maruti Swift from SAWANI MOTORS Amritsar.I am very disappointed with their service.I have changed 3 cars but I have first time bought car of Maruti and I was very incomfortable with their service.The agencies of Toyota,Ford,Hyundia and they gave full regard respect to the consumer they even say consumer to sit they does't even offer water also.I reached agency at about 10 am at agency on the day of delivery but I got the car at about 7 pm.They even not listen to the consumer.

                                    Consumer complaint is just a platform where you can post your experience but they would not be able to help you resolve the case.

                                    I have also received a similar mail and have collected all information. Just looking from the senders e-mail ID, I could understand that this is a fake but I also know how much convincing this mail would be for job seekers. Hence to get back your lost money, lodge a complaint with the nearest police station but you will have to experience the pain if you need your money back. I can also help you by providing more info that I collected few days back if police dept confirms that they can act upon (as posting it here would alert them)

                                    I am sure they can easily track using the account number as the bank name and branch are already available. But these guys are using multiple bank accounts, hence still looks tricky.

                                      This is fraud job. Dont get intouch with them. That safe for you..
                                      This safeguard requirements are correct, but some type of candidate not compensated(me also), i have all qualification towards company, i have been definitely come to interview and also will be preparation is very well, because i am fresher so do not missed this opportunity, excuse me sir, kindly give me a this opportunity.
