My problem still remains unsolved after some many months also, despite having complained in the month of October 2010, as I am not interested to courier my smart card to anybody even for a single day, because as it is I am driving a illegal vehicle whose RC smart card does not match with the physical chassis number and engine number of the vehicle.



I was put under pressure by Automotive Manufacturers officials through my seniors of company, that why did you complain to Maruti, Automotive Manufacturers is such a big customer of our company, and I was put to silence. How many more days do I run my car like this. All these months, I have taken a hired from Chibber Travels at Kolkata, ending up paying almost Rs 26k to Rs 30k per month.



I think buying a Maruti has just been a harassment instead of Delight which Maruti claims. Why I say this is because, of not only my bitter experience, but another customer, one of my friends from Mumbai had recently bought a Maruti Swift from Auto Vista, had given his vehicle for accidental repair rear bumper and dicky, which took 15 days, even after which the colour is still mismatch. The vehicle regn no is MH 03 AW 4485, the customer had called you also.



Maruti, I am really very sorry to say, but I feel that gives dealerships to people who are affluent, have strong contacts, so that the customer cannot say a thing. I am really surprised how this happens, being myself an automobile engineer having worked with automotive companies like Kinetic, Mahindra, Volvo in both sales & service functions, never seen some much of attitude and unfriendly nature towards customers.



One thing, I promise you sir now that I am getting transferred from Kolkata to New Delhi, with Delhi a more stricter region in law, I will never be able to drive my car, so let both Maruti & Automotive Manufacturers be prepared to meet me in the court of law.

This is to apprise you that unfortunately we are the unsatisfied customer among others due to deceitfulness of your one of the Distribuitor in Amritsar named as “RISHABH FOUR WHEELS”

Firstly when we undergone the survey of benefits for buying Four wheeler form different available distribuitor in markets ,we come upon that Rishabh Four Wheels are offering better packages in market and their way of behaving and looking after of clients is appreciable. So we make up our mind to buy Four wheeler from Rishabh Four Wheels. So,we visited their showroom and enquire about the “ALTO CAR” and packages. We found the deal better than other Distribuitors and their way of dealing found remarkable. After enquiring they used to give us call on everyday basis for insisting to purchase the Car on early basis due to some special packages going on that time.

In Showroom,we have been attended by Mr Sandeep(Team Leader-Rishabh Four Wheels) his way of attending and dealing was faboulous and he managed to convince us to purchase the car on that particular time for making us benefitted the special package going on that time(5th Sept;10 onwards). So we booked the car and gave first Cheque on 11th Sep;10 amount of Rs1000/-.

After that Sandeep continue to calls us to pay the down payment to avail the benefits of special package. Special Package includes RC of Car, Car Insurance, corporate discount of Rs2000/- central locking,seat cover,Third year extended warranty and music system. I found this very lucrative so I referred my another friend in my office to purchase the Car from Rishabh four Wheels and given Sandeep's Mobile number to my friend. Then we went there again to pay the down payment Cheque. I given the Cheque amount of Rs 64000/- on 20th Sep;10 for down payment and I requested to Mr. Sandeep to put the cheque in account after 25th Sep;10 because in mean while time there are another cheques that had come to my account so I requested Mr Sandeep for the same, and he agreed and promised he will not deposit the cheque before 25th sep;10. But the first cheating he played with us and he deposited the given cheque in Bank on 21st Sep;10 and cheque cleared on 23rd Sep;10.


My account were now short of money now,so bank employee were my friend so he informed me that my cheques has come and there are short of money. We get very annoyed with this kind of behaviour of Rishabh Four Wheels's employee's Mr Sandeep. Then we decided to cancel the booking from Rishab and called their MD Mr. Akhil Arora for their staff's foolishness and request him to cancel the booking and refund our money.But he conversate with us very politely and apologised for his employee's mistake and convinced us while saying that this is technical error to present the Cheque on early basis. So we agreed and proceed further and manage all the loan formalities of our own.



Final day(8th Oct;10) when we went to take the car they treated us very pathetically. Mr. Sandeep did not give us third year warranty documents, RC and corporate discount on that day and apprise us that very soon he will manage to give us above mentioned things. But from 8th Oct;10 to till today(16th Dec;10) he is trying to make us fool and comitting he will fulfill all things very soon. I warned him many times that I will mark a complaint against him for false comitments but he said “do what you want to do”.



This was not enough the friend I reffered to Mr Sandeep for buying the car, he(my friend) insulted me in my office in front of so many people that he went to Rishabh Four wheels to purchase the car but Mr Sandeep cheated him also and made very faulty commitments to him. Although he was purchasing car on Full cash payment still he is victim of pathetic behaviour of Mr Sandeep.

There is very renowned person of Amritsar town is also a victim of Rishabh's poor service. We refer Mr Sandeep to that Client for booking two Cars on Cash payment. But Mr Sandeep did not give him proper service and then he decide to cancel the deal with Rishabh Four Wheels.



At last I want to apprise you that behaviour of Mr Sandeep and other staff is very absurd towards clients,we have been harrased by Mr. Sandeep and Rishabh Four Wheels, so request to you take necessary action and give us justice otherwise we have to take strict action.

Someone rightly said bad word of mouth about some organisation will effect their market.

What you suggest, do you think with this kind of false commitments and bad behaviour with clients will fetch more clients from market?????

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your knowledge that I Dr. Karan punn had purchased an Alto lx car on the 27th of December 2010 from Tanya motors lucknow branch. I was told by the sales officer MR.R.K YADAV and his team leader Mr. Virender that in seven days I would get the registry document of my car from the R.T.O.
It has been more the twenty three days that I have bought the car but still I call them they tell me the employee who was suppose to go to R.T.O is on leave. Today I was challaned for Rs 1100/ by the lucknow traffic police for not having the number plate.
Mr. R.k.yadav does not even take my call in one time .I have to call him at least ten times before he picks up my phone. If this is the after sales service provided by your company then i would suggest people not to buy cars from your showroom and should go to KTL where services are better.
I request you to please this matter on priority or else i would be forced to go to consumer court for the trouble which i am facing and the fine of RS 11OO/- which i had to pay should be reimbursed by the company.
If no response is made in next 24hrs I would be forced to take a leagal action.

Dear Sir,
I baught a car (Maruti EECO) from Nainital Motors Pvt Ltd., Haldwani (Nainital) on 20th August 2010 with extended three years warrantee and insurance.
After 3 Months, Its Engine Oil Level gone down, and I refilled it with Castrol Engine Oil, and drove car smoothly for 2 weeks. Suddenly I found Noise from the Engine after driving 20 Kms continuesly. I called the dealer and they suggested to bring the car at their workshop. Next Day, I went there, told them about the problem. They told we will replace engine and check, you will get your car within 2 Days. It was OK with me. I called them after 2 Days, they told, some part (bearing rod) needs to be replaced, rest is OK. I said about the warrantee, they refused. Next day I called them to check the status, they said one more part (Oil Pump) has to be replaced, and no warranty given. I was frusted, still I said make it ready, They given me next 4 days of time, I called them after a week, they told take your car tomorrow. I went there to take the car, I was shocked Car was all opened, spares were all hoz-poz. Car was not ready at all but no one responsible was with the car, they didn't turned up for half an hour, then Mr. Pande came and Said come and take your car tomorrow. I was upset. Next day I called them to come, they didn't pickup the phone, Second day they called me and said your car's filter and engine has been ceased, This all repairing will cost you around Rs. 45000/-. I was shocked and very frusted when they said No warrntee and and told me a new and self created problem after 16 days.

Now, I am helpless, and expecting support from you. Pls check and verify the problem and provide me the solution.

Accordingly, I remitted Rs.16400/- in SB A/C No [protected] which is in the name of RUBT SAIKIA and also I received a scanned IDENTIFICATION FORM in the Name of Dr. MUKUNDAKAM SHARMA , JUDGE, SUPREME COURT OF INDIA,with address at 15, TUGHLAK ROAD, GHANDI COLONY NEW DELHI 110011 which was duly signed by the JUDGE.
Again I received Mail on 18.01.2011, advising me to remit RS.17200/ towards Insurance coverage and Offer of appointment letter was also received by me in the leter head of MARUTI SUZIKI INDIA LTD stating that I have been appointed in Production department and a copy of the same has been enclosed to you for ready reference.

In this connection , I would like to request you whether the offer of appointment and other correspondence is real or not which may please be communicated to me at an early date. I received phone calls from[protected] on 17.01.2011 and on 18.01.2011

This is to bring the unexpected and unbelievable behavior , attitude of AVG,Maruthi True Value, Kottayam Kerala .I sold out my 800 Ac car on 15th February 2010 to true value Showroom.
They committed to Change the Name of the owner within 3 business days from the date of the sale. When on 19th February'2010, they sold the vehicle to another person with out changing the name . that person again sold out the vehicle to another person, For the last 10 months I have been doing the follow up for changing the name , and the True value people misguided me earlier that they changed the name, .But when I inquired the RTO office the name of the owner is not changed, Now the True Value people saying that the Vehicle had an accident and so they are not unable to change.

THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS CONCERN.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
MARUTI IS A COMPANY OF A REPUTE AND I STILL HOLDS VEHICLES FORM MARUTI UDYOG LTD AND I AM SHOCKED TO SEE WHERE THE COMPANY IS HEADING TO.

I booked a white Access 125 cc scooter from the Suzuki showroom, Goldfinch Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd, on Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore. I booked a white one on November 10, 2010 or so and was assured delivery by Jan 2nd week or even earlier. When I inquired on Jan 13, 2011, I was told they do not have the white one and when I insisted, I was told there is a batch of 30 vehicles coming out of which 25 are black and there is a chance of 2 being white and I can have one if I pay the full amount on Jan 17.

First of all, why should I take another color when I have waited for 2 months as they required.

Secondly, why should I pay the full amount without even having a look at the vehicle or any proof of getting it on the mentioned date, especially when I have already booked it in advance specifying the color with payment of Rs 5000.

I am sure they will not be able to give a white Suzuki Access on January 20, 2011 but are hoping after making the full payment I will not have any option but to take the color they have.

Aur jab humne car change karne ko keha to hame keha gaya 50,000 rupees kam vapas milenge. So plz request to uSolve my problem.

Yesterday I got a mail from MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD (MSIL) offering job and asked me to deposit Rs 12200 as cash in THE ACCOUNT OF COMPANY ACCOUNTANT . And in reply i questioned why the personal account of the accountant instead of demand draft or crossed cheque???

The Complaint pertains to my vehicle no MH-02-JP-969 which is under extended warranty till 13th January, 2011. The siad vehicle is repaired and maintained by Spectra at Malad West right from date of purchase from them .

Out of 8 services done, 4 of them were not staisfactory and I have complaint to them regularly . Recently , 0n 5th January , 2011 when the vehicle was sent for servicing , no. of issues such as Steering wheel being hard , wobling , reverse gear being hard etc were informed besides normal servicing including removal of dent on rear bumper. They have attended to servicing , dent and reverse gear problem and rest of the issues remain unresolved . At the time of taking delivery of the vehicle,thier supervior being available at the premises ( Mr.Sachin ) never bothered to come personally to attend and I had to go away without satisfaction .

After driving for about a kilometer I observed that problem of side mirrows being not working was not existing which was found be occuring which happended while vehicle was in their custody . I immediately comapnied and they said we shall write to Maruti and revert . No creditable action so far initiated inspite oof complaining and marking copy to Maruti . They took 3 days to attend to vehcile from 5th to 7th but without satisfaction .

Even under warranty they have failed to attend complaint and give servicing . It is very sad affair. Both Maruti and Spectra and culprit in this case and need to be strongly delat with so that servic estandard imroves and customers do not come to face their harsh treatment .

I am an owner of Maruthi Swift Vdi with registration number KL01 AS 3099.I have been doing service with Hercules Maruthi service centre Trivandrum. There was a repair on my clutch sensor (as it was not working) and asked them to do it on extended warranty and they refused to do because the 20000km was not done in a maruthi authorised centre. And there was a noise from inside ,I took it to the station where they told , it is regular with maruthi swift vehicle..Again I was forced to take the car to the service centre after 5 days they told there is problem with the suspension and tightness in the power steering which has to be rectified. Sir this problem was told to them regularly by me to advisers from 500 kms and they told its regular with Swift car .I told them my friends have swift which doesn’t have the problem, they wont listen to us and tells me it with all Swift cars. So they asked me whether I need to do the work I told them not to do and told them its problem with the bearing of left rear wheel. And they released the vehicle and in the billand history sheet they wrote Left rear bearing problem. Sir you tell me actually what I should do. They cant find out what is the problem and they don’t have experienced technicians .They want us to tell them what is the technical problem.
More over the 3 rd gear play is more I complained from first service they even told me they cant do any thing which is with all the Swift vehicle. Please advise .Looking for a positive reply from you.
